Much more than what expected. Very nice room(10/10), but no towels, luckily I had one. Hard to get to properly, no signs or directions arrows. GPS took me to a different place. Finally found place. But it was worth the trouble of getting there, Very nice place

Beautiful place , the only problem was the water in the bathroom pressure a little low.

They didn't have a towel or soap available for my stay. Then they got the towel. I had to go to my engagement without bathing waiting for a towel and slump. Soap was never available.

Very friendly staff, accessible and very close to the beach and shopping center, hospital, and interstate. I definitely recommend.

Pics are VERY misleading and rooms are VERY overpriced for what they are. Our floors were filthy despite being told they had been cleaned and we were still charged a cleaning fee! Patio view was of a car shop. Room was tiny and sheets were gross. Kitchen is a common area and not private. Kitchen also has no supplies. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

This property is a beautiful house with two pools lit up with pretty colors all night and parking for guests. Check in and check-out was fast and simple, Angel was very helpful answering all of our questions. Has an accessible kitchen with a microwave, stove and fridge. Main house has many common places to sit and chat or eat for a while, great place for renting out in a big group. The pools are amazing, especially at night with all the pretty lights and nature all around. The mountaintop is great for sky watching or a morning in with some coffee. There’s this great bakery close by with great breakfast called Atena’s Bakery that’s like 5 minutes away.

The water was too cold and too hot.. could not take a nice shower. The idea behind this is awesome just need some tweaks. The light from the main building was shining through the window. Maybe should have room darkening curtains. Also no water pressure in the toilet. Only one roll of toilet paper for the weekend for two people. The location was good and the room was not bad. Also the wifi was not working. Password was incorrect.

Big room

What you see in the pictures is NOT what we got. Our room was dirty and when we finally got in contact with the property manager she fought back saying that we needed to be patient and wait for them to come over and clean it…this was 45 min past the check in time, she said she had no other rooms to offer…so we waited well past our check in time to get in our room. Getting in contact with the property manager was very difficult to begin with, communication was very poor that check in day and she was very unprofessional, we did not feel safe at all. When the housekeeper finally came to clean the room she was dismissive and treated us very poorly, complaining to the person she was with about having to come back to clean the room. The rooms floor, bedsheets and bathroom were dirty, moldy bathroom shower. The walls in the room were unfinished and we had exposed electrical wires, we traveled with small children, that was a big safety concern. The room door wasn’t very secure, there were broken tiles everywhere and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet…we were never given the WiFi code, we had to get the info from another guest (who was also checked into a dirty room.) The room we stayed in had a car shop directly behind it and they played very loud music until 11 pm. We were in Puerto Rico for an extended time, this was our very last night in the island, we stayed at over 17 different places…this was the absolute worse, would never recommend it.

They had a car shop next to my room and every morning it was noisy.. hot water not working.. sink was dripping on floor had to put a bouquet to pickup water!!!

It was peacefully quite area.fresh air .the pool needs maintenance.the room was small .the bathroom was ok,the handle to open the shower was broken.. the AC didn’t had a control so I had to climb in a chair to turn it on/off ..other then that it was fun, the kids enjoy it ..

We arrived late just after 12 am, our reservation was canceled. it was about 30 miles from the airport. the room they had was a trailer house not what you see in the photo. I thought I was on a safari getting there, not good in the middle of the night

Everything was terrible, i tried to reach the manager property and she never replied back. I stayed 6 days and the stuff clean the room after the 3 day of my stayed. Location was terrible also.

The Hotel in the middle of no where.

It was nothing like the pictures in the Website. The trailer room was unfinished and very very small. I called and they were able to accommodate in another. The google map directions that they insisted in using took us for a longer and far route, was very scary 😟

Place was very dirty, swimimg pool was missing cap on floor and it was dangerous for kids. Stove did not work. Air conditioning control did not work, so we were freezing. They answered saying we had to turn off one general switch in the control panel outside the house, but did not say which one... the whole house was going to be without electricity if we did so.... Administrators failed to answer the phone or solve problems. There was nobody around to receive us or to look up for help during the whole time. The whole house was really crowded, overcrowded. We had to leave 1 day earlier than expected because we couldn't take it anymore.

