Excellent location!

A young girl who was in the front desk when I did my check in was not very friendly, I felt that I was discriminated against by her, she was little rough with, I didn’t get her name by she ruined my day : (

No house keeping for the first 2 days, Manager surprisingly doesn't have any control over housekeeping... another words empty suit DEI hire. Next the electronic lock broke and had to be replace after 3 trips down to front desk!......worst stay ever!

Clean property and nice staff

This was a great experience. The hotel was clean and up to date, very quiet and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable, not crazy about the pillows, towels were thick and soft.

Nice bar area with wonderful service. Great place to stay around the airport.

Staff members were polite and so helpful.

The lobby restaurant is very good. The rooms are updated and comfy. Great location near the airport. Safe parking with live people patrolling the lot

Nice hotel but has NO Free WiFi

The hotel is very nice and well located. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. WiFi is NOT free and we had to pay extra for it. I think nowadays Free WiFi is a must and all hotel should include it.

Aundre the bartender was very helpful with sugestions as to were to visit in SanAntonio.

It was convenient, quiet, and accessible to mall, airport and restaurants.

Nice Hotel & Location

Nice hotel & close proximity to restaurants. However, the only issue was the exit from parking lot. Only one entry/exit was available and it was difficult exiting into incoming traffic.

Great stay

The hotel, inside, was gorgeous, including the room which was meticulous and luxe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a bonus. The option of privacy for my three-night stay was divine. I could not get the nice TV to display a menu; said offline. And internet is not free unless you’re a member. So I read a book. Breakfast buffet was pricey, but food everywhere, especially hotels and airports, is off-the-charts unreasonable. Overall it was an excellent stay.

This hotel was clean and had large comfortable rooms. The bed was soft and cozy. The airport shuttle was a key booking factor and all the drivers were friendly. We will stay here again when taking early flights.

Es cierto lo que se dice sobre usar aplicaciones para hoteles, te dan las habitaciones que sobran, me tocó habitación para discapacitados sin posibilidad de cambio y construcciones afuera de la ventana (en 3er piso) esperaba más de un hotel de cadena tan famosa

We stayed at this Marriott the night before flying home due to its proximity to the airport. It was close to shopping and a short drive to the airport. It had a nice bar area and breakfast (not included) the next morning. Hotel was clean, elevators were fast, and staff was all friendly.

The room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of free parking. The lobby was bright, modern and welcoming, and everyone we had contact with at the front desk was very friendly.

Our room was very clean and our beds so comfy.

It is always dirty and noisy. The staff is not helpful. The security was incredibly rude.

Will not stay again in these hotels. We had a late flight, we arrived and asked front desk if we could check in earlier, front desk was not friendly they seemed annoyed. I was able to check in early, we fell asleep, in the morning found blood on the corner and middle of the comforter my children were sleeping on, it looked like the previous guest sheets were reused.

Great family getaway with very minor problem with our commode that was quickly resolved. Will absolutely use in the future and highly recommend! Very clean, quiet and eco friendly.

Our room was clean everyday except for the day before we left, no sign of house cleaning.

The hotel was very convenient. The personnel very helpful and friendly.

This place was impeccable from check in to check out. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nice . My steak was melt in your mouth good & the bacon at breakfast was chefs kiss . I think they used magic to prepare it . I had a cramp in the pool and the bartender brought me a glass of pickle juice without hesitation even though it was a weird request!! The property is so clean and inviting and the bed was heaven . I was a little hot from being overheated and the maintenance person brought me a fan to use in my room !! I will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone . It’s also close to basically anything . Check out “The Pearl “ we ate at “Supper” & it did not disappoint!! Can’t wait to come back !!

The bed comforted with filthy with blood stains in it and we asked for a crib they gave us a broken baby crib.

The hotel staff was rude, dirty sheets on the bed, no towels availability and tlod us we had to wait to bath until the next morning when clean towels would be available. Ask for management never received a call back plus my card was overcharged as well. My family and I love San Antonio but will never stay at this property again. We should have been accommodate for the inconvenience plus we had 2 rooms.

Nice hotel area not great

Front desk friendly but hotel was noisy busy and rooms could have been cleaned better. Pool area was smaller than the pictures and crowded l. Bar closed early and food was not good at all l.

Very nice property!

Reserved room with tub instead I was given walk in shower. Room was HOT. You have to pay for WiFi. Have to pay $17per person for nasty breakfast buffet that are normally included with room at other locations. Wanted to try a new place besides our norm but learned my lesson with this one.

Would probably stay here again. Comfortable. Good location.

Perfect location

The hotel manager made my stay very comfortable, it will definitely be my favorite hotel in San Antonio.

Quiet and comfortable. Convenient to the airport and, via the 281 and 410 freeways, everything else in San Antonio. Friendly and helpful staff, though they sometimes seemed impatient in the restaurant.

Great stay

I stay at Marriott because of the brand. This location is different, however and a cut above. From reception to bar/food service, to Bellman. Everything was a cut above. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad service

I ordered room service, it took over one hour and did not come. I called again they had forgotten about my order. When they finally sent it everything was wrong.

Excellent in all aspects

The room had a musty smell, and there were dead crickets in the air vent in the bathroom. It was noisy as well. The fire alarm flashed a very bright light the whole night as well. Disappointed.

Great location and the gym is amazing!

Disappointing for a Marriott. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning our room each day of stay. Hair could clearly still be seen on the bathroom floor, wet and used washcloth not changed, and for the 3 nights we stayed, our glasses were not washed AT ALL. Basic necessities that smaller (and cheaper) hotels would provide such as microwave and water in the rooms were nowhere to be found in the rooms at this location. We stayed here because it was the location of the conference we attended, and the WiFi was not complimentary. Another disappointment for a Marriott location. Not a great stay or experience, sad to say.

Excellent Experience

Our stay at the Mariott was excellent, all around. The staff were friendly and very pleasant to work with, the hotel itself was beautiful and our room was very comfortable and clean. Even though the hotel was VERY close to the airport (ie. convenient!), we couldn’t hear it at all. The next time I’m in San Antonio, I would absolutely stay here again.
