The hotel is perfectly located for shopping and museums. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A great atmosphere and perfect place to relax in the evening.

The entire staff was friendly and so helpful! We needed to book some sight seeing excursions and they all helped us figure out the best possible way! Every time they greeted us it was so respectful and kind! Love their rapport! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

A great boutique hotel in the center of it all.

This is a boutique hotel that is very well kept and has a friendly staff. If you really enjoy walking, you never have to take a metro or bus to see the sites. One day, we walked from the hotel to the Eifel Tower, La Defense, Norte Dame, the Louvre museum and back to the hotel. It was about 25,000 steps, and we saw so many things you would miss hoping on the Metro.

First, the bed... A very comfortable bed! The staff was great .. always ready to assist and positive. The price was very reasonable also considering the location. If I should ever go to Paris again I'd certainly look to staying there again.

I really liked feeling so welcome during my 4 night stay. The service was exceptional and housekeeping did such a wonderful job of making up my room. I really enjoyed my stay here!

We could not have loved staying here more. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and most importantly (to us), it is in a quiet location without any disruptions, but still close to excellent restaurants, shopping and metro stations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Housekeeping came each day and left a little treat for us, room service was prompt, and on our second-to-last day, we received a handwritten note from guest relations along with a complementary bottle of wine. The food and drinks at the hotel bar were also exceptional. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had during our travels - merci beacoup, Maison Astor!

This is a nice hotel but it was very full the week we were there and the lobby is too small for the amount of people it holds. Our room was not ready until 4 after flying all night and arriving at 10 am. One day during the stay we we were out of our room from 8 am to 4:40 and they did not clean our room. The explained there had until 5 pm to clean it! They brought us towels but no cleaning which for a small room was needed. The toilet paper holder is very sharp near the toilet. We traveled with friends and one of them cut themselves on it! For the money I would chose differently.

We recently stayed at this hotel. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Great, spacious room for Paris. We loved it.

This was a nice property and the staff were nice. Unfortunately we could not sleep a single day from the bed bugs. And when we told the staff about there response was “sorry for the inconvenience”.

Small cozy hotel walking distance to major Paris attractions

We absolutely loved this property. Yes there were some hiccups, but the staff stepped up and did their best to solve the problems. 1. Urine stains on the mattress cover. Problem solved. 2. Broken fridge. Problem solved. 3. Ant infestation in our room. Problem solved. We suppose for $1000 per night the staff would prevent these problems from occurring. Alas, they were responsive. Also. We reserved a room with a terrace on the 6th floor. We Didn’t recall a Major construction project across The street, to include workers and noise. That wasn’t possible to fix this issue, we were basically stuck with this room as the hotel was booked up. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Clean, which is important for me. The room was cleaned daily, supplies like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash & body lotion are supplied, even q-tips, small emergency sewing kit, shower cap to name a few. The staff was kind to speak English to us & understanding to our few words of the French language. Great customer service. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower however, wear good walking shoes if you plan to do so because it’s about 30 minutes away & the blocks/streets are long. The Champs Elysees is the closest with about a 20 minute walk. Overall, I would stay here again, I was more than satisfied with the staff & hotel. Also, 24 hour room service. Great place!

It’s a beautiful hotel on a quiet street close to lots of cafes and shopping. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Only complaint is that there are no plugs in the bathroom to use hair styling tools. Closest one is in the hallway but not close to any mirrors.

Funky decor, fun place to stay.

This hotel was absolutely lovely and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff was more than polite and always attentive. We opted for a room with a terrace and it was a wonderful view. Also, the location is extremely convenient for tourists who want to be central to the attractions and shopping.

I rarely write any reviews. In the past 20 plus years for business and leisure, I’ve written 5 reviews maybe. This hotel surprised me as it’s not my usual stay area in Paris and was a last minute trip. It was way more excellent than many of the 5 stars in every way except the actual location. Not the best if you’re a first time visitor but for me, I’ve been to Paris 3 times and took a chance. Very clean, awesome and responsive staff and the room was even bette than I expected. The carpet probably needs a wash bc it had a bit of an odor but, not any different than more overpriced hotels that I’ve stayed. Just so nice. Look forward to returning regularly.

