So easy to get to. Close to everything!

Clean, convenient staff was efficient, communication was a little bit lagged but they still made a great effort and everything was seamless as we arrived off hours of the night & they communicated well to get us in. Even upgraded us to a better unit. The room was very clean, comfortable & fully equipped w/ kitchen essentials as we just bought fresh produce & ingredients from the local market to cook. Bed was a bit too soft for me so if you’re in to soft beds, it will be good for you. We had a sofa bed which was firm so I loved it. A/C was very cold if you need it. Overall would recommend staying there & we would again when we go back! Thank you to all the staff of Casa Abramita!

Excellent customer service

I cannot say enough about this place. Please go there. It’s beautiful and you have beautiful views as well as dining options and it’s right by the cathedral de Santiago.

Place was great….. old and quaint which was lovely. Room was spacious with good facilities. Only comment I would point out is your room is not serviced….. no new towels etc. Other than that place was great

I struggled between a 3 VS 4 for this property . We stayed two nights and it was a family vacation for our family of four . There was enough space . It was in a decent location and felt like a safe area . It was clean upon arrival and the person who checked us in was very nice and quick to offer assistance with any needs that may arise . The decor was plain/ordinary and mostly hard floor throughout rather than carpet. Our view was of a courtyard . Not bad , not good , just a comment . One thing is have to mention , just because it did happen &I think it's relevant to mention is - on our last night the place began to reek of raw sewage 😩 It had been raining pretty solidly for about 3 hours, so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it , as it had smelled fine before that. The smell lasted throughout the night and into the next morning. If we were staying longer , I would've mentioned it today the person working at the desk . Overall it was a pleasant stay , as we spent very little time in the room anyway , and I'm sure the person staffing would've handled it promptly if we'd asked for help .

Great city, so so hotel.

This was our first stop on our 2 1/2 week trip and 2nd time visiting this gorgeous city. The place was very conveniently located particularly to sites, restaurants and grocery stores in a lovely neighborhood. The room was very spacious, lived a balcony and high ceilings. Down side was not having a proper check in situation, language barrier was an issue, needed an available staff person, room that desperately needed a make over as it’s very worn. Otherwise we were quite pleased.

Location was good.

It is near attractions and metro transports. Easy to find meal options too. However, check in was limited to before 8pm. Our train arrival was after 8pm. According to the instructions I have left note to the hotel via booking agent but the hotel did not manage to feedback late checkin process. We squeezed ourselves into the gate as others were exiting and managed to find a number to call at reception entry door. The next day we found another family were having problems to contact the reception at 6pm since the reception entrance door was closed. Reception process can be improved. Also, when booking the photo of the room showed a room with street window, but the actual room only has two internal windows you have to close all the time.

We stayed for 4 nights during the Easter long weekend. The room was very clean with a nice aesthetic. Check in process was easy. Very secure building with 3 point security. The rooms are in a very lovely mixed residential/commercial building about 5 mins walk from Urquinoana station. Well located for first time visitors as it is walking distance to Santa Caterina markets and El Born/Gothic quarters as well as Sagrada Familia/ Casa Batllo in the opposite direction. Lots of decent restaurants and cafes nearby. Importantly, it is easily accessible by car/taxi compared to narrow streets of El Born and Barconaleta.

After an inherited stuffy European cruise, we wanted to spend some time in Barcelona visiting a friend. We were so lucky to find this place. It was wonderful. I was looking for air conditioning, a fridge, and a private balcony. This place had a full kitchen. The cruise made us get up early every morning and the pushy crew wanted to clean the room an intrusive 2x a day. Here there was housekeeping available but we had our own towels, didn't need any, that was fine. It was lovely being able to sleep til noon, Barcelona's attractions are all open until evening and the restaurants are open until midnight. A modern clean apartment located in walking distance or a cheap taxi to everything. About a dozen restaurants right around the corner. 4-5 grocery stores, open late or 24hrs. A pharmacy 2 doors down that refilled my husband's prescription. A smoking club a block away. We loved that the staff left us alone after being extremely helpful on check in. It's a little tricky to find on arrival but a nice lady showed us how to use the antique elevator. The building is hundreds of years old full of wood and marble but the room is perfectly updated. Lovely little private balcony with chairs and a table. Barcelona is a wonderful town with welcoming people and a relaxed atmosphere and if we come back will definitely stay here again.

