very good
Recommended by friends - it didn't disappoint. Food very good. Evening entertainment some evenings disappointing.
Excellent friendly staff. Always helpful. The room was quite basic but had everything we needed. Great housekeeping. Felt like a personal service. Good pool area. Services explained well. Would return for a peaceful rest which was the reason we went.
We had an excellent stay at this hotel overall. The food was fantastic, and the all-inclusive package was a real highlight. The variety of snacks and quality of the alcohol were great, and it was especially convenient for our little kids. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with every question we had. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. There were fire ants in the kids' pool area, which resulted in my kids and me getting bitten on two separate days. I requested that the area be sprayed to address this issue. Additionally, there were limited activities for children. Despite these concerns, our stay was really enjoyable!
This is my third time now. Always great service, food, availability of water sports, games etc to suit all ages Varied evening entertainment, plenty for kids and toddlers too. Spacious facility with 4 pools and lawned grounds, running to the beach and sea. The place is as busy as I’ve known it from the beginning of coming here. Staff are always courteous and glad to help you with anything they’re able. The popularity of the place speaks for itself.
Good hotel for families and nice location
Excellent service.
We were on all inclusive basis. Food was excellent with a variety of food available all day. Animation team is great with different activities for everyone. Staff very friendly. Excellent service.
Very happy with my stay!
Fantastic trip, it was my birthday and the hotel team gave me champagne and a cake at dinner which was lovely! Hotel is a short walk to the private beach, which is part sandy part rocky. The indoor pool and adults only pool were fantastic to swim in, and as vegetarians we had lots of food options. Only con - Any tourist attraction required a long bus or a short taxi ride, prices are quite expensive for the distance travelled.
Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better.
Great family hotel
Good service, nice hotel and great location
Being completely honest, this is not a property we would recommend or ever return to. Having stayed at the Olympic Lagoon and Aliathon resorts, it really shows this hotel and resort for what it is. An old tired building, poor selection of restaurants and food choices for All Inclusive, and rooms that when we were packing, we realised how dirty and dusty it was as it had not been cleaned properly. I feel sorry for the staff because most of them are really nice and really helpful - but this is not a 4* resort or hotel!
Very friendly staff. All our requests were fulfilled. Except for the indoor swimming pool, which was not warmed up on the last day, due to low season or some work going on. The food was very good, the buffet was rich and abundant. The management was always present and visible. We definitely recommend this hotel.
Nice place
Welcome was pleasant and very helpful. Our room change was excellent however they forgot every morning to leave bathroom items we needed so we had to buy our own. The honeymoon suite was not what you would expect but pleasant. Room service for us was dismal and disappointing. the communication between guest and kitchen needs re training on how to speak to guests. Attempted to charge extra for every breakfast item on top of room service charges when we had inclusive breakfast. Vicky kindly stepped in but we felt this was not a comfortable experience as we were told.. as your husband is unwell " This time will be complimentary" it was the way in which the message was delivered could have been a little more sensitive than a scolding as if we were naughty school children being let off a punishment for not obeying rules. Vicky on the whole was the most amenable staff manager who tried to make our experience more comfortable. Parking on weekends can sometimes be difficult maybe staff could use other spaces rather than directly in front. The amenities for the children is wonderful and they are kept busy. the pools are glorious and will be much enjoyed in summer months. We thank Vicky and her team.
Excellent winter vacation!
Mostly thanks to the amazing staff who did everything he can to make us happy. The rooms are outdated (regular keys in 2021) - but relatively large, the food is overall good (the dining room was renovated and it is very nice to eat there), indoor swimming pool was nicely heated - highly recommended for families. And again - the staff was so kind and helpful - thank you!
Needs some renovation and modernization!
One of the staff was quite friendly and the breakfast and dinner delicious the whole hotel is already quite run down.
Surprised
150 Euros a Night gets you: No Aircon in Lobby (40 Degree Heat outside) No music No Entertainment (Day or Night) Most Lights off at night Poor Buffet Breakfast Nice Pool Really Nice Views Nice Boardwalk
A nice hotel, with polite helpful staff. Excellent Spa treatments.
