Highly recommended, clean and the staff are very helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic with tons of great options. Beach is small but pool is lovely… but if you are looking for great beaches just a ferry ride away. $6 ish? It’s nice not to be in the heart of all the crazy city stuff.

Ok, doubt we’d stay there again.

Room was nice. Hotel is nice. A bit far from everything which is what makes room service not available after 6pm such an annoyance. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway as the phone in our room didn’t work and never got fixed in the two days we were there. Breakfast was ok, but definitely not worth the $20 CAD add on. Rooms walls are paper thin so if you have a jerk neighbour like we did then good luck getting to sleep at a decent time.

There was mold in several spots inside our room. We had to leave hotel and find other accommodations for the rest of our stay. Expedia took a few hours on the phone, but ultimately did not refund us even though I sent many pictures of the mold.

I found this hotel perfect, it is hidden away from the main hussle and bustle. The supply of free transport the the main shopping "terminal 21", there you can catch any amount of transportation into Pattaya. The hotel is Beautifully presented inside and out, very friendly and professional staff. Buffet Breakfast and meals that cater for most, if not all origins.

Good location- more quiet than much of Pattaya but still central. Hotel had a nice breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is quite gaudy and pretty dated. Pool was good.

Fresh air

This was a welcome break from our lock down in Bangkok for last 4 months. Not in the city of Pattaya but 10 mins outside which was perfect. Lovely pool and beach though beach is not as long as Pattaya beach but it was quiet and walkable. The room was clean and comfortable and we opted for the sea view which was worth it

This place is like an oasis in this area . The room was fantastic with great ocean views overlooking the pool, The breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. We loved the pool with a nice little restaurant next to (great smoothies) and you can walk right onto the beach.

I was happy with everything about the hotel. The best thing with it was it is still cool without the air conditioner on if you keep the window open. Not easy to find such a place in Thailand.

Friendly staff. Good and very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Some problems with electrics in room, but engineer was in room quite fast always when had problems.

The hotel was gorgeous. From the lobby to the room, the design was like from the Victorian era. The staff was amazing too and very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is very good. I stayed at the deluxe sea view room which has fantastic view. The breakfast is average. Most of the items had pork which was a bit problem for me. The staffs are good, rooms were clean. The structure is also beautiful.

The hotel is very well maintained but the bed mattress is too soft as I have back problem. Can't get any good sleep. They serve a very good breakfast though. They provide free car service to the main road as this hotel is situated in an inner road. Takes 10 to 15 mins to walk out to the main road. Can be dangerous to walk back at night. They provide free pick up till 10pm only. Sometime you need to wait for 20 mins for the free pick up. My remote for the room control is not working too. Sone buttons cannot work.

Nice for the price

Bed is super comfy. Hotel is fairly new. Staff is friendly. Pool is beautiful. If you can get a room for under 8 bits, its worth it. Its a couple blocks from the big mall Terminal 21. This is my second stay there. I wasnt dissapointed.

Location is good, just 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 mall and hotel offers free shuttle to there hourly. Can walk to a rocky beach in 3 mins. Swimming pool is fantastic, gym is small and no other activity in the hotel. Room Is spacious but the furnitures are old fashioned. Hotel is new but water leaks out from the bathtub and washing basin making the floor wet after shower. Breakfast buffet is tasty and coffee is good. Check in and checkout are fast. Good service at front desk and restaurant.

Beautiful property, management should take more pride in the fine details and fix them. Beautiful rooms, the bathroom has sadly design flaws that if continue to go in fixed will cause serious damage to the rooms with water. Beautiful accessories. Because everything is role you hear everything in the hall ways and when your neighbors move the beds and chairs it can be load . They should have at least an adult only floor. Breakfast staff friendly. Front desk could be better in communicating and be more polite. I would recommend though.

Hotel was very nice and situated right on the beach. Nice location. Fairly close to Terminal 21 mall and hotel provides a shuttle that will take you most of the way there. You will need to be able to call the hotel for pickup however.

New build for the room. Clean and comfy. Nice view from the room but it's partial sea view not a sea view room.

Check in was easy. I booked a sea view room but wasn't sure if we would have a full view or partial view. Called the hotel to arrange a room with the best view and they accommodated us. It was great! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We rented a scooter to get around Pattaya but the hotel car was always available. Just talk to the guy at the front desk. Overall we thought this hotel was a gem!

Comfortable choice

Excellent hotel at the waterfront but not really a beach. Portion of the pool in the shades for the full day. We were a bit concerned with the limited amount of sunbeds in full sun but it was never a problem as most people seam to prefer the shades. Good selection of food for breakfast. Short walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping center with the surrounding restaurants.

Beau James Kelly was excellent assisting us with excursions. All the Bell service attendants went out of their way to assist us each and everyday of our nine day stay! The beds were amazing. The property is top notch. Food Service management and staff were also awesome. The only downside was the beach,but the pool made up for that disappointment.

Beautiful hotel in serene and quiet surroundings

It was a beautiful hotel located next to the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The interiors are very royal. The taxi service in the hotel was very good and reasonable.

A dream beach hotel not to be missed.

This hotel is spanking new. Only 6 months old. The interior is classic French chateau style with a modern touch. I love the huge bath tub snd yhe breakfast is amazingly wide spread. It has a small private beach. Located in an off beat road but the provide shuttle service to the main road every hour. There is a particular evening staff is James. He is very helpful, polite and nice. An asset to the hotel to have such employee. I enjoyed my stay there and I would highly recommend it.

