Money begging motel

Not recommended at all. This property is located in a dirty neighborhood with so rude and staff. The property charges you for everything even if your friends visit you, you have to pay a visit fee which is hilarious.

Its basic hotel. I would not count as Four stars. Its there star rated .Middle management not helfull as expected. Definitely not Four star . Area is not so impressive. Hotel have few night clubs and its not suitable for families. Very noisy at nights .

To be honest I enjoyed my stay there but when it come to dealing your client not so great. Guess they need some more experience and more approachable. They some good stuffs others not so.

Worst Hotel In Dubai!

This Is One of The Worst Hotel I Ever Stayed In Dubai. This Hotel Is Completely A Back-Dated Hotel In Dubai!!! It’s My Bad Luck In Dubai That I Chose This Hotel To Stay With My Wife :( It’s Room Is Very Untidy, Nasty and Smelly. The Floor Carpet of The Room Is Mouldy and Dusty Which Caused Allergic Problems (Cold, Flu and Itching) To Me and My Wife For Which We Had To Change Our Hotel. Guys, Trust Me That, This Hotel Can Easily Make A Healthy Person Sick and Pissed off. This Means That, You Will Enter Into The Hotel With A Good Health and Later On You Will Leave The Hotel With A Bad Health Condition. This Is The Culprit Hotel Which Can Ruin Your Entire Trip-Entertainment. Moreover, The Basin and Other Fixtures In The Toilet Are Broken and Partly Damaged. The House-Keeping Staffs Do Not Clean The Room Properly and Even They Do Not Care To Clean The Carpet With Vacuum Machine Regularly. Finally, The Staffs of This Hotel Are Not Well-Mannered and They Are Very Unhelpful. They Don’t Care of Their Guests. Please Don’t Stay In This Hotel By Spending Your Hardworking-Earned Money!!!

I don't know how is it a 4 star hotel. It smell bad. After entering the hotel I saw a cockroach in the room. And i changed the hotel immediately. They charged me the check-in fee also they didn't refund my money for all 3 night. I didnt even stay there for 30 minute and they charged me check in fee they didn't refund my mony for all 3 night. Never going back there again.

Disappointing experience in Dubai

The images do not come close to reflecting the state of the hotel, it was noisy till the sun came up. No housekeeping, it is dirty, smelly, no hot water, and no water pressure. Had to change rooms. The buffet menu for breakfast was poor, so stuck to fried eggs, fruit, and American pancakes. Disappointing in myself for not doing homework at this hotel. Left a bad taste on my overall stay in Dubai. There is no way that this hotel has a 4-star rating and closer to a one or at best two stars. Everything was misleading and more than disappointed at being tricked to be led to believe that this was a decent place to stay

Overall good. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the shower was defective. The breakfast was ok, you could choose every day between: pancakes or eggs or Dosa.

The location was unique. Nestled in the heart of Diera, the hotel provides an opportunity to experienced a more authentic version of Dubai.

It is four star buy looks like 3 star. 1.My bed reading light broken, 2.worst WiFi coverage inside room. 3.Daily complements not providing correctly, 4.In this COVID outbreak they are providing one hand towel for two person, 5.got broken kettle. 6. Tea mugs are not good. 7. Rest room very dirty and uncomfortable.

My first stay

The price is not worth -Room is to small compare to others, very noisy outside til midnight, sound proofing is not enough, tv reception is poor. Kitchen/ service is worst not accepting order they hang up phone!!!

The noise only stoped at 4 am. We hardley selpet that night.

The worst hotel , that i have ever been, rundown property, very dirty , upleasant smell in the lobby and the room, yhe room is dirty, the staff are very rude , i couldn't stand the hotel i had to go to another hotel the same day, without my refund , because the hotel refused to refund me, i don't recommend it to anyone.

