Street noise made it hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was checked each day for trash, toilet paper, etc.
Nice staff
The front desk guy was very helpful and nice. Hotel itself was close to enough places to walk about, we definitely come again!!
Great find! Close to restaurants in Metro
Very clean room and bathroom. Close to metro and lots of restaurants. no complaints. I would stay here again.
The property is clean and well looked after having clearly been renovated recently, the only downside is the lack of a lift if you have large cases to carry up the narrow stairs. No problems whatsoever, checkin was easy and as mentioned the rooms are clean and recently renovated.
Awesome property amazing staff
We had a great stay at this hotel. Although it may seem far from the centre it’s actually a lovely walk but the metro is right on the doorstep so it’s very easy to get around. However, you don’t need to go far to find amazing restaurants, cafes, bars etc- plenty right next door to the hotel. The room itself was spectacular- very clean and felt safe. All in all I would highly recommend ☺️
Good value
Friendly staff, cheap hotel which gives you what you need : clean room, bed, toilets and shower. Plus, this is well located, just downstairs Montmartre.
Nice location, with different dining options close by. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There's no elevator and stairs are narrow, plus toilette and sink didn't flush very well. Overall is good if you're looking for a cheap place in the city.
The property needs maintenance. Shower door leaks, faucet water pressure was too high. I got spray with water every time I use it. The towels smell like body odor.
Awesome location but for young couple or single people no elevator and stairs are very narrow . Good size room and very clean.
My ratings for this hotel are compared to other small neighborhood tourist class hotels. My room was clean, nicely furnished, and recently renovated. I interacted with several hotel staff persons and they were all very nice, helpful, and spoke English. My only critical comment concerns the lack of an elevator. There is a somewhat narrow spiral staircase on which I had to carry my luggage up to the 5th floor, although the staff did offer to have someone do it for me. However, navigating the staircase even without luggage is still a chore. The lights are also on a short timer so you have to manually turn on the lights when needed. I would recommend the Luxelthe Hotel, but not if you have a physical mobility issue.
The actual facility is very diffident than shown in pic. It was in much worst conditions: mismatched toilet seats, stair way light would turn off after 3 to 5 min. Leaving you walking up completely in the dark when you are hauling your luggage up after 2 and a half floors. All the wood in the patio is dried and has not been painted for a very long time. Many rooms leak light and sounds through the door. The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The location is nice, however, just one block away from the metro, and a lot of place to eat and walk around. The manager was kind enough to allow us to cancel and refund for the rest of the stay.
The cleanliness of the property was fine, but there is need of maintenance especially in the bathroom
Great location midway between Pigalle and Montmartre and near two Metro lines.Great value for the area and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Its no frills but checks alot of boxes; safe, clean and near many stores and shopping.
Fantistic place ! Near the Metro ! Top Quality !
Great place to stay, but no parking if you if plan on renting a vehicle.
Beautiful place to stay. Close to everything. Owner was a true gem. Helped us to our room with our bags. Very charming place and 100 feet from Metro train station Pigalle. A A A
I loved the hotel for the mere simple ness, the wonderful and helpful staff and the location was excellent.
Great Hotel
Great hotel with a few minutes walk to the Metro and local concert venue La Cigale. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were friendly.
Not great
Walls are like cardboard. Can hear every single movement made in the building. Did not have a good night sleep as there waa noises. Staff are friendly.
Property was in a great location. Wifi died on the last night and they didnt fix it.
Would you please fix your incredible bug of giving rooms when hotels are already full!!! Thank you ;3
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location to the metro. There isn’t an elevator so it is difficult to make the climb if you have any mobility issues. It was clean and simple. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend if you are okay with the things listed above. I was especially for the cost.
The property was clean, the location is excellent. Metro is 1 block away Pigalle station. It good also if you enjoy walking. I walked to the Louvre about 30 minute walk. There are food places everywhere. All the staff at hotel were very helpful and I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is basic, there is no lift, narroiw winding staircase. I enjoyed the exercise. No phone in room, no fridge, etc... location makes up for the simplicity of room. There is TV with all French channels. Tiny bathroom, I managed fairly well though. If you are extremely heavy might be an issue. I am 5’10 270lbs. It was cramped. If you are bigger than that , get a larger room than the single or check dimension, I mention this because shower is narrow, I was barely able to turn around in shower, I managed. Again if you want luxury this is not the place to choose. There is no luxury at this property. If you want a clean, affordable, place to sleep that is quiet, although the Moulin Rouge is 2 blocks away. I would choose this hotel. The price maybe a little more than what you feel it is worth. But location was perfect. I would stay here again if I am on a budget.