Great studio with kitchenette

We appreciated having the kitchenette for our five day stay. It had the basics for cooking and eating. There was good communication from the person at reception about when the door to the balcony would be repaired. High ceilings, spacious bathroom and a quiet stay, plus filtered water in the water fountain in the common area.

They helped me to check in earlier which was great specially I have kids. This was amazing staff who allowed. No coffee or tea during the stay to be refilled. Was little bit annoying. The housekeeping doesn't do a lot. But the property was in good condition and a comfortable room. Would definitely go again. Thank you

Great place to stay especially with a family, very new and clean and great location walkable to many sights. The check-in is the only tricky thing since these apart-hotels don't really have a lobby and are not staffed if you arrive before 3 pm. It wasn't obvious that you had to go up a level in the building to get to the hotel.

Great location and excellent hotel stay for any kind of travel to Barcelona

Easy check in process, extremely clean room and building. The reception was very friendly and helpful. Great espresso machine available in the room as well as microwave, fridge and safe. The balcony was an amazing amenity as well. Also was in a great area right next to the gothic quarter but just outside of the touristy crowd. Highly recommend!

The apartments are nice but kind of basic. The service and staff and extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is amazing, close to everything Barcelona has to offer.

Great location

The location is great and it is easy to visit all major attractions. The room is spacious, clean and has everything we need. The WiFi speed is fast. The only down side is the pillow is too high and too hard for me, hence couldn’t sleep very well with it.

Excellent and very helpful staff! Excellent clean room very spacious and modern feel. Filtered water fountain justboutside the room with cold water option. Great location just a 19 min walk to Placa Catalunya, and the Aerobus with direct 20 min bus ride from the airport. Also about 20 min walk to Sagrada Familia.

Light and spacious apartment and good location for accessing sights of Barcelona. Quiet location with supermarket within vicinity. Kitchen could have been better equipped but it was functional.

A real find!

We loved that the place felt very safe, was quite clean and fresh, and we were able to walk everywhere. Directions to self check in were clear. The kitchenette was a surprise. Our host kept our luggage after checkout so we could sightsee, then called us a taxi.

Fantastic apartment, staff friendly and helpful. Great location with supermarket, bakery, little bars and restaurants in neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk to las ramblas! Would definitely stay here again.

The location was awesome and the instructions for finding the parking lot and getting into the room were good. The check in and check out process was simple and kind staff. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would say is it wasn’t as nice as the pictures. It was a dark room with a small window but other than that, it was great. I personally can’t say for sure, but it seemed to be quite handicap acceptable if that was necessary for your stay.

Spacious clean and coxy

Nice apartment, really big and clean and new. Only problem is that if you turn the A/C into Auto mode, it will have a buzz sound every 15s and that affected out sleep. Once we turned it into other modes it was ok. A problem with the system design!

We enjoyed the location and the room. Larger elevator would be much better. It didn't fit my baby's stroller. so We always had to fold it to bring it in.

Small details made the stay uncomfortable.

Apartment was well located. However... The reception was only manned 0900-1700. We couldn't leave our bags for the whole day on the last day so we had to carry them around. There was a beeping noise from the air con every 30 seconds or so, this NEVER stopped. It stopped us sleeping. The first night the shower was freezing cold, the other nights it was just about warm. Overall in summary i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone

Sapartment living

Even though I sent an email 24 hours before stating time of arrival, when we arrived we had to buzz one of the door buttons to be let in the main entrance. After buzzing patiently for 10 minutes with no answer I finally had to buzz the other private apartments to be let in. Turns out the staff member had turned off the buzzer, very frustrating. A lot of the time there was no one at reception even though the advertising gave the hours when someone was there. Poor exterior signage also made the place easy to miss. Very little crockery was supplied, one drinking glass, one wine glass. Coffee machine supplied but only 4 pods for a stay of 4 nights, apart from that place was clean and tidy and not too far from most things.

