We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary. They even had special sheets with dogs on them for the little ones and little stuffies for them as well. Unbelievable attention to detail and to its clients.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

One of my Favorite Hotels
The Mandarin Oriental-Lucerne was paradise. It is centrally located, the room was very large and spacious. The view was spectacular! I have nothing bad to say about my experience.
