I loved staying at this property. It was close enough to everything that we walked but far away from things that it was super quiet. Everything was clean and modern. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean and comfortable

Great stay in central location. Beautiful old building, views of the castle. We stayed in a large and comfortable 2 BR, 2 BA apartment, 2 adults and 2 teens. Stayed on 5th floor, elevator came in handy! Good communication and easy stay.

Can’t ask for better location, right in the center of everything, walking distance to planty of dining options. The apartment is wonderful as shown on the pictures if not better, providing you with experience and the vibe of the town/location. Easy self check in and check out.

Great apartment in a central location with easy access to all Lisbon has to offer. I would recommend it to others wanting to stay in Lisbon!

Absolutely Brilliant

I have travelled for business almost weekly for 25 years and stayed in some pretty nice places. I don't often complete these things. This was this best of them all. Absolutely lovely apartment. Spotless in every way. Tried my best to leave it in the same way. Hope that worked. Perfect location. And stunning place. Thank you

Great apartment and location

My family and I had a great time at Madalena Orquídea Living, the apartment is amazing, very clean and spacious, and its location is great, in the heart of the city! The communication with the management was very prompt and they are very helpful. We highly recommend the place.

Madalena Orquídea Living was the perfect place for us. We had a two bed two bath that is very spacious, clean modern and well maintained. It was very close to the grocery store, making it easy to stock up the very spacious fridge. Its also a few blocks away from the noisey touristy areas , with good restaurants and coffee places. Management was very responsive the internet was down on one day ,i reached out to them on their WhatsAPP and got immediate response that they were working on it with the local carrier. Madalena Orquídea Living lived up to our expectations and would recommend it to my friends & family.

This was a great place for our family of four. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the subway and even to the trains. For us, the location was perfect. Easy to check in. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is awesome to have a kitchen and a grocery store nearby. Would absolutely recommend to anybody

Fantastic Luxury Apartment in great area

Really loved the apartment - it was huge and airy and very comfortable. The bathrooms were 5-star hotel standard. The location is great too - right in the middle of the tourist district but still felt private. Above all, the management team is very responsive and helpful. Only a very small observation is the TV could benefit from an upgrade to be smarter and allow Netflix etc

Beautiful, spacious and ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The place was really spacious, beautifully decorated and in a ideal location for the old town part of Lisbon. The photos are accurate (might even be better in person). The restaurant downstairs was also a highlight. We didn't go until our last night and that was a mistake - we should have gone sooner. All that said, a couple of things to be aware of: The street is very noisy. They have really good windows and such, but there are at least a few sirens going by each day and other loud trucks and such. The floors are hardwood which means you hear your upstairs neighbors quite a bit. I would recommend the 6th floor if available. Also the front bedroom is less desireable for this reason. The good news is that it quieted down pretty nicely by 10pm or so each night we were there. It's also not ideally equipped for people working remote as there isn't a desk or anything.

The space was beautiful, very spacious, great location. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see.

WiFi never worked, communication with staff was sparse and not helpful. Not worth the money.

Beautiful and modern accommodations. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the apartment. Felt very welcome with the lovely treat upon arrival. Wonderful location for getting around old town, right between Alfama and Baixa. Also the cafe on the first floor has excellent brunch food. Recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon! 5/5

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The apartment was superb - exactly as the photos. Very well equipped, extremely clean and well located. The only issue was the code we were given to access the building didn’t work, so we were stranded outside which was it great particularly as we arrived on a Sunday…. However, we were finally able to contact the host and were given a new code, which worked.

Everything was very nice

Loved it! Felt like we were staying in a very modern, beautiful apartment and then walked out into an old town. What a beautiful place to stay! Perfectly located from all the restaurants and history of this gorgeous city..

Great holiday apartment

Very nice apartment, close to all attractions. Only one suggestion would be the addition of drying up cloths for china/ cutlery etc.

