Arrived no ice, in the morning, no hot water for a shower and the staff tried to act surprised. Knowing full well that they were aware of the problem. No offer of a solution, just “I can’t offer you anything for compensation” last time there, never again.

Was freaking cold when I get there plus the hot water don’t work

TV did not work ,the bedding had holes and looked like it came from the salvation army . I had to take a cold shower before heading out on the road because their hot water was not working .Will never stay there again .

Everything was good.But,I would like to suggest about Breakfast.As,we have an habit from several hotels in several cities,we have access to a free breakfast that I did not have during my stay at London Travel Inn.

The room which was given first was dirty and they gave us different room but that room was also having a weird smell. Phone was not working. Washroom lock was broken and mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great value for the price. Room was clean, staff helpful, had problem with heat and they took care of it within 2min. If your looking for a decent place to stay to sleep for the night without breaking the bank I’d recommend this place

Friends traveling with us made an error in the reservations. Tried to change the date but we're unable. They were charged double for the error because they had to cancel. Seems very rude to not allow a change in dates, especially since it was an error.

No breakfast Towels not replaced. Used towels were thrown in dresser which we noticed. No in room coffee maker.

Good stay room near and clean a good shower walls a little thin but otherwise great stay for the price would come back again

Never advice any one if you are stsying with your faimly dont stay here When you entered in property you bad smell , 8ts dirty place

Already the toilet is clogged and many bugs

Door handle on door was broken.. toilet paper in the bathroom had blood stains on the tile and blood stains on the sheets… Loud at night people roaming the hallways… I was woken up by somebody checking doors and loud noises in the hallway.

I didn’t like that check-out is at 11:00am, it should be at least 12:00 Also, one of the pillows was smelly,

The owner/manager and other staff were really helpful & friendly! Our room was really clean, and everything was great when we came. The bathroom/shower/sink was clean along with the spa tub!! We really enjoyed this hotel and will be booking again.

Very average. Bed was broken so they switched us to a different room with a much better bed. Room was very small. Rate thru hotels.com was excellent which made it ok and we only slept and left which made it bearable.

I requested a main floor room due to mobility issues and was placed on the second floor with no elevator, which may me getting to and from the room very difficult.

It was nice but noisey, could hear other people. It was supposed to be non-smoking but the stairs, hall and room smelt like smoke.

Nothing about this property is very good...1st room we were put into had a roach in the fridge with hair and dust inside the botton. Desk and end table were sticky and dirty..carpets were awful..elderly man..(maybe staff or owner)when we tried to explain the issues he just kept saying. "We are really busy" no excuse for a dead roach in the fridge or a dirty room..besides him staff (younger manager) helped us out and apologized many times..and changed our room..

If you need a cheap hotel, this is the place. My room was clean, but the other guests and the traffic were a bit loud.

The facility and rooms are fine, meaning not great or lavish but generally okay.

The staff was great and the place was comfortable, it's a good enough sleep, but the quality of the establishment is not up to it's price. The problem came with multiple lights not working, tv also with multiple issues, the showerhead and the extractor making terrible noises. Exposed wires on their lamps.

The fridge has some dead flies on it but it worked well. Location is excellent and convenient. The staff were amazing. Check in and out was very smooth and very quick. I would stay here again

After I checked in and was trying to get to sleep, the staff opened the door of my room twice. The only thing that stopped them from coming in was that I closed the latch. They then yelled at me and asked what my name was, as if I was in the wrong room. I was in the room they gave me keys for obviously. Then in the morning I realized there was no coffee pot in the room, so I went downstairs and no coffee there. The staff offered me coffee packets for the pot in my room, which I didn't have.... Will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for. A place to sleep. Not dirty, everything worked. Nice staff. Cant really complain about anything.

I was weary about choosing this property. I didn’t know if it would be like a motel. The only reason I booked it was because my first choice was sold out and the other choices the parking was extra. The rate actually went from $111 a night to $142 by the time I booked it (all in the same day). So I would suggest booking it early. It was worth the price. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Housekeeping was constantly working. The area around was nice. Plenty of food options and a mall within walking distance. Definitely worth the stay if you’re looking to save some money. I was willing to pay over $160 more for two nights thinking this place would not be up to par. It’s not the nicest place, but it gets the job done. We stayed two nights.

Only reason i booked a stay here was it was advertised they had a continental breakfast. Was surprised to find out when i checked in they do not. Room was okay. Bathroom setup is a bit awkward to navigate. My room card deactivated after 1 of my 2 nights. Parking space is limited

I had to book a week earlier due to my Sisters health condition. Contact your Agency, spoke to Rose, couldn’t change date. So was a loss. I noted the above information re Inn when I attended on the 5th of July. Sent a letter to Expedia President, waiting reply. Les Showers

Value for money as anticipated. The only disappointing aspects were that the shampoo and conditioner travel size samples in the room had already been used by a previous occupant and there were no cups in the room.

Bedding had stains on it; curtains were broken and couldn’t close; domestic in the hallway at 3am; had to park far away because 100 motorcycles spaced out amongst the lot; room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking; main hallway was so hot (no air) and had to turn on AC in room upon checkin because it was also hot; checkin took 30 min despite extra staff walking around/being available - literally did not stay an extra second in the room; slept on top of covers fully clothed and was terrified for my safety that I pushed a table up against the door; left in the middle of the night and slept in my car - no wonder the room is non-refundable

I was denied my room.

Quick check in. Older building, with stairs to second floor units. Air conditioner was not consistent, came on and after a few minutes was off and needed re-setting. Reasonable price.

If you have any pets they went from 20.00 a night per pet to 50.00 so they jumped 30.00 a pet and if you have more then 1 pet be prepared to spend over 100 a night for just your pets
