Property states parking available but does not advise of cost. Paid high amount for parking for 5 nights. Check in process is with kiosk and does not work well. Hard to contact mgt. overall was ok but would not consider staying again.

Quiel location still in the 'central' area and conveniently connected by subway with all other city areas.

Most uncomfortable mattress we have slept on. There were brown stains on the sofa bed bedding which were disgusting. The shower door doesn't close and the shower basin feels unsecured. When calling the property expect to get someone who seems burdened by your question. I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel at all. Small, thin bath towels and no extra blankets.

Good location, plenty of space and good amenities.

Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment located in a safe neighborhood with convenient access to transportation. The area offers a variety of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. Although there is no lobby, the online check-in process was straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided.

Dirty, traces on the walls, disgusting sofa, terrible communication. Nice neighborhood.

Descent property. Only annoying thing was you need codes to get into the building and then code to get inside the unit

Apartment like accommodation in downtown Lisbon

Stay was really good. Great value in downtown Lisbon walking distance to old Lisbon. Accommodations allowed for all 6 of us(parents and 4 teens/young adults) with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Area was great. Easy to move around. Close to metro. The apartment was ok. The bed sheets were not as clean as one would expect. Same for some of the kitchen tablemats

Great apartment located very central. A bit small but very functional and clean. Both reception and property administration were extremely prompt and helpful. Our main bedroom A/C unit wasn’t working but they deployed service right away and tried their best to rectify the situation. Overall great stay in Lisbon.

Lovely spacious clean and safe apartments. Air con and sound proof windows makes for a relaxing stay. Only thing would have been good to know in advance is that euro2 coin required for luggage drop if arrive in the city early/leave late. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Lisbon.

Thoroughly recommend

Was impressed with the virtual check-in although unfortunately the email had gone in my junk so I didn’t do the pre-check in before I arrived which would have been even more convenient. I requested a travel cot on arrival which I had not pre-requested so I was pleasantly surprised when one turned up within 10 minutes. So the service was great and I didn’t have any other dealings with anyone as everything was great. We also used the luggage lockers in the car park on -3 which were very handy and cheap

Nice serviced apartment in the heart of Lisbon. The room was clean and well appointed, and checkin via the self service kiosk was efficient. There were a few shortcomings that prevent me from giving a higher rating namely a) there were tea and coffee makers but no supplies; b) washing machine was present but tabs / detergent had to be purchased separately by leaving a Euro coin in a cup and emailing service desk to provide the same and c) we returned to the apartment after a day out and found that the door had been left open, apparently by the cleaners / service staff. Overall it was a good location and room, with some scope for improvement and attention to detail.

It was a pitty the bad experience with the checkin at the kiosque and then the waiting for someone to come in and help - it took 1.30h to check in. Definetley not a good experience. Location is very good, but parking not easy.

Property was clean, well equipped and quiet. Some things looked a little worn and stained. Also the apartment was equipped to sleep four with two sofa beds but the entrance to the bathroom was in the bedroom so perhaps not the best design. However would definitely recommend.

Overall the property is nicely located, clean, and in a really quiet street and easy to be picked up and dropped off with small kids. The property was clean and nice, but there were a few things that did not work. Some we reported, others we didn't bother. The management team was accomodating with our request, but I wish our issue could have been solved during our stay. Our request: a baby cot was provided on the day I put the request in. Issues with the property: the bathroom door mechanism was broken and would not let the door close at all, much less lock. This was reported but could not be fixed until the day we left. The tv didn't work and I couldn't get the safe to work either. These I didn't report as it didn't matter too much for us at the time. I do wish there was a front desk to offer that face-to-face support, but the check-in and check-out process was easy too. For the price, it was a good value and a positive experience.

Great Area

Super easy check in and really nice property. Clean apartment and very spacious.

The apartment was at a walking distance from the metro, nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Easy check-in, and very clean.

You only can take quick shower( 10 minutes) and water gets cold. As a family of four we have to wait at least half hour to let the water get hot again.

What a great & safe place to stay for 2 girls! Great location.. able to walk in any direction from our room to any needed sort of transportation! Definitely will be rerun& will use this property again!!

Location was great. The suite was spacious but with a little bit of a strange layout - when the door is opened to the suite, the edge of the bed is about 2 inches away. I learned to live with that. Reason for the bad review is the large stain on the small sofa. Not a good look. And the draconian threat in kitchen area not to leave a dirty dish otherwise a hefty 50 Euro fine. All we did is drink water and kept washing our glasses to avoid this stupid charge.

Great location and great space, traveling with a party of four including children, the place was fantastic. Definitely recommend it.

Good Location, management helped and responded to any of our concerns with in reasonable time. Location is close to a lot of shopping, food and attractions. Rooms were a bit outdated but did not bother us. Beds were firm so if that is what you like then you're good for us it was a bit too firm or not enough cushioning.

