The only issue is the bed was the worst we slept on in 10 days traveling around Germany But everything else was great
Loved this hotel
20 minutes from Oktoberfest and 30 minutes from airport. Close to anything you need!
The hotel was nice and affordable. While the room was small, it was worth the price. The hotel was close to pubic transit and multiple dining options. There’s also a grocery store next door.
This property was everything we needed it to be for the weekend in Munich. We were there for the opening match of the Euros. Initially it was booked for a 2 week stay but we contacted Expedia to change this to just the weekend, which they confirmed with us but never told the hotel! When we arrived to check in the gentleman on reception could not have been more helpful, finding a suitable agreement (as certain charges were different as we were then not "long stay guests" which was fair) and doing so in a timely manner as he appreciated we were already cutting it tight for getting to the match. Rooms were great and location was fantastic, a few minutes on a subway from the centre of Munich and you would thing you were no where near it. Fantastic, we plan on returning to Munich and this would certainly be our first choice to stay when we return
Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Olympiapark, dennoch ruhig gelegen.
Room was a great size, very clean, nice bathroom, & 2 waters and 2 beers in mini fridge for free was a nice surprise. The reception staff were helpful, directed us to a lovely Italian next door for evening meal and we found a great traditional Beer garden within 10 minutes walk. Overall a nice place to stay.
Quiet residential area with convenient grocery store steps away. Great price
Quaint neighborhood
The staff was very helpful and friendly and most spoke English well which I really appreciated because my German is barely adequate. I especially like the balcony on my room, where I could smoke. The Ubahn (subway) is three blocks away. Will definitely recommend!
Perfect apart hotel if you're going to Olympiapark
Brilliant hotel that exceeded our expectations. We booked the hotel as we wanted to be close to Olympiapark and it's within walking distance so was ideal for when the football finished late at night and we could just walk back to hotel. Hotel is also less than 10 mins walk from an U Bahn Station so we were able to get about easily during our trip. We arrived early and were hoping to store luggage at the hotel but staff actually managed to find us a room that was ready and check us in early. Room was ideal for melt daughter and me. Clean, decent facilities to allow you to buy food from supermarket next to the hotel and prepare your own food. Had good meal in the restaurant downstairs (Italian) and ate at the breakfast buffet when we first arrived (was OK but with a supermarket right next door, much better value to pick up items from there). The only thing that could have improved our stay was air conditioning in the room. We just left window open at night.
We used this hotel when travelling to Munich for the Euro football tournament. Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, the staff very approachable and helpful. There were excellent transport links to and from the airport and also to and from the city centre.
Nice hotel in suburbs only 4 stops on underground from central station. 1.90 Euros each way. nice well appointed rooms with mini well contained kitchen . No air conditioning only a fan. Would not be any use in hot weather.
Great fresh food market attached to the hotel. Great experience.
Great value for price when visiting Munich. Our room was very clean with a smartly designed kitchenette.
Nice modern room with great shower. Easy access from nearby Olympiapark West tram stop. Helpful and friendly staff. No air conditioning though in business room which was a bit of a disappointment.
Great place for Wiesn travelers.
Staff was very helpful. This trip was apart of my Oktoberfest journey and not only was it reasonably priced, but it wasn’t too far from the Wiesn. The room was an okay size for my friend and I and I loved that we could use the kitchen in the room. They also gave us complimentary water and beer for being guest. 10/10
Comfortable but a little bit far from the station
The location is a little bit far from the main station (3 subway stations and then needed to walk 10 mins from that station) but still considered to be acceptable. The room was clean and nice with a little balcony.
Great for 1st timers and repeat travelers to the area
The room was a little tired and cramped, plus the bathroom sink drained very slowly, but the location was great. It was quiet and had a lovely terrace out front to eat and drink in the evenings. Staff friendly and helpful
Decent hotel for a short stay
Perfect location for Olympiastadium which is what we wanted. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and functional.
I wasn't allowed to check in because I forgot at home my ID . Registration information on my phone was not enough. Thanks to that experience i will use Airbnb again.
