Nice, clean, good breakfast, big room, safe area.

Definitely would stay again. Very convenient. Walkable. The metro is right there. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by and the hotel is precious.

Room was good with proper shower. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Right at subway for easy transportation. Only disappointment was the breakfast but there were many eating places within easy walking distance

The picture you see is not what you get on arrival, be warned! There was no running water from the tap and bath tub. We told to move to another room with less standard facilities; which I refused. No acknowledgement of sub-service standard or an apology. No compensation given for the inconvenience caused. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and will never go back there when in Lisbon.

We where at Luzeiros for few days,but our experience was very positive and comfortable. Without exception, reception staff,canteen attendants, very kind and professional.We definitely recommend the place, very good location too.

Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building was in ‘heat’ mode. This is interesting as my wife called on the third night and said she was struggling to sleep, was feeling uncomfortable and is pregnant (which is true), the AC was magically turned on in less than 10 seconds. Even when looking up at the rooms, many of the windows were open, which is a clear indication the rooms were too hot and uncomfortable. Maybe the hotel needs to start taking its customers preferences more into account and not assume everyone falls into one category.

The bedroom lavatory smelled terrible. The hotel apparently chooses to leave the window open to provide additional ventilation. Sometimes in Europe the bathroom and sewer smell is noticeable. This was so bad I opened all the windows in 60 degree weather to try and improve the situation/circulation. The rest of the property appeared to be in good condition but certainly they need to develop a better plan to handle the situation. If I didn't arrive for check-in until almost 6:00pm I probably would have relocated to another hotel. I opened every window possible and left the room for 3 hours in hopes of any improvement. When I returned several hours later it was slightly improved but I decided to sleep with the windows open and under heavy covers!!! My recommendation is to stay away from the property and don't waste your money.

Room was stylish in keeping with the architecture. The service staff was excellent. The front desk could be a little friendlier. Since it's an older building, there was that sewage odor you get from time to time.

Parking is not on-site. Entrance to the hotel is not handicap friendly.

Hotel with stenchy corridors, bathroom with strong smell of mold, shower ranging temperature from 0 to 50 degrees, air conditioning being controlled by the hotel and turning off all night, poorly educated employees! We will never return to this hotel!!!

One night to visit Lisbonne

Wrong choice

Our flight was arriving after midnight and as advised I called the hotel to give a notice of my later arrival. When we arrived at the hotel, the main door was closed and it was easier to call the reception, the person who came to open the door (Pedro) was vety very rude. He opened the door and yelled at us for not using the reception ring, which anyone can hardly see on dark entrance. The hotel hallways smell very bad, to the extent we couldn't sleep. The noice from the streets, cars and subways made our stay very difficult. My wife started having breathing problems, we had to pack and leaving forfeiting four days of room rent. We walked and found a very good Holiday inn hotel and enjoyed our vacation.

Nice stay

Luzeiros Suites was clean and comfortable. Room was well appointed and nicely decorated. Tea and coffee available and also had a balcony. Bed comfortable and air conditioning good

Very basic I expected more. The room was extremely warm and thermostat was set to heat with no way of changing it. Called down to reception and it was hours before someone changed the heat option to cool. Big shower but slippery. Too many options in the area to stay here again.

Upon arrival there was an issue in our room, but the staff on reception handled the matter straight away and we were more than satisfied.

Room well appointed in a good looking hotel with good service. Unfortunately noise from metro very loud on level 2 of the hotel. Bathroom drain also smelt very bad with no apparent efforts to clean/sanitise. Spoilt an otherwise good stay in a great uptown location close to Campo Pequeno theatre, shops and restuarants.

The suite was close to metro and Camp Paqueno shopping center. Marquis De Pombal was just 2 stops away and Biaxa Ciad and commercial palace quickly reachable from there. We had an excellent stay for 3 nights for reasonable rate

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice and the room was cozy. The metro and bus stops are literally at the doorstep - something I wasn’t aware of but realized once I settled into my room. The metro station is right below so you can hear when the metro trains arrive and depart. Something to keep in mind. However, this did not take away from my experience here. It actually worked out in my favor since I was able to go just about anywhere I wanted via metro and I always knew no matter how tired I was or how far out I traveled, upon coming back I didn’t have to walk too far from the metro station to get to the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful, professional, and polite. Subway and bus were literally steps outside from the hotel and within walking distance of food and shopping. Would highly recommend.

I liked the staff as they were very helpful and kind. There were no wardrobes to hang my clothes. Drawers were difficult to open. The shower knob kept coming off and leaked water on the floor outside. When I did mention it to reception, they were very prompt in dealing with the issues. The problem is that the management need to check and sort issues as soon it is noticed by their employees.

This is the only property I have ever stayed that does not give you bottles of water 0.25 dollar each. If you want the sell one for $2.00.

First let me say that I will never stay in the Hotel again !! We booked a superior room and prepaid 5 night at this hotel. We arrived at around 7:30 and the person at reception (which we were advised had a 24 hours reception) was not friendly at all, it was like we were disturbing him. We got to our room and it was boiling. We had to bring the A/C as low as we could and mentioned it to the reception to get no response. The next morning we went out for breakfast and to our first day in Lisbon which was quite exciting, we at this point had been in Portugal for 2.5 weeks and had a wonderful time in Porto, Sines, Argarve and Sintra. We have been travelling quite a bit and we know that when leaving the room you leave a key in the slot so the power doesn’t go off and therefore the A/C stays on. On our return our room was again boiling and the AC not working. We called the reception and we didn’t get an answer. As I was getting ready to go out for dinner we realized that there was no electric outlet to plug my hair straightener in the washroom, I thought I could plug it in the room, but wait there is no mirror in the room !!!!! In all my years of travelling I have never seen a room without a mirror never mind a ‘superior’ room ☹ Everyday, there was something else for which we had to call, no toilet paper, no towel, no coffee for the coffee make and the continued battle to have the AC stay on while we were out. Terrible Service in this hotel.

