The location is very good. The room is dirty and lack of care

Great location, okay hotel overall

The hotel is in a fantastic area. Easy access to 3 metro (subway) lines, and lots of food options to choose from. This is an ideal spot to be able to go anywhere in Shanghai. The hotel itself is a little dated but overall functional. The bed was pretty hard, but that is a preference. I was disappointed with the actual functionality of the room. Cabinets couldn’t open correctly in the room and bathroom due to incorrect construction of the furniture. The sliding doors between the room and kitchen area were not functional—would not move. The window would not completely shut, but almost. The check-in/reception does not speak English. Make sure you are ready for that. I didn’t have too much issue since I have lived in Shanghai before, so was used to figuring things out. But others might not be, especially if they just flew in and are suffering from jet lag. There is NO gym even though the listing said there is. This was actually an issue for me since I booked this with the intention of using it. Internet speed was good. No issue with that.

Shanghai Horror!

It was very poor accommodation since using Hotels.Com! From the moment receptionist gave me wrong Wi-Fi details, to then come 17 floors up and down twice to get someone to help with Wi-Fi when I had a meeting I needed to prepare for! Then there was no heat, there was air con with remote all in Chinese. So first night froze to death having come from 32 degrees to 5 degrees! The heating should have been put on before client checks in to room! So again had to wait for someone to set up the heat in air con on second day, even he struggled to get it working for half an hour! There were insects in the bathroom around sink! I could not wait to check out!! The money paid for apartment it should have been much better!

Rubbish place, to be avoided

Grotty room, bubblegum on walls, broken curtains off the curtain rings, dirty bathroom. Staff made a great effort to be helpful but couldn’t speak any English - had to use google translate to communicate! They did arrange a taxi which arrived on time and the location is close to the green train line which makes transport to the main tourist attractions easy.

Convenient location but not nice apartment hotel

The hotel staff is not very helpful. It will be difficult for ppl with lots of luggage. There is no direct elevator but you need to take an outdoor escalator first for reaching 2F then exchange to elevator. The reception is in 1 of the flat of Skyscrapers. I have to asking around for the exact location. They dun have bellman can help with luggage when I required one when left the hotel. Then I saw bellman with luggage trolley right outside of the enterance. It's rather stressful and dangerous to bring my child running around with all the luggage to access this hotel. The facility is old. No cookingware is provided as some comments stated though there is hobs. Chair cusshion is completely sink. I can only see half head of my son when he sit there and eating. There is a hole on the door and only a tissue is inserted to block that door viewer peep hole. Room is left messy though towls will be changed. Guest better do the own bed everyday for a neat looking room for this kind of self catered hotel. There is no bottle water provided. No slippers but some old plastic ones. The deposit is not been refunded though they promise it will be refunded. Be careful using the method of 'Wechat' to pay deposit. The merchant does not response for refund. Overall, it kept ppl stress and worrying quite a lot during stay and that's not comfortable. The most shocking experience is unable to reach anybody when check out. No signal of my phone to call the receptionist when in hurry to airport.

Great Location, next to Subway Line 2

We were looking for a place with a good location and we found it with this place. We wanted a place to sleep and take a shower and that is what we got, perfect. My family of four had no problem with the hotel, other than slow internet, it is China.

WORSE hotel I`ve ever stay

Well... title says everything ... I`ve done many trips on many kind of bugets, including hostels, and let me tell you this is the worse experience ever.... Lobby (if you can call it a lobby) is a small room located in the 13Th floor... Front desk DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH... they force you to place a 200 deposit ONLY IN CASH!!! once they do that give you a super small room with the water heather inside the bathroom, blankets looking like they have been used forever... My window was open and it was broke by the lock, so no way to close it. It was a 5* celsius night (very cold and windy)... Internet was not working and guess what...! my tv (older than me) did not work too. Only good thing i can say is that is next to a shopping mall and infant of a metro station. Just that.

Great Location

Room amenities and size that were mentioned in the hotel website was not correct. The room given to was 50% smaller in size than what was promised. Mattresses were not clean. However the front office person was very helpful and understood the English, He guided us appropriately. Overall, it was ok to stay in this property.

Makeover badly Needed!

I am quite disappointed at the poorly maintained room. Need a major renovation.

