Room outdated , needs renovation and AC not cold

This property is a 3* at best not a 5*. The rooms were not clean and on arrival we had to request to clean them. The beach towels provided were also stained However, the staff (especially reception/front desk) were anmazing and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Wonderful service and staff! Lovely setting. Tasty, fresh food. We enjoyed every part of our stay. The only downside was the air conditioning in the rooms. Other than that, I highly recommend this resort. Thank you so much x

The food and staff was excellent. The rooms are lovely and the panoramic view is very good. Location is great for both Lindos and Rhodes town with bus services to each town. The sun beds are very comfortable and the pool is a great size and temperature. They sometimes ran out of some drinks at the pool bar. The air con did not work in our first room but they moved us the next day. The water was off a few times but we always managed to get a shower at the end of the day. It did take 7 days to get hot water from our sink tap but that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. Temperatures were over 40 degree on several days during our stay and so were extreme for the time of year.

Perfect start to our holiday. Staff cannot do enough to help. Very friendly, safe and chilled.

Fantastic

I love this hotel and stay every May, the leadership and colleagues ensure everything is 100% nothing is too much trouble. My favourite part is the reception and bar area, stunning and very luxurious

Lovely place, nice and quiet, with the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen. They have the most fantastic bar crew, and they give you excellent drinks—really friendly people and welcoming. Their Buffet restaurant has a lot to offer. Tasty and fresh food every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The servers they have are excellent, and they give you the best service possible—lovely people with nice humor. The outdoor pool is amazing; I spent a lot of time over there. If you wanna visit the beach, they’ll take you over there and bring you back to the hotel. I definitely will come back again and highly recommend it.

Hotel has the most beautiful and peaceful setting giving amazing views of the coast from the rooms, bar and restaurants. Exceptionally friendly staff who work hard providing a very high standard of service in all areas. All inclusive is excellent value with a la carte dining options, coffee bar, pool bar and crepe and sweet treat station. Free sunbeds at vlycha beach was most enjoyable and an easy bus or taxi ride allows you to enjoy Lindos. Would love to return.

Wow! First Adults only hotel and it was amazing. Food Options are great and the bar menu around the pool is awesome as well. This was a level above standard all inc. Drinks are well made and they have a maid/butler style service around the pool and for evening entertainment. For people who aren’t able bodied the walk up from the pool can take some effort! Hotel is well kept and the view from the hotel is second to none! I fully recommend getting a sea view room!

Definitely not 5 star. Was bitten multiple times

The start of our stay didn’t go the best, however the staff at Lindos Village Resort & Spa truly went above and beyond to make the rest of our stay amazing. They did this with a genuine sincerity too. They upgraded our room, kept in contact with us during an excursion, and provided us with a fine dining experience. They really are committed to customers having a wonderful time while visiting, and always let us know that they were available to help with anything we needed and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Easy to negotiate. Every member of staff from management to housekeeping, were extremely polite and professional. Great choice of food and drink. Always clean and tidy. Weather fantastic. Nothing was a problem. Will return. Peter & Helen.

.staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating .food was nice . Spa was very pretty . Rooms need some up keep, flush on toilet kept popping off the wall and cleaning could be more thorough

So disappointing

The first few days of our stay were good then from then on the hotel was being closed down for the season around us. This meant the A la carte restaurant was closed for most of our stay, breakfast service gradually reduced from day 4, no fresh bread for last 3 days, pool bar closed as did the hotel bar on our penultimate day. On our last day we tried to sit at the pool only to find hotel staff clearing away sun loungers around us. This whole experience wasn’t great and really spoiled our holiday. If we had been advised at the time of booking that the hotel would be closing down during our stay there is no way we would have booked this accommodation. At the very least we should have been offered a partial refund rather than the dismissive attitude of the hotel staff when we raised our concerns.

Great views, very clean rooms and facilities. Good breakfast, excellent fine dining restaurant. Rooms comfortable, though could do with updating and personalisation. Christos the pool attendant was extremely polite and always helpful.

Nice breakfast weather hot all week staff really nice and helpful.As you come into the resort road very poor pot holes everywere .bins on road not a good sight.spa and gym not open till 10am overall a very nice place otherwise.

This hotel has everything that you would want for a relaxing holiday. The staff are extremely attentive, the food is varied, fresh and extensive, the pool area is spacious and provides a relaxing atmosphere, aided by the pool bar and restaurant being close by. Although the hotel is a short distance outside Lindos, this enables you to enjoy the excellent family run and very reasonably priced, restaurants in Kalathos. These are in contrast to the rooftop restaurants in Lindos itself, which again are excellent, but slightly more expensive. The fine dining restaurant at the hotel itself is excellent and again, the attention to detail in the staff service, just adds to the quality of the dining experience. Although the room we stayed in was perhaps slightly outdated, this did not detract from the hotel itself. It is an excellent hotel and well worth a visit.

Really lovely hotel complex with friendly & professional staff and great amenities. Nice pool area with large spa pool on elevated terrace which never got overly busy, probably due to the lovely choice of beaches nearby. Good quality breakfast buffet with the usual wide range of options served up to 10.30am if you fancy a lie in. Reception staff always happy to assist with booking taxis or restaurants etc. Glass of sparking wine on arrival and bottle of red wine in the room a very nice touch. Only minor complaint upon arriving late in the evening (around 11pm) we were advised that they had laid on a complimentary hot plate. In reality they had prepared a load of ropey sandwiches much earlier that day which had been wrapped under cellophane and which they only allowed you to eat indoors. Literally the only complaint in the entire time we were there and they'd have done well to just not bother as it detracted slightly from what was a fantastic break.