Too cold in Autumn
The room was too cold despite the small heater in it. Windows arent properly sealed. New simple renovation. Clean. Location is excellent. I might look for other options in future. Can only recommend if you have a tight budget as rooms in Paris are expensive.
A good place if you just need a bed for the night
A very basic room but exactly what we needed for a weekend in Paris where we just needed a place to sleep. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Like most hotels of this kind there is no lift, only stairs, but if you’re aware of this then it’s not an issue. My only slight issue was with the service when checking in and the lack of safe storage for our luggage before/after we checked in/out. Our bags were left on show at the reception desk all day and when we returned no one was sat there manning the desk which felt slightly unsafe. Apart from this, no complaints and we had a pleasant stay! Also a great location for us as we had a concert to go to at Le Trianon
The property does not have elevator, we have to do to the third floor carrying our luggage, the room was not very clean, the cleaners juat changed the foot towel, I found a hair under my linen
Staff were really attentive and organized. The hotel had a very good feeling and was safe and comfortable for a solo female traveler. It's not fancy (if you're one of those folks go somewhere else and save these nice people the headache of your expectations) but it was well cared for and very clean.
The room was clean, had a good sized shower and an above average sized television. However I was disappointed that the hotel had no lift and the lack of WiFi information on arrival. I note though that on departure the owner addressed the concerns I had to my satisfaction.
Great price and good location for Metro station. The room is clean and the price is the best in Paris.
Be prepared to walk up the stairs. I was on Floor 4, so I had to carry luggage 4 flights of stairs. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed was big and the shower was clean. If you don't mind walking up the stairs (no lift) then this is a relatively good hotel for its price.
Location is great!!!! Close to 2 metros and walking distance to Abesses for the Wall of love and Monmarte. Loads of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets.
Very good place. Cleanliness is very best Tourist attractions u can travel easily from the hotel For Indian restaurant is in side of the hotel
Really great area close to station, friendly staff. Let us store our bags to roam city until check in. Room was a little smaller then our expectations for the room but was newly renovated. 5 flights of stairs were tough with bags. We were told was a non smoking property but person in room to us smoked regularly and it spread across entire floor. Overall I enjoyed my visit. Thanks
Great budget hotel
Friendly staff, great location, nice clean room with shower and comfortable bed. Just what I needed after a long flight before heading for the south of france the next morning. I will stay there again.
A cama é bem mole e desconfortável, o quarto só era arrumado a cama e trocado o lixo que era jogado no vaso e dado descarga! Mas os recepcionistas sempre foram bem educados e prestativos
Location was very convenient to good transportation
Very conveniently located with metro, supermarket, cafe restaurants located within 5 mins walk. Room is small and no elevator as with many other Paris hotel. Minimal moving space in the toilet. Overall a good hotel within a great location if you are travelling solo or without kids.
Calm place, close from metro and fast food restaurants.
Perfect location.. super close to metro., clean & tidy rooms.. you can hear through the walls though.. would definitely stay again purely for location 😊
Luxel is a very simple budget friendly hotel, as a solo traveler I find this hotel to be perfect for what I need, a clean room with a shower and a table to plan my next adventure into the city or out of the city. It does not have the typical creature comforts like a lift (elevator), gym or spa’s- it is perfect though if you are always on the go, having a well tended room after long day of sight seeing and VERY close to two Metro stations (Pigalle and Abesses) , it is in the Monmartre-Sacre Coeur area and only a few blocks away from the Moulin rouge. It is close to many cafes and bistros, make a left when you get out of the hotel towards the Hill by St. Jean the Baptist church (La Relais Gascon serves a mean salad selection with their signature sliced potatos on top, and one of the best Bœuf Bourguignon I had in Paris) I like this place and catered to my needs - a clean place to rest and shower for my another day in Paris. The Pigalle area caters mostly to adults which is the street below when you make a right upon exiting the hotel - not particularly kid friendly but if you make a left it is an entirely different feel as you’ll be going up the quaint Montmartre artist community (Mateo station Abesses just in front of the brick St. Jean church, there’s an AMAZING boulangerie Also up there ( Le Grenier a pain) don’t miss trying both their regular and choclat croissant. As with any travel no matter where your staying - always have the common sense in tow. Enjoy!
