The most amazing customer service
Too expensive !!
Clean and maintained. Rooms are in OK size Not sure about the bathroom design strategy, but WHY there is no a separate door to the toilet ?? The breakfast is ok , not more than that , the verity is high , but the taste is average ... The hotels location is great , close to the old city. We had nice welcoming fruit plate which is cool The price , toooooo high ! 500$ for simple double room ?? higher than Paris , NYC and Tokyo
Perfect location for visiting the Old City. Lots of dining and shopping steps away from the hotel. Gym/Spa on property was great, roof restaurant/bar has incredible views at night.
Boutique hotel with all the nice touches!
I loved this hotel. It’s beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were super helpful as well!
Love the Mamilla! Best location!
It was a great location and a beautiful hotel. And great staff and yummy food. But it was right on a busy street which didn’t disturb my sleep but you heard a lot of street noise so only reason didn’t give 5 starts.
Pp
Nice
Disappointed with my room, very small, nothing special. I expected a more luxurious room for the price of almost $500/night. Also No blow dryer. Limited soap and toiletries for 2 people.
Beautiful hotel in great location. Very nice staff and service.
Outstanding hotel in perfect location!
Everything about the hotel was outstanding for me! The staff were attentive. When I called about stopper in the tub not working, someone was sent immediately to fix it. The gym is as large and well-equipped, with trainers to assist if needed. The location can’t be beat! Very close to restaurants, the market and Jaffa Gate.
Excellent staff. Wonderful location. Really nice atmosphere.

What an amazing experience! Wow! From the property cleanliness to the impeccable service, food, and luxury. We will definitely come back. Also a shout out for a very special gentleman by the name Mark, Truly an asset to this company Thank you again for treating us like royalties.
Delightful in every way!
A great choice
This was a spectacular hotel. Location was the best. Beautiful. Great service. Very secure. Wonderful breakfast. Very nice front desk and staff. Highly recommend.
Hotel service was top-notch Room was very good, an upgrade, although it could have used a desk, and Old city view wasn't great. Staff was beyond accommodating. Breakfast buffet was really good.
Nice place ashame not all areas are wheelchair accessible
Great service. Assam is the best!
The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were very comfortable, and a good size. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. Assam was especially kind and always looked out for us. Thank you for such excellent service.
The best hotel ever!
Excellent hotel, fancy, perfect location, clean and very good staff. The only objection is the small size of our room. Next time I’d ask for an upgrade to have more space.
Not coming back
The hotel is way over priced Rooms are small and swimming pool is tiny
Hotel location is amazing but rooms feel a bit shed. We were offered an upgrade (not free) and were told that we will get rooms with views of the old city. We paid 700usd extra each for the upgrade got bigger rooms with NO view of the old city. We tried to order some rooms service around 11pm we were asked to wait and when we called again they said it was too late for ordering.
Great location. Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff excellent.
Great hotel in a great location!
Best location, clean, great breakfast
A perfect place to stay in Jerusalem
The hotel facilities and room was exceptional and the staff's efforts to help us in any way made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to the Mamilla Hotel.
Amazing hotel
While the hotel is conveniently located and has stylish lobby and common areas, they really didn’t think through the comfort of the room. The bathroom has the glass that frosts over when you press a button however the cracks still expose the person in bathroom. There’s hardly any space to keep your toiletries and bedside tables are very small with electrical connections in back of table near floor. Finally, bed was very firm and not comfortable and we asked on second night for a puffy comforter to put down on bed but they didn’t give us a full comforter as a blanket. There’s also no electrical plugs in the bathroom itself. Who designed this place? You’d be much better staying at the David Citadel across the street that has a nice outdoor pool. No outdoor pool at Mamilla. The front desk also did not care we are Expedia Silver and offered no upgrade or complimentary drink. Hands down all the way guys!
Concierge was so helpful and responsive!
Do not book here, you will regret it. Stole over $2k from my account.
Perfect location. Lovely property.Very good breakfast. Very helpful front desk. Room was a little worn. Needed a good cleaning. Bathroom was tiny.
The Mamilla is an outstanding hotel in an excellent location. It is within walking distance to the Jaffa Gate and the high end shopping Mamilla Mall. It has a nice rooftop restaurant and attentive staff. We would definitely stay there again when returning to Jerusalem.
