Ideal location to walk into Colmar (500m to pedestrian area) the hotel is a bit tired and the website says free bikes which is NOT the case. Breakfast expensive - no air conditioning which in summer is a problem and our room would not be suitable for anybody who has mobility issues it would be impossible to use the shower since this is over the bath and the bath side walls are very high. No team or coffee making facilities in room

Modern & convenient

Modern hotel only 10 min walk from the city center. We had a lovely room with a balcony that had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet not included, €12 you can get a decent breakfast but don't expect many savory options.

It was just ok

It was ok. Very classy check in area and great secured parking for a price. The room we had was a family room with one bed down and one bed up in a loft. It really could use some updating. For as classy as the reception and dining area was, the room looked so outdated and like a cabin almost. It was in a busy area with lots of traffic. We were there to visit the downtown area and had to walk about 10 minutes across multiple crosswalks in very busy traffic. It's definitely outside the touristy area if you are going for that reason. But, it's within walking distance. It's not a bad hotel, just needs some updating. There is no air conditioning. Heat rises to the loft and my kids stripped their clothes off during the night to cool off more. Couldn't leave the window open because of the traffic noise and we are light sleepers. Receptionist was very kind and friendly.

Good value for the money

My booking was NOT registret via Experia when we arrived, but the lady in the reception help us straight away and made sure we had our room and a discount on the breakfast for the convenient. A nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good value for the money.

Great hotel at a good price

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Our room was small, but very comfortable and clean- we didn't need much other than that! The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from Old Town, and the walk was pleasant and picturesque. We would very much come to this hotel again!

Good location, just five minutes walk from the town. Room was good size and clean - comfy bed. Didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so can't comment on the food but the restaurant was always busy and the food looked good!

Nice hotel, easy walk to the Old Town. Charming reception and dining area. Room was pretty small and had no refrigerator, but was clean and beds were comfortable.

I did not double check how far the hotel from downtown, I wish I did. Nevertheless parking was easy, staff was very welcoming, room was good.

arrived a little bit earlier, the reception said shortly hello, the rooms are absilable at 2pm only. we left the bags and went to the city. around 5pm, we checked in. room was very old, the whirlpool was dirty, had even a bug inside. we wanted the whirlpool room because it was an anniversary we wanted to celebrate. so no whirlpool for us. the age of the room was ok, but definitely not the whirlpool. the second room had an old mattress and an old couch.

Hadde rom mot trafikkert vei med gammelt og veldig slitent teppegulv selv om jeg betalte for et rom i en høyere kategori. Dårlig luft og ikke mulig å åpne vinduet på grunn av bråk. Meget beskjedent utvalg til frokost også.

Nöjd med vistelsen, bra service och hotellfrukosten var väldigt bra! Rummet vi bokade hade fem sängar varav tre av dem var på ett loft, detta kunde ha framgått tydligare då ett loft med brant trappa kanske inte passar alla gäster.

The hotel was smaller than I had expected and we drove past it at first. There was a paid parking lot, but you could park on the street around the hotel. There were some bad reviews, so I was worried, but the hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. Our children were very happy to have a room with a loft, and the upstairs was their space. クリスマスマーケットの時期に滞在しました。家族でジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、部屋は広く快適で、バスルームには浴槽もあったのが良かったです。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 旧市街からも歩けるので便利です。 ただなぜか夜にヒーターが切れて寒かったです。2泊ともだったので、夜になると切れる仕様なら改善した方が良いかと… あと、部屋に冷蔵庫と電気ケトルがあれば良かったなと思いました。

Je suis rester 1 nuit pour le travail, hôtel Propre, un peu de bruit si on est du côté rue. De la place en face de l Hotel pour se garer.

Obwohl wir viel zu früh ankamen und eigentlich nur das Gepäck deponieren wollten, war unser Zimmer bereits fertig. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer gebucht und als wir die Türe aufmachten, waren wir sehr überrascht, dass es sich um ein Maisonette Zimmer handelte - eine sehr steile Treppe führte zu einem weiteren Doppel- und Einzelbett. Mit einem Kleinkind ist dies ohne Treppensicherung leider nicht wirklich vorteilhaft und so musste ein Elternteil mit dem Kleinkind unten schlafen. Dies war aufgrund der Abbildung auf ebookers nicht bekannt. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber, allerdings bereits mit zahlreichen Gebrauchsspuren nicht mehr so schön. Die Dielen hatten Lücken, die Wände Flecken, im Bad hatte die Ablage auch "eingefressene" Glasabdrücke und die Fliessen waren teilweise gesprungen. Wir hatten glücklicherweise eine neue Badewanne. Leider gab es weder eine Minibar noch einen Kühlschrank. Geheizt wird mit einem klassischen Radiator aber das Zimmer war eher kühl. Wer gerne schnell friert sollte im Winter unbedingt gute Nachtwäsche mitnehmen. Die Betten waren eher hart aber das passte für uns gut. Wir empfehlen dem Hotel die Familienzimmer zu renovieren und neu zu streichen. Das Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen und sollte für 2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene nochmals 46 Euro kosten - total überrissen! Fazit: Für eine Nacht ok, aber an Weihnachtswochenenden sind die Preise total überrissen.

Das Familienzimmer ist sehr eng und renovationsbedürftig. Es hatte eine steile Treppe zur oberen Galerie, was nicht praktisch war mit kleinen Kindern. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Morgenessen hatte eine gute Auswahl und war gut.

We stayed with family and suite room, that was free wifi, free water bottle, jet bath, baby cot for free. It takes around 10minutes by walk to go the center. The parking at hotel was 11Euro per night. It will be difficult to find out the parking and hotel during the drive, so please park in somewhere and search the hotel by walk.

Jai aimé l'accueil chaleureux, prévenant, l'amabilité la disponibilité, la réactivité du personnel. Le seul bemol cest l'absence de frigo dans les chambres qui serait un petit plus pour avoir de l'eau fraiche en permanence. Je recommande cet hôtel :)