Really really nice stay (apart from shower issues)

The apartment was really nice & clean & modern, and the location was fantastic. It was a pleasure to live there, and we had a nice view from the windows. Only complaint was regarding the shower : 1. The water pressure is so strong (both bathrooms) that it discharges the hot water so quickly, that the hot water was depleted within 3-4 minutes of shower. We had to wait for the hot water to replenish before the next person could take a shower. 2. The water pressure was so strong and the shower stalls had no doors, so the water would flood the bathrooms during shower, no matter how hard you tried to turn the spray inwards. Our towels were used mainly to soak up the water after each shower, and when we tried to get more towels from the office, we were given just 2 more towels for the 4 of us, for a 4 night stay. It is just not so pleasant to have a growing huge pile of soaking towels in the bathroom all the time.

Excellent apartment, perfect location, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay here. Only thing that needs improvement is hot water. After one shower, hot water stops coming.

This property is situated in the heart of old town center of Lisbon with great access and location to sites, great restaurants and transportation. The accommodations were stellar and better than at most hotels. We would stay here again.

probably the best apartment I've even been in - very modern and open space and updated; I will only stay at this location when I come back to Lisbon; location is perfect - ten minutes from all the top spots - the Arc, Rua Augusta, the waterfront - just perfect

Great property!!

Great apartment.

Amazing location - easy access to everything, easy for kids too. The apartment is clean and spotless, and air-conditioned and entry is keypad and communication for check in and check out was timely and accurate. We arrived - received email with passcode - keyed in and we are in the apartment. Easy to take Uber/taxi by the road. Lift access.

The apartment was in great condition and really convenient to shops, eating places, the waterfront and local transport. Nice views from the upper floor terrace. Lovely place.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment. It was a joy to come back to the space after a long day of exploring Lisbon. Can’t wait to return.

Historic building with modern features.

Amazing space, awe factor definitely there. Second bedroom has two beds instead of a double, making it better for kids. There is an elevator but it lands in between flights of stairs, so it certainly shouldn't even be considered if an elevator is needed despite its presence.

It’s a large newly renovated apartment but there’s not enough hot water to take 2 full showers. Also, the wifi is spotty and doesn’t work at all in the master bedroom. Otherwise good apartment.

It felt brand new, and very clean. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with tons of outlets and well lit. The view was wonderful, mostly city and castelo with a bot of river from the balcony. The two drawbacks were the showers, which were small and therefore soaked the bathroom mat and floor, and the elevator which was very small and smelly. Bad at the beginning of our stay but horrid at the end. It was a sorry way to start and end excursions. But the rest of the place was great!

Väldigt fin våning med bra takhöjd och nyrenoverad badrum. Klart över förväntan. Promenad avstånd till gamla stan.

Very nice place , clean and in the heart of the city

Very nice apartment and close to the city center. Some traffick noise. No hot water in the kitchen. No cleaning or change of towels in our stay for one week.

Das Orquideas ist ein ganz wunderbar renoviertes Gebäude inmitten der Altstadt von Lissabon. An der Wohnung gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen, eine Oase im Trubel der Grosstadt. Das vordere Zimmer erschien mir in der ersten nacht etwas laut vom Strassenlärm….innder zweiten entdeckte ich die hölzernen Fensterläden die den Lärm von der Stasse aufs Minimum reduzierten. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, kommen gerne wieder.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Lisbonne. Le logement est très agréable

Das Appartment hat eine super Lage. Die Zimmer und die Wohnung sind sehr schön. ( Betten etwas hart) Aufgrund der zentrale Lage gibt es Strassenlärm, den man durch Schließen der Fenster abmildern kann. Jedoch hat man das Gefühl ganz Lissabon ist eine Baustelle. Auch in den Nachbargebäuden wird heftig gebaut. Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp lief direkt und schnell. Danke Alda! Eine Nespressomaschiene, eine Flasche Wasser und ein sehr charmanter Reiseführer empfangen die Gäste. Wir können das Appartment weiterempfehlen.
