Great property. We would definitely be back.

Terrific location. Had a few problems with room as a result from Cyclone but location outweighed the negatives

We enjoyed the facilities and surrounds. Great views and everything was easy to get to.

Property was fine. The cleaning of the unit could have been a bit better. The showers had water marks on them and the fridge had leaked leaving water all over the floor in the kitchen. Staff were lovely to deal with and were onto it immediately. Maintenance came and dealt with it next morning. Views were amazing.

The property was great but had a few issues with parking and some maintenance issues with the unit

Excellent property, the view is simply breath taking, would highly recommend the place, staff, services top notch, the building requires some maintenance by the owners but nonetheless outstanding stay.

New, modern, fabulous views all around.

It was so good to be on top of Woolworths. Very convenient and walk to beach and Cavill ave. Great hotel

Great location, supermarket, dinning, transport, beach all in walking distance. Also has a very cool view to sit back and watch after a busy day.

Property was amazing view was amazing staff were more than helpful kind and accommodating. I have stayed at many other hotels there but circle on cavill has proved to be the most outstanding. 10 stars for the staff. Thankyou and i cant wait to book my next stay there. Highly recommend.

Two in the towers

The hotel staff are always friendly at mantra towers on chevron.They allowed me to use the waiting area whilst I planned my next travel movements

Position is so convenient, but despite the hustle and bustle, rooms are very quiet and luxurious. Amenities were great, kids loved the pools and gym was well maintained and equipped.

The view!!! Amazing

The bed was stiff as a board. That’s the only thing that I can think off everything else is fantastic that’s why I keep staying at this hotel

Just spent 7 nights on the 22nd floor. The room is large, clean and has everything you need. The oceanview is worth a million dollars easy & if your there in Sept like us you may be lucky enough to spot the whales from the balcony. . we got lucky. Take earplugs can be noisy at night with the clubs & the screaming from slingshot but we didn’t really mind. 8/10

Terrible bed

Comparing my stay when this location was new few years ago. It has lost its standards, after checking in, the location has no water. Asking for additional items will need you to go pickup from reception. So you end up wasting your precious hrs of holiday. Bed is no longer comfy, terrible sleep. Dont think will be booking again.

This property was fantastic in so many ways! Location, cleanliness, pleasant staff and close to pretty much everything. Only down for myself was the bed, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy my stay. Thank you

Amazing and stunning hotel! The room was very clean Quick walk to the river , Cavill ave , beach and Woolworths is right out the door Staff were all lovely

close to all dining options

Property ok, I loathe paying for parking and the food out sofa I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on it, not useable so my daughter slept in the lounge and it was too small so she shared my bed.

Stayed here for 6 nights great location however for the amount you pay you would think it was a lot better. Portacot supplied for my 2 year old was in terrible condition and had stains all over it. Bed was comfortable. We were on the 8th floor so the view was not great. Probably wouldn’t book again. Not a bad experience but not great either.

Stayed for 4 nights in 3x2 apartment. Woolies, bottlo, restaurants and tram station within 50 mts of front door. Carpark very easy to navigate, staff very helpful and property was spotless. Already planning Xmas holiday at Circle on Cav .

Booked last minute for short stay - easy access after hours for checkin & property well located

Both my friend and I had an amazing time and experience staying at the Mantra! It was so close to everything for 2 mums having a break away from hectic home lives! We absolutely adored and was blown away by the ocean and hinterland views feom the room! Couldnt fault the location, property or staff!

Great hotel

Room was perfect, view wonderful. Swimming lap pool was 25m with lane rope.

Love the full en-suite kitchen, especially with the grocery store right next door. Balcony views are stunning from either side of this property.

Very convenient location, spacious rooms, great views. Good amenities. A bit noisy even from high floors, but probably not unexpected given its location in the middle of Surfers. Would be handy to have more staples given it’s meant to be a serviced apartment - like cooking oil, paper towels, salt and pepper etc.

Only thing was that Even being on the 24th floor We could still hear all of the traffic below us driving past with all of the doors closed

Loved the property and location. The only thing was trying to get onto WiFi was difficult and when we did somehow my credit card was hacked and we couldn’t get back into the WiFi not that we wanted to anyway. So be careful

The views were incredible, the beach on one side and the river on the other. The lifts took a while to come each time which was annoying but I would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying at Mantra Circle on Cavill for a fun weekend away or a holiday with the family - this hotel has everything you need. And staying on the 39th floor provided AMAZING views overlooking Surfers Paradise, the beach and surrounds. 5 STARS

Beautiful view. Great that it’s central to everything. Didn't like that we had to pay extra fee for parking as it wasn't included with the apartment rate. The entryway light kept flickering at night time but that’s a minor thing. Everything else was amazing.

