Incredible apt-clean, comfortable, convenient

Not only was this place comfortable and clean, but parking for my larger vehicle was spacious and right below the apartment and the location was great as there was a grocery store right below. The apartment had everything my family needed for our stay, and the fruit basket and the bottle of wine I received as a VIP member was a nice touch. JP was an incredible host who was very responsive and extremely helpful. He communicated with me starting the night before our reservation and met with us the moment we reached the apartment. He showed us where to park and walked us through everything. When I come back to Lisbon, I will definitely be staying at this place again.

Overall this apartment is worthy to stay.

Our stay in Lisbon was absolutely exceptional! The apartment was perfectly suited for our needs, in a fantastic location near several grocery stores, and the onsite parking made our trip to Sintra a breeze—truly the highlight of our visit. The customer relations team went above and beyond, welcoming us with a fruit basket, water, and even a thoughtful teddy bear for our 3-month-old. Every detail was carefully considered, making it one of the best travel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

This could be Lisbon's best kept secret!

Truly one of the best places I have stayed in Europe. This was the best of both worlds between an apartment and hotel -- a spacious (and beautiful) apartment with room service every other day. Could not recommend enough.

Awesome location, spacious and absolutely what we wanted. Could not have been more pleased with the spot and the outdoor space was as added plus!

Good and spacious accommodations, very quiet and off the beaten path but accessible to all the city life via walking.

Lovely stay and apartment was excellent. Pool was a lovely break away from the bustling city meaning we got both a city break and a pool side relax.

This was a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming. Everything was organized with clear instructions on how to use all the appliances and laundry. We were greeted at the apartment and shown around by Joao, who was very kind and helpful. The bottle of wine, bowl of fruit and chilled water was a nice touch. My daughter loved the pool. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Everything was great!

Great place, quiet clean and loads of space

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Lisbon over the last 2 years during regular business trips. This was by far the best place, quiet, clean, and plenty of space.

Everything about the apartment was wonderful! The bathrooms were amazing, loved the little kitchen. Checkin was so easy and the pool was great too

Luxurious stay

I was hesitant about spending more than I usually would on accomodation, but this place had great reviews. I’m so glad that I stayed here - it felt so luxurious and was close to so many great restaurants and a supermarket. The pool and lovely garden was welcome to my kids and the soundproofing was great. The small inclusions like washing powder, tea and coffee, fruit and wine were very welcome. If you’re using the sofa bed, it does sink a lot in the middle, but I didn’t expect it to be super comfortable! The quality linen and pillows were nice though.

Estadia excelente, apartamento com muito conforto e muito bem equipado. Bom serviço de limpeza. Já é a segunda vez que fiquei hospedado nesse local. Voltaria a me hospedar sem qualquer dúvida. Muito bem localizado.

Great modern apartment, walkable to dining and attractions. Nice neighborhood and friendly people. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Pool wasn't open 2nd week of May is the only drawback.

We love our stay. The property is very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and responsive. Unit was cleaned every 2 days which was very nice. There a few good restaurants close by and grocery stores within walking distance. It is a very quiet and safe area. Close to bus stops and public commute is easy to navigate.

Top rated appartments with easy access to buses and Metro for links around the city. Housekeeping every two days who do an excellent job. Only dowside, there was no reception so communication was limited to Whats app and not always affective.

Great comfort and safety. Need better storage for non perishables in kitchen , had to use kitchen table.

Fabulous apartment within walking distance of Marques de Pombal metro (15 mins). Contains everything you need for your stay in Lisbon. V comfortable beds including the sofa bed and well appointed bathroom and cloakroom. Kitchen fully equipped. Communication was superb and very helpful. Excellent stay and highly recommended

What a beautiful, comfortable and tasteful apartment in a quiet area.. yet walking distance to shopping! Ended our honeymoon on a perfect note, for being our fav accommodation the whole 3 weeks. Thank you for the hospitality, Team Marques!!

I highly recommend this property for your stay in Lisbon. It’s in a perfect location for a tourist, where everything is nearby and local taxis and Ubers will be very affordable from. The place is beautiful and clean. As well as the staff being so accommodating. I can’t recommend this enough. Even better than some hotels I have stayed at.

Very nice clean and well kept modern apartment. Close to the metro. About 20 minute walk to touristy part of the city.

Besides pool being freezing cold in 85 degrees outside no other complaints. 6 of us in 3 rooms. Everybody loved the place. 20 minute walk to our pick up spot for excursions. Restaurants nearby. Try the Ramen place! Big fridge kept our drinks cold and big freezer too. Laundry was great to have. We didn’t cook but has everything u need. Nice fruit bowl for each room was a great touch. No view but didn’t care and does have small balcony. Highly recommend the place and would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed for our short break in Lisbon. It was in a great location and the supermarket below the apartment was so convenient. Communication from the apartment team was superb, we asked for a late check-out as we had an evening flight and the team were so accommodating. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful one! The one problem we had was the bathroom fan was on constantly, a constant humming which we did not ruin our experience but would have made the apartment perfect. We were told that this would need to be fixed.

I loved everything

This property was amazing! The location is really close to the metro. Check in was great and they let me have a late check out which was super useful. One thing for people to know tho, dont think about going out to get some food if its even remotely close to the check iut time as the code to come back in will stop working. Normal check out time is 12pm and i tried to get back in at 11.45am and the code didnt work anymore. I managed to get in touch with the property to get a new code but was super stressful when i was menat to be checking out 1hr 15min later. Otherwise i couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Fantastic modern apartments with a lovely pool and garden area to relax in. Great location for exploring Lisbon. Francisco our host was great and even surprised us with a lovely cake on my husband’s birthday which was a lovely touch and totally unexpected. The housekeeping service was excellent and all the staff very friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much for a lovely stay, we hope to return again soon.

