Was dirty and had to ask staff for items multiple times. Beautiful in the lobby and friendly staff just a bit disappointed with stay for the price I paid.

Room was modern and clean with motorized curtains glass window shower, our breakfast was included which was also great. Staff was helpful location is great!

Overall Nice

Staff on site were very lovely and helpful.

Won’t suggest the hotel. I had 2 rooms booked for family, 1 had cockroach. Towels were very dirty and didn’t have pressure in shower at all. Only good thing - 1 staff who helped us with bags and waited with us was very nice and extremely helpful

It’s a great place for a small Budget customer! I personally like more better places to stay. I stayed one night after travelling 21 hours. Need a place to sleep.

Quiet hotel in Chandigarh for business trip

I stayed here for a brief overnight trip. The hotel is compact and eco-friendly. The check-in staff was a bit stoic - no smiles at all. The rooms are nice but the bedding has to be freshened up a bit more. Same thing with the breakfast buffet - could be a bit more well-lit and fresh-looking. Generally the environment was not very uplifting - but the place was peaceful. The lighting controls in the room should also be explained to the guest by a member of the room staff.

Easily located and walkable to the other famous restaurents.

Nice hotel with exceptional service. Food was awesome & all the other restaurents were just step away, which were amazing too. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone with great service and food.

its a small hotel in a strip mall . pictures are not shown hotel in a strip mall. your expectation could be very high until you reach the hotel.

The staff were lovely and were always willing to help.

I went there to celebrate my anniversary and it was very experience with the property. When I check-in I found there were few amenities were missing as mentioned in the booking details but it was clarified by the staff that some of the service or things mentioned in the booking details as amenities are, on demand available. Food was awesome and staff was very courteous and helpful. Location is good and most of the tourist attraction(except zoo) are within 5-10 km radius. I was looking for front side room but there was no availability. Will visit this place again.

Comfortable, but restaurant needs attention

Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it had a great shower. The inclusive breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we also ate a tasty lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The reception, porters and house cleaning staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the bar and waiting staff who barely smiled, hardly spoke, somewhat spoiling the dining experience.

Value for money.

I have stayed many times at Maya, rooms are ok, service is good, breakfast is not great but you ultimately get what you pay for. Good value for money.

This is a good option in the central market will all tri cities quite accessible.. Staff is very helpful and polite and the deluxe room has good amenities!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

An excellent Boutique Hotel, near the JW Mariott. Quite close to the Markets and a decent locality. Spacious and good rooms, well worth the money paid. Didn't eat the food in the hotel though, but the restaurants are clean and hygiene is well taken care of.

Great service and excellent rooms

We’re still actually staying at this hotel. As we liked our original stay and we needed to stay longer in Chandigarh we extended our stay here. We booked superior delux rooms and they come here two styles which get randomly assigned upon check in. We have a spa type bath which our lit toddler adores to play in. The other type of superior rooms comes with a normal bath and shower. Both are equally spacious. I was really Impressed with how clean the room me were when we got here. We stayed in five start hotels in Delhi and this is much better. From the outside It’s hard to know what to expect from this hotel. The entrance from the outside is simply a sign amongst many these shop signs. But Once you come in the reception area is well decoarated and staff are welcoming. You can also see the restaurant which is equally pretty. The same stays true for the rest of the hotel. The bed is really comfy too. My only slight complain is that our fridge keeps not Working. Service again is great as they sent someone to fix it prOmptly every time we asked. And although it keeps breaking its something I can easily overlook as everything else Is so great. Room service and restaurant food is great too and they also have a lIttle bakery inhabitants use which serve amazing cakes! When we needed to extend our stay we went around looking at some other hotels as we wanted something with a pool and we couldn’t find anything to top this hotel.

Well priced, pleasant stay - family with teenagers

A pleasant neighbourhood, many restaurant choices and good food (big servings) for room service. Our teenage kids enjoyed the break on a week long road trip - very clean, excellent service.

Nice place to stay

Nice clean hotel close to shops n restaurants. Very safe area for foreigners n women. Bathroom was clean n spacious but could do better with maintenance and toiletries.

1 day amazing stay

From outside the hotel is a bit hidden and you might think you did the worst decision but once you enter the hotel, the experience is AMAZING. Staff is really helpful, the bar is super nice and chill, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is amazingly soft and great. Bathroom has an amazing bathtub and everything was super clean. I would totally come back for more days!

Centrally located. Modern rooms

Good rooms with powerful airconditioning. WIFI didnt catch in our room (214)... Modern furniture, and ample space. Comfortable beds.

Excellent stay!

Execellent breakfast and hard working staff who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Comfortable stay. Good service. They have no travel desk and the taxis arranged by the front desk has no uniform charges. Had to rely on their whims and smooth talking. This was the only detterrent. Our stay was otherwise very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel. Cleanliness of room was very very good.

Very central to the town, all amenities local.

All the staff were very helpful and could not do enough. Bags were carried to our room and staff were always on hand to assist us. The restaurant serviced excellent food and the chefs could not have done enough to ensure all our catering needs were met.

Highly recommendable - and next to Gulab!

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had - the rooms are extremely comfortable and well laid-out. Having stayed at high-end hotels in Delhi and Amritsar during the same trip, and for which I paid much more, Maya is head and shoulders above what style and quality you usually get in India. And, for a city where there is not too much to actually do, it is excellently located - crucially just next door to Gulab, which serves some of the best Punjabi food anywhere in the world (which is saying a lot, but its true) - don't be fooled by its appearance! Overall a highly recommendable hotel...

Close to market. Average hotel.

Shower was good. Washroom was okay.. Condition of hallway and lobby was bad. Weird smell. Condition of room was not that clean. Would recommend if on a budget.

Great hotel at a very reasonable price

Really enjoyed out stay. Great hotel in the heart of the city for a very reasonable price. The rooms were very comfortable and well laid out and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast buffet every morning as such a treat.

Great Hotel, Great Service

Arrived and immediately taken care of with great service. They made sure I had nothing to worry about and everything was smooth without any surprises. The room was very clean, very modern and comfortable bed. The premises were beautiful and the adjoining restaraunt and food were great.

Good Hote/room but breakfast was very average

Nice staff for the hotel. Room was great, only a slight moisture smell in the room (you get used to it quickly) and the fact that we could not get any sunlight in the room we were in (because for some reasons the curtains did not go further than halfway up and the other halfway is actually a wall... Still very nice room. As for the breakfast, nice staff (not super efficient/organised though but this is pretty consistent to my whole trip in India), the food was VERY average... not to say disappointing. I would not rate the whole experience as "outstanding" as it was when I booked it. It was good though.

Good hotel, excellent and helpful staff.

The hotel offered a very good price in Chandigarh and a 400 rupee credit which I used to have people over to breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent and only 198 rupees. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The free wi-fi was fast.

A modern hotel with spacious rooms

Hotel was clean, if a little tired in communal area. busy restaurant and bar on ground floor (noisy if you want to get an early night on the weekend). Room was clean & bright and the bathroom added a real wow factor. Only downside to my stay was an un-requested 8am wake up call to inform me breakfast was being served! After arriving on the late night train from Delhi the evening before, not a highlight of my stay. Other then that minor incident, a pleasant stay, at a reasonable price

Decent hotel... clean and comfortable rooms... conveniently located. However, it is a bit overpriced... the buffet breakfast is very average.

Sector 35 is one of the best markets in chandigarh and this hotel is located right in that market... Surrounded by quality food and bakery shops... Rooms are spacious with nice interiors and with bedside master lighting control... Would definitely recommend this to anyone....
