Très grand logement très bien situé à 50 m d’un arrêt de bus et quelques minutes de la station de métro Marques Pombal. Des petits magasins alimentaires sont également tout proches de l’appartement. Celui-ci est bien équipé, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, produits ménagers, sèche-cheveux. La terrasse est agréable et ensoleillée par contre la vue n’est pas extraordinaire. A déplorer une odeur de remontées d’égouts qui gâche un peu l’ensemble.