The property itself was clean and the staff was friendly. Transportation was easy with the U Bahn a short walk away. The unit was spacious and included a cute patio and separated living room, kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen did not include scissors or a sharp knife which I purchased at my own expense at the Edeka grocery store next door. Having a grocery store right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient. Laundry was in the basement and controlled through a WeWash app. The walls are incredibly thin. My neighbors were having a friendly conversation until 1:30am and I could hear every word. When I went to the front desk for assistance and help translating, they took me back to the neighbors door, knocked on the door while I was standing there and asked in my language if they could keep it down. No ideal for those who dislike confrontations.
We stay at this property every year for the Oktoberfest. The staff are friendly, the facilities are well maintained and clean, and the apartment style amenities in the room are great! It is located very close to to a UBahn stop, a grocery store, and several restaurants. We will continue to return to the property!
Overall nice but without A/C which makes rooms in summer unbearably hot. Provided fan didn’t work properly.
Nice and comfortable stay
Nicely situated, pretty calm and sparkling clean. I have spent two weeks in this hotel, I have particularly enjoyed the bed comfort. The room vas cleaned everyday (probably not necessary as often though), the wifi was okayish, but too bad the sauna was closed because of the COVID-19.
Very nice breakfast choice , modern equipped room and the ' best' 2 bottle of beer and 2 bottles of water are included per day. Friendly and helpful people!
The accommodation was very spacious, comfortable and very well laid out. I could not have wished for anything else. The staff were very friendly and even left a small gift for St Nicholas day on Dec 6th.
The room was very clean and cleaning staff turned up every day to clean the room. It was nice to have a hotel room that included a small kitchen included there was also laundry facility where you could wash and dry clothes
Nice stay
Furniture was not very comfortable , needed more items in the kitchen
The room layout is very odd. There is a nice little kitchette if that is your thing. However there were always odors in the hallway from people cooking. Loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and neat and clean. It is about a 4 block walk to the subway stop. It's about 15 min. from Marienplatz.Room was hot but there was a fan.
Good hotel in nice neighborhood
The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Gern and a ten minutes walk from the U1 train to hotel. There is a supermarket next to hotel to buy food and drinks. The room is spacious and have great lighting from the windows.
Close to my sons apartment, lost water one morning, bathroom smelled like urine, 2 free beers per day was nice. Also found a pair of childrens pants and shirt in behind the drapes.
Just a little rundown. The room we are in is completely separate from the main building. Just feels very old.
No value for the money.
There were renovations ongoing in the hotel and the room category I had reserved only shortly before the stay was not in proper condition (terrace not usable as there was construction ongoing). I was not refunded. Hotel staff was generally overwhelmed and I was underwhelmed by the general condition of the hotel, especially considering the price I paid.
Good quite location. The only thing hat bothered me is that the curtains were not good enought to blackout the room and make it completely dark when sunshine is outside.
The location is quiet and there is a super market next door.
It was a little out of the heart of the city, so I worried about that on the way from the airport. But it was close to the U-Bahn which was very easy to take. It was also expensive, but there was a huge international convention of architects in the city which caused the higher price. The staff was all very pleasant, the "room" was almost an apartment with a nice living room and kitchen. The breakfasts were excellent, though pricey. The bathroom floor was NOT clean when we arrived, and the bathtub was a challenge to get into for a shower; my tall husband couldn't stand up straight. No towels in the room when we arrived, no extra toilet paper, though the people at the desk were quick to remedy matters. Wi-fi handy. Nice grocery store connected to the facility as well as an excellent trattoria where we ate twice.
There was construction going on with loud noise & one of the staff was not friendly.
This hotel is the best by far that I have stayed in , rooms lovely and clean, daily housemaids , receptionist was polite and helpful , also free 2 bottles of water and two bottles of beer each day for return of the empty bottles , I would highly recommend this hotel 5 stars .
very quiet and comfortable. very helpful front desk staff. Great neighborhood.
Bring your own pillows. Other things are fine
Worst pillows ever. Need to update their pillows. Ask for additional ones but worst ones were given. Bring your own. Other things are fine.
Great Invention
After arriving in the hotel, we were told that the room is not available for checking in, we need to wait. We wait until 12:00, the staff on the reception told us that, the room is already cleaned, but the official check in time will be 15:00, if we want to check it before 15:00, we need to pay additional 10 Euro per hour. It's great policy, which was invented by Deragliving hotel, to earn more money. It was great supervise and experience for us. Thank you for such wonderful offer. We will never go to this hotel any more.
