I loved this place. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and perfect. Food options were excellent as well as room service. I will definitely stay here again

Awesome hotel! Beautiful lobby area and very nice breakfast. Room was spacious and had a balcony too. Highly recommend the Spa/Hammam services. Loved every thing about the hotel!

Fantastic hotel, however, I have never been to a 5 star hotel that charge extra for breakfast items ( Omelet, fried eggs, filter coffee). The hotel is really nice and a great location, but the penny pinching leaves you in doubt.

Amazing and luxurious hotel. A truly 5 star property. Everything was perfect ! from the room, the service, breakfast, pool and location - short walk on the boardwalk to nearby restaurants and shops. A bonus was a hair salon and spa which was wonderful! We would definitely like to return !

The property was conveniently located far enough from the noisy food and shopping area filled with tourists and closely enough to local restaurants and bars for quiet nights.

Beautiful property. Spectacular view. Courteous staff. They helped coordinate a large social function and did a fantastic job. Food was excellent. Great breakfast. Fun cocktails. Great spa.

We'd stayed at this property a few years before and decided to come back to Thessaloniki. The hotel has great sea views and a good size swimming pool. Breakfast has a very rich buffet and you can also choose a la carte. Special coffees are not included and you have to pay extra.

Rough start to a great experience

We had a rough start at check-in, but Propi at Guest Relations smoothed it over and everything was corrected in exemplary fashion! Thoroughly enjoyabke experience.

Gem of Europe in Thessaloniki

Amazing view, walkable location, stylish decorations, inhouse spa/massage and the food is the best i have ever tasted anywhere. This hotel will take care of every aspect of your trip to make it an unforgettable experience.

The hotel and its location is very good! The staff and service is friendly and professional. The lobby, bar and restaurant areas are beautiful! Some areas for improvements: - extra charge for certain coffee types and other egg menu items for breakfast seems petty for such a 5-star establishment, if breakfast is already included - the gym is in desperate needs of renovation. May be some signs or notice of renovation timeline would be helpful. - the handheld shower fixture in room 510 is falling apart, housekeeping staff should notify maintenance department to get it fix

Second time we stay at this hotel and for sure we are coming back again. We trained personel, fantastic breakfast included. Our room had a balcony with a view of the bay and the pedestrian walkway along the shore. It was well worth the minimal extra cost for a room with sea view.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with staff who go above and beyond for their guests. Anything you need, just ask and it happens with friendly staff always smiling. Parking is super convenient with valet service and anything you could ask for.

Wonderful quiet place - the staff was attentive and helpful, and the spacious rooms and stylish clean design added to the overall experience. The pool was a standout feature, perfect for relaxation. The Italian restaurant on-site was also great and a true highlight for the kids in our group. The only drawback was the additional charges for cappuccinos and fried eggs during breakfast. Considering the overall cost of the stay, it felt a bit petty for such basic options. However, it didn't significantly impact an otherwise wonderful experience.

The location isn’t so good,little bit far from the center, breakfast isn’t so amazing ,you have to pay for cappuccino or espresso-not acceptable for 5 stars hotel.the price we paid was very high.even though the service was good and helpful

All was Okay accept they charge for "coffee" in the breakfast. So interesting. Oh did i say they also charge for "omlette"? Thats really weird.

Everything was good but on the 3rd day at breakfast the hotel change the policy and ask us to pay for coffee and omlet without prior notice

Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautiful. Room service was excellent and fast even though hotel was booked solid. Breakfast buffet was very rich. Overall loved everything about the hotel. Will stay again next Christmas at the same hotel.

Two days In Thessaloniki

Everything was nice. Nice room but bathroom awkward to get into shower and not enough small towels. Breakfast very good but coffee wasn’t. Lunch not my favorite so so $$$

Exactly right for my needs

We enjoyed our stay at this property. On one night, we had a room facing the city and on a separate reservation, we had a room facing the sea. I must say, the room facing the city has a much larger bathroom and surprisingly quiet. The room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. And we got to enjoy VIP perks with a discount at the spa. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed three night at the hotel. It was excellent, hotel is very updated, staff was very friendly overall we were very satisfied with the stay. Will definitely stay again in the future

The best Hotel in Thessaloniki

one of the best hotels we have been in the world. every think was excellent- the service, the location, the food, very very clean, just wonderful in every category. They brought a cake to my room as they read im my passport I had a birthday in that week. The vale parking is free off charge.

There was not any complementary water at all and everyday had to call room service to ask new coffee cups and coffee. When room service persons were sent, they always argued with us to blamed we must turned on “do not disturb” sign which we never done, even our room was cleaned. Only good thing was one of the male receptionist(Dimitri?) was very nice and helpful