1 nuit, appartement avec 1 chambre: Logement lumineux et bien équipé. Grande chambre, lits confortables. Le divan lit cache 2 vrais matelas de lits simples! Check inn complètement virtuelle, nécessite l’accès au wi-fi pour recevoir les codes nécessaires. Un peu à l’extérieur des secteurs plus touristiques, mais il y a bus et métro à proximité.

Great location, and super convenient

Good apartment, good communication.

This is the most average place I think we have ever stayed. First, Expedia had told the family we were traveling with that we could get in to their place. Nope. We used the luggage lockers; more signage and explanation is needed for this. It requires a 2EU coin, which few people have upon arrival. It would be helpful if the property manager had those available and could make change. The locks seem to be on an automatic timer...no entry until check in time can be arranged. The furnishings are so cheap. It was clearly done as inexpensively as possible. The couched look like they may have been picked up off the street. The mattresses are basically concrete. Each unit has a washer...no drying rack or dryer. The sheets are low rent. Very obviously a corporate rental situation with ZERO concern about the actual experience of the people who stay there. With all of that said, the location was great. So quiet. Incredibly easy transportation. Great pastelarias nearby. Easy trip to the mini preco if needed. Nice little bar across the street.

This is a great place when you are in Lisbon.

Bed was uncomfortable and the floor was squeaky - we would wake each other up during the night. Very clean, especially when our room was made up, very thorough.

Great condition and amenities!

The location is good - quite close to the main attractions. The downsides for us were: 1) we had a challenge gaining entry upon arrival because the code we were given didn’t work; 2) the toaster didn’t work and we received no response when we asked for it to be replaced /repaired; 3) we booked an apartment so that we would have a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day and we were very disappointed to find that the sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

Very easy to check in, the apartment was super clean. The area is absolutely beautiful me and my family walked all the way on Avenida I will highly recommend the property

Everything was good specially about the communication: The manager Paulo is the best. He open the room door before the check in time (2pm), helped us to do self check in in the machines. And was always available to help and make us feel comfortable. The room was for 4 people. Cleaned and very lighted, a nice flat fully equipped and all good

The apartment was at a great location and very clean. No early check in is allowed even there was no prior guests which was not so considerate. The rooms are lack of furnitures. One room only have 2 twin beds, 2 tiny stools with lamps, but no desk and no chairs. The door of the room with private bathroom was malfunctioning as it could not be open from inside but opened by force from outside. Garage next door was very convenient. But the door would not open next morning. We called the management company, they send a tech in one hour. He opened the door to let us out. However the garage door were left open for the rest of the days- not fixed till we left.

There were a lot of things I liked about the place, including its location and cleanliness. There was only one problem: there was a washer inside the unit, but no dryer. Not a big deal, but something to think about!

Very clean and great for a city break. Metro was 5 minutes walk. Area felt very safe. Would recommend.

The apartments are in a great location! Walkable to the centre! Great restaurants around the apartments! Easy access and can easily get hold of the virtual customer service! Would highly recommend staying here while in Lisbon!

The apartment was clean, spacious and daily cleaning service was available. Appliances were good and all of them were functional and clean. Kitchen top row cabinets are low, so be careful to not hit your head 😉. The location is not in the crowded area but close enough (pleasant 25 min walk). We had wifi disconnect couple of times and wouldn’t connect back easily. Street parking was free at night until 9 am.

I loved the convenience to the office space I was working from during our stay. The staff was friendly and even though there was a language barrier they were pleasant and patient with us. I'd have loved to have an ice machine in the building so that on hot days I'd have an ice cold drink. All in all I'd stay here again in a heart-beat!

The service of the cleaning staff were good. Just make sure you hang the sign that you want to have your room made. The bathroom is huge and there’s a rain showerhead. Loved that it’s safe because they give a passcode to the main door. Elevator is kind of tight that’s because I’m claustrophobic but overall our 5nights stay was comfortable.

This property is well located in terms of transportation, close proximity to restaurants/bakery/groceries. It was easy check-in and check-out procedure. There were three downsize points of this place-1) the space between the cabinet and the platform sink area was not designed for basic washing/rinsing the cups/plates with convenience (it was a struggle bending all the time). 2) The air-conditioner was incorrectly placed just above the main door entrance - while our beds where on the other side of the wall partition ..so, not much cool breeze could reach our beds. 3) And lastly, the double bed and the single bed within the same area where placed in two different directions instead of the same and also there was a wall mounted TV placed just above the head of the single bed . Rest everything was good enough. We had a pleasant 5 nights stay here. Thank you.

very clean. the only thing I was not used to was not having a reception area where I can ask questions. The check in was nerve wracking since we arrive past midnight looking for our missing luggages. Thankfully someone was going into the building and helped us out I wish I was able to go back on 6/23 but not available

Nice clean service apartment near city centre

Nice clean service apartment near city centre, 2 min walk to Marquis Pombal Metro station. Several restaurants and shopping malls within easy walking distance. Very clean and comfortable, brand new and cleaned every day. Small cupboards, only suitable for a week's stay at most. You need to be good with email instructions to check in as it's a bit of a faff, but once registered, no problems after that.

