Hotel is quite dated and needs a refurbishment. Has regular hotels own bus service that departs every 30min to drop off to kuday bus station for onward travel to haram. The food is very bland and not enough main options on the buffet. The fruit juice is just flavoured water.

TravellerEverything was good there at the hotel. Plus the price was reasonable for me. Probably, It was a discounted price. It would be very good if the distance was 0.6 kilometres so that I could come to Masjid & area quickly by walk. However, I would definitely come to this hotel again in the future if I get very good discount price (£15- £20 per night) :).

I stuck inside the bathroom because the door locked was not good. I got stuck about 45 minutes, my husband call emergency services to rescue me. It was horrible. I had 3 bed but one was broken. Very dirty all bed & floors. Bunch of hair & insects all over the bed. Customer service never responded by phone.

TravellerIts a good hotel with shuttle buses to and from the haram. Only convenient as it has a store inside for drinks and snacks etc as well a s a barber. The barbers are really nice people. However cannot say the same for some of the staff at the checkin, some of talk to you as if they cant be bothered which is frustrating. The lady at the information desk with face mask & check out desk were helpful while their colleagues were not!
