disappointed

This is a bit complicated. I had an initial booking through the same company and they put me in a very bad apartment. I complained and they moved me the next day into an apartment that was cleaner. I then extended my stay for another 30 days and did request to stay in the same room because moving would be such a hassle. The features on the booking says, balcony, no balcony, premium bedding, not even close, 2 bathrooms, there is only 1. In all the entire experience has been more than I care to deal with.

Hidden gem in Ho Chi Minh

We come to Ho Chi Minh quite often for both business and traveling purposes. This time we choose Masteri apartments because of location. We find Lucyhome very beautiful and modern decorated. Check-in and out are very fast with no mistakes. Room is big and clean, plus the host is super friendly

We totally enjoy the stay with Lucyhome Masteri Thao Dien. Apartment is very very smartly design and modern. Great amenities and host is generous to give 2 big bottles of water + some beers (we are kind of lucky) :))) We will recommend Lucyhome to any friend who want to stay in Ho Chi Minh in future

Superb accommodation and hospitality

It was a dream-like experience. We stayed on the 20th. Floor. The apartment was spacious and had every bit of convenience you could think of. It was such a nice experience to use the kitchen. Every piece of cutlery and dishes and pots and pans were of the best quality. Closet space was so well-designed. Bed and sheets and blankets were super. There were 3 ACs; 2 modern TVs; 2 full bathrooms; a large refrigerator; dining tables and chairs; balcony with suitable table and chairs. We got everything that you needed for cooking like salt, oil, seasonings, etc. For shower we had excellent quality bath gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bottled drinking water was abundant. There was adequate gym and swimming facilities. Excellent laundry facilities with soap-powder etc. The mall with supermarket was 3 minutes by walking. Taxi service was excellent and cheap. Nothing was missing. Our host was always within reach if we needed anything, which we didn’t. Our checking in and checking out person was super. Our driver who transferred us back to the airport even came up to the apartment and got our bags. Such a beautiful service. We cannot wait to go back, this time for a longer stay.
