Highly recommended 10/10 you have everything you need super close to the grand canal no need to go out the streets its connected to the building

Everything is the in one Huge Building, you don’t need to go out ! It’s right there for you , Restaurants , Shopping Mall, Entainment , Games , Kidzones . One stop Residences ! You name it ! They have it!

Its attached to the venice mall by a walkway from the carpark,very efficient customer service and the rooms is clean and new with full facilities. *downside some pestcontrol must be done as plenty of baby cockroaches.

Great for staycation. I enjoyed the amenities in the complex and its proximity to the mall.

Good for a few days

My wife stayed here with her aunt. They said that the place is very nice with easy access to the grand canal. But other than that, most things to do are a little far away. But if you have a family or couple and you are staying in Manila for a few days. This is a good place

I can only give 5 stars to Max Stays. From checking in to checking out, everything just went smoothly. I love the fact that it's so convenient that it's connected to the Venice Grand Canal Mall for shopping, eating and just enjoying the beautifully made Venice Canals. The Hotel stay itself was very comfortable and everything was working perfectly. Even though the elevators takes a long time, the comfort of my stay has overshadowed that. I wasn't really expecting much knowing it's a condo operated like a hotel, however, it exceeded my expectation with it's cleanliness and hotel like service. House keeping did a wonderful job in making our stay so homey. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it has the bonus of a laundry washer as well. The bathroom was full size and we had toiletries replaced and clean towels daily. Josephine and Cyde did an excellent job with their House Keeping duties during our stay. Checking in and checking out was a breeze as well. I'll definitely be back during my next visit since this was definitely a great experience for me. One tip for travelers, the landmark for MaxStays, Max Style is Alessandro Bldg. That's where you get off when you check in. Hope other travelers enjoy it as much as I did.

Business Trip

Stayed for 4 nights for business. Location is very convenient. Walking distance from my office and mall.

Overall it was really nice

If your looking for a place to stay in manila, not bothering to go far from Taguig, this is the place to be. Its the place where its close to restaurant and shopping mall without crashing the terrible traffic. I can recommend this place but management should deal with the residence bagging thier doors during wee hours- its annoying!

Great place to stay

I would definitely return here again. Loved that we had direct access to the mall from the residences. Very nice room and bed, clean as a whistle, no blemishes to be seen. We were only there one night, so can't speak to services.

This hotel is a joke.

This hotel is one of the worst choices you would ever choose to stay. The WiFi Service was a mere put on as it is deemed weak and useless. The rooms are not well maintained. Overall service is poor. Go ahead and go somewhere else as you have been forewarned.

No parking available during our stay and were not informed in advance.

nice. within the mall

simple feels like home but within a nice mall. check in and check out were a breeze. lobby is spacious,and there were very few people. we can go to the mall anytime- lots of restaurants to choose from

Excellent Business Hotel

excellent place, very convenient. it's difficult to spot it so look for florance street on Google map. they take 5000 P for deposit which is returned in 5 business days...but when we are on business visit, we cannot use personal card for this. so I used personal credit card. I am sure I will be charged a currency conversion on that. second problem is that no one in hotel ever liked my phone. I don't know if it was just my bad luck. otherwise everything about the hotel is very good.

A homely & convenient Place

We have a homely stay . respectful and friendly staff like Triscia & Phoebe.

3-day get away

Our kids love the easy access to the Grand Canal Mall but finding the Tower where the Max Style Room is very difficult to find. It took about 30 mins going around and around the area to find the right tower. Even Uber, taxi drivers can't find the place.

Paul at Venice Residences in Global City, Manila

This is a nice residential area for new professionals in the Global City of Manila. Very safe and nice neighborhood but taxi drivers find it very difficult to find. Some of the area still under construction.

nice inside the room , with washer and kitchen

everything was ok except the lobby was hot , air-condition was not fully working , coming out of the staff to where they came from took along time to bring you to your room . could be improved in the future .

Very nice place and friendly staff!

This was my first time at Max Style! I didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. I stayed there for 5 days with my children and I will definitely go back. The staff was very friendly. Especially Clariza. She made my trip so much better! Clariza, thank you very much for being so nice and helpful! I will recommend this place to my friends!