Nice and clean hotel
I highly recommend this hotel. There is a restaurant next to it and it is very close to subway which you can rich city center and all activity points.
Running and sauna friendly
I went to Munich for business trip and I know in advance that I'll be almost whole days at work so I choose this hotel mostly because of its location near to the Olympia Park so it was really convenient to go running before the work day started and because of the great sauna offer for the evenings as well. Sauna was available 24/7 (y)
Everything was fine. Room was nice. The only disappointing aspect was that one front desk attendant said my room wasn't available until 3pm but then the second one I ask 20 minutes later said my room was ready. This was a waste of my time.
Pleasant stay
Was a clean and calm place to live at. Also the cost of stay was low, considering Munich and Oct month. Services were good. So was breakfast. Bit away from city, but was close to metro train.
Nice hotel
This hotel was comfortable and close to the subway. There was a store nearby.
Nice hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the GERN U BAHN station and only 4 stops from the CENTRAL TRAIN STATION. The room was newly renovated and well equipped . However the lock of the main door was not correctly aligned so i was unable to complete the double lock that was designed to. The service of the staff in the breakfast hall was disappointing. They dont smile in general and selectively choose who they greet. One would open the door for an European lady with 2 dogs but as soon as she saw me, she released the door holding. Obvious enough that there is a color discrimination. These people shouldn't be in this industry if they only want to serve their own people . Lousy attitude .
Comfortable and Quiet.
It was quiet, little bit quaint and well maintained place. All and All, I liked it.
Good location and quiet neighbourhood
Older hotel but clean and comfortable. 4 minute walk to Gert Subway station. Grocery store next door as well as 2 restaurants.
after renovation nice hotel
second visit but after tez renovated its a nice hotel
Hotel okay but rooms either side of my room were having maintenance work done so not great. Could not open windows because of lots of bees outside the window on plants. Really dusty at times
Good service but needs renovating
Nice location near Taxisgarden Beergarden and a quick Tram/Bus ride into town. Big rooms but the hotel is old and needs renovating so not great value. I booked a single and got a double room but the shower holder & tap to operate it were broken & there was mold around the bath/shower area. Also, the hair dryer didn't work and there was no air conditioner which was definitely needed because it was 33+ degrees in Munich for most of the week. Service from the staff was very good and a nice touch was free beer & water in the fridge. Not sure if I would stay again though.
Exceptional
It truly was like a home stay.
Service is awesome!
very good service!
Good base for exploring Munich
Nice hotel just a few stops from the centre of town by U-bahn. Nymphenburg Palace is about a 30min walk with a nice route via the canal. Good base for exploring Munich without the costs of a city centre hotel.
A Wonderful Surprise
We walked into our room and were happily surprised at how spacious it was! The living room was large and the furniture very comfortable. Our bedroom was upstairs and was equally comfortable, plus the bathroom was clean and efficient in its set-up. It was very convenient to have a Tengelmann's market on the same property as the hotel, making it easy to stock our refrigerator and enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry in our kitchenette in the morning (we are early risers and most times we were awake before any of the local restaurants are open). I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a clean and convenient place to stay in Munich.
Oktoberfest Weekend
Enjoyed location of hotel. Very convenient for sightseeing and access to local public transit.
My stay in Derag LivingHotel
I liked everything about the Hotel unless the fact that it did not have air conditioning and iron in the room.
Old and tired, with half of the staff unhelpful
It was a disappointing 6 night stay at this hotel with our 9 month old baby. We had our room changed 3 times, 1 upon our request. 1st time there was a leak from our shower room into the room downstairs and we were asked to change (we were fine in the room). The second room they moved us into was a 2.5 level room with plenty of possibilities for a baby to fall down the stairs. We complained straight away with the staff and the mean and unhelpful lady working on Sunday 13th March evening shift told us there was no other room available (even though we knew the place was empty). The morning staff on Monday tried to help and moved us to another room that was ok but cooking facilities were not working (one of the reasons why I booked it in the first place). I must mention there is a very nice Italian restaurant next to the hotel which as convenient, as well as a mini-market outside of the door. Apart from that, I was counting the hours for our stay to end and leave the place. Munich is an extremely nice place and Bavaria is a beautiful region. Do not ruin your travels by staying in a sub-quality hotel like this one.