Found 2 non flying bugs on the bed during my stay, i assume are bed bugs but I'm not a professional to say they are. This led me to get 2-3 hours of sleep during the stay, up all night looking to make sure no others popped up. Placed the do not disturb sign on the door after a market run, returned to the bed made by housekeeping and the do not disturb sign placed inside the room, some items placed on desk, after searching all over another was left under the bed. Restroom has paint chipping and horrible water flow from sink, walls are littered with bugs that have been killed on them, which could be easy to clean. I needed to print a tour document, but a specific employee wasn't there to open the room where the printer is located, so I had to walk around to multiple hotels until I found one willing to print my documents. Expect to get what you pay and watch out for the bugs.
Best in budget price bracket
I've been staying annually in Paris for over 10 years, and experienced quite a few hotels in this sort of price bracket, but this is the one I keep coming back to. It's not fancy but I've never found anything to complain about. I've stayed elsewhere and thought oh, should've gone to the Luxelthe instead, this one may be a few euros a night cheaper but it's nowhere near as pleasant. With only 5 rooms per floor and no lift you are almost guaranteed a nice quiet night, especially if your room is at the back and the room was clean, bright and comfortable. For me, that's all that really matters.
Hotel is in a great location
Hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station and within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants in the Montmartre area. However there is no elevator and my room was on the 4th floor which made lugging up my luggage a struggle. My room was tiny and there was a weird sewage like smell that was really bad and I had to keep my window open in order to sleep. Given this is a budget hotel I think I got what I paid for. Besides the smell the room was clean which is all I needed
Nice basic clean hotel in a great location!
Wonderful, kind staff and clean basic room with shower in a lovely central Montmartre location🌟🌟🌟
Good for what it is!
It was good for what it was - budget amenities but a fantastic location.
Great stay
Great staff, great room, stairs could use a renovation . Great for low budget.
Basic hotel close to the Pigalle Metro station
I was in Paris in mid-June when the daily temperature was above thirty degrees Celsius. Without airconditioning, a fan in my room, or even an ice machine in the hotel, the heat was unbearable. Had I come in the early spring or winter, my stay would have been more pleasant. I can't really blame the hotel for the extremely hot weather, but here are my reasons for giving Luxelthe such a low score. Firstly, they don't have a lift. I've stayed at other small hotels in Paris and they all have elevators. If you're staying on the 4th floor, just imagine carrying your luggage all the way up using the narrow staircase. Even walking up the stairs without any bags is such a hassle. Secondly, the bath towels they provided are worn out - they have the texture of old tea towels. Thirdly, the support for the showerhead in my room is broken. You have to hold the showerhead when bathing; otherwise, it pivots towards the wall because the holder/cradle is loose and can't be tightened. Lastly, the room reeks of sewer smell at night. There must be something wrong with the drain.
Would recommend
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It is super close to the metro Pigalle-good for sightseeing. A nice neighbourhood. Only fall back is if you are a light sleeper you can hear floor creaks and water down the pipes but not enough to disturb you! Would recommend for solo budget travellers!
Clean and comfortable, affordable, near many sites
Friendly staff, very clean. In the red light district, but neighborhood felt very safe (single woman travelling alone). Would definitely stay here again
Over priced.
Not worth the price being charged. Stay somewhere better.
Decent hotel near the city of Paris
The hotel is just 2 min walk from Pigale Metro Station. Bus stop for Open Tour Hop On Hop Off bus also nearby. The hotel is small with small staircase but the room is quite clean, bathroom inside (which is hard to find in Paris except the more expensive ones), staff very nice. 24 hour reception. TV in the room but no kettle. The price is quite expensive but I guess that's Paris. Overall, nice stay for easy access to city of Paris.
Meh, good I guessb
No breakfast, shower had no door, the shower gel dispenser was empty. Room was small. Otherwise good.
