Our third stay here and we got the executive suite this time big spacious room 2 bathrooms hot tub. Couldn't ask for a better way to spend Xmas day. Staff are always polite and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to either Robinson's or Mall off Asia. The stand out for this place though is the buffet breakfast. Food is so good and so many choices. We now stay here every time we are in the area. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is improving each time we go there. The parking is limited and the room we had (room406) is directly above the kitchen and the exhaust fans are very noisy making it hard to watch the TV and visit with friends.

Staff are friendly easy to check in and out

The SM mall, intramuros, museums are all at walking distance. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. That security check is annoying as hell.

Such an amazing hotel and above all else the staff! The entire staff provided a high level of professionalism and was always courteous and extremely friendly and respectful. They definitely demonstrated what hotels should strive for. I will without question be coming back to this hotel the next time I’m back in town!!

The buffet has lots of options.

The hotel is old ac unit very big and very noisy wifi very poor kept cutting out and certsin times of the day no signal every day same with the television signal very annoying. Breakfast ok staff ok checkin took a while and check out poor as had to check room. Not sure what they think you will take from an old hotel room quite insulting really. Plenty of other hiteks in better condition than here would not recomend property

I like the most is the breakfast included. The only comment I would say was the TV was too high and small. I liked the brightness of the room was because of the lights, other hotels their light is too dim. Overall, good service and hotel.

Well its absolutely tremendous staff couldn't do more for you . I cannot say any more but what an amazing place to stay. Free mall transfers. Breakfast amazing lots of choice. Well done to all the staff .. Thank you . Before I forget you must visit the hyde bar its spooking entrace please be amazed.

Some of the features in the suit were a little in need of repair. Closet door fell off the track when opened and the light was hanging down in the closet. Water got warm enough for a shower but had to be all the way on hot. The sink water was not as hot as I like it for shaving

I like the food served in breakfast. It was delicious. I don't like the bed sheets and pillow, very uncomfortable because it's looks like it has been long time since it was purchased and a lot of guest used the pillows and they did not maintain the good condition. For the bedsheet in my room it's not nice because there's a hole in the linen. It's not worth it the money that I spend for my stay. I did not mentioned to the reception after I check the condition in my room because I'm so tired that day and I don't have time to request of transfer into another room. All I want is to relax and sleep after my long flight that day but unfortunately I am disappointed with the facilities. Maybe the good reviews saved during the time I booked online is not updated and not latest review. It's not matched with the the actual condition. I will not recommend to book for a night to stay and I will not come back again for another stay unless I will heard it was upgraded their facility.

I enjoy my stay at Manila Prince Hotel. It was an excellent experience, The staff is so hospitable and accommodated. I like the CR (please provide bubble bath for the bath tub). I also like my experience in Hyde, super relaxing and the ambiance is very good. I also like the buffet breakfast, aside that it was free, all menu is delicious. See you in my next staycation.

Restaurants too far from hotel

Good hotel with a very nice breakfast. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Nice pool. The furniture is older, but it's fine. There are a few odd rules, but just follow them and all is fine. This is my go-to hotel when I am in Manila

The Security checks is to much

A clean hotel, with spacious rooms, as well as swimming pool and a work out room. Staff were helpful and friendly, and helped me getting taxis.No public transport closeby.The breakfast buffet (included ) was varied - with fruits, cereal, or hot options. There are several places to eat running along side of the hotel. However it is situated in an area where I didn't feel comfortable walking at any time - especially as a single woman. The streets were not clean, and the pavements are uneven, so easy to trip on. There are armed police standing guard outside.

I really like the hotel and my room but the hot water in the shower room not working.

Love to stay here when I visit Manila again. Staff are super efficient and the best breakfast I have ever had. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the room and shoutout to the HSK staff in providing daily HSK service.

I booked a 5 nights stay for my mum, sister, brother and dog they don’t stay where that there would be 1500 php per night fee for the dog and 1200 php for a visitor to stay overnight it would be better if they put that here rather than telling me at the reception that it’s on their fb page or website which I clearly don’t know about since I’m booking through Expedia but I still ended up paying 7500 php for my dog and 1200 for my cousin. All in all facility and service was great just not so much with the hidden fees.

Breakfast bacon out of stock! Hyde bar is different but they need a well lit lounge style bar. Swim pool is child size only.

Unique- Clean sheets and towels, a lot of food choices available outside the hotel, spacious room. Employees are friendly and courteous. Need to improve: Breakfast buffet food choices are limited especially meat /protein option, bacon is not crispy, brewed coffee is weak and tepid. Cushioned seats in the hotel room has lots of stains and need to deep clean as well as the cushioned seats in the dining /buffet area, very weak and intermittent internet connection.

They canceled my reservation

This hotel will lose your reservation and then claim you canceled it or Hotels.com canceled it. It took me an over an hour to rectify the situation. What a waste of time on my vacation.

The staff are great and very friendly, but the entire facility has this smell like mildew smell. It's so overwhelming smell especially by the elevators.

I did not get the room for two members of my family in spite of the booking confirmation and Itinerary number that I showed to the two staff as proof of evidence. It took almost 2.5 hours of discussion and explanation and we ended up still not getting the room we are entitled. According to the Manila Prince Hotel staff, the booking confirmation I have was not in their system. That is not my problem if it’s not in their system the fact that I have an evidence of paid booking and confirmation they should give us the room we paid for. I demand a refund for Booking Confirmation number 182749, Itinerary Number 72814725454045 because I did not get this room that I paid aroundAus$111. This discussion with the 2 staff happened between approximately 12am to 2.45am at front desk of Manila Prince Hotel. It was very upsetting that we were treated very inconsiderate that time. What we only need is to get the room we paid for to be able to rest for few remaining hours of our booking.

The staff is all very accomodating. Price is very affordable for the service that they can offer. Breakfast is amazing they do serve it freshly and theres a lot of choices. Sure that I will still choose Manila Prince Hotel to stay.

The staff are very good and helpful. The room is large and the facilities though bit old (like aircon) are fine for me. I like the stone surface and Toto bathroom ware. The buffet breakfast is good. The front one-way street is busy.

This was one of the better hotels and worth the price and all amenities included as well as being located in between local and business areas. Great stay and were very accommodating to all my needs and even gave me the option for a late check out. Will be staying here again later this year.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Older hotel needs some improvement carpets in the room have a musty smell and are worn out. The very dirty curtains in the windows of the room was the biggest eye sore. The white curtains were no longer white just a shade of gray from dust. Please replace them in an otherwise very nice sized room with all the amenities. Please also think about a room safe for valuables.

I had a great stay due to the efficiency and kindness of the staff. However, before departure I was forced to pay pesos 800 for a bath towel that was allegedly stained!!! Therefore, although I enjoy my stay (great breakfast too), I will not come back to Prince Hotel again.

Manila prince allocated me room is different from what I booked…. I report to front desk, but they don’t care.. finally what can I do…..? I stay with different room….. I loss my money

Didn’t know what to expect. This place is somewhat older but really well taken care of. The buffet dinner is not to be missed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again when in Manila also the included breakfast buffet was great
