This is such a great property. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s one of our favorites for a staycation. Would highly recommend.

Great place. Home away from home. Fully equiped kitchen. Villa spacious. Shuttle to marriott world center where you can have multiple dinning options. Close to parks. Nice and quiet after a busy day come to a relaxing place. No resort and parking fees is a plus. Staff very nice. You have access to activities and pool at Marriot Wotld center.

Loved the condo! 2 bed/2 bath, spacious and spotless. All the comforts of home. There is a shuttle to the World Marriott which has lots of dining/bar options along with two Starbucks. The Sabal Palms has a lovely pool area, a little mini market with the essentials and then some. Room is fully equipped and comes with a starter set of coffee/tea/creamer/sugar. We were 10-15 mins from all the parks and used Lyft to get back and forth, all very easy.

Beautiful view of golf course and very specious.

These are beautiful large villas with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all with views over the golf course. Very clean and modern and easy access to the swimming pool. You can also use the facilities at the Marriott Hotel in the same grounds. It takes approx. 5 minutes to drive to Disney Springs. This is our 3rd stay at the Sabal Palms.

We had a great stay at Marriot Sabal Palms. We basically just used the place as a base for daily trips to Disney and Universal.. and it was a great location; only 10-15mins to Disney parking and 25 to Universal. Absolutely no problems, clean and spacious accommodation, and frequent serviced cleaning too.

Our villa was beautiful and clean. It was only 15 minutes from Disney so we were able to return back to the villa mid day to take a break from the park.

The perfect stay!

From check in to check out everything was great. The rooms are so spacious, perfect for families, couples or just a solo trip to unwind. Whether you plan on using the kitchen (which has everything you need) or not, I liked having the options of ordering from the A La Carte room service menu. The Marriott World Center is right next door for bars and other restaurants. The view of the golf course from my room was nice. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I liked the condo in general it had everything we needed to enjoy. Place outside the Disney park it fairly easy to get to the parks

Clean and comfortable

We stayed on the Sabal Palms side of the property, which was just okay. When we walked in there was a slight order but the biggest disappointment was that they don’t clean the rooms daily. So, after spending the day out at Disney World it was a let down to have to sleep in a messy bed. Another, disappointment was the shower gel dispenser in both bathrooms were completely empty when we arrived, thankfully we had soda with us. We called the front desk the next morning to ask for fresh towels and a refill on the soap dispensers, and learned we’d have to bring the old towels to the front desk to trade them in for new towels and all they had were small bars of soap. Unbelievable. I just said forget it. It was a huge disappointment because the hotel isn’t inexpensive - it felt like we got motel service for hotel prices. I would not recommend staying here.

It felt safe. It was clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. The front desk held my room key for me while I swam. They held my luggage after checkout while I finished up the conference before leaving. The overall property was kind of confusing to find my way around. I was going to a conference at the Marriott World Center and had to find my way there by trial and error. Would have been nice if they had maps for that as well as the map for just the Sabal Palms part. Also I got confused and hiked on the golf cart path for a while before they nicely redirected me. The shower ceiling was painted very sloppily. White paint down onto the glass blocks about half an inch and drips all over the whole glass block wall.

Great place to stay!

Very comfortable condo style apartment fully stocked with everything needed to enjoy a meal. We also enjoyed the screened in lanai. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. The master bathroom’s shower was awesome!

Peaceful and serene. Room is as pictured. Pool, bbq area and playground near by. Shuttle to main center is great. Staff very responsive and helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. We had a small issue with bed linens in one room but it was quickly resolved and this occured around 11 pm. The staff will do what they can to make sure your stay is comfortable. It is close to shopping. Disney is approx. 10 min and Universal is approx. 18 min away. We will definitely rebook so we can enjoy all of the amenities on the property on our next visit.

Very nice, we stayed here about 20 years ago with family and they have been updated since then. Another small update would hurt though. Overall very nice and would stay again

Just Wonderful

Just wonderful, a place to truly relax. Shame about the occasional Floridian in clement weather in July, but that is uncontrollable.

The property has construction they start at 5 am and one of the bedrooms that was facing the construction was noisy could not sleep well.

Amazing place for families

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway to visit Disney Springs with my family. The property is beautiful and the staff was really nice. Our apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and spacious and looks just like the picture. It accommodated my family and we had more than enough space. The amenities are great and it is close to everything. I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in Orlando! Thank you for having us!

Comfortable, well furnished apartment, great service with on demand shuttle to Marriott hotel where hotels and Starbucks is located. Good location for Disney parks. Only gripe is lobby unwelcoming when arriving after a long trip due to remodel/refurbishment and long line since only one employee at counter.

The carpet was wet by the window in the dining room. There was a leak and it went unattended.