The bathroom had a leak on The floor , the door window was broken , the floor on the shower was pure cement . The last thing is that on the photos they Offer rooms in a house , when we arrived , we slept in a trailer. Nobody showed up at the reception desk like is not safe at all, there was no employees , everything was handled by phone .

Overall the location was good. However didn’t have some necessary needed. I.e iron, microwave, and a good window curtains. The front door was glass in the middle that the hallway light kept the room to clear to sleep in the dark.

Having been through Expedia I expected much more. In the application they have photos of the other rooms but do not include a photo of what they call a trailer and it is disappointing when you encounter reality. the conditions of the trailer appear not to be finished. The wood inside is not treated. Cockroaches and excrement inside. A lamp without a bulb. Insecure breaker box without cover. The shower did not stabilize temperature. They were not clear with the additional charges.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Really nice. Room and bathroom was big and clean. A/C worked!! Common areas (kitchen, living/dinning room and pool/patio area) were spacious, clean and modern. Property location was nice and private. My only complains are: I got a different room from what I had reserved. I didn't asked to be move or approach management about it. I didn't had time for it. Second there was a Boxer dog in the property. The dog seem to be an older dog and kind of docile but I'm scare of dogs (specially dogs that don't know me) so I didn't like having to deal with that. Mr. Angel Abreu (property owner/ management) was extremely responsive, friendly and very nice to interact with. He even answered a phone call at 4:30am when I called him about the dog. I would definitively recommend this property and even consider to stay again in the future.

El lugar en fotos es distinto cuando llegas. La habitación desde el piso debajo de la cama , el aire acondicionado , sobre el televisor totalmente sucio y lleno de polvo . Ni tan siquiera pasa el estándar normal de limpieza que debe tener un lugar que hospede . Se le hizo reclamo a la gerencia vía telefónica pero al no haber ningún personal en la propiedad no atendieron la situación y nunca nos pudimos instalar en el check in . Se le reclama al encargado y su respuesta fue que no puede dar a basto para atender todas las habitaciones y mantenerlo todo limpio. Decidimos cancelar ya que la habitación nunca estuvo disponible y lista y tampoco había nada disponible y aún 14 días después no han procesado el reembolso. NO intente quedarse en este lugar . Créame, Puerto Rico tiene muchas otras opciones. No vale el intento probar este lugar. A la que tenga algún reclamo la pasará mal

It was not what we expected. The pictures that we saw in the internet were beautiful. When we arrived our room it was a camper not in the house. Bathroom was not clean. Also the pool was dirty. It was all fake. If you dont have space in the house you should notifiy and let clients know about the option of the camper.

I love the property, really beautiful, kind of long road to get there. But distant for isolation and relaxation. I didn’t like that the Kitchen didn’t have basic necessities like Glassware, plates, microwave, ice maker. It was just an empty and dirty storage... I didn’t like either that the Gazebo wasn’t clean it just had random old stuff. And mostly I didn’t like that with the price for a night there wasn’t anyone in the property that could assist and be present. If for the price was the rental of the whole house, fine I get that you on your own but, there were more people staying with questions and concerns and no one to assist.

The place has provides no security on doors or around the building. The communication with the managers when confronted about the issue was horrible. They did not care and hung up the phone twice. Will not recomend to anyone staying alone.