Shocking treatment from cleaning help
I had the most shocking encounter in this hotel. I have asked if I could extend my stay till 1PM (just 1 extra hour), which was kindly agreed. However once I got back to my room just before 1PM, the door was open and the cleaning person was already in, having cleaned already half the room. I have purposely asked for later check out so I could re-arrange my personal things in my luggage and take a shower before my departure to airport. I was very unpleasantly surprised to find the cleaning person in my room and asked her to leave. The black cleaning woman started to shout at me and was not willing to leave. I have called for help from the reception which came after very long time, unfortunately the older man seemed hopeless to explain to the cleaning help that she should respect privacy of paying client. I travel all the time, but such a shocking treatment happened for the first time ever. The cleaning help is there to make the stay for clients comfortable but not miserable by considering herself above other staff in the hotel and completely disrespect the paying customer. Not a single time I heard "sorry" from either one of them. The older man on reception seemed terrified and hopeless in hands of this black woman. Stay away from this hotel if you dont want to be treated like dirt.
Poor
Positives - central, close to the Metro and cheap. Negatives - tiny rooms that are dirty/poorly maintained, no lift (being on the 5th floor, this meant I repeatedly climbed 10 flights of steps) and dreadful servicing (on one occasion, a dirty/damp towel left in the shower was actually re-hung for me to use again). Location is pretty miserable too (the 'adult entertainment' zone) - if you're a guy travelling alone, be prepared to be pestered literally every few yards you walk.
You got what you paid for in expensive city. Comfort is bare minimum. No shelf to put soap or shampoo on in the shower . No paper towel holder. Towels were never changed. And neighborhood should be avoided. The only plus os that is cheap.
A perfect little Parisian hotel
We booked this hotel mainly because of the affordable price. After reading some reviews about lack of lifts and air conditioning, the small rooms and the dodgy neighbourhood reputation I was worried about our stay. But it was incredible. The room was full of light! The bed was comfortable! The neighbourhood was absolutely charming! The staff were friendly, and when a problem came up with our flight out of Paris, they bent over backwards to help us. The metro stops were close. The Sacre Cour was just up the hill. We had an amazing time staying here and we recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Montmartre.
Nice value
Super!!!
Ok but not great
Hotel is really close to a Metro station which was great, but once inside the room looked great at first but then went into the bathroom. Although was clean the floor tiles were not secure and a bit unstable, there was pieces of paper stuck to the ceiling which I'm guessing is to cover up and mold. Then there was an issue that they only left a small amount of toilet paper (a already used role about 1/4 left), and two small shampoo packets. For two people sharing the room for one night this wasn't enough as wanted a shower after a long day of exploring before dinner and then one in the morning. We had to go to the local supermarket to purchase a cheap bottle as was easier than trying to speak to the hotel manager. In the bedroom the window is a double doors which opens out on to the road, and since we were on the 1st floor meant that if we opened the curtains we were at eye level as people walked past! The curtains were on a rail that was so far away from the window that so much light got in from around the sides and we never felt completely private from the public.
Basic hotel in a great location in Paris
Hotel was basic but perfectly acceptable and good value in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was again very basic but clean with a surprisingly comfortable bed. The hotel is in a fantastic location near the Moulin Rouge and a 5 minute walk from Sacre Coeur and the fantastic Monmarte. It is also extremely close to two metro stations (Pigelle and Absesses).
A comfotable stay
Nice, clean and quiet room in very good condition. Good central heating for winter. We had a room with a little cute balcony. Friendly welcome by the gentleman when we checked in and out. Wifi worked well. Lots of places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. Would stay here again.
Perfect stay, unforgettable.
This hotel was perfect. All members of staff were warm and inviting, I never expected to find this level of hospitality. Each time I travel to Paris, this will be my hotel. Thank you so very much for the service, and making such an effort to make my stay perfect!
No lifts
Had room on 4th floor however due to no lifts and my heavy luggage my experience at the hotel was compromised.
Good for a night
My wife and I stayed here for the final night of our honeymoon. It took a bit to get to from the Orly airport, but it is very close to the metro stop. The hotel is closely situated near the basilica and sights of Pigaille. The area can be noisy at night, so be aware. Overall, it was a nice place for our purposes. The front desk staff was very helpful arranging airport transports.