Difficult to find

The name of the hotel is not seen anywhere on the outside of the building. It appears to a number of rooms thast this company leases from the hotel at the address and then rents them out. The bed was not very comfortable and the condition of the room is run down

地図が違って場所がわからなかった

Ved ankomst til hotellet kunne jeg ikke finde receptionen. Det viste sig at billederne på siden var fra et andet hotel og man skulle op på 13. Etage for at finde den rigtige. Indtjekning var ok, men de ville have det fulde beløb betalt før nøglen blev udleveret. Vi lavede dog et kompromis, så jeg betalte for 5 dage på forhånd. Da de 5 dage var gået ville jeg videre, men havde en lang diskussion med dem om jeg måtte det og hvor meget jeg skulle betale. Jeg endte med at betale for en ekstra nat, men efterfølgende er pengene for de resterende nætter trukket på mit kort! Dette er naturligvis indklaget for banken. Det var meget svært at kommunikere med hotellet, da de stort set ikke snakkede engelsk. Jeg så derfor heller ikke andet end mit værelse, da jeg ikke kunne spørge efter de resterende faciliteter. Området er Ok, parken i nærheden er skøn! Metroen ligger lige overfor hotellet, hvis man tager udgang 7. Jeg vil nok ikke komme tilbage til dette hotel.

Jeg var med 2 børn på tur i Kina. Jeg valgte hotellet på grund af beliggenheden, som er optimal. Billederne så fine ud, men virkeligheden var noget andet. Værelset var meget slidt, tapet skallede, der var intet i køkkenet( undtagen en gryde det ikke var vasket op) og der var kakerlakker. Men det værste var de utroligt hårde senge. Vi sov så dårligt!!! Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme, men kunne ikke tale engelsk.

Just ok

The facilities were pretty old and not well kept. Just okay for sleeping one night. My room was located nearby the railway so had to fight with the noise in the morning. Check in was pretty simple and the location was great but it was pretty hard to find the place.

저렴한 가격 만큼 기대는 금물!! 위치는 나쁘지 않은 곳이지만 숙소는 오피스텔 숙박 개념 쇼파는 까져있고 불편하고 침대도 좀 허름하였음. 그리고 청결도 의심이 가며 다시 묶고 싶지은 않네요

便利だけれど

中山公園駅間近で、立地は抜群。 サービスアパートメントスタイルなので、洗濯機、無料Wifiの設備は完備されている。 ただ、老朽化に対するメンテナンスが悪すぎる。窓のしまりが悪く、水回りが特に酷い。 タオルももう少しまともな物を準備してくれるとよいのだが。

場所だけですね。

場所は中山公園駅すぐそばでわかりやすいし、周辺にはレストランやコンビニも多数あってとてもいいと思いますが、部屋ががっかりでした。設備は古いし、掃除が行き届いてないし、テレビ等の備品も壊れてるのかと思うくらいでした。安くてもこれでは快適さが感じられないため、次は無いですね。

立地条件が良いだけ

四人で予約した。 クィーンが2台って書いてるのに ダブルとシングルしかない… ネットの情報と違うので部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったがファミリールームはこの一部屋だけらしい … 冷凍庫の中は霜の山 棚には前の人の袋やゴミが残ってるし埃っぽい 良い点 立地が良い事とシャワーがちゃんと適温で使える

침대가 간이침대였고, 영어 대화도 쉽지 않아요. 하지만, 대충 알아듣고 잘해줘요. ㅋㅋ

위치는 좋으나, 호텔은 좋지 않네요.

전체 호텔중 13층만 별도로 개인이 운영하는 호텔로, 침대 두개 중 하나는 간이침대를 놓았고, 화장실에 세면기도 흔들흔들하여 개인적으론 비추입니다. 위치는 지하철역도 가깝고, 편의점, 클라우드 나인과도 가까워서 좋았습니다.

가성비 최고. 실속파 추천

상해 여행의 메인 라인이 2호선에 위치에 있고 7번출구 나가서 바로 길거면 숙소 있습니다. 실제 위치와 구글 지도와는 좀 다릅니다. 상해는 와이파이로는 구글 접속이 안되는 경우도 있으므로 로밍이나 바이두 설치해서 이용하세요. 숙소 입구는 7번 출구 나와서 횡단보도 건너면 통신사(유니콤)건물이 있고 바로 왼편 건물 2층이 입구입니다. 1층 입구가 없음. 2층 입구에 보안가드가 있는데 13층 프론트간다고 하면 되고 예약했다고 하면 열어줍니다. 13층에 내리면 프론트 안내판이 있어서 거기서 안내해줍니다. 평수가 넓진 않지만 불편한 점은 전혀 없습니다. 요리도 가능하고 아파트나 콘도 생각하시면 됩니다. 길건너편 르네상스호텔 옆 롱즈몰쇼핑센터가 있고 지하에 까르푸도 있어서 편리합니다.