The room was great and hotel stuff and communication were great as well. Location is excellent but the elevator is a big problem. There was a problem with the elevator during all our stay. We were waiting more than 30 minutes sometimes. Not sure if this is just this time or ongoing ptoblem.

Enjoyed our stay at the property and is a perfect location whether it be wanting to go for a stroll or head somewhere with the car. Nice kept grounds and pool atea and the room had a beautiful ocean view!

Good location.. we stay in north tower in a well maintained very clean 2 bedroom spa apartment.an enjoyable stay.

Great stay! Amazing views

Great stay, ideal location if you want to be by the beach, restaurants, bars and shops without the noise of it at night. Apartment was plenty big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The best part of the stay without a doubt was the view. We stayed on floor 48 and the view across the city into the mountains was our favourite! Only thing to note is its basic cooking facilities you’ll need to get salt, pepper oil etc to be able to cook

Very central and close to everything. A lot of street noise at night. Excessively long waits for the elevators most of the time

Nice property close to all amenities

We stayed in 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom Spa Apartment with Ocean views. The apartment was amazing. We had a corner apartment with awesome views of Ocean and views of river on Level 33. The apartment was in excellent condition , with minor signs of wear and tear. It was close to everything in surfers Paradise. We have a great stay. The only down side, we couldnt get the spa in the apartment working and the receptionist on check -in was not friendly at all. She shouldnt be there. After a long drive from Sydney, it would have been nice to be welcomed with a friendly receptionist instead greeted by a receptionist who seemed angry and not customer service focused. Disappointed with the check in experience.

Lift took 10-20minutes to arrive every single time and to top it off waiting in lobby or anywhere but apartment room had NO aircon. It was terrible and when the lift did come it would be full. No aircon in the lift either not even in the lobby/common areas. The whole place did not smell clean. The picture frame hanging above our bed decided to fall off the hook and almost hit my husband, toddler and I at 2am shocking us in our sleep! Luckily did not fall on my baby as the frame was very heavy! Went down the next morning told reception who said they would send maintenance up right away to remove it, they did not send anyone up, went down the next day again and they had no idea what I was talking about as whoever served me had not even let anyone know! Our room didn’t even get cleaned had to ask them to send someone up to clean it and give us fresh towels. The rooms walls are so thin you can hear everyone. The light switch was broken and fell off. The whole building is so run down needs a complete renovation. Did not feel clean in this apartment at all. Will never be staying here again. The only good thing is Woolworths being right downstairs but even Woolworths is filthy.

Amazing Stay

Had an amazing stay. Really comfortable rooms. However it’s worth noting that the rooms feel more homely than hotel rooms. The location is perfect, everything is at a walking distance. Staff is amazing

Property okay parking an issue and thunder winds and lightning reviews needed of stairwell as if lifts were out could not open exit door

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was well appointed and the facilities fantastic with all that you need. Just a little downgrade as we had a few cockroaches in our room which we found and also on the balcony. It appears though this isn’t the hotel but the area as their were many around the streets also!

Wonderful weekend

Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the beach and cityscape. Great location with walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at Mantra Circle on Cavill again.

The apartment was fantastic with awesome views of the river and beach. very secure, underground parking. Woolworths was a 30m walk from the elevator. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous location and views

Fabulous location and views - central to everything. Apartment was spacious, clean and really well equipped. We were on a high floor - 39 and could see the entire Gold Coast from our balcony and bedroom was definitely worth the extra cost for a seaview. Gtrain, supermarket, Cavill Ave and great food at your doorstep. Will stay again.

Very nice clean big everything looks great

This is our first time in Gold Coast and all I can say is the place is perfect!!! Everything is so close and the beach is just 10 mins walk. We will be back for sure!!

Was a little disappointed with the noise on Saturday night from the street below up to 3am. Sounded like a street party from the 19th floor. So surprised to be able to hear this. Other than that, it was a great place, excellent location and friendly staff.

Dishwasher and washing machine required maintenance and thorough cleaning.

The room was excellent except we did see a few hair balls on the carpet.

Wonderful amenities for our small family. Bed was incredibly comfy with fantastic views... couldn't have asked for a better way to end our holiday.

Nice place but the smell is shocking! Using the toilet air scent devices in all guest areas, espec the lifts is too much! Please use something else.

Loved our stay at the mantra on Cavill. Gorgeous apartment, fridge wasn’t working but all got sorted very quickly, great service.

Overall, good stay- good location, amenities and cleanliness, but some fixtures becoming a little tired and need maintenance or replacement- matress lumpy, bench tops has marks