Great peaceful location with easy subway access
We were very pleasantly surprised when our room turned out to be more of a suite/apartment style place. There was a full kitchen, separate living room area, office area bedroom and bathroom. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. This hotel is also on the same lot as a grocery store, which made it very convenient to buy refreshments, snacks etc. It is a short walk from the hotel to the Olympic Park area, which is an attraction we highly recommend. The neighborhood is very residential and quiet but the hotel is also only a short walk away from the subway so it is easy to get everywhere else we wanted to go.
Great hotel very near the centre of Munich
Had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke great English. Keen to help. The room was very comfortable with free mini bar of 2 beers and 2 water. Free WiFi. Free coffee in the foyer along with newspaper. Have the facility to cook in the room and supplies, food and drink, could be purchased in the supermarket next door. My room had a terrace, did not use but would be something lovely in better weather. The self service breakfast was amazing, felt full all day, do not eat if you want to have lunch, they have the option of a mini breakfast for that occasion. Eat in the Italian next door on the night of arrival, fabulous. Felt safe walking in the area. Very beautiful this time of year, October, with the leaves turning. Had a beauty salon, fitness centre and sauna that I did not use but when I come back will do so. Make a request if you need a robe and slippers. Had quite a detailed information in the arrival pack. Very near the centre of Munich and the main attractions. Is near one of the best beer gardens but did not get the chance to try it out. When I booked this hotel it was one of the cheapest option so did not expect much, got so much more and would definitely stay again
Decent comfortable hotel
I stayed for 2 nights room only. The hotel was fine but is a bit of a walk from the Ubahn, particularly when it is raining heavily! Service was quite good and room was comfortable but location is not particularly convenient.
Comfortable, quiet hotel. Good neighborhood.
The hotel is out from the core city center a little bit, but is easily reachable with Tram 20 (about 3 minutes walking). The tram can take you into the center in a few minutes and runs frequently. Hotel condition was great and the room was spacious & VERY well designed. This would be my go-to place if my client's office was not on the south side of the city.
Quiet & Efficient
We visited Munich for Octoberfest and were pleased with the remote location for quiet nights. They have quick access to the trams and underground for getting places.
Nice Hotel, Quiet Neighborhood
Just one evening in Munich - simple room and good service. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, so absolutely no trouble sleeping; but still only a 5 minute walk to the S/U-bahn. Overall a good experience.
Good location but very very hot
Very good location, 5min walking distance to Olympicpark west station, and there are several free parking place around the hotel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there is a supermarket just behind the hotel, so we still can get food there. Free Wifi, pretty good speed. Now, just a little complain, very very hot. No air condition, no fan, nothing. The two nights was very tough for us especially for our 3y old daughter. You can open the windows, which will definitely cool a little bit, but you also will hear people'c voice next to your room. One extra thing to mention, the room have a little kitchen which is nice, but you need to prepare the cooking stuffs( eg: pan & plates). Overall the hotel was okay.
I have stayed in this hotel several times during the past couple of years, never has my stay been so uncomfortable, upon check in a got a room on the 1st floor just above the Italian restaurant below, as it was too hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning I had to keep the windows open, could not sleep from the noise below from the restaurant, the following day at the reception I requested to change my room! Never have I encountered such rude, un polite and un professional reception staff, and they made my stay a bad one every single day with a worse encounter every day
Business Trip
An odd hotel. Rooms are more like self-contained flats. No bar or restaurant which is unusual but there is a good Italian restaurant next door.
Very good.
I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel and it was within easy reach of my conference centre.
Convenience and comfort
Very helpful staff, convenient location for our needs. I will make a point of staying here again.
Beer Festival
Confusion about booking, etc. Front desk admin training or systems would help. They were helpful but not familiar with the system. All the rest very good.
Perfectly satisfied
Chose this hotel primarily for its location but was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff was. First rate customer service and excellent value.
Nice quiet hotel with easy access to downtown
Enjoyed having a quiet spot to retreat to after Octoberfest festivities. Easy access to the subway, 4 stops to central station and short walk to Octoberfest. Very friendly and helpful staff and convenient having the grocery store right there.
Nice hotel in a quiet area
We had a very pleasant Tay here. The supermarket is just downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, which takes about 15 minutes to reach the city. The staff were very helpful, and the room was very comfortable.