Good bang for the buck but not for everyone.
If you want a clean, economy hotel right in the middle of Montmartre, this is the place for some of you. The room is tiny and clean and the bathroom updated. The small lobby and stairwell have probably not been updated for 50 years or more. The walls are paper thin and it can be VERY noisy but there was no street noise at night since it's on a side street. If you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem. It's walk up and no air conditioning. I requested a lower floor room when I booked and got it and the temps were plenty cool at night in September. Could be a problem. Very limited TV; no English stations. Located right at the Pigalle metro station and near all the tourist spots. Plenty of fabulous cafes all around. There is no help carrying your luggage up or down the steps so be prepared to do this. I am a female and was traveling along; did not feel uncomfortable at all.
Great value for the price
My room was on the fifth floor and I had a very heavy suitcase. There's no lift so it was hard work to climb all the way up. But when I got into the room, I nearly screamed with joy. There was a balcony with a little table and I could see the clear sky and the tip of the sacré coeur :) The room was basic but clean. And the hotel is closer to lovely grocery shops and brasseries at the heart of montante. Not a fancy hotel but it was excellent value for the price. I really enjoyed my stay!
good hotel but no iron
Have to bring own iron,no aircond and lift..no safe-box..but good location.near to metro station and convenient location.
This hotel had a fantastic location and an even better price. There aren't any frills like breakfast or a lift, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, there's wifi, and a nice bathroom. It's location in Montmartre really can't be beat. We had a room on the street, and like other reviewers said it got a bit noisy with the windows open. However the windows were double paned and we had no problems with the windows shut (except you don't get to wake up to the bells of Sacre Coeur with the windows shut!) Tip: If you stay here, Try the Indian Restaurant next door! We had a full lunch with an entree, rice, naan, and a glass of wine for 6.60 euro! I can't believe the value of that restaurant for the price, and it's so very convenient if you're staying at Luxelthe!
Great location
Very helpful staff. Good directions to attractions. Very close to two metro stations.
Great experience
If you have any interest in the Montmartre area of Paris this hotel is perfect. It is located close to the bus stop that will take you into the heart of Paris. Plenty of great cafes nearby.
Nice and clean place
Great location, about 150 meter from the pigalle metro station. Nice and clean room, great friendly staff. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. The hotel does not have a elevator but the staff is helpful getting the luggage up the stairs. Would stay there again, no problem. Max
Perfectly decent, if a little spare. No elevator and narrow stairs.
Luxelthe Hotel
Friendly, courteous staff. Great location. Good value.
Very basic
Positive: great location (close to a metro station, airport bus stop, Moulin Rouge), no fuss about late check-out, free wifi. Not so good: no elevator (and we stayed on the 5th floor!), dated interior, expensive as no breakfast included in the price, no kettle in the room, smokers next door!
Don't let the lobby fool you, the rooms are nice
The lobby is small and a bit shabby but the rooms were clean with new, modern bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In June the weather was warm and without air conditioning we opened the windows and slept comfortably. There was some street noise on Saturday night but some ear plugs and being tired from walking most of the day made it possible to sleep comfortably. There is a subway station and bus stop just a block away in Pigalle Square. Also on the square is a McDonalds (didn't eat there!) and a La Brioche Dorée with coffee and French sandwiches and salads. Overall, this hotel is a good value for those use to 2 and 3 star hotels while traveling in Europe.
Great location
I'd definitely stay there again. Clean room, and nice staff. Very straight-forward.
I heart Pigalle.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Good choice for the budget conscious.
Nice room, handy location
The room was clean and neat and the bathroom was brand new - all in all good value for money. We were on the 5th floor and there's no lift so not advisable if you don't want to climb a lot of stairs!
Good location. But that's it
I chose this hotel for the good ratings on here but I was disappointed. In the hotels defense it is only a 2 star hotel. The rooms are incredible small and there is no phone no fridge. I did not feel welcome at all when i arrived. He gave me key and said up the stairs to right. I woke up early one morning to go get breakfast and I was LOCKED IN! Apparently the hotel closes at 1am! I'm still not sure when that open beacuse at about 7 something a guy came stumbling out of a room with a key to open it for me. Maybe I watch to many scary movies but It was actually kind of a scary feeling to be locked in a sketchy hotel.