Wonderful place to stay not to far from airport

Just stayed the one night as had to visit a nearby place, did not know what to expect. The staff ere so helpful and the room so nice, it is in the perfect location if you like to eat out, so many places to eat, you feel like you are on a true holiday.

Comfortable Stay

Not recommended

The room itself is great, but service is not very good, and yet they call themselves "serviced apartments"... We arrived late at night, and my son was sick but the "porter" who opens the door did not readily help us with the luggage. He sort of have he impression that he works for the condo dwellers and not for the "hotel" side. Room took too long to prepare, I stepped out to buy food but when I got back the room wasn't ready yet, my mom and sick son was still in the lobby. When we got to the room, it took awhile to realize that the wifi and cable tv wasn't working. We called for assistance and the lady who went didn't know how to fix it. She was also grumbling and blaming that the girl who checked us in should've made sure everything was working properly. I will never again stay at this "hotel".

It was an enjoyable stay

Great hotel, great location and friendly staff. Room was clean with a strong wifi.

Convenient

It was very goood staying here for the room had a kitchen and frig and microwave for left over food. Room was right next to the mall and had access to everything near by.

Service is very bad no parking. Not a guest friendly environment

New serviced apts near American Manila Cemetery

The hotel staff was waiting to pick me up at the airport as requested and gave me a lovely short tour around the area before taking me to the hotel. Had in-room check-in. As this complex will primarily be a condo/service hotel, a "room" is really studio apartment size and comes with microwave, laundry, some kitchen and cooking utensils, a lovely cold frig, and individual room high speed wi-fi. Staff was very helpful and always asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. Since this isn't a hotel as such, there's no onsite restaurant, but there are numerous dining options, both asian and western, within easy walking distance as are grocery and pharmacy options. The American Manila Cemetery is within 15 minute walk, 5 minutes by taxi. The complex is still under construction so more amenities, i.e. Swimming pool, etc, will be coming, but I had a lovely time and the staff was fabulous. Room was very clean with all standard conveniences.

Great stay

Supernice staff that met us when we came, took us to the apartment. They were flexible and everything was clean and nice. The venezian mall was nice but one day was enough, but the apartment is close to Makati and the Fort and those areas were nice to explore. Super central apartment, good for 3 people.

시설 직원 친절 매우 만족 합니다. 특히 호텔 매니저는 매우 친절 합니다. 다시 마닐라에 가면 다시 사용하겠습니다. 주위에 공사중 씨끄럽다.

공항에서 가깝고 룸 컨디션도 좋았으나 체크인시간이 너무 길고 전화를 몇번을 해야 겨우 내려오고 체크인시 이름도 헷갈려해서 룸도 잘못 배정해주고 풀리 북만 외쳐대고 결국 지네가 이름을 헷갈려서 룸 컨디션이 다른걸 잘못주고 공항에서 와서 배고파 죽겠는데 결국 체크인하는데 1시간반이나 걸려서 책임자 불러서 제대로 된 방을 받음. 그리고 와이파이가 잠깐 되다 안되고 안된다하니 와서 고친다고 계속 들락달락하고 결국 못고치고 우버 택시 불러야하는데 엄청 불편하게 했음. 다른 후기도 체크인시간 오래걸린다하는데 지리적 특성으로 여기를 했는데 룸도 괜찮았으나 다시 이용은 안하고 싶음

部屋は　at homeな感じで　落ち着く。　NHKが見れれば　申し分なかったのですが 海外にいるゆえ、英語の番組でなれるのも　趣があり　問題なし。　ただ、非常ベルが けたたましく鳴り響いたのには　驚かされました。　料理の煙が原因かもと、Ｃｈｅｃｋ　Ｏｕｔ 時に説明ありましたが、”異常なし”である旨の連絡が　あった方が安心できる。 施設内にレストランがあれば　Bestであったが、周辺に　マクド：Cafeなどがあり　特別 問題ではなかった。　総じて　落ち着ける雰囲気で　良かった。

So happy with this hotel

I was so happy to stay this hotel since very clean & compotable.. I could feel their sincere service. I must be staying this hotel again for coming business trip.