First the staff who were working during our stay speaks English, and all of them were very accommodating. Breakfast is awesome.

The hotel location is good , bathroom needs renovation , some staff were very helpful , but no all of them ! When we checked in , Lohana Pae and Paula Martins were very helpful and phoned the taxi company for us to complain the taxi driver over charged us !

This is a great choice if you wants to stay in the Lisbon area area. The hotel is right by the metro. It’s just out the front door. There’s lots of shopping stores around the area of the hotel itself. The hotel is so convenient and so many ways, I highly recommend it.

Hotel is close to airport and downtown. Metro entrance is 5 steps from main entrance. However there’s no vending machines, limited seating in lobby, no bar service. Clean room

A very comfortable room for an overnight stsy in Lisbon. It's close to the train and metro station wirh lots of great places to eat. This was our second stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Too noisy and what you see on the picture is not what you get.

Upgraded to a very large suite upon arrival which was lovely and spacious. The area is busy and vibrant. Lots of great areas to explore around the hotel, it’s a very walkable area. We felt safe at all times. The underground station is a minute away. The main roads around the hotel are busy so it’s not a really quiet spot. Great staff who are very helpful. The breakfast buffet on site (not included) is excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately the property did not meet our expectations. We booked the hotel for a 30th birthday, which we informed the hotel about, however they did not help us celebrate in any way and did not even acknowledge this. The hotel itself is very outdated and old. The bathroom door does not fully close so does not allow for privacy from the bedroom. The shower did not work properly. There’s a really strong smell of sewage in the morning which we could not seem to shift. We had several issues with the staff. My husband requested a new pillow and after going back and forth, he was eventually given a pillow without a cover that was covered in black hairs, so they do not wash the pillows and the staff member that gave him the pillow was awfully rude as if giving him a new pillow was an inconvenience. We ran out of toilet paper as the cleaning staff did not restock this and when we called reception they said they couldn’t do anything, eventually after several arguments they managed to find some. Finally they did not provide the correct amount of towels, leaving us with only 2 bath towels, no foot/hand towels and when we asked reception for more they said they couldn’t supply any. With each dispute, we had to go down to reception to resolve the issue as the staff act like they are too busy to help you, but every time we went down the staff were free and chatting away. Honestly it was one of the worst places we have stayed and I’m sure there are much better properties you can stay at.

I felt the shaking, vibration, and some kind of noise that might come from the underground train all day long. When I showered, water turned to very hot water for 5 seconds every 20-30 seconds. My skin got burnt. I don’t recommend this place.

Close to train. OUR ROOM WAS VERY NOISY WITH STREET TRAFFIC DESPITE WINDOWS BEING CLOSED. EARLY FLIGHT OUT MADE FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE. WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD AN UPGRADE- WAS NOT EXPLAINED. We arrived and asked for an early check in. This was not available. A 5 star facility should ask if their was a phone number we could be reached at if this was possible.

Very nice hotel…fantastic location…directly next to a Metro stop and an underground shopping mall under the plaza across the street. Convenient to everything…and a nice bakery/sandwich place off the lobby. Immaculate clean.

Staff was very accommodating.

This is a small hotel so I don't expect a lot. Cleanliness and daily housekeeping is fine. Its next to metro station and bus stop, and supermarket next to it. But lack of basic hotel amenties, e.g. there is not any box of tissue. The bathroom has two bottles of soap in different colors but no shampoo. There is coffee and sugar but no spoon or stiring stick. Receptionists are nice but act quite surprising. E.g. I asked a receptionist a question, he said he was busy with some documents and asked me to find out the answer on my own. I never encounter a receptionist acted like that! And the waitress serving hotel breakfast said she couldn't find my room number and told me to wait, then she went served another customer instead of checking for me. If you have better choice in Lisbon, please choose another. Otherwise, its still Ok to stay there.

We arrived for four nights at this hotel. It was nice and clean and cleaner fid our room every day. It a shame that we were on first floor as we could here the metro all day and into late hours running under our room.It was ideal for shopping and site seeing as metro was so close but wouldn’t stay here again-because of the noise.

The location was great. Staff were very helpful. The bathroom needs to be cleaned throughout because there was a really bad smell coming from the manhole, the smell was awuful we had to call maintenance and I saw them putting water down the bathroom drain. We also went out for the day came back and the smell in the room was disgusting we had to call reception

Nice room. Comfortable mattress but the pillows are not comfortable. Nespresso coffee machine in the room with capsules available. Temperature of the water into the shower was not even. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold. The breakfasts are very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The situation is perfect, subway and bus at the door.

I really liked the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was great. However this hotel is right on top of one of the metro stations and our room was on the 1sr floor and we could hear the metro approaching every single time! Next time I would either ask for higher floor room or pick somewhere else.

Great location. Far from all the crazy touristy chaos and close enough to see all the sites, reachable by public transport, metro, bus or train combined.

Fantastic stay

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are updated, clean. Bed was very comfortable. Daily supply of Nespresso coffee. Lovely decor. Pleasent fragrance both in and out of the room. Breakfast was great and have had different options every day. Good views. Proper airconditining. There was a security guard too making you feel extra secure. Located in a clean safe area and very easy access to Metro, busses and trains. The Shopping mall next door was a real bonus. Definitely will stay again and recommended.

The hotel is fine for its price. Only thing you need to be aware of is that it locates directly above metro station, at midnight you could still hear train running through, early morning too. I don't know whether this applies to higher floor, we lived on 1st floor and we hear the train clearly. Not very annoying though.