실속파, 자유여행객에게 좋습니다..

아이들 2명은 반 2층에 있는 침실이용. 저희는 1층 침대이용. 불편한 점은 없었습니다. 요리는 거의 불가능했고 컵라면, 전자렌지 이용으로 식사를 해결했습니다. 여긴 호텔이 아니고 아파트에 일부 방을 빌려서 콘도처럼 임대하는곳 같더군요. 가격대비 위치, 이동 편리성등 자유여행과 실속파에게 아주 괜챦은 곳이었습니다. 맞은편에 큰 라마다 호텔?과 롱즈몽 쇼핑센터, 쇼핑센터 지하에 까르푸가 있어서 매우 편리합니다.

ロケーションは抜群。但し建物と部屋の老朽化が進み手入れがされていないため、気にする方にはお勧めできない。

地理感、移動手段に馴れた人なら特に問題はないと思う。

余りにひどい

写真とは、全く違う最悪なサービスアパートてーした。前泊者の、飲み残しのコップは有るは、埃が舞っているは、狭いは、最悪です。仕方なく、他のホテルに移りました。

저렴한 가격에 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

르네상스 호텔 인근에 위치해 있으며 숙박비 대비 만족스러웠습니다 :) 무선 랜도 이용할 수 있었고 무엇보다 중산공원 인근에 위치해 교통이 편리했습니다. 4인실을 이용했는데 2층에 있던 침대가 싱글 베드라 성인 4명보다는 4인 가족에 알맞는 구성이니 이용에 참고하시길 바랍니다.

今回で泊まるのは二回目。決してきれいなホテルではない。いわゆる、ちょっと古い、サービスアパートメント。そこそこ街に詳しくないと、行き着くことができない。いい点は、洗濯機がある。そして、フロントを通る必要がないのが利点。そのフロントは、部屋の一画というわかりにくさ。

交通方便，但內裝太差

床上有跳蚤，手腳都被咬，家具很爛，椅子坐上去會陷下去。房間內的東西該好好換一下了。下次不敢住了。

洗濯機とwifi

設備は古い。アメニティーは最低限（歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディシャンプー、ポンプ式の手洗い石鹸のみ）。とは言え、全自動洗濯機が部屋にあり、wifiも問題なく使えた。地鉄２号線中山公園７号出口の目の前。パフォーマンスは良いのでは。

立地が良く便利だが、部屋のコンディションは良くない。

中山公園駅のすぐ目の前にあり、立地は最高。 部屋に洗濯機があり、長期滞在には重宝する。また、Ｗｉｆｉも無料で使える（通信速度は遅いが）。 部屋の清潔さは普通だが、今回の部屋は窓の鍵が壊れている、バスルームの照明が一部切れている等コンディションは良くない。メンテナンスが必要なレベル。また、空調がセントラルタイプで温度調節ができなかった。

det var ok ! Tæt på metro og indkøb ! Lå lige op ad metro grøn line , super da vi kom ind fra vest med tog , og så kun finde metro og ikke skifte ! TV virket ikke da vi kom , men vi sagde det til dem , bliv det lavet med samme !

立地は良いが、

中山公園地下鉄出口すぐなので、立地は良い。室内に洗濯機があり、Wifiもあるので便利。ただ、シャワールームのコンディションが悪い。お湯は出るが、シャワーヘッド、仕切りガラス等メンテナンスが悪い。また、開閉窓の気密性が悪い上にカーテンが薄く、冬場は寒く、外の音も響いてくる。価格バランスで考えるとまずまずだが、もう少し設備メンテナンスをしてほしい。

立地がよく、安いですが・・・・

最初の部屋はテレビもインターネットもつながらず、交換してもらった部屋は電子レンジが使えませんでした。冷蔵庫の上に水が溜まっており、掃除してｈしいとメモをも越しても無視です。 安いサービスアパートメントですから、一般のホテルサービスの水準は求めませんが、それでもどうかと思います。

we gebruikten een 4 persoonskamer. deze kamer was goed uitgerust en verzorgd; bijv, wasmachine met wasmiddel voor een dagelijks "zweetwasje"; airco werkte goed. flat staat tegenover metro station. prima zo!

Central beliggenhed

Ikke just luksus, men vi valgte dette hotel på grund af beliggenhed og beliggenheden er meget central og tæt på metro. Så alt i alt ok, hvis man kun bruger værelset til at sove i og ikke forventer det store luksus. Man skal lige være opmærksom på at receptionen for dette hotel er på 13. Etage og ikke i stueplan, da denne rectipn tilhører et andet hotel.