Upgraded when I arrived. Rooms have been remodeled from what they were in the past.

The place was just lovely! Very pleasant staff, room is big, very comfortable and nice looking. The hotel is located in perfect spot in the city center. Will come back here again for sure!!!

Perfect apartment for a short stay

We stayed 4 now nights in early March and the apartment was a perfect place for us. It is only a few mins walk from place de la Catalyna (main bus stops, shops and la rambles) so was nice to be away from the main streets but also close enough to walk too. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed plus a few nice touches like some drinks left in our fridge. There is a large supermarket next door and some good restaurants which we used and were good. I would stay there again.

Separate bedroom and living room, complete kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer. A little noise from the street. Very clean. The staff is fluent in English, polite.

Nice studio close to Plaza Catalunya

Studio was clean and had all necessary stuff. Windows with sunlight were missing tho. I do recommend it but they should be clear that some studios have no windows with sunlight.

Great hotel for travelers!

Make sure you buzz in, then go to the 3rd floor-first door on the left and buzz there too! Took us some friendly help to find how to get inside and to the right place but once we did it was perfect! A kitchen area, sofa, everything was beautiful and well located to walk the city.

Great location

It is a small establishment located in a residential building. Just one level was converted into a studio type apartments. The reception staff is friendly. We stayed for 11 nights in a large room with 12 foot ceiling, fireplace and a window facing courtyard. It was extremely quiet despite a fact that the building is located practically in the city center. Everything is pretty basic including a kitchenette but new and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a quite large supermarket in the same building where you can get pretty much everything. It has a second level in the basement which can be easy overlooked. There is a coin laundry “La Wash” in 10 minutes walk on Carrer de Sant Pere Més Baix, 71 for those who stay long time.

this was a real find! we booked for one night on our way to the airport buy will definitely be back for longer. this is a newly refurbished apartment the owners and staff are exceptionally helpful a bit of a walk from Catalynina plaza but worth every step. Excellent supermarket very close and good value cafe/bars

Ho scelto questa struttura principalmente per la sua posizione e ne sono felice. Centrale a 2 passi da diverse stazioni della metro. Tutti i servizi sotto casa e tanti eccellenti posti dove mangiare. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade in una stanza con balcone e piccolo angolo cottura. Siamo stati davvero bene. Consigliatissima

Tja. Middels hotell med rom/leiligheter rimelig sentralt i byen. Hotellet ser litt halvferdig ut, med mye kryssfinerplater i alle retninger. Bestilte 4-manns rom, og det var klart med en gang at den ene vaklevorne sengen ikke var mulig å ligge to personer i. Måtte derfor ha tenåringen vår tilbake i vår seng. Dårlig søvn for alle. Ikke betjent skranke, og etter shopping i 40C, hvor en endelig er tilbake til hotellet, så virket ikke romnøklene. Måtte prøve flere måter å komme i kontakt med noen som kunne hjelpe, og det gikk en del tid før noen svarte. Svært frustrerende å kjenne på en viss form for panikk med innestengt bagasje, ikke tilkomst, ingen kontakt, og med cruise påfølgende morgen. Det løste seg etterhvert, men det er ikke noe vi gjør igjen.

Stor lägenhet som passade perfekt för en familj på 4. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Läget var fantastiskt med gångavstånd till flera stora sevärdheter.

A acomodação é agradável. Mas não havia nenhuma infraestrutura, no que diz respeito a cozinha do tipo, uma água para os visitantes. Mas o desagradável foi o acesso ao checkin. Não ocorreu 48 hs como combinado por email. Eu é que insisti muito por ZAP, o que foi extremamente desgastante. A comunicação foi péssima.
