Older, well appointed character hotel in town.

Lots of parking with security. The building is a little older, but in good shape and the rooms were spacious with a good supply of hot water. Didn’t have the breakfast. Easy walking distance to big Lake where everybody seems to hang out. The desk staff are cute!

Slightly dated with big rooms.

This is a great hotel next to the canal and just a short walk from the centre of town where the lake is and evening activities. such a pleasant spot. Their hotel room was big. Staff are friendly and helpful and it was quiet. The bed was soft.

Great property in a great location

Staffs are very polite and helpful. Simple but clean facilities. Towels are old. A/C will turn off once you remove the keycard from the slot, which may need more energy to cool down the room than to keep the temperature constant.

Nice property whilst we were in Roi Et. Breakfast wasn't fabulous, but at least provided.

Noisy, area not safe to walk. Felt unsafe.

Staff at front desk were not as pleasant as I expected. Tried to check in 30 minutes early and they wanted to charge 400 baht. Really 400 baht for 30 minutes. Then our Air Conditioning went out in the middle of the night making a terrible loud noise. So we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Really thought management should have given some sort of a discount or refund for the extreme inconvenience. But I highly doubt it since they wanted to charge an excessive amount for a 30 early check in.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially during our check in process

Perfectly fine.

Had 5 nights and 2 rooms. Kids stayed in a twin. A bargain with free breakfast. $38 a night for a comfortable room. No English programming though but made do with my tablet.

Good hotel over new years celebrations. Food and restaurant was good. Bed was on the firm side. Staff nice and attentive

The location was good but the floor was dirty and there was not a good smell coming from the bathroom fan or drain, couldn’t tell which one. Nice staff though

I don't like this hotel and only stay there when everything else is full. The staff are unresponsive and not willing to solve problems. The breakfast food is limited and cold. The hotel cuts corners to save money: only give you one key, poor room amenities (not even soap) and poor breakfast. Always happy to leave.

The price is very good the rooms are clean Breakfast is very good. many places to walk to to shop or eat. I will stay here again.

The hotel is well run and comfortable. Good location on edge of city. Room service food excellent and highly recommend. Good mini mart in hotel. Will stay again.

This hotel just keeps getting worse. At check-in, they refused to provide a second room key although there were two of us staying for 2 days. They refused to explain why. The shower didn't work properly. The wi-fi was slow and faded in and out. The breakfast was appalling: they don't put heat under all the food so things like fried eggs sit there cold. The front desk staff are unfriendly and not interested in problem-solving. They look unhappy as though they hate their jobs. There are really no amenities either in room or in the hotel generally. I could go on but that gives you the idea. I'd never stay there again.

The rooms are pretty good but the wi-fi doesn't work except in the lobby. The reception staff have a deep interest in their phones but not much else. The breakfast is very ordinary.

I had to stay here for a few weeks for business and this hotel was an excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Walking distance to food outside the hotel such as street venders, 7Eleven, and hotel also offers a variety of food options as well. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was stone cold and limited. Room towels were poor quality and no amenities. Staff were obsessed with anti-covid. Inside hotel the corridors were dark and cold. Unpleasant experience and will not stay again.

it appears this hotel recently renovated - pity they didn't get some advice on what travellers expect in the rooms and for breakfast

Hotel ligt op gunstige locatie, je kan lopend naar belangrijke plaatsen gaan. Ontbijt is Thais dus voor mij geen probleem en het was lekker. Er was altijd kip en elke keer anders klaargemaakt

立地よく、快適なホテルだが朝食は少し残念

知れたホテルらしく、ドライバーは名前を言えば連れて行ってくれます。 改装されたのか建物の割に内装はかなり新しい印象で清潔です。（せっかく新しく作るならシャワーの飛散は考えるべきでした） 部屋は広く、快適でした。 徒歩圏内にローカルフードや公園があり便利です。 朝食は種類が少なく、タイ料理が主でした。コーヒーがインスタンドであったのは残念です。朝食を除けばコスパのよいホテルだと思います。

ทำเลดี ที่พักดี สะอาด ห้องกว้างขวาง มีอาหารเช้าให้ สรุปโดยรวมรับได้กับราคา ถ้าไปร้อยเอ็ดอีก ก็คงเลือกที่นี่เหมือนเดิมครับ

ใกล้เมือง ทางเข้าเด่น หาง่าย โรงแรมใหม่ ห้องใหม่ ไม่มีเสียงรบกวนมาก พื้นกระเบื้องอย่างดีเลย โดยรวมการตกแต่งโรงแรมดูดีมากตั้งแต่หน้าล็อบบี้ไปเลย โดยเฉพาะอาหารตอนเช้านี่ถูกปากมากครับ อร่อย คุ้มมาก

สะอาด ห้องพักสะอาด สงบ อยู่ห่างจากสถานบันเทิง ลานจอดรถกว้าง ในเมือง เดินทางไปสถานที่ราชการง่าย เดินทางสะดวก มีถนนในการเดินทางมายังโรงแรมได้หลายทาง คุ้มค่าเงินที่จ่ายไปมากครับ

ห้องตกแต่งได้สวยงามมาก อาหารเช้าดี ที่จอดรถสะดวกสบายมาค่ะ รปภ.ดูแลดี สถานที่กว้างดีคะ ห้องพักก็สะอาดปลอดภัย แนะนะเลยค่ะ

สำหรับห้องพักราคาห้าหกร้อยกว่าบาทถือว่าค้มค่ามากๆ ห้องพักสะอาดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบรวมอาหารเช้า ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ทำเลเหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่มีรถยนต์และไม่มีรถยนต์ตัวโรงแรมอยู่ไม่ห่างจากตัวเมือง ถ้าต้องไปบึงพลาญชัยเดินไปยังได้เลย

ห้องพักขนาดกำลังดี สะอาด สะดวกสบาย มีที่จอดรถ เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่เดินทางมาพักกับครอบครัว

สำหรับคนไม่มีรถ ถือว่าสะดวกมากเลยค่ะ เพราะหน้าโรงแรมมีรถโดยสารเยอะมาก เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวกมากห้องพักสะอาด ใหม่ เงียบสงบ ราคาไม่แพงและอยู่ในเมืองร้อยเอ็ดด้วย

ที่พักตกแต่งดีโทนสว่างดูแล้วสะอาดตา อุปกรณ์ต่างๆที่จำเป็นมีครบ ห้องพอเหมาะกับการพักแบบครอบครัว โดยรวมถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปครับ

ห้องพักสะอาดใหญ่ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดทุกวัน ใกล้เมือง และพนักงานด้านหน้าเอาใจใส่ดีมากค่ะ บริการช่วยยกกระเป๋าไปให้ที่ห้องด้วย น่ารักมากค่ะ
