아파트가 깨끗하고 아주 좋았습니다. 식기, 세탁기, 식기세척기 등 모든것이 완벽했습니다. 그런데 입실 48시간전에 출입할수 있는 코드를 보내주신다고 했었는데, 입실할때까지 보내주지 않아서, 호텔에 메일을 보냈는데도 답이 없어서 걱정하면서 호텔에 가야 했습니다.

Smell

Sometimes there is a really bad smell at the entrance hall and goes all the way up to the rooms.

Air conditioner didn’t work. Took a while for someone to get back to us.

Check in was easy considering there was no front desk. Place was cozy and clean. Only issue was there was no reply when I had questions during our stay.

Excellent stay

Really comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of appliances, crockery etc We were on the 4th floor which meant we had to go up one flight of stairs as the lift only went to the 3rd floor. This was more than compensated for by the big balcony with sweeping views over Lisbon and lots of seating to enjoy the sunset etc. Only negative was lack of shelving in bathroom and shower.

Great place in good location

The check in was terrible, their machine wasn't working and they didn't believe us. Everything else was great!

A bit tired and no privacy

I have stayed in several of the Lisbon Serviced apartments. Santos, principe real, and Baixa. This was by far the most tired of the four I have experienced. This particular stay I was in the accessible room, which I am glad they have for people who need, but I wish I was made aware. I am 5’ 2” so the tall toilet was challenging. My feet dangled which meant I was not able to do #2. The room is right by the front door across from the cleaners room so very noisy and three I left briefly and also put the do not clean sign in my door since the cleaners knocked and opened the door even when I had the sign on my door. They did it so fast I did not have time to respond. So left briefly to get some water and while I was away they put mop heads in my washing machine to wash which was a bit loud. I needed to get in a call for work, then during my call, I still had the sign on the door they knocked loudly to get the mop heads. I had to stop my call and open the door. It was a bit weird and has put me off from using them again. I have stayed at their apartments over 10x in the last 7 years.

Excellent place

Clean and good sized apartment in a great, peaceful residential area. Close enough to walk most places with a decent selection of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet outside of the noise and constant foot traffic. Definitely recommend!

Very close to public transit and walkable to some attractions..great location!!

Localização espectacular, quarto espaçoso para um casal com 2 crianças. Quarto confortável, limpo e acolhedor. Recomendo e certamente lá voltarei.

The property was great and the communication prior to arriving was excellent - really easy to find, easy to gain access and in a nice, safe area. The self check-in process was quick and simple. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and modern with kitchen facilities. The bed was comfy and even though it wasn't too hot in Lisbon, the aircon was appreciated. Check-out was efficient - you scan a QR code on the door in the apartment and fill out a form. The shower in my apartment was a bit small and the bathroom got wet very easily, but not an issue overall. Although I did not require an accessible apartment, it was adapted for those who would need it. Good facilities nearby with tram and bus options. If you're looking for a nice breakfast in the morning or brunch, visit Dedes nearby - it's a 5 minute walk away and is fantastic.

This property was a wonderful stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the ceilings were wonderfully high and the rooms had a good amount of space. I had reservations about how large the space would be considering the low price we paid, but it ended up being amazing value. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spacious and equipped apartment

Lovely apartment but not sound proofed from the corridor. Some guests were checking out in the wee hours and were very loud and took quite a while before they left which disrupted my sleep. I like that this apartment is spacious and fully equipped with washing machine. What I dislike about it is the apartment I’ve stayed at had air-conditioning issues which made really loud knocking noise that you had to shut it off (happened at least three times and woke me up from sleep).

Good location

Overall really good stay. Just the bathroom needs sorting out. One of sliding doors doors from the shower was missing. Curtain instead. Was not fitting very well

Estrella appartments - Lisbon

Estrella apoartments are easy reach located in LAPA District of Lisbon. Very easy communication for check in & paying city tax. Apartment is spacious, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, ironing board & iron. It also had dishes & cooking utensils. The only drawback was lack of instructions for oven/hob & I was doing a guessing game. It actually worked. Apartment was cleaned daily & fresh towels daily as well. It was also fitted with hairdryer, bodywash, soap & shampoo. Detergents for hand washing were provided, also for €1.00 dishwasher tablets & laundry tablets. There are several buses serving the apartment & tram 28 stop is just a stone throw away at Estrella church. In opposite direction about 7 min walk is Santos District with train station, iconic vegetables market, museums of puppets & art antigua & lots of bars, cafes & restaurants. Next to apartment itself there are 2 supermarkets & 3 cafés next to Estrella church

This hotel tries very hard to keep the place Safe & Clean, I appreciate that. However, the people on the room cross from us was extremely noisy at night - adults & kids both. But now way to communicate with the hotel staff since there is no staff on the hotel itself.