Good location: located in an alley of Montmartre neighbourhood. Within minutes of Abbesses or Pigalle station. Rooms are small but clean for the most part. Although my room had an odd smell when I got there. Rooms include free Wifi service but breakfast is not included nor available. Staff at the front desk is friendly.
Good for Busienss Trip
No Elevator, Refregerator, Hot Port for Hot Water and very small space. But Free Internet Wifi and good heater is very satisfied. Compare to cheap price, it is good for business trip.
Luxel
The stay at Luxel the Hotel was nice. good location, rather renovated room. room was small, but given price and paris, it was ok. the room was mostly clean.
You get what you pay for in overpriced Paris
Hotels in Paris are extremely expensive, but since I managed to find quality hotels in every other city for a reasonable price I thought Luxelthe wouldn't be so bad. Sure, it's very close to the train station, but that's about as good as it gets. The hotel is very dingy and looks like a hostel. There are no elevators so you must drag your bags up narrow, poorly lit steps. There was no soap or other amenities (no fridge, AC, or even a hot pot), but we did have an awfully placed hairdryer that kept falling off the wall and turning on and the towels were as rough as sand paper. Although they don't tell you, they want you to leave your key with them. I'm not sure why since they have a spare. I like privacy, and I prefer to not have anyone clean my rooms while traveling. There was no "Do Not Disturb'" sign; I had to make my own and stick it in the door (they don't have handles to make a proper door hanger) and everyday the maid would take it and throw it away. The first day, they came in and left our window open, which is really nice since you can literally jump from the open stairwell window into our room. The room above us had an extremely loud and squeaky floor so you could hear EVERY motion going on upstairs all day. I could even here someone yawn. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well here. The staff was not very friendly or helpful and spoke very little English if at all. I would skip this place entirely and pinch your pennies elsewhere.
Nice stay in a budget hotel
This is def a budget hotel if you couldn't tell from the cheap price per night. As long as you realize that going in you'll be fine. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me. There is def so wear & tear showing in the stairwell, etc but the room was clean, had a tv and free wifi. It's located extremely close to the metro, the pigalle stop, which is on the 2 & 12 lines so it's easy to get anywhere without too much hassle. It's a few blocks down from the moulin rouge so the main strip is mostly strip clubs and sex shops but it's on a quiet side street and as a young, female traveling alone I felt safe staying here. Be warned tho, my room was on the fifth floor which was 90 stairs up a spiral staircase which may be a prob depending on how much luggage you were lugging around. I would def stay here again. So long as you realize it's a budget place and don't expect any frills I'd recommend staying here.
excellent value for money, clean modern room.
One of the best budget hotels we've stayed in! Both the room and it's bathroom were very clean and modern, excellent value for money!! Situated on a nice (not seedy street) within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants in Montmartre.
Excellent location & price, friendly service
Let me say first that the combination of price, location, and quality of the hotel make this hotel definitely worth a stay. Montmartre is a remarkable part of Paris and we will definitely stay in the area again! (And would stay at this hotel again if the price were right) Good points: - Staff are very friendly and willing to help. - Room is basically equipped (hairdryer, safe, desk and chair, TV, but no clock or iron) and cleaned each day - Small room but certainly big enough for two of us to move around comfortably. And we spent most of our time out and about in Paris, not in our room! - EXCELLENT location in Montmartre. Two Metro stations within a two-minute walk - Good security. An employee is always at the front desk, they keep your key when you leave the hotel, the doors are locked at night and monitored by an employee to allow recognized guests in and out Needs improvement: - The comforter/top blanket was not clean, though I didn't notice until I actually looked. (After speaking to a former hotel maid, I never use the hotel comforter because they are usually washed only every couple of months... this one was no exception) - No hot water the first evening because too many people were probably showering before dinner. We didn't have the problem any other time. - We could hear external sounds pretty clearly, for example our room neighbour coughing up a lung or talking on his cell phone. Outside, we could hear voices of passersby and loud footsteps. Luckily the hotel is on a side street, not one of the main streets it is so close to. However, if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you request a room that does not face onto the street.
La gentillesse du personnel
They don’t listen to your wish to not get housekeeping today and then they went up to make your bed while the safe isn‘t working!
