We were not impressed. The area was so bad and unsafe at night. We had a break in late night and was so loud, we didn’t sleep.

Misleading pictures and description

Apartment was hard to get access to. The neighborhood was smelly. Needed to make a call to checkin. There were roaches in the apartment and it smelled bad inside. Peeling paint in the bathroom.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. We were not provided with an entry code despite multiple attempts and through Expedia app who advised to contact directly on a number provided. The individual on the number provided was non responsive. You know it’s a bad place when your Uber driver is familiar with it and tells you “it’s very, very bad”.

Do NOT stay here! We arrived on time and checked into our room to see it was not cleaned from the previous guests...we called the management and they said come back an hour later so we did and it still wasn't clean. Also the area did not look as safe as the rest of Lisbon and check-in is very confusing.

The accommodations were excellent. However,the area this property is in leaves a lot to be desired. It was noisy,dirty and we didn’t feel very safe outside on the street.

The internet speed was excellent. The area was very unsafe and felt like I was in Bangladesh or India, Men were in groups on the street till early am making lots of noise. Police vans came with sirens outside more than once. Hepatitis testing site and free food place on same street. In the morning beer bottles were everywhere on the street. The second bedroom could barely fit a small twin bed, drapes did not fully cover windows in other bedroom, carpet in main area has large burn hole. Glad only spent one night at this dump. Expedia should be ashamed of representing this place.

There is always room for improvement. The bed is way too hard. The sofa that serves as a single bed, needs better back cushions. Other than that, I would be happy to stay here again.

Bom apartamento

No geral o apartamento é bom, mas a rua é muito barulhenta (ao menos para nós que ficamos no piso térreo), além disso, o limitador do tempo de banho é algo estranho para nós brasileiros. Mas a equipe de staff é algo a se elogiar.

Apartment was very comfortable, with a washing machine and dishwasher. There was an express supermarket around the corner. The location was good, an easy walk to a metro station.

Nice apartment, regular checking service , verify security of the neighborhood.

This place is very clean and very comfortable! They provided everything that a traveler needs! Communication was easy check in and check out was fast and easy. My only concern is that its a little sketchy at night but no one bothers you. The taxi service was excellent and everyone was very nice and hospitable! I definitly will come back!

The only thing I didn’t like was the inconvenience around the city tax. Lisbon needs to get this straightened out. I understand the problem, but it’s easier to pay in cash than monkey around with my credit card online or paypal accounts. I’m sure everyone else is fine with it, but I keep my credit card use to a minimum when I travel.

Do not stay here

I would certainly not recommend using this apartment for a future stay. The location is unsafe and dirty. It is off a side street with many loitering homeless people and is littered with trash and reeks of urine. There were several times where I did not feel comfortable entering my building. I had to take a car service to/from the apartment if I wanted to leave after dark. Even at 10am one morning I ordered a car and a homeless was approaching me while I waited and he tried to get into the car with me and luckily the Uber driver came to my rescue. Another night on the drive home a woman who was unwell collapsed on the street and started having a seizure, I went out to try and help and my Uber driver told me to get back into the car because it was not safe outside. I reached out to the apartment service and they told me it was safe but just “multi-cultural” and I shouldn’t feel worried. I am sad this is the place I stayed at for what should have been a lovely week in Lisbon and if I have the financial means to just book a new place I would have.

The design of the apartment was very minimal and clean.

It was in a unique location and close to many things to see. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Very clean and comfortable. Secure - we liked the key code system. Amenities were good,although we didn't use some of them e.g. Dishwasher/cooker. Might have been helpful to have had some coffee/more tea as a gratuity,but that's probably me just being picky. All in all,a great base to explore Lisbon. Thanks.

Clean, close to all the important attractions. Lively street, safe at night.maid service was very good. Email communication was prompt and virtuous No dryer. One more furniture to seat would be nice

Nice apartment. Sorrounding area quite dirty. Appeared safe. Walked late at night without any issues.

Position good. Very clean. Had all the amenities required. Bathroom/toilet door very difficult to shut. No access codes provided before arrival.

The room was very nice and had everything we needed, including a washer-dryer combo. It was a convenient location, very close to a market, and the code system was really nice. My only complaints are the street noise at night and the bathroom. Several of the water fixtures were loose and the shower did not look very clean around the drain areas. All the faucets also leak and the hot water runs out very quickly.

The building is situated in between very old and ugly other buildings, filled with people from Asia (I was told they were from Bangladesh). Garbage from too many restaurants piles up right next to the building. You can not walk on the sidewalk. Walk 450 m and you find yourself on a square that is being renovated, 200 m more another square, Rossio. The squares are very nice, hospitality good. walk a little further and you are at the river. Do it, it is worth the walk. The apartment is very clean, every day clean towels and garbage is taken away. 3 Good airco units. View to the front is the ugly building across the street. Do not open the curtains :-)

Pleasant stay

Shape of the apartment was strange with a long and narrow walkway before reaching the living area and bedrooms, this could be due to the fact that we were in a corner apartment. Perhaps due to the cold, the rubber on doors seemed to have come loose and so doors could not be easily closed. Other than that, it was a nicely decorated modern place, looked like the pictures advertised, and came with most/all of the amenities you would need.

