The hotel was nice and clean. Close to Metro and waterfront. There is many restaurants and shops close by. The room was nice and clean but bathroom was a little small. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast needs some improvement. But overall a nice stay

Dangerous stairs to service level without lift. Breakfast was poor and food desk was empty after 1hour. Shower was broken. Toilet was stuck. Soap was only for one night.

РОМАНТИЧЕСКИЕ ВЫХОДНЫЕ БЫЛИ ИСПОРЧЕНЫ ВМЕСТО НОМЕРА КОМФОРТ ВЫНУЖДЕНЫ БЫЛИ ОСТАНОВИТЬСЯ В НОМЕРЕ СТАНДАРТ С РАЗБИТОЙ РАКОВИНОЙ Номер не соответствовал заявленным услугам и удобствам, а именно вместо двуспальной кровати были сдвинуты две односпальные!!! в номере комфорт не работал телевизор, предложили переехать в номер стандарт, соответственно весь романтический отдых был испорчен выяснениями и переездами. В микроскопическом номере стандарт невыносимо душно, пришлось открывать окно, кондиционер не справлялся налетела стая комаров. туалет с душевой кабиной настолько маленький, что после приема душа, вытираться можно только в номере... в туалете для этого места НЕТ (видимо кто то до нас пытался развернуться там и разбил раковину!!!!!)Персонал с низкой квалификацией ни на один вопрос толком ответить не могли, девушка с ресепшена созванивалась с управляющей гостиницы.

TravellerОтель расположен в 200 м от набережной Невы, рядом Благовещенский мост. Не большая прогулка и вы на дворцовой площади. - расположение отеля - замечательное , для туристических поездок. Номер чистый и уютный.Ежедневная уборка. Доброжелательный обслуживающий коллектив.Всё очень хорошо.

J'ai passé 8 nuitées dans cet hôtel. Je dirai qu'il est correct. Il est très simple. La chambre était propre. L'eau n'est pas potable. On peut visiter l'Ermitage et le centre ville à pied (environ 30min de marche)