I'd like leave review this property. First of all,it is listed as a 4 star rate on hotel.com,but front of building say a 3 star property.However wash sink clogged,shower door and safe deposit wouldn't work properly,no one wasn't on site, so i call manegement over the phone.He yelled at me. Never comeback.

Dated

Checkin was easy. There was someone who assisted us. The room was dated and furniture worn. scuffs on the wall. The curtain was not secured in and fell when we tried to close it. That was easy enough to fix. The drain in the bathroom shower ran slow and flooded the bathroom a bit. The location was good, though.

Pros: The location is great, very quiet apartment, has a lot of useful kitchen utilities in the apartment. Big spacious room. Great coffee shops close by, supermarket walking distance and great park nearby where you can sit and enjoy the warm nights with a glass of wine. Cons: The bathroom as not good. The shower was not clean when we arrived, it had dirt and previous people’s hair everywhere. The shower would not drain and wasn’t useable. It would take approx 1hr to drain the water and half of it would be on the bathroom floor. There was mould in the shower due to never being cleaned properly. The daily cleaning took a long time. Our room was always done in the afternoon around 4pm (started approx 12pm on the top floor) but all they would do is change the towels and empty the bins. Some days the bed wasn’t made or they leave our bin bags full of rubbish in the middle of the room. It would be easier if they just provided a towel swapping service and restock of bin bags/toilet paper. As the floor was never vacuumed. We only received 1 dishwasher tablet for 7 night stay. They also have a note stating they will charge you €50 if you leave dirty dishes which was odd due to the state of the bathroom! We purchased our own washing machine detergent as it was cheaper than what they were charging. When you enter the building there is a bad smell. The location was the best part of this accommodation

Excellent hotel next to city centre, all busses are next to city centre. Bar with food near by and Portuguese traditional coffee is close by. Modern food and tapas types of food close by, will recommend for a stay.

Clean, well equiped apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop right outside, trams go right passed too. Easy walk into the main areas, the way back is all uphill so take advantage of that bus

Overall nice apartment and building. The elevator was a bit sketchy...

I did enjoyed Lisbon from this area, it is very well located. The check-in process was very easy and the services were excellent. The apparment has everything you need.

There’s no parking close by, it’s hard to pick up/drop off due to trolly track right on the middle of the street. Not very accessible to anything. Lack of communication with property owner. I would not recommend the property at all.

Overall fairly pleasant. This particular serviced apartment is slightly far from city centre.

Beautiful Apartment (with uncomfortable bed)

The apartment was wonderfully furnished, clean, and very well maintained. The location was a little walk from Rossio and the thick of things, but without luggage, it's not bad. Also there is a tram very close by as well as affordable uber etc. Overall, we loved the place with one exception and unfortunately it had a big impact on the experience: The bed is horribly uncomfortable. It was hard and very tough to get a good night's sleep on it. Because of not sleeping well over several days, we ended up dragging ourselves around with less energy than normal. Also, the bed is very small for two adults. This apartment would be absolutely perfect with a bigger more comfortable bed. Other than that, it's a great space, very clean, well maintained, easy to access, safe, and nicely decorated.

Really liked the appartement! The area was well located. A washing machine and dryer ! Really nice area calm and with a lovely pastries shop at the corner of the street.

Great Stay

The apartment was excellent. However it's location on one of Lisbon's many hills might provide difficulties for some people.

Quiet, well located, has everything (fridge, washing machine/dryer). Comfortable and cozy and very safe. Located in old Lisbon

Nice place

Clean property in a nice part of town. Not far from all the action with tram and bus stops in the neighborhood. Staff was very nice and did their jobs effectively and efficiently. No complaints!

Very quiet, and modern apartment.

Overall a nice, clean apartment in a good location. You can easily walk to places as its downhill, then either get a tram or uber/bolt back as its all uphill! There are plenty of easily accessible transport links right outside the apartment. The only downfall was the bed - it was not comfy at all, it was like sleeping on a wooden floor.

nice location, super easy to get around and it is basically self serviced place, no worries about check in/out time very well maintained, recommended!

customer service was perfect and access my stay was very relaxing even thougth i was traveling with children.

The room itself was small but efficient and had everything that was needed for my 8 day stay. However trying to get ahold of someone was difficult. There was a very disruptive guest staying there the same time as me and he partied until the early morning every night and taunted all the guests by screaming and yelling up and down the stairs. I’m not sure why they just couldn’t kick him out but it made my stay there extremely uncomfortable.

Room with big balcony, nice view. Family friendly. There is a bus station just outside the building. Staffs also really friendly.

We lost power every time we try to wash our clothes

Functional apartment with little charm. Very easy to communicate problems with management. They were responsive and quickly repaired broken toilet handle and showed us how to use air conditioner. Cleaning team were excellent.

