Excellent

A classic old hotel that is managed well and maintained in excellent condition. A great location opposite an outstanding japanese restaurant. A good happy hour , a fine breakfast and professional helpful staff.

Exceptional hotel located within easy walking distance to eateries, shopping and tourist attractions. We did not use the pool on our stay but it was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were so lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was hot and well pressured and I adored our Juliet balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

We stopped in Haiphong for one night before we departed on a Ha Long Bay cruise. Manoir des Artes was the best hotel we could have asked for. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great in the restaurant and the tv even had Netflix (which was great as we just wanted a chill night in after traveling). I can’t recommend it enough! The property was also much cuter than we expected, the lobby is adorable!

The hotel is very well decorated. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff was amazing. So in tune to your every need. Cannot say enough good things.

Tremendous staff

Tremendous service from entire staff—shoutout to Hien for help with numerous logistics around touring, also interesting conversations about food and culture. Great location with plenty of restaurants in the immediate area; short walking distance from center of city. Excellent breakfast including fare from various breakfast traditions. Very thoughtful. Kept an eye on my comfort at every turn. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous French Colonial style hotel, so clean and amazing service!!! We had booked a few nights, but almost left after 1st day, as the room was so hot! (When you take the key, the air conditioner turns off too). Luckily the night porter Hieu gave an extra key, and fan to cool it. He also helped get us easy tickets to Cat Ba, and basically saved our stay! We ended up loving the pool oasis! The breakfast was very good, the Gentlemens lounge drinks were OK, dinner we tried 1 night, also very good. Restaurants, cafes and markets in walking distance, though better food a quick taxi drive away. Can totally recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Haiphong discovery

I highly recommend to stay at the Manoir des Arts hotel conveniently located in the center of Haiphong. The hotel has been nicely remodelled and kept the charm of a French old colonial style. The team is constantly looking at giving you the best and attentive services. The breakfast is amazing and offer you either the traditional Vietnamese cuisine or the European way. If you want to visit Halong Bay, it's a good idea to stay at this hotel and join Got ferry harbour to board a cruise for Lan Ha bay or visit Cat Ba island.

Superb hotel! Rooms were excellent and service could not have been better. All the staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly. Outdoor pool is small but really nice and was never busy.

Very nice hotel in a lovely old building. Tastefully furnished. Nice big bed. Helpful staff. The room window looked directly onto a wall less than 1 meter away, which was a shame.

Beautiful hotel close to the ferry.

We needed a hotel so we could catch the nearby morning ferry over to Cat Ba Island. Excellent location...short taxi ride to ferry port. The outdoor pool area was very nice with Frank Sinatra playing in the background. Room included breakfast which was convenient just before our ferry ride. All and all a beautiful hotel.

Lovely hotel in a quiet city

We very much enjoyed our 2 day stay at Manoir Des Arts Hotel, which is located in central Haiphong. The staffs were very warm and welcoming, the hotel was well presented with good facilities and breakfast was really nice! There are many nice places to eat around (the staffs recommended us good local places), cafes to enjoy Vietnamese coffee and Tam Bac lake is close for a nice evening stroll.

Helpful staff. Clean facilities and room. Excellent location.

Travellers rest

Haiphong is a stopover on the way to Cat Ba or Halong bay, and if you intend to stop this hotel is an excellent choice. Great pool, faded grandeur with imperial leanings. The staff are excellent and the bed comfy. A lovely place to spend the night we found great coffee, ate well and had a lovely walk around the lake. It's a quiet city for Vietnam, not a lot to buy do relax by the pool.

Un facade. Un peu défraîchi mais l’intérieur est top et bien entretenu . La piscine est bien elle aussi super propre et bien agreable .

Le staff de l'hôtel est excellent ,souriant et disponible.L'hotel meriterait un rafraîchissement pour mettre en valeur le batiment (beau).Une meilleure isolation phonique est necessaire pour les chambres donnant sur la rue.Bon petit dejeuner.

Perfect HOTEL

예상하지 못했던 멋진 호텔이었습니다. 물론 좋은 후기를 많이 보고 예약을 했습니다. 하지만 기대이상의 서비스와 숙소를 경험했습니다. 너무 일찍 도착해서 짐을 보관하려 방문했는데, 체크인 해주었으며, Welcome Drink 도 아주 훌륭했습니다.

概ね満足できました。 私の場合は知人の送迎があったので、立地を気にせず雰囲気だけで選びました。 強いてあげるなら、部屋が肌寒いときに暖房にできない？ことが不便に感じました。もしかしたらやり方があったのかもしれませんが、、

매우좋습니다만 방이 작아요 앤틱가구들 너무 멋집니다

너무 잘 쉬다가 왔어요 또 이용하고 싶은 좋은 호텔입니다. 하이퐁에 가면 또 이용할 생각 입니다.

近くには和食のレストランや 冷房のきいた清潔なレストランが多く さらにスーパーも徒歩5分以内 ハイランドコーヒーも隣にあるので 日本人には嬉しい立地かと思います。 ホテルのスタッフはみんな若く明るく親切です。 冷蔵庫の冷えが弱いのがマイナスかな？ 部屋は清潔で良いのですが、掃除の時間が かなり短いので見えない所が少し気になる。 交通量の多い道路に面しているので 低層階は車のクラクションがうるさいです。 シャワーの水圧は満点です。

하롱베이 크루즈 가려고 1박예약했는데 생각지못하게 태풍이와서 크루즈 취소되는 바람에 1박을 더 예약했어요. 체크아웃날에 비행기가 결항되었다는 사실을 접하고 발을 동동 구르고있는데 직원들이 다 모여서 정보찾아주고 방법까지 다 알려주셔서 다른 도시로 이동하여 비행기탔습니다. 너무너무 친절하고 고객일에 발벗고 나서주셔서 감동받았습니다

하이퐁 최고의 호텔 입니다 예전 프랑스식 건물을 리모델링 했다고 하더군요 아름다운 건물 청결함 친절함 최고의 조식 뭐하나 빠지는게 없습니다 그리고 휴일에 약국을 찾는데 도움을 준 bellman Đức Toàn 정말 고맙습니다 덕분에 불편함 없이 약국을 찾았어요 조식 정말 잘나옵니다 그리고 레스토랑 엄청 저렴해요 밖에 나갈 이유가 없습니다 아직 오픈한지 6개월 뿐이 안되서 많이 알려지진 않은거 같은데 정말 최고의 서비스를 받았습니다 직원들 정말 친절해요!!

이 가격에 이정도 서비스와 환경을 갖춘곳은 없습니다. 수압이 좀 약해서 샤워할때마다 불만이 쌓이긴 하네요.