Short weekend getaway
I came here for a short getaway with my boyfriend. We enjoyed it! The room was comfortable, great size, and had a nice balcony that faced the sea. The service was great, we got free drinks on arrival and were always met with an eagerness to help or answer questions. We loved the promenade that connects all of the hotels in the area and went for a lovely mid-morning walk. If I could improve two things about the hotel it would be the food and the temperature of the jacuzzi! We thought the food was just decent (a highlight was the apple crumble for dessert!). The jacuzzi was lukewarm, even colder than the regular pool. We asked about it and were told it was as hot as it gets. Not sure if it's a malfunction but it definitely wasn't a jacuzzi at that temperature (instead I drew myself a bath in my room, which was lovely).
We had a great holiday here for New Year. The staff really made it, service was exceptional and everyone put in full effort. New Years Eve gala meal was slightly chaotic but staff were great and it was a fantastic evening. Food on all inclusive was great, lots of variety so never got bored. Pool areas were clean, except for the cats but outdoor pools too cold to use (not heated). Indoor pool was heated but too cold to sit around the edge. Room was basic but clean, soft drinks refilled in mini bar daily. Everything we needed. Play area was for younger kids, our 5 year old was too big! Some areas of the hotel are a little tired and could do will a facelift but for the price you can't complain. Hotel is in an excellent location, 20 minute walk to the harbour along the sea front...it's a beautiful walk and very safe. We stayed for 5 days in the winter which was just right, any more would be too long. The weather was a mix of sun/showers (15-20 degrees) so not warm enough for beach/pool (,unless you wear a hoody) and limited indoor activities for kids but we didn't get bored. I'd recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, laid back, good value all inclusive with excellent service and excellent location. If you're looking for 5 star luxury this probably isn't for you but we would definitely go back.
Weekend Break
Very pleasant weekend break with good food and very friendly staff. WiFi connection was a little hit and miss on my phone and Fire but was fine on a laptop.
Very friendly hotel. Cleanliness excellent. Nothing too much trouble.
Arrived at 11:30 pm and the check in was quick and friendly, we were told there was some food waiting for us in the coffee shop, we headed down there and found some sandwiches, cakes and fruit which were nice. We managed to get a few drinks before the All Inclusive finished at midnight. Our room was modern and clean, the bathroom was good. Food and drink was good at all meals, we loved the Mura Asian A La Carte restaurant which you need to book at reception a couple of days ahead, you can visit as many times as you like, we went 3 times during our week. The No Stress entertainment team are amazing, they all work tirelessly day and night under the direction of Eleanor the team leader. We spent the days on the beach due to the breeze off the sea as it was too hot by the pool where there was no breeze. Sun beds were available all day. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Cyprus.
No information was given at check in.. I was forced to have drink and pay for it.. Very unpleasant stay.
Great location, lovely staff, good food, lots of sunbeds. Only small point was charging for safe deposit box.
Good clean hotel with attentive staff and everything on hand that you could want on holiday.
excellent location , good food , staff and daily activities.
The staff were all brilliant and there was a fantastic variety of fresh tasty food every meal time.
A m a z i n g!!!!!!
Could be better
As I had selected Half Board and not All Inclusive it was noticeable that when ordering drinks at dinner that the glasses were only 20cl. The cost of a diet coke was Euro 2.5 for 20cl. Also the cost of using the in room safe was Euro 3 per night and when I tried to hand my key back in early I was informed that the contract was until the end of my stay and no refund was available for early return of the safe key. All the hotels I have visited in the last two years have not charged for the in room safe. The WiFi is not fit for purpose and was extremely slow. i gave up with it and just used my own 4G allowance on my mobile.
Top Notch
The location and facilities were top notch. Food and service were both excellent.
Really nice place, and the hotel was good. Nice room and a good size.
Lovely stay
Loved it we were made very welcome would definitely recommend
Great for any occasion
The rooms were a bit tired and would need a renovation. The breakfast was excellent, staff & welcome drink just great! Location perfect, area very nice. Few sandy beaces for swimming a short walk away.
