Beautiful property, great location in the Old Quarter. Loved the rooftop sky bar, too. Would stay every visit to Hanoi

Great staff. They care everything. Breakfast was delicious. Property is in good condition.

Service and staff was very friendly. We would stay here again on our next trip. Located in the heart of old quarter. Breakfast buffet was included and was very nice quality food.

Amazing experience! All staff are so polite and friendly. We feel like celebrity with VIP services. Location is so convenient to all landmarks, restaurants, street food, market, massage, and more. In addition, the hotel has travel desk on site make planning so easy and convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good restaurant. Conveniently located in the Old Quarter. Great for walking and tons of good eateries.

The main reason I gave a 5 star to May de Ville was because the entire staff was so welcoming, friendly, attentive and committed to fulfilling the expectations of guests. The restaurant dining and room delivery, exercise facility and cleanliness were all very good. I personally liked being in the middle of all the shops and restaurants, and very close walking distance to the beautiful and historic lake.

Location is 10/10! Rooms are small. Buffet breakfast is a plus. Our pick up at the airport didn’t showed up at all. I called the hotel via Whats Up for several times but no one picked up the phone. I advise them that our flight is delayed but no one responded. We took a Grab car instead. To me this just a 3 star hotel. Otherwise would stay here again if we’ll visit Hanoi.

Great experience

Great location. Easy walking in old quarter, French quarter and surrounding area. Really nice breakfast with views over the city. Super friendly staff and thanks to David the manager and his team for making my stay very enjoyable. Recommend rooms with window/view.

Very clean and comfortable. Arranged transport from the airport to the hotel which was convenient and easy.

Great stay

Hotel was located a few steps from the central lake which was perfect in the old city. Staff where both friendly and helpful. Breakfast stood out with a great selection and loved the live music.

This property is convenient for the tourists to do shopping. We can walk around Old Quater Hà Nội. Beside, the staffs are very enthusiastic and the room is clean. We were really happy to stay here for a few days.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Good breakfast and great location. May and all the other staff were extremely helpful at all times.

Lovely hotel in the middle of things. Busy and noisy outside but that was expected. We had a room with lovely balcony on 7th Floor but it was very noisy so not a relaxing place to sit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Loads of restaurants and bars around so you won't go hungry or thirsty.

Best breakfast buffet, would come back to hotel just for the buffet. Staff attentive and friendly. The welcome drink and towel were a nice touch.

Clean and neat place near Hoan Kiem lake, staff are so kind to assist and coop with me. Hope to stay again if I do come to Hanoi again...

Upscale hotel with great amenities, large breakfast buffet, and great location to many different shops and restaurants. Also near the river.

大廳服務人員非常友好，我們用grab叫車，她們都會關心司機的狀況，甚至幫忙用越語溝通。房間雖然不大，但整體來說算很不錯了！唯一想建議的是，因為飯店位於老城街，週五到週日似乎有封街的時間，應該可以主動告知房客，避免房客得要在外圍然後走進去。

Excellent value for money. Great location in the Old Quarter. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very good buffet breakfast in restaurant overlooking the city with panoramic views. Good little pool and gym also spa. This was our third visit to this hotel and we loved the recent renovations and improvements We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hanoi. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel

This is our 4th stay at the May de Ville If you are planning to visit Hanoi stay at this hotel. Everything about it is wonderful- staff are welcoming and efficient; location is slap bang in the middle of the old quarter; facilities - gym, pool and spa are great; buffet breakfast is stupendous! Big thank you to Winnie for the large cups of green tea every morning. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough Looking forward to staying here again in the future

I believe Kevin the general manager was very good. Very attentive. Went out of his way to deliver our luggage to the next hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Staff went out of their way to make our trip easy and enjoyable. Great location in old city they will organise and trips or onward travel for you. Highly recommend.

First hotel in Vietnam

The hotel was right in the center of everything. It was a clean hotel. The staff was friendly and arranged transportation from the airport for me. I literally slept like a baby. I had the perfect room which was sound proof. The breakfast was fresh daily.

Amazing Hotel and even more amazing staff!

This was my second stay at May De Ville, and again an amazing experience. The hotel is fantastic, offering amazing views from the rooftop pool area, centrally located within the Old Quarters and most importantly the staff is incredible. Hotel manager Hana helped me so much with various bookings and was even able to help me not to miss my trip to Sapa, although I made the booking elsewhere. This is something rarely seen on my travels. I was completely taken aback by her ability to improvise and solve my issue in seconds without me asking for it. Hana will go above and beyond what's expected from the hotel staff to help the guests. Bravo Hana and May De Ville!

Excellent stay at the May de Ville hotel. Perfectly located in the hustle and bustle of the old district. Lovely rooftop pool and great selection of delicious food at breakfast. Highly recommend.

The lobby is cozy and spacious, staff are really friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Renovation of the room looks a bit worn out, would suggest to place diffuser in the room so that it smells better. But overall, really nice experience as staff are very helpful.
