its always a nice quiet, safe and tidy place to stay i would highly recommend

Nice place to stay

Nice and clean and comfortable. But if you have a large vehicle (ute or SUV you'll find the driveway and parking very very tight and may need to park on the street and walk in.

It was all great. Also wonderful communication with Nat. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quiet setting, good communication, clean and comfortable - and WARM (we arrived late on a miserable afternoon to find our room well lit and heated for us - fabulous service)

A really lovely garden setting, varied and picturesque. Provided interest and privacy. Our apartment was on the ground floor on the back side but the planting was done so well it felt cosy, light, and classy.

Access to the property was very tight and our Bed was uncomfortable apart from that it was a very pleasant stay

The room was tidy and clean. The main bed wasn't as great as expected. But overall, we were happy to stay.

So close to Mercy Hospital, so quiet will definitely come back here to stay.

Having washing machine/dryer in unit was a bonus. With kitchen we were well set up for the week. Very handy to Otago Golf Club which suited us. All in all very happy with our accomodation.

It was difficult to find your room, when not shown - red light system.

Everything we required for our stay. Only stayed one night, but if more good for making meals. Comfortable bed, good shower.

It had facilities to make tea/coffee and prepare a simple meal if required. It was quiet and private.

Overall the room was good and clean had everything. Maybe needed a new shower head as the pressure I’m use to is stronger.

Property had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable. Natalie met me when I arrived & farewelled me when I left. She was very helpful by taking my bag which I appreciated.

Well equipped, comfortable and quiet - except for the loud gurgling noise coming from the washing machine overflow pipe whenever the laundry downstairs was being used. Only suggested improvement: a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed

Tucked out of the way in a nice quiet suburban area, apartments are lovely, like a home away from home! Arrived at 10pm to find lights on, nice and welcoming

There was nothing not to like. The apartmemt had everything I needed for my stay, it was clean with comfortable furnishings. I would definitly use the apartments again and recommend them to anyone looking for accomodation.

Property is clean a d studio is comfortable and homely. The bed was pretty bad in our studio though - mattress was indented in the middle and pillows very flat. Could hear the neighbouring room guests and every door that opens and shuts in the house. All stairs when in the balcony rooms so suggest this to be for lighter luggage 😊

Very quiet and giid value

Lovely quiet accommodation in the suburbs. Well appointed spacious studio unit with outside seating and garden view.

Close to city centre. Good parking next to apartment. Nice and quiet.

Nice quiet, peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay in the apartments, very convenient and handy to town, perhaps the only negative comment for a couple of stay at homes(!) was the lack of either Sky or access to Netflix/TVNZ On Demand at night, however I realise this is quite common these days.

We booked for 2 nights to this hotel on December 10 to 12,2020.But we were not able to get in because we cannot get hold of them for the key of the room.The given phone number to expedia was never get reach or uncontactable.My credit card was charged for the 2 nights although we never get hold of them,we ended up looking for another hotel by midnight though we arrived @730 pm in March Apartment hotel.Very frustrating because we were very tired from long road trip,we just got lucky for the 4th hotel we stayed because mostly were fully booked and my son wasnt feeling well that night.Until now I cannot claim back the amount the charge on my credit card.I am trying to keep in touch with expedia fro the claim but until now already March 22,2021.They said still they cannot get hold of the March Apartment.In short, I cannot claim back my money I was charge for the hotel that I wasnt even able to meet the staff or able to get the key for the room I booked because the phone number they provided is unreachable and no one in the reception area.I traveled overseas and locally but never experience this situation only in this hotel.I Hope they wil give me back my money and not to mention the hussle and inconvenience experience that night.

These self catering apartments are, clean, close to the city centre and great value

A lovely little place to stay with a pretty conservatory to sit in for a cuppa. Lovely landscaping. Great service from all staff and owners. Would definitely recommend!

First time staying at this location, was very comfortable and well appointed

Very private. Spacious with good facilities. In a nice area close to restaurants. Maybe a couch for seating two people would be nice rather than having to sit on dining chairs or on the bed. Great place though.

Neat property that was fairly central for our needs. It had everything that we needed.

Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. it would have been good to have electric blankets on the beds as still cool in the evenings.

The unit had everything we needed, Shower has great water pressure but the fridge was very noisy kept waking us up also the walls are very thin you could Here noises from other rooms

A clean, well priced and comfortable choice. My only suggestion would be for the property to make it more clear in booking information that it does not offer daily servicing. We did not work this out until we read the page of information at the place on the second day.

Only downside was inconvenient parking space for our unit

Quiet stay

Mould on bathroom ceiling and peeling paint by bath needs attention. Other than that the unit was warm, well equipped and comfortable. I would stay again.

Good sized apartment. Nice shower. Check in is at a different address than the apartment building - not far, but not exactly convenient. Street number given on website for check in address is incorrect. Reserved parking is available, but the parking spaces are extremely tight. If you you're going to stay in a downstairs unit, make peace with the fact that you're going hear a lot of upstairs noise. Also take note the apartments are not serviced and that you are expected to clean up before you leave.

Very comfortable stay

Loved my stay at March Apt. A very comfortable apt with comfortable bed and a fabulous bath and small courtyard area not far from the city.

The only thing that i thought could be improved was some new pillows. Mine were very flat and hard to get a good sleep with. Other than that the place and stay were delightful!