Never book directly with this hotel
I travel to Munich regularly for work and have been hoping to find a dependable, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay at more consistently rather than bouncing between different cheap but uncomfortable vs. nice but expensive options. This hotel has a lot going for it -- close to metro, close to supermarket, fridge and kitchen sink in the room, laundry in basement, good wi-fi, etc. -- and was close to becoming my go-to option. However, the management really lost me with sleazy pricing when I wanted to extend my stay. Because of the nature of my work, I often don't know an exact departure date but was assuming I could just extend my stay longer if rooms were available. When I checked with the front desk, they said they would check with a manager, and when I came back late from work, I was told a fairy tale about how suddenly the hotel (which was almost half-empty for the entire time I was there) was about to fill up, and therefore I could only extend if I paid a 30-40% higher nightly rate for the rest of my stay, with full payment up front. I was annoyed but also tired, late for a phone call with my spouse, and not interested in searching for a new place at the last minute, so I finally handed over my credit card rather than doing what I should have done first, which was to go an online travel site and confirm that there were still plenty of rooms available at the earlier cheaper price. When I later went back downstairs and pointed out that I could have just clicked online to get the cheaper rate, which would have saved me money and also cost the hotel the booking premium they would have paid the online travel company as opposed to just extending my room at the same price for me but higher profit for them, the response was essentially "Too bad, we've got your money now." I suppose it's probably not that unusual for hotels that want to skim as much as possible from one-visit tourists, but it's not a way to win regular customers like me. Anyhow, if you are only visiting Munich once and know that your travel plans won't change, this place could be nice, but never EVER try to extend your stay with management at the hotel desk. Just go to an online site to book your additional nights, and then shove the new reservation in their faces and demand to stay in the same room. It's a pity that this is necessary when there could be a win-win relationship for hotels and customers instead, but it will save you from paying a lot of extra money for no reason like I unfortunately did.
Nice hotel
This is very nice and comfortable hotel! Very peaceful place.
It was our last night in Munich. We only had 3 hours sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very nice.
Molly Madison
Completely unfamiliar with Munich and luckily booked this hotel. Easy 4 block walk to subway stop. Nice to have a refrigerator and cook top in room. Grocery store next door. Sauna too.
The work in the restaurant below my room was loud in the mornings. Also, the bed was terrible, but otherwise a terrific stay, great breakfast, wifi and location!
Very nice. Highly recommended
Good value. Clean and well run
This hotel is above average and a great value for the price. The room was laid out well and comfortable. The location isn't great as it's not really around anything but the streetcar is less than five minutes in one direction and the metro is five minutes the other direction. There is also a grocery store and restaurant on site but beyond that there's not much reason to stick around.
Lovely Hotel outside of the City Center
Munich was a beautiful city, and the Derag Livinghotel Karl Theodor added to the wonderful atmosphere. In the lobby there was also coffee available for the guests. The reception desk was very helpful at all times of the day. The room was very cozy, and it contained a kitchenette with a nice size desk station. I found this useful, because I had work to be done on my laptop. The room was cleaned very well, and the shower was magically warm. Once I found where the heat was located, I went to town and blasted it to the highest level. Munich was super cold in the winter, and it was nice to come back to a toasty room. In the room, there was also a fridge and a microwave. The hotel is located directly next to a supermarket, so it was easy to buy snacks and leave them in the room. The WiFi was excellent, and I only had to keep logging on my phone for some reason. The password did not need to be retyped, however. The only reserves about the hotel has to be the location. I was under the impression that it was in the city center, but it actually just on the edge. It is necessary to take a subway anywhere. So the hotel is nestled in a quiet side street which is fine if you are willing to take a cab to where you are going. Either that or research the subway stops first. Other than that, I have no qualms about the hotel, and even with the location misfortune, I would still stay there again. It was worth the trouble for the decent price and amenities that it provides with adequate service.
Ideal Spot for Get Away
The hotel is ideally located outside of the city centre. Only a few minutes from the U-Bahn station Gern so ideal for popping into the city centre. Hotel is located in a nice well kept residential suburb with a supermarket located next door. The Olympic Park and BMW Welt are within easy walking distance of the hotel too. The rooms were clean and tidy and functional - if a little tight on space. There was no safe in the rooms. The staff were friendly. There is a lovely Italian restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast is not great, its a buffet style continental breakfast. There is no bar to purchase any evening drinks, though you can buy beer out of a vending machine if you like. There are some nice restaurants and bars on Dantesrasse which is only a short distance walk from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and would return should I ever visit Munich again.
