The Gem of Nzima
The staff to the stay are amazing! Wow, I love it. Authentic West African hospitality, grace, and service. Everyone leads with dignity, patience, and respect. I can’t wait to come back and have another experience of the western regions gem!
a bit primative out of season. Not much choice in restaurant and snail pace service. don't expect a beach to swim from
Lovely place to stay, food was great, hospitality was okay 👍
I loved my stay
Nice facility not much activity, I suspect time of the season. My one night stay was pleasant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Unique traditional setting of local sticks and timber with rafia leaf roofing
My family and I went there to have a quality time, the resort was clean but the pool was dirty and the water level was very low and not being filtered. My husband and son could not swim due to that. We went to the restaurant for dinner my husband ordered BBQ chicken and fried rice the food came out after an hour and a half of waiting with fried rice and chicken bones which the waiter knew the order was wrong but he still went ahead to deliver it to our table. The only person who made our stay memorable was Gabby he was friendly and always smiling and we thank him for that.
Staff and service was top notch
The best in town. The rooms at neat, staff are polite and helpful
Great service, superb staff and excellent location.
Wonderful potential but impacted by COVID. Food services were greatly lacking but had good entertainment
Stay was pleasant, staff very friendly, neat and serene environment. All in all, very worth it.
The staff were very friendly.
awesome!
I can't say enough about the excellent staff and service at this location. They truly make every effort to assist with any potential issue. The location is quiet, the food and drinks are excellent, and it offers a wonderful atmosphere for a quiet escape. You won't be disappointed. A
Beautiful, Peaceful and Serene place to have your get away moment from the big city
Staff is super friendly and the environment was so refreshing… great place to relax with or without the family.
Perfect holiday relaxation
Perfect holiday location . Serene and cool environment
It’s a good place to be with much fun to have. I only didn’t like the door and fridge in room 105. Also the welcome drinks should not be only alcohol
Great experience and gem of a location. Would recommend!
The staff, the food and the daily fresh coconuts. Everything...
I liked everything there❤️, will definitely be going there again
Food
It’s was alright , the food wasn’t good
It was amazing
All The Staff At Maaha BeachResort Were Extremely Friendly, Helpful And Professional. Great
Excellent service as well as professional staff. One of the best resorts I’ve seen in the country.
Great scenery. Customer service is as well good; there were at least 2 front office executives that I interacted with during my short stay and there was nothing less than a good and very helpful experience. They always had a warm smile and that's a good thing. They assisted me get to Nzulezu, a fun-filled experience and I'm grateful for all the help I got. Their jolloff is super good. Do try it. Maaha is surely a good memory to relive.
The place is beautiful. However food is a tad pricey but not so tasty. However great place to be if you want to relax
Liked: Great place to be. Enjoyed the experience including facilities, food, service, breezy beaches, boat rides and trip to Nzulezu village. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to be. Was worth the money! Didn’t Like: Long driving time and road condition. Would recommend transportation business partnerships for helicopter pick up and drop off service from/to Takoradi, Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast as an optional service for guests, to management to increase access to the place. Would be a shame to allow access challenges to hinder repeat business for realization of full revenue potential of this great resort.
Very very good experience, the staff ( Anita) were amazing, very helpfull the resort is beautiful and there are activities on and off the resort. I will be back there on my next visit to Ghana.
The place was clean and serene. there are few activities to be done however. Good for relaxation poor if you are looking for entertainment especially on weekdays.
Check in bad, food bad. Everything bad!Horrible service and ask us to pay more money
It has to be the dinner. It got finished before 7:30pm
Stay at Maha
Service was A1 Staff so amazingly friendly and helpful Will recommend any day any time
No iron or ironing board. They charge a fee to iron your clothes.
Its a nice environmental, welcoming staff. The only problem i have with them is their food. Buffet is supposed to available until the last oerson leaves but in their case, service that was supposed to last for 3 hours, just an hour into the service when you ask the waiters they tell you the food is finished. Secondly, their food (buffet ) is so limited to some two particular foids (rice) If they can improve on these i think i will return to the facility.
Terribly overpriced. Staff at restaurant/bar is completely inadequate
Presidential Bash.......Maaha here we come!!!
We took the lowest room type to start our experience from the bottom up. We enjoyed the standard room. We had a tour of the Presidential Suite and the facilites attached. Gervine gave us a wonderful tour of the facilities. We are planning to invite friends and family over for the presidential bash soon......
Pool wasn’t ready for use. Food was good with pleasant and nice staff like Derrick and Anita. Unfortunately, there isn’t a petty shop on premise.
The hotel is over priced, the food is way too over priced and it is not delicious. For breakfast I ordered French toast, it came out half raw, I showed it to the waiter. All he said was sorry. Like who serves half cooked French toast? Also ordered banku and talapia and the fish was sooo salty filled with bones. I absolutely hate this place. The WiFi is so slow, they had to move me to two rooms, the phones didn’t work.
Bella struttura gestita in maniera terribile da personale poco professionale anche se animato dalle migliori intenzioni.
Didn’t get my reservation right before I arrived. Upstairs accommodation leaking water downstairs when taking shower. Staff would not respond to your request in time. Was not a nice experience in general.
