The manager of the hotel is so kind she helped us on every questions we came 2 family in the hotel and she moved us across rooms always clean rooms she gave our hearth 5 point

We booked the apartment for 1 day later extend 3 nights it is very cute small hotel i think in summer will be much better always free coffee tea in lobby also in rooms nice service by the way thankyou ipek for everything

we stayed in number 21 our bed is comfortable and sheets very good cleaned. we ordered breakfast itis very good jam tomato butter honey cholocate and enough for us.we are happy for our choise

I dont know where can i can start but exactly i can say that it is really good hotel i red some bad reviews even good ones much more i had some doubts but after meeting these people i feel very relax their hospitality is really high even the reviews rooms condition is good cleaning very well i got their card and number i would recommend to my friends .

The location was great, but that's about it. They did not clean our room even after we asked them. We had to ask them for toilet paper and soap and new towels. We told them it was too hot in the room, but they did not offer to turn on the air conditioning and said there was nothing they could do. There was no trash bin in the room and we did not get one even after we asked. There were limited outlets in the room, so you had to choose between having the TV plugged in or the minifridge. The front desk staff had limited English, making it difficult to communicate effectively. Overall, our stay was lacking in good service and cleanliness.

location is the best it is very easy to reach istiklal metro and bus quiet and comfort room we ordered breakfast it simple but enough for national turkish breakfast.

OMG . Never had an Experience like this ... It is very Close to Taskim Square but When I reached there it was terrible . in a bad location ,starting from the Front Door of this so called "Botique hotel" got stucked and you need 2 people to push to open /close it , staffs sitting in reception , having food and watching TV fromt here itself , always speak Turkish , and they respond rudely to anything, so we never ask anything . The elevtor capacity is 1 person . Room Size are super small , outdated Furnitures , Dark rooms with carpets are worst and dirty , paper walls, bed with bumbs and popupped springs , I booked a room with balcony but there is no such room there as per the front staff , heater in room like 40 Degree and AC not working , We opened the windows and its super cold outside, 24 hour noisy surrondings with pubs and street walkers noise. Limited breakfast served from a clumsy room, bread from reception and we skipped due to hygenic reasons , also this a cat friendly hotel . I booked this hotel ( rest room) because initally we found many Good reviews but where these guys get magic reviews we found many bad reviews , Then I tried to cancel or modify my booking but the Hotel not responding during my free cancellation period . Also there is a big negligance, they didnt care our request in proper way nor tried to contact the hotel for my modification request . Inshort I lost my 8 Days rent which is around 0 .8k. Horrible stay

I would give a zero, I don’t know how to start to explain !! first night came to check in the room was not ready they told me to wait so I waited like 2 hours then someone came and said we have a technical issues in the room so will give u another room in different place we went to that place then we waited like 1 hour until the man there opened the door no elevator,2nd floor!!I had 3 luggages. room was so dirty everything was bad no heat in the room just small heater next to my bed the room was so cold, blankets were dirty carpet as well everything was horrible!!!next day I went back to get my room I waited for the room and more surprises came along room was soooo dirty carpet blankets no lights no TV imagine hotel room with no TV bed was uncomfortable everything was horrible I think there was bugs on the bed because I had some bites on my leg, These were the worst nights of my life in a Hotel!!! Don’t know where these good reviews came from??? so disappointed

Bad hotel

The room was old and not very clean, no hot water in the shower, and don’t have water in w sink..the hotel manager was nice but it wasn’t a place to be in vacation

Luce di pera wasshowed up on expedia web size to me.i would like to check bymyself before taking tge room after walk alittle from the town centre i reached the hotel.i checked the rooms and evetything was fine i booked from expedia because it was advantage than reception price.i extended 1 night more i suggest it

Really had good time , cozy place, friendly and reliable staff. Location is just really close to anywhere. Maintenance is every other day but if you ask for room cleaning everyday is also free of charge.

Mostly it was a good stay , only one issue was the bathroom it was very small and not in a good condition

In the begining when we enter the hotel mr ahmet order us nice warm coffee and it was really good after long trip. After all the things were nice , room was comfortable, bed and linens are fresh good service and good room

Quite disappointing, though it’s reasonably priced, the pictures are slightly misleading. The property is in need of a big refurb, the shower door wasn’t even attached, everything you touch feels like it’s on the verge of breaking. There’s a stench that unfortunately puts you off eating there, I didn’t return for breakfast after the first day. The staff was friendly and location was good.

It was a basic hotel and price reflects that. Here is my take for this hotel: -Hotel owner was very nice and accommodating -Very close bazar, bars etc yet has access to big road -bathroom was small, dim but had heated tiles -The mattress was really bad but they tried to swap it out for me -Coffee and tea was always available -small elevator but worked -breakfast was one premade plate but was good for price

Very convenient location, one block from Istiklel street. All you need is around you! Room very small, but you can walk around, anyway, we were at the room only for sleeping. Day time receptionist very helpful, very welcoming. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay, convenient, clean. The morning staff manager, Ahmet, is very polite and friendly, articulate and helpful and only because of him, i want to rate the stay 5/5. We stayed only two nights for three people. The extra bed for the third person is not that comfortable but not that big of a deal. The place is minutes away from isteklal street.

This property description does not match the real bad condition of the property. The room is really dirty, bed is terrible, there is nothing good to say about the condition of the room/hotel. Definitely needs full renovation.

