Beautiful area. Wonderful family run hotel.

Great location and comfortable room.

Typical beautiful alpine cottage

The owners are lovely caring people, even the room conditions were written in a poem. The apartment was well equiped, clean, with what truly was a beautiful mountain view. The village of Lermoos with its surrounding meadows is how we imagined our weekend in Austrian Alps.

The owner, Patricia, is beyond freindly and helpful. We showed up a little bit past the listed check-in time and she was very accommodating. Some people might be put off that this hotel isn't modern, but that is a positive in our eyes. It feels more. Like staying at a freinds house than a sterile hotel. The room was huge and the views are stunning. The breakfast, even though does not have any hot items, was wonderful. Parking is easy. Finding the place was a bit tricky using Google maps. We would stay here again without any doubt. Loved it.

Welcoming And centrally located

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great. The breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks and was tasty. The bathroom is small but that can be looked past. The location is walking distance from downtown and some great restaraunts are near by.

A Wonderful Guest House

Lusspark was a great location for our one-night stay in Lermoos. We had a large apartment with beautiful mountain views situated just a couple blocks off the main street so it was both convenient and quiet. There was a nice breakfast to start the day and the family staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We were lucky to stay on the weekend of the summer soltace 'light show' - what an experience. Hotel staff very friendly, lovely place to stay, will definitely return.

Little piece of heaven

The place is beautiful, nestled in the Austrian Alps. We loved it. The only surprised was that as we were settling up we were told cash only. Even when I read the fine print, I didn't see this. Since there is no cancellation it should be said to pay in advance with Expedia or pay cash there.

Paradise

We arrived late to the hotel and found a lovely note and our keys waiting for us. We found a wonderful apartment style room with an amazing view.

This was an unexpected delight. The room was very large which included a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Very quiet and peaceful.

Big room and very clean.

We had in a Big Room with 3 separated room (TV, Kitchen and Sleep), all hotel was very clean. The only thing, is the cleaning tax. If it is mandatory, it shoulb be included on their room price per night.

Lovely apartment, excellent location...not so great wifi

The best place we stayed on this trip

Rating based on this type of hotel, not a fancy city place. We LOVED Lusspark! Stayed in email 19 & had perfect view of Alps off porch. Beds & bath clean & comfy. Patricia super helpful and efficient. No credit cards but ATM & TI within 5 min walk. Looking forward to visiting Austria again & staying at Lusspark. (room 19, not email)

Great family run place in beautiful Letmoos. If looking for a quiet getaway with simple accommodations, this place is great. It is close to many area attractions, yet has plenty of outdoor activities for those who like to avoid the crowds. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Fantastic location.

This small hotel was just right for a weeks stay. Exstemly good hosting. Speak good English. And the view from our terrace was fantastic food in local restaurants very good. Wonderful time in Lermoss.

Nice hotel with view

We stayed overnight at Lusspark. This is an apartment, so loads of space (Kitchen+living+bedroom) and great views from the balcony.Over all this is value for money as the rate was 45E/day. They charge 20E for cleaning, which is still a bargain for the space. The restroom com bod was odd. I have not seen that anywhere else!! Note that it is on a small street so it is not easy to find.

Wonderful Hotel / Apartments

On a mini vacation to relax and enjoy hiking. The village was between ski and summer season very quite but nice. Second time to stay at Lusspark

Great area, friendly staff.

Great area, the hotel was nice. A lot of business where closed for some reason, had to drive to Garmish to eat meals. The room smelled like stale smoked cigarettes. We aired the room out but our clothes still smelled like cigarettes when we returned home. Staff was great and real friendly.

Beautiful Views, extra Cleaning Fee

Absolutely beautiful views and location! 40 mins from Neuschwanstein. Be aware that, if you book an Apartment room, you will be charged an additional 20 EUR upon arrival for so called "cleaning."

This is a nice, family-run hotel. The room is quiet and clean and the family is nice. The breakfast buffet was very good too. Be aware that even tho you may have booked/reserved this room with a credit card, you must pay with cash when you get there.(There is an ATM nearby, within walking distance.) You should also be sure to bring your own soap because nothing is supplied to you except towels.

