Little Charm Hanoi Hostel

This place is truly remarkable and I would definitely stay again. Huge shout out to Galvin who helped me order some medals I needed. He also coordinated an awesome tour for me to the Ha Giang loop! I would HIGHLY recommed here. As their slogan goes its the little things thay matter most and I am a little things girl. They truly matter!! Probably the first trini to stay here but Ill be back with friends 🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹

I wish that female only dormitories had a female only washroom. A group of men watched as I exited the shower only wrapped in a towel and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Not bad! The room didn't have a bathroom attached to it, there were multiple bathrooms per level, great location, and importantly, it was clean. There was one incident where my mom called the front desk and the front desk person said I wasn't checked into the hotel instead of just passing it to someone that could understand her question... Overall, really good. I came back from an excursion earlier than expected and booked this hostel again. I recommend and would stay again.

Good for a night

The dorm was in good condition, with working AC. The facilities were clean and staff friendly. It was a good location.

Best hostel i have ever stayed in. Keycard for own shelf, wardrobe. Nice curtain to avoid light from others. Clean bathroom, toliet. Tasty breakfast which included selection and buffett too.

Hotel Quality Hostel

A really top-notch hostel! Like others have said, it almost comes across as hotel quality rather than a hostel, due to the upscale look, cleanliness, and services offered. The price can't be beat for the quality you'll get staying here. Great free breakfast offered and restaurant in the lobby. Bathrooms attached to each room give both ease and a sense of privacy. My only complaint would be that the wifi was pretty bad. It continuously kept disconnecting and going out on multiple devices. Otherwise, it's a really lovely place to stay for a few nights in the city, especially if you're on a budget.

I loved the indoor pool, breakfast, and free beer. Very cute building and attentive service. It was a bit noisy, but average for a hostel. Overall, great value at a low price!

Great experience!

This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a great experience! I stayed in the deluxe shared dormitory for women with 4 beds. The bed felt private as there was a curtain and a small storage for my essentials. There was also a huge storage for my luggage. Plenty of toilets/showers. Staff were super friendly. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe walking at night as the streets were always busy.

Bunks felt very private with own curtains and light, staff had very good English. Everything is in great condition and very clean.

First experience in a hostel and I was pleased. Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and offered privacy and a secure location for belongings. Offered free breakfast.

The walking tour was great! It was a handy way to see the city

Well priced/ clean and tidy

Couldn’t really fault the hostel. I wasn’t put in the best of rooms (people wise) but I’m here to rate the hostel not the people. Although I would stay again, breakfast needs improving.

Thought of everything

Like a luxury hotel but as a hostel. This place is pretty new and has thought of everything. Yeah. It's probably a few dollars more expensive than other hostels but those few dollars are certainly worth it. Super comfy beds. Air con rooms. Small lockers at bed as well as a large backpacking locker. Curtain around bed for privacy. Quiet. Super clean. Lots of helpful staff. An indoor pool. A chill area. Great cafe. Great breakfast. Organised free walking tour. Helped with further travels. I would definitely stay here again

Clean and modern but “little” charm

Very clean, modern BIG hostel. They have a pool which is cool but a very small relax area with two beanbags, which is really not enough for such a big hostel. Breakfast is good. Staff are helpful but want to make money from you. “Little” charm, as the name suggests.

Little Charm is somewhat of a misleading name. This is a pretty large hostel, which means it loses some of the personalisation and (dare I say it) charm that comes from smaller places. The team at the hostel is a little patchy. Some staff more willing that others to communicate. Pool is lovely, location great and the whole hostel is spotless so there are lots of positives. For me though it lacked a little something...

Great place for backpackers

Central place with a helpful reception. Clean and nice beds. Was also really easy to find other backpackers to talk with and get travel recommendations. Also loved their "chill" area on the second floor.

Første gang på hostel.

Dejligt lille hotel, og er godt sted hvis du skal rejse rundt i landet. Det er rimelig tæt på alt ting.

