I wasn’t expecting the Ritz given the price but the cockroaches were a bit much as was the black mould on the bathroom ceiling. When I woke in the morning and went into the bathroom the cockroaches scattered. They were crawling over the toilet paper and my toothbrush. It was disgusting. I asked for a refund but hotels.com said they could do nothing.

The kitchen and dining room are well-equipped, making it easy to feel at home. But what truly sets this place apart is the unexpected wow factor—it’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience. The views outside the windows are simply breathtaking, offering a picture-perfect panorama of the city, especially at night when everything lights up. I’ve attached a few photos of what I see outside my window, and I can’t describe how incredible it feels to wake up to this every day. The Twin Towers are literally just a 5-minute walk away, and exploring the city couldn’t be easier. The customer service here is top-notch. The owner was incredibly helpful, available 24/7 to provide recommendations for tours, restaurants, and travel tips. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a great experience, and it truly made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a bit of luxury with jaw-dropping views, Luxe Suites at Vortex KLCC is the place to be!