The property was very clean and the flat was comfortable for our week’s stay. There was a window that was loose so wouldn’t close securely that needs to be fixed in apartment 3A. The only thing I would say to be aware of is that the apartment isn’t in the most desirable area. The building however is secure so we didn’t feel unsafe and the apartment is perfectly located, it is about 20 minutes walk from downtown. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay in Lisbon serviced apartments.

No recomendable, menos para mujeres

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona complicada, mucho drogadicto, la zona se siente bastante insegura, sobre todo para mujeres, se concentran en las calles demasiados hombres sin hacer nada solo pareciera que acechan al turismo. Zona sucia, llena de botes de basura. Muchísimo ruido, todo el día, incluso por la madrugada, gritos. La propiedad se ve descuidada, muebles sucios, el sillón de la sala se notaba con manchas de suciedad, las cabeceras de las camas se notaban con mugre, sábanas sucias. El baño sucio y manchado. Un olor peculiar en el lugar desagradable y era notorio que intentaron cubrirlo con demasiado aromatizante, que en vez de ayudar revolvía los olores. La lavadora estaba sucia, llena de cabellos. El agua de cortesía olía que tenía días, y era notorio que había sido rellenada con agua de la llave. La llegada al lugar fue complicada también, ya que es una recepción digital, no hay flexibilidad en la llegada y no hay forma de hablar con nadie, el guarda equipaje cuesta 2 euros y nadie te avisa. La caja fuerte no se pudo usar, ya que se encontraba cerrada, intenté comunicarme a los teléfonos asignados y nadie contestó.

Localização excelente. Limpeza excelente. Mas há muito barulho a noite do lado de fora, na rua. Além disso contratamos uma cama de casal e duas de solteiros e faltou uma cama de solteiro para meu filho, que teve que dormir no sofá

God placering til mange af tingene i Lissabon. Der er noget larm fra dagen, så det er en fordel at bo højt oppe.

Goed voor citytrip

Leuk appartementje. We zaten op de benedenverdieping waardoor we niet echt naar buiten konden kijken omdat de ramen vrij hoog zitten. De douche was super. De buurt is wel een beetje in verval, met heel wat leegstand. Het oude stadscentrum ligt op wandelafstand en de metro is ook vlakbij.

La struttura è in buone condizioni, pulita e completa di tutti gli accessori, compreso lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il limite e' dato dal tavolo troppo piccolo e da pochissimi piani di appoggio, ad esempio i due comodini erano sostituiti da due sgabelli. La ragazza addetta alla struttura è stata sempre gentile e disponibile.

Nao gostei do local. O entorno do apartment é sujo e com frequentadores duvidosos. Nao irei recomendar para ninguem. Alem disso, quase todos os dias havia uma barata no meu quarto. Realmente nao recomendaria por esses fatos.

Séjour agréable

Appartement neuf, propre et agréable. A proximité du métro vert ce qui est pratique pour circuler vers l'aéroport où en centre ville. Certain critique le bruit mais nous sommes en centre ville. Si vous visitez Lisbonne à pied vous dormirez sur vos deux oreille.

Das Appartement war kühl, sachlich und modern eingerichtet, hatte beqeme Betten und eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Der Platz war ausreichend für zwei Personen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden, der Service funktionierte hervorragend. Alles war immer sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Well-equipped and brand new apartments. Worth it!

The rooms are recently renovated, incredibly well-equipped and new. There is everything you need. The location is also convenient when it comes to metro and bus stations, in addition to having lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I recommend staying here and would definitely come back again!

Helt grei boplass

Veldig fin leilighet i kort avstand til sentrum. Alltid kjekt med kode istede for nøkkel! Fantastisk deilig me AC i hvert rom! Godt utstyrt kjøkken men ingen stekeovn. Veldig indisk/pakistansk område. Føltes litt ut som ting hadde falt fra hverandre da vi kom og det samme underveis. Dusjen var ødelagt, oppvaskmaskinsdøren falt ofte ned, en planke under kjøkkenet falt ned, blandebatteriet knakk, dorullholder var ødelagt osv.

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist komplett und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ebenfalls. Es ist sehr sauber und wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage ist gut. Es liegt genau zwischen zwei Metro-Stationen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder.

l'environnement un peu particulier rue de boutiques de grossiste pakistanais chinois indien de plus les sacs poubelles a même le sol cela fait drôle métro pas loin 40 min en métro de l'aéroport. description de l'appartement n'est pas juste car le deuxième lit simple n'est pas dans la chambre mais dans le salon un peu dérangeant

Sehr sauber, hell, modernes Design ( eher nordeuropäisch ). Schöne und praktische Beleuchtung insgesamt. Kleine Mängel: Leichte undichte Stelle zwischen Wasserrohr und der Wand oberhalb des Lavabo. Schön wäre: Ein Schuhabtreter vor dem Zimmer oder gleich nach der Türe und auch ein kleiner Teppich wo man die nassen Schuhe trocknen kann und dann irgendwo auf ein Schuhblech hinstellen kann. Wasserflasche könnte täglich gefüllt werden nach dem Reinigen.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Serviettes changées à la demande... Seul bémol, la rue très bruyante jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet.

La propreté le ménage fait chaque jour la conception du studio est parfaite