Poor new hotel

Check in was very slow with no staff to take us and show us our room. A nice new hotel recently opened with good restaurant staff and food. Down side the hotel is getting more like a European hotel now with towels being placed on sun loungers at around 07.30am and nobody appears until around 11.00am. The fridge in the room could be to be looked at more often as water was dripping out of an overflowing freezer drip tray. On 2 days some guests were coming for breakfast with room slippers and pyjamas one morning and next morning others appeared with bath robe and bedroom slippers, not a good start for a 5 star hotel. On check out when I notified the check out staff about my concerns one girl thought it was more a joke than a complaint. On emailing the hotel about my concerns I have failed to receive a confirmation email some 5 days later. NOT A GOOD START FOR A 5 STAR HOTEL.( Stayed Fri-Mon 25-28Feb)

Love the bed the most! Very comfy! Everything was so good, especially breakfast, has so many choices and all tasty. Will definitely go back there. We did have a very good time there.

New hotel. Clean. Comfortable beds. Very good bathroom and shower. Nice pool and good breakfast. Big tv with good channels. Beach not very good and location is a bit isolated - must walk half a mile to get to an area where there is food and shops. Terminal 21 and Beach Ave is about a mile away.

Lovely Stay at LK Emerald Beach

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room I chose had a pool and beach view, which was lovely. Everything in the room was in good condition and just as described by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Both check-in and check-out were speedy and courteous. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with eggs made to order. I would definitely stay here again.

A very grand and luxurious interior. The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up. Their was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Only one point in the swimming pool the top step is rough for grip but the rest underwater are polished and can be slippy as a friend found out and fractured his foot while entering the pool. It's close to pattaya beach but quiet.

Great new modern hotel

Great new hotel ok beachfront. Swimming next to beach. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Bed is real comfy. The bathtub is pretty big. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. There is a tuk tuk/shuttle service from the hotel to Terminal 22 shopping that is free and on demand during certain hours of the day. Overall good stay and will consider returning if ever visiting the location again.

Front desk clerks were professionals but concierge James was extremely helpful. Choices for westerners were limited to basics food but for Asians were better. Overall my stay was not bad but I cannot give them 4.6 stars. It's no more than 4.0 if that.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs and hotel shuttle bus driver who very kind and polite. Will definitely go back again. PS. I have been proposed when we were staying there :-)

Above my expectation

The hotle room is clean and cozy, perfect ocean view, even the whole hotel area is hygenic. The only problem is that the location isn’t too ideal, but i can live with it. Overall it’s amazing and i would like to stay in this hotel again when i visit pattaya next time.

New Modern Comfy Slippery

This hotel is new and very nice. The room is very comfortable and color scheme of gold and white is great. They have modern touch control unit for room lighting and a/c. The staff is very friendly. The only negative, is the whole building has nice, but very slippery marble floors. The pool is beautiful, but also has marble steps actually in the water. Be Careful.

Very clean and very kindness staff Beautiful and fancy, specially night time lighting is very beautiful, Well coverage Wifi system and high speed, Breakfast is nice and Swiming pool cafe is really nice and resonable price, Outside of hotel has only one restaurant and nothing others Hotel to main road is 700 meters and need to call taxi. Even though very short distance, basic price is 200 THB. Hotel should provide comlementary transportation between hotel and main road.

Oppholdet var greit ,men det er utrolig lytt og nabo gjester og crew bråket tidlig med flytting av stoler og bord ,ble derfor vekket tidlig og sent på natta ,var så ille at jeg måtte dunke i taket , og mye pga av gliser på alle rom , Vill nok ikke anbefale dette hotellet om personer er vare for lyder. Blir nok et annet hotell neste gang i Pattaya dessverre .videre dårlig Strand ved hotellet ,måtte gå noen 100 meter til mye bedre Strand .Dette kom tydelig til syne når det var Flo og fjære . Frokost ,betjening og hotell hadde høy standard 👍

아침 식사와 수영장 이 좋고 연결된 바다까지 너무나 좋았다.

위치는 차가 있어야 할 것 같고. 숙소는 80% 만족한다. 깨끗하지만 몇 시간 지나면 냄새가 조금 나지만 크게 문제가 되지는 않는다. 식사는 너무나 만족스러웠다. 종류도 다양한 편이고 맛도 아주 좋아서 아침이 기다려지는 숙소이다. 수영장도 사람이 거의 없어서 전용 수영장 처럼 잘 이용 하였다.

Luxury styled hotel

Excellent hotel with all the expectations on a high level. Big swimming pool. Many beautiful photo spots. The beach is just one step away from the pool. We’got a big spacious corner room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view over the pool area and beach. Breakfast buffet with a good mix of Asian and international cuisine. Safe car park in the building. Well equipped fitness area. Friendly staff. Quick check in and out. I say to access by car. Nice quiet area. Had a great sleep. Hot water and pressure worked very well.

Beautiful glamorous hotel with great pool, restaurant and breakfast buffet. Good location, peaceful but close enough to everything. Only minus comes from noizy air conditioning.

Séjour catastrophique... Lavabo cassé, chambre qui sent l'humidité et le renfermé... personnel qui ne s'excuse jamais... Room service horrible... Cuisine ultra grasse... Il n'y a que les concierges qui soient a la hauteur d'un hotel comme celui ci. Les femmes de chambres hurlent dans les couloirs... Cest une honte, nous n'y retourneront jamais. A fuir

Dejligt hotel beliggende lige ved vandet og i kort afstand fra Pattaya. Pænt og velholdt hotel med god service og spisefaciliteter. Poolområde og solsenge er dog i skygge det meste af dagen.