Excellent all inc hotel..good food and drinks in a delightful location close to the beach
An excellent hotel. Very good food and drinks together with a very friendly staff. Entertainment team hard working. Hotel room clean and spacious. Will certainly return again.
We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were helpful and pleasant. The best meals we had were offered at lunch time and dinner time. The choice of food was so good and well cooked. Breakfast could be improved by adding freshly squeezed orange juice, food being kept at the correct temperature for longer and the fresh milk kept cold. I feel an unnecessary charge was made for the use of the hotel safe at €3 a day this can add up over a 10 day stay!
Good hotel, good location perfect service and food
Great hotel, good rooms, food is delicious and variant. Good hotel location. We will back!
Amazing hotel!!!!
It was an amazing stay and we were highly impressed with it! Ms. Victoria and Mrs.Androulla from the housekeeping team were so polite and helpful! The food was amazing, the pools were huge and there was 3 of them! I highly recommend this hotel and will definately stay there again!
we Went for our honeymoon. The hotel was very relaxing with the best food we have had in an all inclusive resort so far. Great location near to the beach and loads of water sport activities on your doorstep, The staff were immense and are by far the selling point of this location.
Nice hotel but in need of upgrade. Areas such as indoor restaurant are old fashioned as well as older pool area. Food was excellent with plenty of choice. Sunbeds were very comfortable and plentiful so no saving required. Lovely walk along the front to the harbour.
Lovely hotel steps from the beach
The room was spacious with a perfect sea view. The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and attentive. We hope to visit again soon.
We like the activities, we keep going back.
Beautiful hotel
Lovely hotel nice and relaxing. The staff were really attentive. Loved the bar service even on the beach. Food was great especially loved the extra finishing touches to the desserts.
Best hotel, great service, staff and facilities
The rooms are lovely especially if you have a sea view. The staff can’t do enough for you, waiter service even down to the private beach, food is lovely always lots of choice and im a fussy person. Great for children, have a little park for them and 2 pools, both they can walk in and 1 has. Slide and waterfalls etc. My 2 year old loves it. Drinks are great my husband particularly likes the fact you can get bottled beer, in the room you get complimentary coke and 7up cans and bottle of water each day. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel after getting married their last June which they made my day the best, no stress just perfect. We will be back ASAP to this hotel has everything you need!
Stayed for 3 nights all inclusive wanted to stay longer. Food delicious, great choice very fresh and plentiful. The service especially the bar staff and animation team were attentive and friendly. Great location, a 20 minute stroll into Pahos harbour and great view from out hotel bedroom. Would definitely go back for again.
Lovely hotel, go for the all inclusive option. The food and drinks are great. Go for he local keo beer or the cocktails to drink, especially the mojito.
Highly recommend
Service from the minute we arrived in reception until we left was faultless. Plenty of sunbeds, clean very well presented with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Food was excellent, all fresh with plenty of choice. If i have to be picky the only downside was the internet was a bit rubbish but not as bad as the singer :)
Good solid experience
Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, at a good time of the year. Service was good, food selection was good and facilities were good. Location not bad (it has a beach, albeit small... Many hotels in the area don't). Prices for drinks not bad. The sea view from our room was very nice, and the room (family suite) was of a good size. Free parking. Nothing was spectacular, but then again, we went here on the basis of the reviews and the expectation that it would be a four star experience. And we couldn't fault much on that basis. I think it's a matter of managing your expectations. It is a solid four star hotel. If you go in expecting that, you'll have a good time. If you go in nitpicking about everything, then you might be disappointed. We would highly recommend this place if you're on a budget and/or have the right expectations. A general tip: if you're planning to take a taxi from the airport, it may be more economical to rent a car. E.g. a taxi from the airport cost us €35. A few days later, we rented a car for two days for £25 (total cost). Had we researched better and in advance, we would be better off renting a car and driving to the hotel from the airport. Depends on what you can find.
Great hotel
Stayed with husband and two children for one week, service excellent, staff very attentive and food absolutely lovely, could have stayed longer.