There is Hot water, There is no hammock, like displayed in the pictures but the property is beautiful and very private, be aware there is a gaurd dog but he is friendly and will protect you. And there is a beautiful bengal cat that i did not dare go next to inside the house, but you are able to use the house the pool the jetted pool (not a jaccuzzi) the stove outside and in, they only provide you with towels and soap so come prepared. He is very communicative. We actually had the house to ourselves because no one was there which was perfect as well. Its so peaceful the scenery is amazing, i would say the place can be a bit more cleaner upon arrival, and i would have liked other amenties besides towels and a little bar of soap, but overall the property is amazing it is beautiful very homey, makes you feel rich for a reasonable price. I did enjoy my time here P.s ( you definitely need a car, it comes with parking this place is a bit far out but very close to beaches and about 15 minutes away from the Pueblo or foods amd bars)

It was alright, biggest issue no hot water during my entire stay. Cleaness is not as I would have liked it to be.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THE WORST VACATION

I'm very high allergic person and I didn't know that there was animals inside the house yes house because is not a hotel I sleep over the car friend hotels I star it my asthma really bad thankfully I got all my medication but not my asthma machine. the back door alway was wide open so all mosquitos will go right inside dog inside birds outside I sleep maybe few hours walking in by 12-1in the morning the lates and leave the earliest so I don't pass the day in there I could get my money back and go to different really hotel by the manager I told him that he did not care by anybody health only he cares about money. And even security because the front doors alway unlock no pease of mine. I been In Puerto Rico 3 times but this one was my worst experience never go back again thank you for making sicker and worst vacation. People that is very allergic like please see my concern don't go there

Awful. Place looks nice from the outside.. but inside? No no no no no.. Bugs smooshed on walls, doors and cabinets are missing doorknobs/handles. Furniture chair is broken, someone could easily fall off and get hurt. Doors remain open troughout the night and ANYONE can wonder in. Shower runs cold and shuts off completely. The list goes on and on.. And then there's the outside. The pool out back is a murky mess. I wouldn't touch the water with a 10 foot pole. Restroom near pool area has no lock, so anyone can walk in while your on the can. Grill under shelter is banged up and barely works. Oh and if thats not enough, a big scary dog wonders the property scaring the bajesus out of newcomers. Such a travesity this place is.

Nice place but depend of what your looking for

If you are looking for something just for sleep a few hours per day this is the perfect place for you. It's look like the owner of the place love pets, and that's something cool.

It is not a hotel it is a guest house and there is no staff on site. The pool was not working and the internet is only in pool area

Air conditioner sounded like a factory

You had to turn all the volume of the TV so you could hear it! I had to turn off the air to be able to sleep. Sheets were not clean either

Don't bother unless you're a native to the island

Impossible to find, even with GPS, had to call the number to have them direct me along the way. NO ONE there to resupply anything - no one even asked if we needed anything else. We had to hunt down towels. Had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels and soap. There is No storage or hook space in the bathroom. The closet is a joke, it's poorly put together and there were 2 wimpy hangers. There was No coffee pot in our room, and one of the two beds was incredibly uncomfortable - you could feel the slats! The curtain didn't provide relief from the morning sun or privacy from the outside - it was sheer. And lastly, there is no interior lock in the room, just a key. And most disappointing of all - NO HOT WATER to shower with!

My stay was fantastic. Friendly and helpful personnel. Bed was great and pillows too slept like a baby. Was able to bring everything for microwave cooking and great small fridge. It looks recently remodled. If your on low budget this is the place you want to stay to enjoy and relax and from here u can go anywhere!

Terrible..

It looks really nice on the outside... But the rooms are really not! They are dirty, and not at all what I expected... When I complain about it, I was told they were stains... I was willing to pay the first day since I didn't cancel before, but the charge me everything, even though I got another hotel and didn't even stayed there...

Does not meet our expectations, photos in Expedia neither hotel description, as WiFi. Is very difficult to find, the address is wrong, no Hotel identification. When arrived and left the hotel nobody available. The room was clean . The pool is in poor condition. I do not recommend it to nobody.

The location is excellent

The room size is good but it doesn't has furniture where you can place your clothes and the bathroom is too small it doesn't has where to put the soap in the shower and the toilet paper either. Not comfortable for the price