Lovely little hotel in great location. Easy access to castles and there are several shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is worth noting that the hotel doesn't accept card payments.

Great View

It is a basic, clean and comfortable family hotel. Owners was very helpful. Great mountain view. We had an apartment on 1st floor. Read your hotel confirmation, there is a "room cleaning" fee on top of the room rate.

hotel and room was dirty covered up by a cheap air freshener; bath room was very dirty with mildew and no soap or shampoo provided, ripped towels; bare-minimum breakfast with dry bread and not-so-fresh cold cuts; ended up moving out after one night; caution: only cash payments accepted!

Ideal location

Very friendly proprietor and no problems at all with our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and location in centre of town and not too far from Neuschwanstein C astle. Wi-fi not compatible with my computer settings so not available. Bed was a little low for me personally after recent back surgery but not meant to be a negative report on the property. Would recommend to anyone as value for money.

Nice family room

The family room is spacious with kitchen and living room. Hotel is very new with nice design. Great view. This is indeed the best room that we have during our two week trip in Europe. A $20 euro cleanness charge will be added to the family room, but it is definitely worthy for the money considering the already low room rate. A nice cafeteria and super market is within walking distance.

Great place to stay

This is a lovely hotel situated in the beautiful village of Lermoos. The location is great - very small and well situatred village. Bavarian castles of Neuschwanstein and Linderhof are 40 min away by car. The hotel is very nice , clean. we had a two room apartment at the top floor with the kitchen which was very convenient for us. Also the price does not include a tac 2,10 per day per person and the cleaning fww of 20 euro.

Hotel does not accept credit cards for payment. Paying with USD is not a problem though. No soap/shampoo in bath room.

Schönes, fam. Hotel mit 80er-Flair. Top Lage.

Ein schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel. Immer bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Einrichtung ist zwar alt und teilweise porös, aber trotzdem schön. Haben für unser 7 jähriges Kind nichts bezahlen müssen. Trotzdem gab es Bettsachen und ein 3. Bett. Die Lage des Hotels, in einer Sackgasse, aber zentral in Lermoos, neben einem Spielplatz. Am Hotel steht eine Schaukel, auch für ganz Kleine geeignet. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ausflugsziele zur Zugspitze & Highline179 waren in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.

Right in the middle of the mountains. Tons of things to do there. Mountainbiking, hiking, climbing and of course skiing and snowboarding during winter.

Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på bl a Zugspitze

Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse ved at bo på hotellet. Vi fik en værelse medd en skønneste udsigt til bjergene, og det var fantastisk at sidde på balkonen med et glas vin og nyde denne flotte udsigt.

ベッドはやはりちいさかった。 暖房は自分で調節することができず ホテル側が元から操作するので最悪でした。 エコのためだかしりませんが夜暖房を切られて余りの寒さにダウンジャンバーきて寝ました。それでもさむかった。朝食は乾燥したパンとスライスハムとチーズぐらいで暖かいものはなかった。

Hotel schon älteres Baujahr, aber liebevoll gepflegt !! Gastgeberfamilie sehr zuvorkommend lieb und nett !!! Leider geht hinterm Haus eine Bahnlinie vorbei, womit um 06:00 Tagwache ist ! Das Hotel ist aber durch das Preis-Leistungsverhältniß trotzdem alle mal empfehlenswert !

Grazioso, in una cornice incantevole

Cercato come punto di riferimento per visitare i castelli in Baviera in famiglia, lo abbiamo scelto per l' ottima posizione, a soli 38 km dal castello di Neuschwanstein e 44 km dalla residenza di Liderhof. Volevamo un posto tranquillo e ben servito e lo abbiamo trovato.