Highly recommend this hotel! The staff is terrific and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your needs and then look for a solution. The area is safe with many breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Centrally located and in walking distance to many landmarks and shopping. The rooms are clean and not large but not too small.

Everybody was so nice and very helpful. They are right on top of everything excellent place to stay for a vacation or work related. Food was great the hotel was super clean and just a pleasant place to rest your head at night.

On a quiet city street yet short walk to vibrant and bustling shopping and eating area. Short walks (20 minutes or less) to The Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, Place Vendome, Louvre. Staff was cordial and helpful. Limited but welcome room service.

It was beautifully decorated, VERY clean, the concierge service was so attentive and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, and the whole hotel was very quiet!

The staff makes this place go from good to great. The main concierge which with we dealt, Stephen, was fantastic. I wanted to stay up after our arrival to battle jet lag, so he even opened their bar a bit early for me so I'd have a place to read and have a few drinks while I tried to stay awake. Also, housekeeping was on point. Really, everyone was very helpful. It looks like you're in the middle of nothing when you arrive, but you are a 5 minute walk from a few very vibrant areas (with good dining options) and about 10 mins from the train station at the Opera House, which you can take to Disney. The room was smallish, like most European hotels, but the bathroom was big and the bed was comfortable. The room was nicely appointed as well and the Nespresso and waters were restocked daily.

The room furniture is not that great, old and worn out, but the service is perfect. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was great. Convenient to a few different metro stops including Saint Lazare which made it easy to get around. Staff was helpful, friendly and spoke English. The hotel is on a side street which made it a lot quieter than similar properties nearby. We left our window open every night and no issues with noise.WiFi worked great and the neighborhood was safe.

Nice hotel, but there was no parking. You should remove the description that says parking is possible (reservation required). We were made to park either on the street (spaces were very limited) or a public car park which was a 10 minute walk away

Nice hotel in the center of Paris

Disappointed. Superior room on the top floor was so small my husband couldn’t walk to the bathroom without ducking his head. Very few amenities compared to the other properties we visited. The concierge sent us to a seafood place that was NOT good. This place doesn’t meet the Hilton standards at all. Plastic cups in the tiny bathroom. Friend had the most expensive suite in the place and it too was blah. Go elsewhere.

So conveniently located in the heart of Paris, close to everything you have to see and experience in Paris in one-two days, amazing staff gave us helpful insights on how to get the most bright and unforgettable memories of Paris. Very safe district. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location. Got a lower category / smaller room than I booked and paid for. Front desk staff disagreed and continued to disagree despite my confirmation and pictures pictures from Orbitz website. Because I was unhappy ad they realized I, taking pictures of the room,, as a courtesy, they offered me an upgrade to my original booking which I declined because I had already switched rooms and was not willing to spend my short stay in Paris dealing with this hotel. Surprised it met the standards for Hilton / Curio location. Minimal staff at night and property locked. Must ring and wait to get inside. Please note that when booking thru Orbitz, you will not receive any Hilton Honors points or status benefits. Will never stay there again.

beautiful hotel in easy walking distance to all of the major attractions. Everything in new and lovely. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast has a fantastic selection. Denis on Concierge is super helpful and friendly as were all of the staff that we spoke to. They make an amazing Expresso Martini!!

Overall a fantastic stay. Great staff. Perfect location. The only bump was that our room in particular was comically dim. Both the bathroom and main room could have used at least 500 watts more lighting. No vanity lights by the mirrors in the bathroom?

This is beautiful property. We very much appreciate the smaller, intimate aspect of the common area and bar area. Room was surprisingly a little larger than we expected. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were pleased with the proximity to Monoprix which allowed us to shop for snacks and other sundries. The property is a bit further from train stations than we expected, but was really irrelevant for our trip as it fell during the strike and they weren't running at capacity.