The first day I was welcomed by a gentleman Paul who was so good and helpful. He knows his job and made me feel to come back, even before I enjoyed my first night. To say that, whenever I am in Lisbon, I will stay there. My wife came later, but she also enjoyed very much. Please keep up the standard. Isac

Greta location. Parking is advertised in the listing for 20 Euro, but is nowhere to be found and the property contact did not answer email or phone calls. Other than that, the property was clean, easy to locate and in a great area.

The place was better than we hoped for. Although a drying rack was provided, having a dryer would have made it perfect.

Lovely quiet apartment. Recently renovated. I was on the 7th floor with a big terrace. Great stay. Just know that you need a piece of 2€ to use the storage for the luggage if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Lovely week in Lisbon

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay at this property. The apartment was comfortable for our family(2 adult + 2 children) it was very clean and well maintained. It is centrally located with bus and metro stations within 2 blocks.The check in/out process was very easy. We also loved that there's daily cleaning.

Very well located, spacious and clean appartment Had some issues at the automatic check-in kiosk but these were very quickly solved- a very nice staff member was sent to my rescue within a couple of minutes. Excellent value for money.

Sweet and sour

The location is the best possible and the apartment itself offered all the facilities to make our staying comfortable. However, we were not alerted about a construction that is happening just beside the building and it was a torment. We were awakened at 8am with a loud drill which persisted until 5pm. I suggest the property administration to inform such important thing, giving the customers a chance to consider it before booking

Large two bedroom, well appointed and taken care of. Some small issues with bedding (one of the beds had no mattress pads) and one of the showers was clogged. But overall an exceptionally good stay with friendly staff and a great location to experience Lisbon from. Note there is construction next door but it’s only during the day and the room is largely isolated from it

Great apartment for city stay

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in the city centre, next to metro station and public transportation. The coastline is a few minutes away with public transportation

The staff is very friendly and the property is a real gem (ideal location for getting around Lisbon, but still quiet at night)

Small, but efficient, 1-Br Apartment was perfect for a family of 3 for a weekend. They were also able to provide a baby crib for our use, which was huge. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchenette was also useful to have.

Functional, clean, and no frills Lisbon Liberdade

Very functional unit with no frills. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would stay again at the Liberdade location. It was close to everything we needed. The large building next door was vacant and had lots of graffiti on it, which affected our initial impression, but after staying there, we felt much more comfortable.

There was many bugs coming out of the bathrrom and living room and even though the properly ordered a deep clean we still encountered some in the toielt

Excellent place to stay. Only downside is that there is no clothes dryer machine, only a hanging rack and my clothes took 2days to dry. If I had somewhere to hang my clothes outside or even be able to open the windows it would have sufficed, great location, excellent all way round . Would stay again and again. Highly recommend

Great location. Easy access to Metro station. Excellent security and good house keeping.

Only issues were limited hot water for showers and a smell like smoke in the bathroom.

It's very comfortable and pleasing. Very spacious and cleaners are available everyday. The location is perfect for all tourist and safe. However, one thing that they could improve on are changing the towels to new and some kitchen utensils which are worn out and discolored. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Lisbon.

My family and I (6 people total) had a great stay here! The apartment was bright, clean and spacious. It is in a safe area and is only a few minutes away from the Metro (by walking). We would stay here again!

Location was extremely convenient to get around town via mass transit, also great layout. Could have had an easier time with the storage lockers. Had to call to get buzzed in and I wasn’t told they cost a euro to use. Overall very happy

Overrated Apartment

The apartment was in a great location, but when I arrived there was no one to pick us up at the airport. I sent an email responding to the service, but when I called the manager he said he missed seeing it. It worked out better since the Ubers are so cheap in Lisbon. A lot cheaper than the service. Upon arrival, we had 1 big bed and 2 others small ones for our kids, but only 1 blanket and 2 pillows. When I called the manager again, he was unfriendly and made me take pictures of the beds to prove I knew what I was talking about. Very insulting. However, in about 30 minutes someone did arrive with blankets and towels. The apartment lacks storage in the rooms and bathroom. It also is not very clean. The floors were dirty and the daily cleaning staff did the bare minimum. The Wifi is okay. No a strong signal if you need one like we did since we were working while on travel. I did miss the attention of the front desk being in a hotel. I would rate this place a C but an A on location.