Fantastisk sted i rigtig flotte omgivelser og stedet som sådan var vi tilfredse med. Det, der trækker ned, er prisen. Hjemmefra havde vi fået oplyst en pris på 114€, men måtte samlet af med 140€ - og det var enddamedrabat, sagde værten. Der følte vi os bondefanget, men havde ikke andre muligheder end at betale. Det trækker voldsomt ned i den samlede helhedsvurdering af stedet.

Greit sted, men pass på 35€ for rengjøringsavgift

Vi overnattet på dette stedet da vi var på vei til Zugspitze. Vi kom sent og fikk nøkkelen lagt ved inngangen. Vi bestilte en leilighet med to soverom. Det ene soverommet var det en sovesofa. Sovesofaen var hardt og det var ikke noen overmadrassen til denne. Vi fikk ikke sove noe særlig godt på sovesofaen. Vi fikk en god frokost dagen etter og da vi skulle betale for oppholdet, fikk vi vite at vi måtte betale 35€ for rengjøring som ikke var med i prisen da vi bestilte stedet. Det var med små skrift i bestillingen som vi har oversett. Å måtte betale 35€ for rengjøring for en natt var alt for mye. Vi endte med å måtte betale 150€ for natten.

Skønt beliggende hotel

Beliggenhed midt i alpeidyl med udsigt til bl.a. Zugspitze er dette hotel indbegrebet af alt hvad vi forstår ved Østrig. Værelset har sydvendte balkoner med storslået udsigt. Der var ikke mulighed for middag på hotellet, men der var andre beliggende tæt ved. Morgenmaden var fin med hvad man kan forvente.

Drei Tage Skifahren bei herrlichem Wetter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, so dass man sich gut erholen kann.

Don't miss the apartment cleaning charge added (about 35 Euros). Good facilities and spacious room, clean. Good location for the visiting of famous spots. During our stay there was interior remodeling construction(no in the night). So will be more new condition later. Although the cleaning charge added(we didn't know = my mistake) worth for money I think. I hope more warm at night.

Preis Leistung stimmt

Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und in einer guten Lage, nahe der Zugspite. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr Freundlich. Leider hat es uns am ersten Tag gefroren, aber auf anfrage wurde es am nächsten Tag dann schün warm.

It was a nice stay. Good choice for a family. We liked our apartment, but it was cold. We could not warm up until next morning. The heating needs to be stronger. The rest is OK.

très bon acceuil-propriétaire très sympathique- mais prévenir les clients francais habitués à payer par carte bancaire que l'hotel ne prend pas les cartes bancaires et qu'il faut payer en espèces comme beaucoup de restaurants et hotels en AUTRICHE ou le stouristes allemands payent tous en espèces avec des grosses coupures

Sehr grosse Wohnung in perfekter Lage mit 2 Balkons. Herrlicher Bergblick! Sehr ruhige Gegend mit Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe. Das Geschirr war nicht sehr sauber aber darüber kann man hinwegsehen. Spülmittel wäre hilfreich gewesen, wir haben welches dagelassen ;)

Et fint lille hotel / ferielejlighed med et lille køkken, samt soveværelse og stue. Morgenmaden som var inkluderet i prisen var fin. Men hvor er det dog pisseirriterende at blive præsenteret for ekstra regninger for rengøring og "kur" gebyr, uden at være blevet gjort opmærksom på disse ting på forhånd. Hvorfor i himlens navn kan man ikke inkludere det i værelsets pris?

Superbe cadre, parc pour enfant a 100m au pied du Zugspitze. Accueil et service aux petits soins. Appartement spacieux et trés propre.

Formidable

Vue superbe. Appartement fonctionnel. C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons ici. La première année, pour découvrir les châteaux de Bavière. La deuxième année, pour monter au sommet du Zugspitze, montagne la plus haute d'Allemagne et d'Autriche, située à cinq minutes.

charmante Pension am Fuss der Zugspitze

Wir haben das Haus Lusspark für einen Stopp am Fuss der Zugspitze gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unser Zimmer im EG hatte sogar direkten Blick auf die Zugspitze. Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert und unser Zimmer hatte 2 Räume samt Schreibtisch und Couch. Das Frühstück bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht.
