Very modern and lovely property

Amazing staff. Perfect location especially if attending something at Chase Center. Totally walkable. This would be 5 stars if not for the lack of any real breakfast options there.

Luma is in a clean and safe location. I felt safe walking at night around the area. Perfect location! 20 minutes from the airport, walking distance to sport venues, great food near by. The room was impeccably clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Bonus, we were allowed to leave our bags after check out.

Modern and Friendly

This is a wonderfully modern place to stay with great service.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the LUMA hotel.

trip was great. The only issue I had was the price of parking.

Rooftop bar was a plus. This hotel is 10/10

Janet was working the front desk when we arrived. She was very nice and helpful. She was able to upgrade my room and placed me close to my friends. The young lady cleaning our room was also very nice. The space was comfortable and the views are amazing! I will definitely be back

Great location for Chase Center events.

Room was super cute! View was amazing! Rooftop bar was the way to end the end after the Mary J Blige concert at the Chase Center.

We really loved our stay at Luma. We checked in late but the staff was still very personable, helpful and accommodating. The room was very nice and we loved the feel of the location. Very great stay! Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic views from the room. Perfect place for a romantic weekend. Also, great gym, delicious coffee downstairs and delectable drinks at Cavana. I will most definitely return.

Really great hotel. Clean and modern. Nice gym and coffee shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Valet parking only.

I absolutely love my stay. It was a very first time staying here with a couple of friends and definitely worth it. Valet takes care of the parking for you which makes it really easy inconvenient and everything around was pretty close by. I love the view as well, especially being near the Chase center.

Great stay

Located on the cleaner side of San Francisco, this hotel is very good quality. I’ve stayed 2 times and their rooms are very tasteful and luxurious. Super clean and comfortable. They provide robes and slippers. They cover all the basics. It’s so close to everything you can walk to it or pay for car ride. Parking is too expensive IMO so I usually park a few blocks away using the spot hero app.

Nice Overnight Stay

We were in town for a show at Chase Center and didn’t want to drive home afterwards so we booked one night here. It was probably a 10 minute walk straight to the venue. Check-in was quick and easy. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room with the city view was beautiful. The bed was super comfy and loved all the amenities. We grabbed a bite to eat at the restaurant on the top floor. It was a cool vibe food was flavorful. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town for a Warriors game.

No room service in the morning due to no one showing up to work the cafe, room was not like the photos. Got double charged for parking that I had to call to get cleared. No direct line to the hotel had to go through answering service. It was ok, not wowed.

I’ve been staying at the Luma since it first opened. I return each time because the Luma ticks every box of what I’m looking for in a luxury Hotel. The Luma has a great vibe. It’s modern but chic. You walk into your room and it’s like walking into a quiet sanctuary. No expense is spared on the furnishing and the amenities offered. The staff go above and beyond to help with any requests. A little Gem

We absolutely loved our stay at Luma! The front desk staff greeted us each time we walked in. The coffee shop was wonderful! My boys thought the shower was luxurious! The lighting was soft and relaxing. Nice view of the city, but also liked the room darkening shade for sleeping. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Luma Hotel for 3 nights for my Birthday. This Hotel is beautiful! The Decor, Food, Rooms and Staff were top of the line. I had my breakfast delivered to my room by Lumie the Robot. Hotel is in walking distance to many Main Attractions. I will definitely return.

Great location if you’re in town for a Warriors or Giants game. Easy walk to both stadiums. The hotel was clean and modern, with robot helpers to deliver coffee to your room, if desired. Easy to get transportation from the airport (SFO and OAK) and into downtown San Francisco. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby that had good breakfast options on the go. Definitely recommend!

Parking is over price! $100 to park a car no thank you. I will not be returning.

Loved this place..amazing from rooms to staff. Easy location to walk train or uber...we got one of the self driving waymo which was cool. The robot room service was cute for am coffee. Hotel clean beds comfy and kept everything clean great housekeeping definitely stay again!

Quiet and comfortable except the toilet paper

Aesthetically sterile, like a fancy Motel 6. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed, great shower. For the price of admission the toilet paper could be less like translucent sandpaper.

We enjoyed our corner room. The blackout blinds were excellent for sleeping and privacy! The flooring was unique. It would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the room. Train noise was noticeable but not annoying.

Very clean and modern — exactly what I wanted. Mattress and pillows were soft, but not too soft, which I like. My only complaint is the weird rug, or lack thereof. Will definitely be rebooking.

Clean / decent location but require a car or uber as most things are not walking distance. Area around hotel is a bit deserted. Rooms are good sized and clean. Coffee shop off lobby has good espresso and patties but expensive.

Arrived at Luma Hotel in San Francisco. Conveniently situated 5 minutes walk to Oracle Park (the home of San Francisco Giants), and 10 minutes walk to Chase Center (the home of Golden State Warriors). This new and modern hotel opened in 2022. It is very hip and high tech. It even has a coffee robo delivery 😱 Front desk staff, William is very friendly, too 😃 Will definitely come back!

LUMA was a wonderful hotel. Our room was clean and tidy with the things we needed easily accessible. The sights were beautiful and the room and hotel were secure and felt safe. Would recommend.

If you’re in town for a Warriors or Giants game, this is the place to stay! Fun fact: Robots are scooting around the property! They delivered our breakfast to the room. (Not sure what they need with an automatically applied 21%tip though?!!!) The rooms were a bit Spartan, but modern. The bed situation was a bit odd. There was no top sheet…only a cotton duvet. It was nice for my husband, but I was super hot. Would have like SOMETHING with which to cover up however. Food from room service was fine, but not remarkable- considering it is all pre-made. The rooftop bar/restaurant is a cool place, but runs separately from the hotel. ALL staff were warm and welcoming- and at the top of their game. Valet parking daily rate is steep, but efficient. Will definitely stay there again when going to a game or concert nearby!