予定の便が遅れてしまい深夜にチェックインした。自分自身かなり疲れていたがホテルにエレベーターがなく5階まで荷物を持ちながら上がっていくのはとてもしんどかった。またドミトリーなので覚悟はしていたが隣の人のイビキがうるさすぎて疲れていたのにもかかわらず3時間ほどしか寝れなかった。なによりベッドで寝ようとすると蟻の大群がベッドの上に。すべて退治してなんとか寝たがしんどい身体にムチを打ってやらないといけず本当に疲れた。 さらに帰りはバスタオルを持ってチェックアウトしないといけなかったみたいで5階までの昇り降りをまたやる羽目になった。 最初からチェックインのときに言えや！と思いました。

Once you have checked in at the counter in the back, you will be given instructions on how to change your bath towels, andthe introduction is done lol. The staff were friendly and willing to help if you had any questions. Located in the old town, it is very convenient including the night market. Bath towels were replaceable, sheets and a toothbrush set were provided every day. You can also use Japanese electrical outlets without any problems. It's a restaurant and full of guests, so I used to eat 25 banh mi there as well. The sofa is nice and soft too. The toilet and shower room next to 203, the shower room on the right, the lock is loose and the door won't close. If you have sandals, you won't have to worry. I also left my luggage with me and went to pick it up myself, so I didn't have to worry about being cut off as mentioned by other people. Everyone was sorting out their backpacks. Overall, I'm glad I was able to enjoy my solo trip!奥のカウンターで受付済ませたら、バスタオル交換の説明だけあって、後はフリーな感じです。困ったら質問すれば色々教えてくれる感じの雰囲気よいスタッフたちでした。 旧市街地にあり、ナイトマーケット含め利便性が高いです。バスタオルは交換性、毎日シーツと歯ブラシセットされていました。日本のコンセントも問題なく使えます。 レストランかつ宿泊者のだらけ場所になっているので、私もそこでバインミー25食べたりしていました。ソファも柔らかくていいです。 203の並びにあるトイレとシャワールーム、右のシャワールームは鍵が緩くてドア閉まらないです。サンダルあれば憂いなしです。 荷物預けも自分で置いて取りに行くスタイルなので、他の方の言う切られたとかもなかったです。皆自分のザック並べてく感じでした。総じて、一人旅も気楽に過ごせてよかったです!

立地が旧市街の中心近くにありとても便利でした

女性専用ルーム１泊利用しました。お部屋の中にシャワールーム、トイレ、洗面台もあり清潔。ロッカーの鍵は部屋のカードキーでした。部屋の中にいても廊下の声やプールの水の音など聞こえましたがホテル内が無音よりいいかなーと思います。4Ｆでしたがエレベーターはありません。部屋の前にもトイレとシャワールーム、洗面台が2つづつあり他の人とタイミングが重なってしまっても大丈夫でした。フロントの方は英語ができなくても優しく対応してくれましたが案内してくれた方は部屋に案内してベッドとロッカーはここと教えてくれましたがシャワー室やトイレなどの説明はしてくれなかったので案内の後ドア開けたりしてホテルの中を探検しました。チェックアウトの日ツアーで夜に帰ってきたのですがシャワーを借りてから空港に向かうことができたのでよかったです。

完璧！

とてもよかった。次も泊まります。 観光のために3泊しました。立地もとてもよく、86番バスにも近い、有名な飲食店にも近い、湖にも近い！とても便利だった。バスタオルも毎日交換できる。クーラーがとてもきく。ホットシャワーは完璧でした。チェックアウト後もシャワーを浴びさせてくれました。スタッフもみんな優しかった。ハノイに来るならここを選んで間違いないです。

이가격에서 볼수없는 가성비. 하노이 가게되면 다음에도 여기 숙소할것같음.

시설자체는 굉장히 깨끗하고 쾌적함. 다만 방위치에따라 조금 소음이 있을수도 있음. 가격을 생각했을땐 아주 만족스러움.

