The staff was alright, the location was good enough to order a ride when needed. There was no restaurant, so that needs to be taken off the website as an amenity. No elevator, my fault for not taking that into consideration. The room we were in was very dusty, the ceiling fan had dark dust on it as it was never cleaned, the bedding was stained, had to go back out to go purchase bedding the day we landed and cleaning supplies to clean as much as I could. There’s also a roach and termite problem. Only 1 pan worked on the induction stove so we had to purchase pots and pans that worked. Leaking toilet that we asked to get fixed, came back the light in the bathroom was on but the toilet continued to leak. The sink in the kitchen and bathroom was clogged. On the last day and night, we stayed for 2 weeks, the AC leaked all night causing a flood the next morning, we were given the option to move to another room, that was clearly a no with all the work that i’ve done in the room we were in. With all that said, we made it worked for the duration, though we were not anticipating on purchasing anything. It was an inconvenience when it was time to go as we had to haul more items besides 6 luggages to our next hotel.