Amazing apartment

Probably the best place we’ve stayed in while on holiday! The apartment was excellent, well-equipped and very clean, and a few minutes walk from 2 metro stations. My daughter loved the outdoor pool too. We arrived very early on our first day due to flight times, but Francisco was really helpful and met us at the property and stored our bags until the apartment was ready. Will be recommending to any friends or family visiting Lisbon!

This place has exceeded my expectation. It is not far from the old town. Its interior is modern and comfy. It provides everything a traveler needs. Fruits and drinks are gifts to our guests. Well thought of. The swimming pool is a nice place to relax.

We very much enjoyed our stay - the apartment was clean and had everything needed for our stay e.g coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Our host JP was helpful, providing us with transfer from the airport and recommendations on places to eat etc. Nothing was too much trouble. A supermarket is just around the corner and the cafe across the road was handy for breakfast and we loved the pastel de Natas. The Marquis da Pombal was a 5 minute walk away and the sight seeing buses were available here at a reasonable cost. All the high end shops and sea front restaurants were a 15-20 min walk away once we knew our way around. Would highly recommend. We stayed with our 16 year old daughter so having the separate room and bathroom was a bonus.

Clean property with many features, including fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. João greeted us at the property and was very helpful with arranging last minute transport from the airport. Conveniently located close to metro station and there is a supermarket in the building.

Fantastic Accommodations

Everything about this booking was great. Excellent communication, met host at property for a walkthrough , as the apartment has quite a number of unique features. Only 2 apartments per floor, Good sized fridge, freezer, stove/microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, heated floors. Close to a number of restaurants and transportation options. One of the our best bookings ever. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay

This is one of the best apartment I come across so far. Communication with their staff was good and efficient. I arrived late in the night and they emailed my beforehand instructions for getting into the apartment. No problem at all. The apartment was sparkling clean. Not a corner with dust, just amazing! The housekeeping had done a marvellous job. Electrical appliances are new and well maintained. Supplies were sufficient. Location is very convenient, just a short walk to metro station. Downstairs has a supermarket. Parking space is free in the basement garage. Perfect for renting a car to make day trip to nearby areas. The host staff Ben came in the next morning to sorted out the check in issue. Ben was friendly and helpful. He also recommended some nice restaurants to try out local delicacies. Honestly this is a most enjoyable experience to stay in a rental apartment. Highly recommended.

A new and excellently maintained apartment and swimming pool in the “backyard “. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Close to Metro. Very quiet inside. I would stay here again. Great value for the money.

Everything was perfect except for poor wifi connection. We luckily already had our own internet source. Otherwise would highly recommend!

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO

O apartamento é simplesmente excelente. Embora seja compacto, é muito bem mobiliado, arrumado e limpo. Os 2 banheiros são lindos, o quarto e a sala são lindamente decorados, a cama é extremamente confortável, a cozinha tem bons eletrodomésticos. Tudo de primeira. Localização excelente, muito proximo a Praça Marques de Pombal, Wi fi rápido e eficiente. O anfitrião Lucas é profissional e muito prestativo, fornece todas as informações necessárias. Ele é acessível a qualquer momento. Eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente na próxima vez que vier a Lisboa!

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed. I've stayed for 21 days, so I can tell, is nothing but perfect! Everything works and is very well maintained, cleaned and brand new. There are heated floor in the entire apartment, bringing unique comfort. Kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also has dishwasher, washing and drying machine, smart TV on living room, table dinner for 4. TV inside bathroom mirror. Big closet to all of your clothes. The furnish is from a very good taste! Wifi works 100%. Every window have wooden blackouts. Light scheme makes everything very comfortable. The location is impossible to be better, only one block away from Avenida da Liberdade, near everything you need. You can walk to everywhere if you want. Free self parking on site. Supermarket downstairs. Code key to entry building and apartment, no need for keys. The cleaning staff is lovely, so courteous! The entire staff is very lovely and make simply everything to help you. I was there also for my birthday, and received a very nice gift from them, love it! Will come back as soon as possible. Thank you very much for everything guys!

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. We had an upgrade and the space was amazing. Free parking is a plus. Checkin was fine.

Cosy chic apartment

We have stayed in the apartment before and it is so cosy and luxurious. Great location tucked away from the hustle and bustle but easy for transport links for anywhere in the city and beyond. The customer service on check in was great. We loved the special touches this year and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We now go home after new year well rested.

Everything was absolutely fabulous. Except one thing! Whoever put the kitchen together needs lessons, the cutlery draw was upside down, a read bug.

Love this apartments because they are very central ; very nice well presented and very comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful if you need some thing !

The property was new and in extremely good condition. The location was perfect - quiet but close to the Metro, restaurants and supermarket. The price was great value - far better than a 4/5 star hotel. I would recommend this to anyone

Muy recomendable, cómodo , limpio, bien ubicado,la decoración y lo más importante: la atención de Mafalda superó nuestras expectativas nos recibió muy amable con muchos detalles , todo el tiempo estuvo en comunicación cuando lo necesitábamos;y nos ayudó a guardar nuestras maletas un par de horas el último día, fuiste de gran apoyo.