Perfect for large families. My family of five stayed in a two bedroom villa. It was nicely decorated. The master suite had an enormous shower with three shows heads. Very luxurious. I definitely recommend.

Summer Fun

My family and I loved our stay here from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. Everything was immaculate. We only wished we could of stayed a little longer at the resort to enjoy it more than we could have because of some bad weather in the beginning of our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place, few minor complaints.

The property & rooms are beautiful, look just like pictures on-line. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in any hotel! The only complaint I have is I'm very cautious traveling these days especially with my children, for the most part the condo was clean however I did find clothing tags and debris from previous guest in drawer and a bit of dust on entertainment center in living room & master bedroom. The cosmetic mirror in master bathroom was about to fall off wall so I was afraid to use/move it. In the kitchen around outlets had food splatter and some crumbs on counter in kitchen. However overall this place is as advertised. With covid still a issue I would expect this place would at least pay attention to detail in their enhanced cleaning efforts. I would definitely stay again with my family.

Very nice hotel I would give it 5 but they didn’t make up the room we stay 2 nights and they didn’t clean our room .. this is the only thing that I didn’t like

Great Family Vacation Rental

This was our second stay at the Sabal Palms and we loved it. Spacious villa that is clean and comfortable. Convenient location to Orlando attractions. We visited Disney and SeaWorld on this visit and both were an easy drive from the property. The shuttle service to the main hotel was quick and easy. We were able to enjoy the water slides and both indoor/outdoor pools. It's a hidden gem...so much value for your money.

Clean and nice for a get away. With kids I wish I had been placed on ground floor unit because we got couple calls from front desk abut noise from our unit one time it was at 7 pm not even late at night. I had asked the front desk manager if with kids the ground floor will be better and he said it would be ok. So basically after getting back to property we had to ask-kids to be quiet and tip toe while walking in the room. That was hard and that’s all they will remember for their vacation. I was even scared to do laundry after coming back to priority thinking that would be a disturbance. So I recommend families with active kids to ask for the lower floor. Property has everything you need. Sports court, kitchen fully equipped, laundry. Our bathroom door was broken but once we made the front desk aware they fixed it next day. It has a heated pool but water was not that warm for a late December night. There are two hot tubs and the hot tub my family got into was broken and they said it won’t be fixed soon so that was a bummer . I say if you want to stay close to theme parks in a property that feels close to home set up thenthis is it.

Excellent!! We have a toddler and a baby and the stay was very comfortable! The villa has everything you need for cooking, for clean, they provide highchair, cribs! Everything! It’s very kids friendly, very clean and pretty. We will definitely stay there again!

Frustrating

We ended up driving all over the property just to check in. There are multiple buildings and they apparently close at different times. We were given directions, drove all the way around only to discover that office was closed and then we had to turn around only to drive to another building,number 3, then turn around again and drive all the way back to the original building. Extremely frustrating! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the coffee maker did not work. Just not what I expected at all

Had everything imaginable needed for a great stay and vacation. Would stay again!

Quiet spot close to Disney Springs & Epcot

Check In at 3:45pm was very quick and easy. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. When I had to check out 6 in the morning, the front wasn't open so I had to use their phone box by the door but the person on the other line was very friendly as well. As for the room, it looks like the photos. Very spacious and clean. They provide all sorts of tableware and cleaning supplies so you can cook or have take out to eat there. The bed and couch are a bit hard but it sinks a bit once you continue to lay or sit. I definitely think this is big and spacious enough for a family of five. I would stay here again! Very close to shopping and places to eat!

Stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The units are well equipped with a full kitchen,washer and dryer. The units are very clean as well as the grounds. Sits on the Marriott Orlando World Center property which has a very nice pool are and great restaurants to eat at. Located about 10 minutes from Disney world its the perfect location for families visiting the parks. Highly recommended

Fantastic spot. Stayed in 2 bedroom unit, huge space, well appointed kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer as well. Very quite, clean and up to date. Pool was a 2 minute walk. Check-in staff friendly and efficient. 10 minutes from Disney.

Amazing Experience

We considered this hotel to be one of the best, if not the best, we’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. Everything that a family could need or want was easily and readily available... kitchen necessities, ample space, quality gas grills and numerous flat screen TVs. It made me want to be a Marriott Vacation Club member. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect

Perfect choice, if like us you are attending a conference at the world center Marriott but, the rooms are sold out. It was a 5 min walk and our rooms were so much nicer. We loved it!!

Clean, spacious and quiet

Great stay for a business trip. The room was older and a little musty as it’s an older property, but it was clean and updated. Lots of space, great bed and very comfortable.

What a gorgeous property. Check in with Glenda was a very pleasant and personable experience. Along with speedy. The Condo was a 2 bedroom 2 bath very nicely furnished. Everything you wanted was there. The main pool is relaxing and huge. Will come back!!
