Flight was delayed,once in Manila my driver dropped me off at wrong end but finally got there..it's not a hotel,it's a apartment building with a few rooms available for booking.. Pool is available but gym is for not available for tourist.. Not advertise properly in regards to restaurants n cafe, they are none in apartment BUT apartment is inside a shopping Centre so plenty available..U even escape the long line to go into the mall by using your room key for secret alley to shop.. Nice location,better food n shops option then Australia, my first stay here second stay in Manila and this is def better than paranaque.. Love the ration of security guard to people,you don't get much of the beggar's and scammers ..if Catholic the mall even has a church service on Sunday,how do I know?it's next to the game centre..

the condo provided was not the condo pictured when the condo was booked. Different layout to the pictures exhibited and seemed to be a smaller unit then thought of when the booking was made. upon arrival the agent was pleasant to meet, helpful and willing to help with any concerns

I love the room and the connection to the mall , all in all my stay was great and very comfortable . Looking forward to stay here in my future trips !

Stay Here While In Manila

My fiance and myself had a delightful stay for 12 nights at Manila Condo Home at Robinsons Place Residences. The condo was clean, excellent wi-fi, complete cooking utensils, good AC., and a helpful staff. The thing we liked the most was how quiet the condo was! No noisy neighbors or outside noises. The pool view from the 11th floor caught some of the city but none the less was impressive. Everything you need shopping wise is to be had in the Mall. I would give the Manila Condo Hone our highest recommendation to those looking for an first class place to stay in Manila.

Manila Condo Home at Robinsons Place Residences is a great property. Excellent staff, clean room, and great pool. It is attached to the mall, so you can get everything you need without leaving the building property / mall. It is also a quick walk to everything else you might need. Highly recommended.

Clean, quiet, very convenient to food and shopping. Place could use some updating, but great A/C and shower! Seems to be located in a safe area for tourists. Mall access is from inside lobby which is great! The mall is huge and beautiful! Tons of places to eat! Bed was comfortable and water pressure is excellent. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and convenient stay. Staff is excellent.

This was my second stay at Robinsons and if in Manila you can't beat it! It's like your home away from home with anything you could possibly need close by and the staff are all very nice and helpful. My next trip I will look there first. Thank you and I look forward to my next stay.

It's okay..

I stay in Robinson's Place Residences whenever I am in Manila. The apartment are well kept, clean and tastefully furnished. The 2 housekeepers - Irene and Judy - were very responsive whenever I called them. They were very meticulous and kept the apartment in tip top condition.

I booked the stay for 25 days this month. I loved the property and the Location (on top of Robinsons mall). The staff were incredibly nice. Appartment was clean. It had a balcony and access to Swimming pool and Gym. Was a good stay indeed already planning my next stay with MCH (MS Odette and her team).

pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. The room was more then I expected. I will definatly stay here again. The huge mall right next door is a big plus because it offered many restaurants for me to try. Plus I could get coffee from Starbucks and The Coffee Bean in the morning.

Wonderful Experience

This is my third stay at this place and it always exceed my expectations. The rooms they are giving me are getting better and better every time I stay here. Great room and location. Very clean and close to the shopping center so it is very convenient if you need anything just walk pass through the lobby and it will take you to the mall. Service is wonderful too. I am definitely staying here again.

The apartments are always clean, the people always helpful. Nomatter why you came to the Philippines u will able to find it at this location. Everytime i come the Philippines this the first place i look to stay.

The property is old and untidy. A lot of stuff are broken inside the unit. Air conditioning was not good because there was no installed AC in the living room but instead we have to leave the bedroom door open so that the cool air from the bedroom AC can spread out to the living room. Thats what the unit’s temperature not stable and made us sick because inside the bedroom was cold but when you go out to the living room the temperature was real hot!

Close everything but the only thing i concerned the deposit is expensive.everything else is great...

Exceeded expectation.

This condo exceeded my expectations. My unit was decently furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Air con was working so well that I had to turn it off at the middle of the night cause the bedroom gets too cold. Bed linens, towels and shower curtain were changed every week as well as general cleaning of the unit. Location is the best, just step out of the private door of MCH and you’re inside the nice, big Ribinson Mall with all the fine eateries inside. Security is 24/7 and the front desk staffs were all very friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to Annie, the managing staff of my unit. She’s very friendly and attentive to details. One thing I had problem with was NO parking space allotted to this unit. My son stayed with me at night and had to pay parking at Robinson Mall for 500 pesos for overnight parking ( day rate also apply ) every night which gets pretty costly if you stayed for weeks and sometimes for a month. Overall, very satisfied with MCH Suites at Robinson Place Residencies. Will stay there again.

Great Location

Property was a great location for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. In spite of anticipated crowds in the area, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to move about without a lot of problems. The unit was self sufficient and I prepared several of my meals but that was because there were so many restaurants to choose from, I couldn't choose. I want to thank Odette and Annie for making my stay pleasant and with working with me on my requests. I hope that in the future when I visit the Philippines, I hope that you will allow me to stay with you again. Casinos in the area were okay but not much action for gamblers.

Not necessarily a hotel but a rented condo unit

The place is a condo unit rented so there are no hotel staff except for the hotel security. The place is near the mall so it was a good thing.

Nice condo tower in Malate. Acces directly to Robinson mall from the lobby. Near places my wife and I enjoy eating and going out at night.

Good but could be better

The bath and hand towels had seen better days. They are old and worn out - not fluffy anymore. Please provide better towels as we are paying a daily charge for the change if towels and bed linens. Have more cable news channels - BBC, Channel News Asia, CNBC, etc. Too many cartoon n local channels

I was totally disappointed , stink smell woke me up smell like stinky fish, then around 1:30am a couple was screaming and slamming the door. During the day screaming people like crazy. I was about to use the water to brush my teeth, a water was brown. A stay of nightmare..

Nice condo on top of Robinson Mall

This is not a hotel with reseption, but condos and upon arrivel we had to pay a deposit of 3000 PHP cash, that must be stated in hotels.com page and confirmation. Also a fee of 250 PHP for cleaning is deducted on the deposit when you get it back when checking out. Due a cancellation of our flight from Naga to Manila we had to take the bus and we arrived 2:00 AM at the residence. We called in advanced to tell of the delay and was meet by the representant. Looking past this small issue the apartment was nice and clean and service was good.

Convenient - Mall just below

My 2nd stay here. Very convenient as the Robinson's Mall is just below. The cable TV had very limited English news channel - only CNN. Better if the cable can be tuned to BBC World, CNBC, Channel News Asia, etc. Need to pay P250 daily for housekeeping services, change of bed linen, towels, etc. At least a daily change of towels should be free.

Second time staying here and enjoyed both stays. Kitchen was fully equipped with toaster hot water pot microwave and rice cooker. Pool and gym was good. Location adjacent to the mall was great. Aileen and Annie were very helpful cheerful and efficient making my stay easy and pleasant.