Hotel in good location. A large and varied mall that one can walk to Jaffa gate and old city make sure you go at night at least once,a must, very safe.We stayed at Mamilla 5 days, with beauty breakfast. Had dinner rr on roof.make reservation, with hotel, food ,view excellent. Lots traffic noise on main street,. I would go again, bring lots of schikels and credit card. Shalom🌄
I have stayed at the Mamilla many times. The service was better than ever, the staff particularly attentive and friendly, the daily room cleaning was nothing short of amazing, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My only quibble is there just never seems to be that potential room upgrade I usually do get as a VIP member with most other Expedia properties.
Not as good as I would like to be
Great location. If you spring for the Mamilla Suite, you’ll be very comfortable. Front desk and concierge staff is just ok. Breakfast was disappointing, both the food and service. The pool was disappointing too.
Location was terrific. Very close to important sites. Able to walk everywhere.
It is a wonderful hotel and we would definitely return. The VIP upgrade was offered but not free of charge. The incremental cost was more than I had already paid for our room. That was really disappointing but otherwise we were very happy there
Really impressed overall. Rachel V at reception so professional and helpful. Moved me to a room with a desk so I could work. Amazing breakfast, will definitely stay again.
Mamilla hotel was beautiful and clean!
Great, clean and beautiful hotel.
Great hotel although breakfast was disappointing
The Fish and breakfast restaurant service and food were great. Staff in the front desk and concierge not friendly or helpful.
was a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good location near the old city. The restaurant staff could use a little more training with coordinating their service
friendly service
Worst service in the world Never coming back
gave us a very small room, facing a construction site/wall. upon requesting a better room we were offered an upgrade for 500 dollars. we booked this hotel for its unique well rated roof top dining experience; unbeknown to us there was a ‘private event’ and hotel guest could not access to it. this was -not- indicated at reservation. spoke to manager to give us at least a room facing the old city, and he tried again to sell us an expensive room. poor customer service, will not go back there
It was expected to be better For the price
The Mamilla is still a top Jerusalem hotel. The service has improved over the years; the rooms remain impeccably clean. The food is fantastic and you can't beat the location. Only complaint is that I remain skeptical about the VIP upgrade possibility (have never gotten one), and while the rooms are clean and in very good shape, it is time (13 years already?) for a capital improvement program.
It was amazing!
Fantastic hotel. Excellent location. Service was friendly at all times
Beautiful hotel, well situated, best service.
Stephane was so very helpful! Arranging tours, travel, recommendations, advice, etc. Made our stay all the more enjoyable. We are grateful.
Really fantastic hotel.
I will be writing to you properly under separate cover regarding this stay.
Thanks
Great location, cojld do better service and mainte
Great location. Very noisy at weekend due to people coming in late and talking etc in corridors ( no sleep until 5.45). Very dark in rooms and especially bathroom, not good at all when trying to put on make-up or drying hair. Electric s not great, lights coming on on their own and not staying on in bathroom. Reception helpful, breakfast waiters surly. Great food and service in roof top restaurant.
Great stay
Great location, Very close to old and historic city, staff was very nice and helpful especially Mohammed.
The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The quality of the rooms and food was superb. Highly recommended
Best hotel in Jerusalem
Amazing hotel. Room a little hot. Stephane the concierge gave us great recommendations and Rania at front desk helped us with everything
We’re have a nice staying, but the breakfast was basically and not so tasty 🙁
Great location and beutiful design
Great location. Walking distance from Jaffa gate and the old city as well as several restaurants. Beutiful rooms and overall hotel design. Great service. Staff was very attentive. Good food selection for breakfast and also tasty. We stayed in an executive room. The rooms have great noise isolation, as long as tbe windows are closed, but if you open the windows there is a lot of noise from the outside. Room was very heated even with the aircondition off.
Gorgeous hotel
Great location, property is high scale service was good. We received a complementary wine and fruits. Parking is on site and convenient
Great room, very spacious , comfortable bed and pi
Stayed in Mamila for 3 night for a family holiday . We had a great time
A well needed break with my wife - 10/10 A+
Beautiful hotel , Amazing Location , Relaxing spa , good breakfast, friendly staff, 10/10 A+ . We got the executive room which was nice and had good amount of space .
great location, one of a kind style, fine service and beautiful views of the old city from rooftop
It was awesome, the hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent, the pool is indoors and quite small.
אכזבה
התאכזבנו מאד מהמלון ומהשרות.אין תמורה למחיר הגבוה
Great place in a great location. Super friendly staff and very clean room.
We were disappointed that the roof top restaurant was closed for a wedding and also the sun tan balcony for the evening and the morning after. Also when we orderrd room service, it took over 40 minutes.
Beautiful hotel. Great location
Great hotel!
Great room, great service and great breakfast.