The hotel is really beautiful with stunning views. The food was amazing. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.

Hotel is in lovely location overlooking the sea and a small beach area below.Entrance ,once inside the hotel , is grand and beautiful. However the driveway up to the hotel is very rough and is not lite up at night .Also very limited parking at hotel entrance mostly back up the rough driveway .This aside hotel was excellent overall .

Lindos Village

Very nice hotel and attentive staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great, such a selection to choose from. Shuttle to the beach is handy and though quite out the way, buses ran into Lindos from right outside

Not in Lindos, 5km away.

Very relaxing hotel, area is a little disappointing due to the amount of building work. The beach is undeveloped and stoned. Very little in the way of facilities. If you want a holiday away from it all, it is ideal. The food in the hotel is of excellent quality and variety, however, it was never served hot enough. There are a lot of steps here, if you are of a limited mobility this would cause severe problems! The hotel is a distance from Lindos, however hotel is on the regular bus route. Buses were at times standing room only. A car is a much easier option, park in the St Paul’s Bay Area. It’s easy to walk into the old town from there!

Good Hotel with excellent facilities

The Adults only Hotel appealed to us, although friends and family were also in accommodation close by. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The facilities were very good, catering for a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed the Yoga, swimming, and also took advantage of the Spa facilities, having massages, manicure and a facial. All in all it was a very good choice of Hotel, and one that I would thoroughly recommend to people wanting an adult only venue.

Nice hotel with a great, accessible location. Staff were friendly however it was let down by just a few things. Despite having the do not disturb light on I was constantly disturbed by staff trying to get access to my room and they rarely announced themselves. My sheets were not changed during my stay at all but I always had fresh towels and only 1 out of the 2 Tvs in my room worked. Breakfast was average and as the hotel got busier there was rarely a clean table available despite there being ample staff around. The dinner buffet provided a wide range of options. However, I opted most evenings to going into Lindos (just a short taxi or bus ride away) where I visited the Lindos Ice Bar for dinner and drinks. They had an amazing variety of cocktails and a delicious a la carte menu with great value for money. You have to visit, especially since you can cool off in the Ice Bar itself, as an added bonus. This is my 2nd visit to Rhodes and I would definitely return. I wouldn't rule out returning to this hotel as it was lovely but for the money spent I would expect more as it was very small and easily rectified things that stop me from giving a 5 star review.

Lovely hotel near historic Lindos

Beautiful hotel on hillside overlooking Vlycha bay. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and always attentive. Good facilities including lounge, dining and pool areas. Food quality was excellent with plenty of choice and service was very friendly.

21 euro rt to the village :( No towels ever

Never had towels and when I managed to get my hands on towles the cleaning lady would always take them and never bring replacements.

Tolles Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ist das Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Das Abendessenessen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Das erste Zimme lag genau gegenüber einer Pump oder Generatoranlage und dementsprechend laut. Habe aber nach der zweiten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und das war top inkl. besserer Aussucht. Top

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, jedoch wurde die Reklamation des Fernsehers nicht durchgeführt. Statt es herzurichten wurde einfach das Kabel durchgeschnitten. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sollte die Minibar voll sein. Es wurde Kaffee im Zimmer angeboten, jedoch wurden diese nie nachgefüllt, somit konnten wir ab der Hälfte es Aufenthalts am Zimmer keinen Kaffee mehr trinken.

Genial ist die Idee mit der Doppeldusche. Enttäuschend hingegen war, dass kein geeigneter Spritzschutz vorhanden ist. Das Badezimmer war jeweils überflutet. Die Klimaanlage hat ebenso nicht funktioniert. Nur Eiskalt oder gar nicht, für 5 Sterne nicht akzeptabel

La struttura davvero bella, così come la posizione. Dalla terrazza del ristorante e del bar si gode una vista stupenda sulla baia. Personale non sempre all'altezza, poca comunicazione tra le varie aree (nonostante avessimo prenotato la mezza pensione ci avevano accreditato solo il B&B, dopo la correzione alla reception non é stata data comunicazione al ristorante e per due giorni non eravamo inseriti nella lista delle camera che avevano accesso alla sala ristorante) . La camera, pagata per un vista mare, aveva davanti l'altra struttura del royal lindos, e il mare si intravedeva a malapena! È mancata per un intero giorno l'acqua nell'intera zona, è seppur vero che sono inconvenienti che possono capitare ma se questo capita ogni anno (come confermato da operatori del luogo) un hotel 5 stelle dovrebbe adoperarsi per ridurre al minimo i disagi per i propri clienti. Servizio spiaggia solo ad orari stabiliti(ogni ora!) , con un pulmino che portava max 8 persone... per un hotel con più di 200 camera mi sembra troppo poco, il servizio poteva essere se non continuativo almeno con una frequenza maggiore! Una citazione la merita Stratos, l'addetto ai bagagli e al servizio spiaggia, che nel suo piccolo si é sempre dimostrato attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Die Aussicht. ( wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick ), das Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal einfach nur klasse. Auto ist absolut zu empfehlen