It was super clean. The hotel is generally very nice, but I wished there was a mini fridge in the room, plus, we waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, whilst there was a 3 minute walk road to the hotel. I wish the hotel would have written it and added a map instead of just writing on their website only about the shuttle.

Repeat accodomation was but this time we face renovated hotel more fresh rooms especially super professional stuff we are happy to choise again

Pleasant stay

Pros: The man at reception (forgot his name) was very friendly & helpful. The size of the room was quite big for Istanbul. Less than a 5 min walk to istiklal. Shower pressure & hot water was good. Cons: The room isn’t very well maintained, the wallpaper is peeling in a few places & there are a few small burns on the carpet. The lift is tiny, if you have a lot of bags you’ll have to make two trips up. Overall: If you’re looking for a central place with a bigger sized room, this is well worth the price.

A great place to rest your head

A lovely hotel, conveniently located near tourist destinations and transport links. Kind to the animals of Istanbul and as a animal lover this was amazing to see and if you don’t mind, the cats are happy to share your tasty breakfast too, Very hospitable and friendly staff would recommend on your visit to Istanbul.

They weren't supportive at all. We told them the air conditioner has problem but we didn't get any feedback up to last day.

Filthy. No shower door, hot pot and safe not working, shower head not adjustable, had to squeeze into 12 inch cube to get wet, room not cleaned, floor stained - could not walk barefooted. Light fixtures broken, pillows lumpy and smelled, one small thin blanket for the bed. Had to ask for water, room not cleaned after 2 nights, and it appears that my locked suitcase was tampered with. A brand new siutcase, and not part of the bottom torn off. Breakfastvery cheap and meager. I left and went to another hotel. This is the worst place I've ever stayed in.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good too, reasonably walkable to most attractions. However the photos do not accurately represent the hotel, the rooms are very small, and generally old and not well kept. I.E llpaper peeling devices not working and mold in the shower. For price and location and a place to sleep it was okay but definetly no where near as luxurious as it appears online.

Not good at all

Didn't get the room that I booked and paid for via hotels.com (Have already contacted hotels.com). Bed not comfortable at all. Pillows smell. general condition of the room was very, very bad. damaged walls, really bad & dirty looking carpet you don't want to take off your shoes. The only good thing about this hotel is location, but you can find other hotels at the same location and similar price range..... will not stay again in this hotel

Room were big enough but walls had fungus on it and carpet were so dirty you won’t dare to touch your feet on it without wearing shoes. Cleaning services called few times and one occasion they just didn’t bother to do anything about it despite we were staying with an infant.

DONT STAY HERE...ALL REVIEWS ARE FAKE BELIEVE ME. Not pet friendly. I'm a tourist from 🇺🇸. I booked this hotel online. Said breakfast available, but they wanted to charge me 60 lira. I was okay to pay for 1 day, but they didn't have eggs. So I didnt eat here. Hotel mentioned they have laundry service and microwave, It wasn't true. They did not have any. Fridge didn't work. They had to repair it, all my food went bad for my surgery day. Sealing is molded and old could fall any day.. Location is scary, because of bars at nights and they are very loud. If you don't care for sound then you're good. Upon arrival, I had issues with the female staff. They wouldn't let me put my stuff in the room and then go exchange money. Like I would run away. They had to call the boss and she was rude and disrespectful. I wanted to leave they wouldn't give my money after all. Anyways after 3rd day of my surgery, I decided to leave to another hotel. I got half of the money back and they charged me for 6 days though I didn't stay for 6. I was about to call tourist police, but I let it slide. Only thing positive here, is it is close to taxim if you want to go there daily. Otherwise not worth to stay here for your own safety and comfort.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May 2022. Cons: The room was alot smaller than anticipated. The bathroom window had a massive crack going through the middle. The TV didnt work and the AC didnt do much to keep the room cool. The room lighting was very dim. Pros: The staff were lovely. The one gentlemen that worked the night shift was lovely. Very friendly and attentive to all our requests (iron/adaptors) Location was lovely - literally a 2 min walk to Istiklal Street and 20 mins or so from Galata tower. Lots of shopping and food places right at our doorstep.

I stay in this hotel for two days, in the morning they didn't clean the room. When I asked why they didn't clean the room they told me tomorrow you are traveling.

Liked the location, very convenient. Staff were great, helpful and responsive. When we arrived, we were asked to pay for our room right away. In other hotels I’ve typically always paid at checkout so I found it odd. Also, they were only taking cash which was inconvenient as we had to go exchange our currency to pay them on our first day there. Room was clean with private garden area which we didn’t use so can’t comment on it. Bathroom smelled bad.

Location is amazing Hotel it self was not what I expected service was horrible internet was horrible and the bed was not a king size bed but 2 twin beds put together very uncomfortable. Would never go there again.

Low cost, lowest quality.

A good affordable hotel for a short city break in a nice and lively part of Beyoglu...5 mins walk to Istiklal and 15 mins walk to Galata tower...next to a fish market with lots of restaurants, pubs and clubs... friendly staff despite the language barrier...I recommend it for couples only not for families or individuals who like to spend time in their hotel room...the rooms need some work they are a bit rundown...the breakfast was basic...overall a good experience for the price and a short city break

We stayed in 3 women's rooms and we were very pleased, they gave us a very nice accommodation experience. The rooms are very clean and the furnishings are like new. It is in a very perfect location as well.