A short trip

Very convenient location but noisy as too many motorcycles on the street especially in the weekend. The bed mattress is old. I'm happy with the friendly manner of the staff. They are all helpful and pleasant. The breakfast is more than enough. I am also satisfied with the cleanliness.

위치도 좋고 스탭들도 친절하도 좋았어요. 매일 침구도 갈아주셔서 더 맘에 들었네요. 아침 무료조식도 먹을만하고 다음번에 하노이 또 간다면 이용하고싶어요. 엘리베이터가 없는 게 한가지 단점인 것 같네요

空港まで送ってくれるサービスがありました。15USD、ドンでの支払いも可能。みなさんフレンドリーで金額も安く選んで良かったです。朝ごはんのフォーも美味しかったです！

立地が良く非常に便利。 ドミの部屋内にトイレとシャワールームがあるのが便利。 タオルの貸し出しや朝食もついてこの値段はかなり破格。 強いて言うならスタッフのサービスの質に差がある。

It is okay.

First of all good location. The most that i worry about is bedbug because of lots of the backpackers from western country. Facility was okay, and clean. Bed is so soft remember when you stay. I met one reception staff that does not explain well to Asian people not western. I saw the same review and i felt excatly same. That was bed

Melhor Hostel de Hanoi! Quase um hotel.

LOCALIZAÇÃO: Fica na parte central de Hanoi, perto praticamente de tudo no "Old Quarter". HOSTEL: É tudo bem novo, bem pensado, muito bem cuidado. O banheiro tem uma boa estrutura, e mesmo os coletivos sempre estão limpos. A PISCINA é ótima, aquecida e tem uma espaço reservado para você pode se trocar, muito massa, além de ter um Free Walking Tour que SUPER RECOMENDO, conta com uma agência de viagem interna com tudo o que você precisa (SÉRIO!) e ainda tem cerveja free todos os dias, se não me engano as 17h. O pessoal da recepção são muitos simpáticos, descontraídos.; QUARTO: Fiquei em um quarto com 6 camas, que, além do locker individual grande, na cama, tem armário para colocar coisas pessoais, com chaves, tem kit de amenidade o que achei super atencioso. A cama e travesseiros são confortáveis. Todas as camas tem uma cortinha.Cada hospede recebe uma toalha que tem que entregar no fim da hospedagem e receber a caução de volta.CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: É um bom café para um hostel, além das opções em que você pode se servir ainda tem uma espécie de opção de menu onde você pode escolher uma opção. RESTAURANTE: O hostel possui um restaurante que tem uma grande variedade de comidas e bebidas e um preço muito justo. Comi lá quase todos os dias. WI-FI: Confesso que não me lembro bem, mas acho que era normal. Apontaria como ponto negativo o fato de que a sua caução principal é a retenção do passaporte do hóspede e se você não quiser entregar pode pagar uma taxa em dinheiro em espécie.

숙소 자체는 관리가 잘되어있어요 스텝들도 친절하구요 근데 침대가 정말....매트가 너무 꺼져서 제가 묻히는줄 알았어요 침대 정리하는거 보니까 그냥 스폰지 같은거에 시트 씌우더라구요....2박 했는데 허리아파서 잠을 잘 못잤네요 ㅠ ㅠ

英語も問題なく通じるし、夕方からビールが飲み放題になるので満足

I stayed for five nights in a female dorm and loved every minute of my stay. The bathrooms and dorms are soooo clean and beautiful.. The location is very central and very close to the night market on the weekends. Dorms are so nice with stairs to the bunk beds, one big locker for your bags and one small locker for laptop and valuables. You have a lot of shelves by your bed. The restaurant is open all day and serves both western and vietnamese food. Perfect when you don't have the energy to go out.

Fijn nieuw hostel

Een geweldig nieuw hostel, fijne douche, veel ruimte om spullen achter slot en grendel te houden. Service van de medewerkers erg goed