The hotel`s location is ok, but not too close to walking the landmarks even though it says 25-30min (especially everywhere is hilly in Lisbon!). However, a bus/tram stop is quite close to the hotel. The hotel was clean, but I was thinking that we will have a balcony/teras in the room as we saw in the photos. However, they add all photos at once so be careful. Our room was also facing the main road so it was noisy. Overall, it is a nice modern apartment, but I would not stay again.

We had the most amazing stay here. It was my wife's 60th and wanted to have a great holiday in Lisbon. The apartment was so comfortable and clean and the view was amazing. The balcony made it extra special as we could sit out in the sun and relax. Highly recommended A******** Thank you for making our stay very special S Thomas

Good location. Easy to find. Digitized check-in. Pulic transportation nearby. Very nice terrace/ balcony.

Easy to check in, the building is not located at the centre of Lisbon but easy to go everywhere with bus or tram. Nice restaurants nearby and very convenient to buy groceries at Pingo Doce, just few minutes walk. I’d stay again next time if I travel to Lisbon.

Simple, clean, spacious and comfortable room in very well located guest house. Excellent private shower and bathroom. Accommodating manager. Looking forward to return.

Excellent, well equipped studio

Lovely apartment-close to Basilica Estrella and convenient for tram 28 and buses. Newly renovated and well equipped. Our studio had the bonus of a fantastic terrace. Easy check in with door codes. Would recommend.

Quarto confortável apesar de ser só um cômodo, tudo funcionando, silencioso com as janelas fechadas e limpeza diária excelente, o único porém é que não consegui assistir nenhum canal na televisão, passei uma mensagem para o suporte, mas não houve retorno

Die Unterkunft an sich ist hervorragend. Die tägliche Reinigung ist ein großer Pluspunkt, und es werden stets neue Spülmaschinentabs bereitgestellt. Außerdem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung, die für nur 1 Euro genutzt werden kann. Allerdings wurde unsere Nachtruhe erheblich gestört, als um 1 Uhr morgens der Feueralarm im Gebäude ausgelöst wurde, was uns zwang, das Haus für etwa eine Stunde zu verlassen. Obwohl der Gastgeber telefonisch erreichbar war, wurde die Situation nicht als dringend genug erachtet, um vor Ort zu klären, warum der Alarm nicht abschaltete oder ausgelöst wurde. Dies führte dazu, dass in dieser Nacht an Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Ein preisliches Entgegenkommen gab es in diesem Zusammenhang leider nicht.

Positive: - Very nice, super modern and spacious apartment - Super clean - daily room service with good cleaning - Equipped with a washing machine, iron and iron board Negative - Quite a steep ascent to walk up from the city center. - To the site of my apartment there was a big air conditioning or ventilation system that made quite some noise, now allowing me to open the window at night if I wanted to sleep Neutral - very anonymous: check in with a terminal and never seeing the people responsible for the apartment is something that one can like or not.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable

Logement très agréable et très bien située, un rapport qualité prix imbattable ! Juste la porte d'entrée n'est pas insonorisée donc comme nous étions au RDC on entend tout, les entrées sorties et discussions des femmes de ménage mais sinon rien a redire

Local excelente, comunicação e retorno ruins.

A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso à transporte, supermercado e restaurantes. O quarto é amplo com várias comodidades. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e aparentemente já não funcionava antes de nossa chegada. Fiz 2 reclamações por e-mail, sem nenhum retorno. Reclamei também por um telefone que fica na entrada do prédio e a solução que deram foi colocar um ventilador no quarto, que não atendeu nossas necessidades. A tv ficou 2 dias aem funcionar, voltando a funcionar somente no último dia.

À part les odeurs Dégoût, et aussi le grille-pain qui ne fonctionne pas, si il fonctionne, mais il aurait fallu laisser son doigt pour avoir du pain Grillé. Et la télé je trouve que c’est dommage nous avons pas pu regarder en français mais cela n’était pas très grave.

Hôtel très bien desservie

Avevamo appartamento al piano terra troppo vicino alla porta d’ingresso dello stabile quindi avanti e indietro di gente che arrivava e andava via.. bagno ovviamente senza bidet ed attrezzato per persone con limitata mobilità cosicché non è poco agibile in generale.appartamentino gradevole nuovo e ben collegato anche se la zona è decisamente fuori dal Vero è proprio centro storico, con pregi e difetti.

Das Sofa/Zusatzbett war sehr ungemütlich. Auf der Bettdecke hatte es Haare, das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Dusche war nicht für 3 Personen hergerichtet, bzw. Handtücher waren nur für 2 Personen bereitgestellt.

Appartamento con ottima posizione per i trasporti, non eccellente nelle pulizie, dimensioni giuste.

Simple- propre- confortable et tranquille. Et dans quelques mois, la nouvelle station de métro Estrela améliorera la liaison vers l’hypercentre

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'apparthotel est top. Juste un petit point regrettable sur l'insonorisation du logement. Après cela vient aussi et surtout du respect des gens. Certains ne connaissent pas cette notion. Mais sinon rien à redire.