Washroom quality become worst. No more drinks and snacks in the room. Receptionist are great and rest of the staff are owesome as well

I have been staying in this Marcopolo since 2006 regularly The overall atmosphere, staff performance, cleanliness, food selection, responsiveness to complaints have gone down at least 25-35% than before. The room rate has dropped due competitiveness or economic situation but now it is no more a4 star hotel stay My room was with breakfast but I had to pay for breakfast

This is a nice hotel to stay in but if you are expecting a four / five star hotel then this is not for you. The prices are as high as a 5 star hotel but they are actually somewhere around 3 stars. There is a night club on the floor above ground floor and below the first floor, so if your room is on the first floor then be ready to feel the beats of music as you sleep. Breakfast was normal Indian stuff and the swimming pool was cold and dirty. Other amenities came with extra money. Overall it was OK, not worth $105 a night !

This hotel cannot be classed as four star hotel! Needs refurbishing! No fridge in the room. Bathroom very dirty. I checked out 3 days early and moved to another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Our stay was for ten days and I can say the services provided to us was amazing. The people at the reception, the conceirge and the rest of the team were all great. The cleaner whose name I understand is Suman Kumarr was very positive and professional. Ensuring that the room was spotless at all times. In the restaurant too excellent customer service was their priority noteably Shaba Ram Ram, Francis and Prakas.

No 4 start, just 3 start, not good, not stay again

Very bad hotel! Filthy, room service is terrible, they folded the same towels we used and put them back as clean towels... the music from the clubs stays on until 4 am. Do not recommend

The staffs were really nice and helpful, they were prompt in attending to my calls. The location is perfect for many activities. Insects were in the room had few bites. The WiFi is really so annoying as it gets disconnectioned like every 5mins had to keep calling the reception.

Security was tight and people couldn't just walk in off the streets.

Best hotel but a bit noisy

People who can tolerate a noisy night can stay here, not so noisy but the dam dam dam of music banging the walls of your room. I like this hotel a lot but its not for guys like me who want to rest n sleep at night coz there is a nightclub in the hotel which makes the place a bit noisy.

I liked the location close to restaurants. Very easy to get a taxi. The rooms have mold, Wifi is limited to each device, the room fridge didn't work, the television didn't work, the pool had mold in the ceiling before you got to the pool and wasn't quite clean/well maintained, had flies in the room from somewhere constantly, room cleaning was at like 3-4pm and also the next room kept smoking and it kept coming into my room.

This should not be classed as a 4star. It needs renovating. We booked 2rooms and were dissapointed. However, can't complain too much as the price was very reasonable. Bonus is- decent location if you want to stay near the Gold Souk.

I like the area and location, but if you can here the outside noise from the windows. Noises like beat from the bar and plane passing by. My room has a defective TV it has a poor reception You need to let it run for 10mins then the reception will be ok.

My concerns on property 1.Sleep quality-interupted by noise from the adjacent disco or from planes flying above it. 2.My particular room was quite stuffy even with aircon although my kids room was comfortable. 3.Old hotel requiring renovation-bathroom was tiny and the tab discoloured,loby area also quite dated. 4.Although fairly accessible to metro,the area is not desirable and online photos exaggerate the hotel ambience.

The water in the shower/tub would not get above slightly warm, and I had to use the water pot to get any bath to a comfortable temp. The clubs played music which reverberated throughout the building until 0300 and I could not get sleep prior to have to wake for my flight.

The hotel has a disco. We received the room just above it. By loud music, we could not slept until it was closed at 3 am. It is incomprehensible to run hotel services in such a place. They should decide to run either a disco or a hotel. The rooms looked quite good, you can see the renovation a few years ago. The carpet in the room was not well dusted, it had numerous plans, as did the sofa and pillows on it. Bedding was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The whole room was dominated by the smell of chemicals used in the bathroom to hide the smell of the mold hidden under the ceiling. The smell of air conditioning was so unpleasant that we did not use it. Fortunately, it was only 1 night, with check-out at 5am. (so only 1 hour of sleep).

Our room was spacious enough for 3 persons. Very clean and well maintained. We had a nice stay.

Noisy and bad wireless internet

Stayed the hotel from 25/6/18 until 6/7/18. Hotel is not far from airport and old centre of Dubai. Service is bad and very noisy as there are 3 discotheques in the hotel. Open from 6pm till 6am. If you’re looking a place to rest and have a nice quite sleep this is not your hotel. Internet connection is very weak and intermittent. Technical assistance team is unfriendly, unable or uninterested resolving internet related issues.

Comfortable stay
