Nossa locação durante a semana do ano novo 20/21 foi excelente. O apartamento é amplo com 3 dormitórios, bem montado, e próximo de tudo no Centro de Gramado. Bem arejado e limpo. Também recebemos toda assistência antes e durante a nossa estadia. Voltaria com certeza.

Excelente localização. Em frente ao Serra Azul Hotel. Apartamento amplo e bem mobiliado. Portaria com segurança digital . Ótimo para famílias grandes. Éramos 3 adultos e 4 crianças, porém caberiam até 9 pessoas em 3 quartos, sendo uma suite. Havia mais um banheiro completo e um lavabo. Split reverso em todos os cômodos. A garagem estava incluída na diária. Não usamos, porém havia, disponível, todos os aparelhos eletro-domésticos, inclusive máquina de lavar e secar roupas.