Very recommendable - I enjoyed my stay
Good location, it is calm, spacy room, nice staff, good bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette, if the bathroom would get new tiles and refurnishing it would be perfect.
Close to a 92 year old relative we were visiting
Staff very helpful. We had my wife's dialysis machine with us. They arranged for all medical supplies into room.
Excellent Oktoberfest location
The hotel is next to a small grocery store in what appeared to be a quiet residential area. The staff spoke english well and were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious by european standards. It was only a 5 minute walk to the closest U station, Gern, and four stops away from Hauptbahnhof station. My only complaint is that my room was directly above the hotel restaurant and I could clearly hear the patrons dining on the outdoor patio well into the night.
Really nice hotel
Comfortable and wide room... That is German cleanliness! Nice staff and buffet breakfast. Perfect location near to tram and u-bah station Totally worth it!
A lovely room
A good location for the Tollwood Fest - Olympiapark region (Nearest U-Bahn station: Gern- walking distanc eapprox. 5-10 mins. Main station: Haupbahnhof-Hbf easily accessible on the excellent transport system) Not many staff around in the evening as far as i could see (I only stayed one night). Room was very comfortable, spacious and a comfortable bed. Also there was a sliding door providing access onto a veranda . The room was located on the second floor & the veranda location provided a nice view of a nice looking area.
Good value for money
a clean & functional hotel with a good restaurant with a friendly team so certainly good value for money.
Fab location for concerts at the stadium
This was a fantastic hotel with a superb location for the Olympia Stadium. We would have scored it a 5 for everything but unfortunately the only thing that let it down was the temperature of the shower. It took your breath away. We were lucky in that we have family just outside of Munich and my partner was able to shower there. Normally we stay we family and it was for the convenience of the concert that we chose the hotel. If this hadn't have been an option we would have complained and scored it a lot lower. Staff were very helpful in giving directions to the stadium :-) Thank you x
Convenient
Nice room, walking distance to Olympia Park and the BMW Museum .... the rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom could have been a little bigger. The hotel is built in an apartment complex so it is not like a traditional hotel. There is a restaurant and a super market on site. Breakfast is extra. Tram stop is 2 mins walk (Olympiapark West, Line S20 and S21 to Hauptbahnhof). Subway is at 10 mins walk at Gern and Westfriedhof (Line U7). Both the subways are around the same distance from the hotel. From Westfriedhof, Line U1 goes to Olympia Zentrum to BMW Welt (if you do not want to walk). From Olympia Zentrum, you can take like U3 to Hauptbahnhof to explore the Alt Stadt and Martinplatz area Also when in Munich, don't forget to check out Hofbrauhaus (Martinplatz/Alt Stadt area) and an Indian restaurant called Swagat (line U4 from Hauptbahnhof to Prinzregentenplatz).
Handy for Olypoahalle
Good value hotel within walkig distance of Olympiahalle.Only down side was lack of bar.
Thank you for Karl Theodor
We have stayed in this hotel for one month in 1994. It was nice stay. So we stayed at this hotel again this time. This stay was unexpectedly comfortable. It was cleaner, better service, hospitality. Thank you so much.
Great Oktoberfest stay
Located on a quiet street, quick access to the train. Only complaints are the awful pillows and noise outside all night - there is a cafe and a grocery/market that was right outside our window and it sounded like they were getting deliveries all night! Excellent value for Oktoberfest though. I would stay there again.
Great stay
The hotel was at a perfect location for us. It was not downtown but close to lots of transit options and then pathways to Nymphenburg and the Olympic park. The front desk staff were always very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and convenient. I also loved that there was a grocery store really close by.
Close to the U Bahn and Olympic Stadium
Great hospitality and location. I stayed there because it was close to the Olympic Stadium where the Coldplay concert was held! Very calm and quiet neighbourhood plus there's a supermarket right outside of the hotel. You can get to the U Bahn within 10 minutes of walking. Highly recommended.
Our stay was wonderful and the location is great. The only complaint was the bed. They where not very good and our back was feeling it the next morning. This said i would still they there again, great palce.

2 complimentary beers in fridge !!! Nice touch
