Breakfast was so good

3 star service from a so called 5 star hotel

Booked room with view on arrival was asked to pay extra almost 500 gbp for same room which was already booked Parking was over priced Air conditioning was faulty asked to have it checked the guy came out twice and still didn’t work gave up trying in the end Breakfast was good staff were very polite House keeping was excellent kept the room spotless and always worked around us Valet service was slow and no way of asking the car to be bought up whilst you make your way down to collect have to go there and then wait 10 mins for somebody to collect your car and the parking charge was 320 gbp for 5 days

Great hotel

The reception did not have any English speaking person. Although I booked in advance I was told that there was no room available.

Stayed here twice. First time was OK. Second time nasty room and horrible customer service.

This Hotel is a hidden gem. Out of ALL the hotels we stayed at from the IHG coll3ction, this one tops the list. Hands down 10 out of 10. Will mos def return.

I booked the hotel because they had pool And it was not even working Staff don’t speak English , room was clean.

It was comfortable but shuttle service need to be more frequent and drivers need to be friendly.

Great hotel that offer free transportation to kaaba. It takes 6 minutes by bus. Decent breakfat and multiple restaurants around the area. The gym open at noon and closes around midnight. Downside there are too many children in the gym which is distraction. Also, there are good coffee shop and souvenir shops inside the hotel . I highlly recommend this hotel.

During our six nights stay, our room was cleaned ONLY once despite our repeated requests. No sense of customer services at all! It was extremely busy but there were only limited number of lifts which were in operation. Just to get something from the shops downstairs, one had to make a provision of at least 30 minutes. Picture of the buses/coaches are complete deception! Picture of a tripe room with three double beds is also a big LIE! The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in Makkah & that is exactly the reason the owners do not care at all, unfortunately!

The hotel was very nice and front desk staff was very friendly and allows us to check in early. The breakfast buffet was good with different varieties. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future 😀

Bathroom drains were missing it’s covers which was disgusting and I request twice to put the drain covers but they didn’t care to be bothered

The staff were very unresponsive - every time i approached the front desk I would get dismissive responses and feel like i am putting them at inconvenience. I requested house keeping for 3 days consecutively because the garbage in my room was piling up and for change of towels and tissue paper. Finally had to track down the cleaning staff myself cause the requests were not being put through I requested laundry service for another 3 days and no response, finally had to speak to the manager and was charged an extra fee to get the items cleaned faster to catch my next flight... this would not have been the case if the laundry services were provided when I first started asking. Overall was not happy with the staff at the facility and their level of customer service.

Excellent Hotel

The Hotel was so clean. Front desk staff was very friendly although we arrived very late. The Hotel overall was very comfortable with a shuttle bus every hour to Holly Sight. Breakfast was so good with lots of variety of food that satisfies all tastes.

The only problem with this hotel is when you request for something from housekeeping etc it does not arrive you have to ask a few times before you get service & our room was not cleaned for about 2 days

The room is very clean and treated very well and polite reception staff, especially the brother named Abdul Aziz. ... .... .His is very good helping in the reservation. I do not like that the rule is not allowed to use a swimming pool* because here in Makkah they put tables around a swimming pool for food But there is a games room and exercises, Jacuzzi is excellent and also the steam room and sauna is very good and the trainer based on (Coach Hisham) is a very skillful and cooperative to the highest degree... The most important thing that there is no enough car parking at all ... very limited parking

Hotel is good. However wifi is very weak and always not available. Elevators are quick. Staff is kind. Quiet a distance from Haram Mosque

Fint hotell veldig fornøyd uten om lokasjon Vi måtte vente lenge på bussene av og til 30 minutter

Da mein Flug erst am Abend ging, konnte ich das Zimmer noch länger nutzen, was ich wirklich sehr gut fand. Ein riesiger Gebetsraum steht zur Verfügung. Kostenloser Shuttle-Bus zur Kaaba, rund um die Uhr. Fitnessstudio nicht mit Deutschland zu vergleichen, aber völlig ausreichend. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett im Zimmer. Personal wirklich sehr nett und zuverlässig. Supermarkt und Restaurants vor der Tür.

إقامة رائعة

طاقم الإستقبال محترم جداً.. توجد صالة ألعاب مخصصة للأطفال برسوم إضافية لكل طفل. المسبح غير مسموح بالسباحة به توجد جلسات مطلة عالمسبح. يوجد باص مجاني يوصل من و إلى الحرم.

تسجيل الدخول والخروج سيّء بعد الحرم خاصة في باص الفندق مما إضطررنا لإستإجار تاكسي.

ممتاز

اقامة مقبولة الفندق جديد ونظيف والموقع قريب للسوبرماركت وفيه باصات للحرم كل نصف ساعة

النظافة كانت سيئة وبعض من موظفي الاستقبال زادو الامر سوء

هدوء ونظيف ويوجد باصات للحرم

خدمات الفندق غاليه مثل المغسله والبوفيه وثاني حاجه عمال الروم سيرفيس لا بيعرفو يتكلّمو عربي ولا انجليزي بس اردو