כמעט מצוין
מלון יפיפה, אל היתה בריכה חיצונית היתה יכולה להיות חופשה חלומית
One of the WORST "luxury" hotel experiences ever.
Stay away from this hotel. It is absolutely NOT a luxury hotel, and as others mentioned, insanely overpriced for what it is. Room - quite clean (not spotless...), minimaistic and nice modern design. But - the room is very very small. Also, there are little things - like remote wasn't working... the shower head was clogged so water came out like a hose. . not what you expect in a "luxury" room. reception is manned only sometime. most time we came and needed service there was no one around - we had to scream "hello" for someone to eventually come. Valet parking is even worse - takes more than 30 minutes to get ur car, although the parking lot is right beside the hotel. most hotel staff DO NOT wear masks, and if they do, its either only on their mouth, or covering their neck... unbelievable that even staff don't keep the corona regulation.. even when complaining to the hotel manager on site, he had his mask NOT covering his face. Breakfast is light on variety, half is close. and on saturday its even worse, don't expect a normal coffee for example, or an omelet. The worst of all is customer service - for example, we had to wait 15 minutes in the cold outside waiting for the door to the hotel to be opened for us, when finally someone answered the bell, they blamed US for pressing too much.... We had an altercation because of some insane person who attacked us at the buffet and we were then also treated like crap by the onsite manager ARIEL. never been treated like that.
Great stay
Great service and facilities, very clean, great breakfast.fancy and luxury hotel. Very close to main attractions. Spa and pool are great. The hotel pampered us with nice gifts.
Outstanding
Outstanding perfectly kept beautiful modern hotel. Perfect overwhelming service by each and one of the staff starting from bell boy, security front desk etc.
room
I had expectations for a bigger room
Hotel Mamila is a super great location, very well quality , clean and hygiene and cool style.
We loved our stay at the Mamilla Hotel.
Rania (front desk) was amazing. Dining roo is spacious, service is good and friendly. The room is modern and well appointed.
The housekeeping guy entered the room without permission around 7pm while my wife was naked.
Sat to Sun for a couple
The place and the service is amazing. The pool was loud and with huge echo; the twin bed we recieved was a disappointment as well instead of the king size we booked.
Excellent in every way. Amazing food in restaurants. Lovely atmosphere. Perfect
way too expensive!!! Very good hotel but low return on your $$$$$
Amazing
The spa is amazing. Excellent location. Staff is extremely helpful. Great service.
Check-in and check-out staff were both terrible. They were snippy and did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. At check-out, she refused to give me a final bill.
Centrally located to all attraction, beautiful area
average experience, expected more
i expect a hotel at this level of price and prestige to be exquisite, it wasn't. a few minor details that were missing and damaged the overall experience, like not being asked how was our stay at the end, and not adding our car to the parking system which caused us problems when trying to exit the parking which took too long to solve, it's not much in general but becomes very irritating when staying at such an expensive and luxurious hotel. there were of course good things, the hotel is beautiful, very nice clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast although a little light on variety, but all these are not enough for a top tier hotel.
Tv went off every 15 min. and had to be rebooted. Comforter was too hot. Mirror light in bathroom did not work. No refrigerator. Minibar had poor choices. Not worth the price. Good location and doorman.
Very nice hotel i liked the food bery much. I will came back
The hotel is a beautiful property in a very centric location. The hotel facilities are gorgious. My husband and I stayed in a Studio room which had a very comfortable bed and was well decorated/appointed. Nonetheless, we found it to be a bit small considering the price. The breakfast was delicious. Service was just as expected in a high-end hotel such as this one. They had special details that made the stay very satisfying.
The design of the hotel is wow! The staff is sophisticated and so helpful. The concierge Stephan was spot on in all of his recommendations and we had a better overall Jerusalem experience because of him!
The staff, who were numerous, were strangely detached from the job. Poor training perhaps? For instance, the Nespresso coffee service in the room, was never correctly refreshed, missing spoons, or only stocking decaf coffee, and not filling the water reservoir in advance. Rooms were very tight and poorly lit in the evening.
Entrance to room in limbo
Extremely disappointed with front desk who as we are told despite having previous knowledge gave us a broken Sabbath key moments before the beginning of Yom Kippur
Close to the town centre and the old city, staff pleasant and helpful
The rooms are small for a 5* hotel and some details show a little of missmangment basically at the housekeeping. Everything was solved with the excellent staff and the recepción manager who was extremely gentle. A little bit overpriced, inclusive for Israel standards.
Pd
This hotel is truly five star. The rooms are stunning, the service is excellent and the breakfast is play
