Beautiful place! Very romantic - friendly staff, incredible food. Would definitely return.

Paradise on Earth!

Likuliku was the perfect place for a memorable romantic getaway. The staff was exceptional - warm, welcoming and helpful - accommodated dietary preferences seamlessly, and secured our late baggage from Nadi airport and delivered it right to our door. The food was excellent, grounds lovely, and there were many options for water sports, snorkeling, hiking or leisurely taking the day at your own pace. The "island hopping" snorkel trip was a favorite, and arriving/leaving by helicopter a great way to see the beautiful area.

Amazing accommodations. Beautiful grounds and clean across the beach, rooms and restaurant. Hospitality was top notch and we had a hard time leaving after 5 days.

Near perfect

This was our second holiday here. The food was even better than we hoped. The resort is beautiful with a decent pool, and the sea is nice to swim in. We did a snorkeling trip near the island and there was plenty of coral and fish. The resort kindly organized our transfers to get to the resort as this can look daunting to understand.

Cannot ask for a better experience, best resort ever.

Eric & I went to Likuliku for our honeymoon & were absolutely blown away by the resort & staff the entire trip. The food was amazing every day & the staff were so welcoming and thoughtful. From the spa, to the activities and dining, everything far exceeded our expectations. We had the best snorkeling & loved how quiet & peaceful the resort was. We cannot wait to come back!!! Wow! What a hotel this is, by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We came for our honeymoon and honestly could not have been happier. The hotel is literally paradise and the staff cannot do enough for you. The views are amazing as is the food. If you are visiting Fiji, this hotel is an absolute must! 10/10

Came here for the final few days of our honeymoon. Whilst the staff were lovely, we had a few issues throughout our stay. The villa next to us was under renovation for the duration of our stay meaning we had to endure hanging, drilling and hammering whilst we tried to relax. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star resort! I phoned reception twice to report this and the noise still persisted. I could understand if we were pre warned or even charged a room at a lower rate to compensate, but nothing, they just decided to renovate despite us paying a premium for a pool villa which we were in the majority of the day. Food was delicious but options were limited and meal service often felt rushed. Our room was only cleaned once for the duration of our stay, I had to call reception and request housekeeping, not what I expect from a resort at this price point! Whilst we enjoyed our time at the resort, the service we received wasn’t 5 star. They also failed to acknowledge it was our honeymoon which was disappointing.

Calm water that will restore your soul - Psalm 23

Likuliku means “calm waters.” It is aptly named. The only sound you hear after a good nights sleep is the gentle waves lapping the shore, footsteps from your bungalow. The next thing you hear is “bula!” from the incredible staff, who bless you with their genuine hospitality and joyful songs. Whether you scuba dive, snorkel, island hop or laze by the pool, your soul will be restored. The food is delicious and the view is spectacular.

We had an exceptional stay at Likuliku and I can’t stop raving about how fantastic it is. The craftsmanship and beauty of the traditional bures are stunning and location is almost surreal. What made our stay exceptional though was the kind and attentive staff. They always remembered our names and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and our needs met. We also enjoyed the staff sharing their culture. Kayaks, snorkel gear, hobie cats were included. Snorkeling right off beach was great as were excursions by boat. It was all couples there (LGBT friendly) and was quiet and reserved. If you’re looking to party, seek elsewhere. Only minor downside was the tides recede daily and you have to time your activities. We would return again and again!

Staff were absolutely amazing , always happy and friendly . Our beachfront room with plunge pool was nothing short of perfect . Our housekeeper always had a smile and so happy . A perfect relaxing 4 nights away …… Thankyou to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable . Elli was always there to help and on hand .

My husband and I came for our honeymoon, we absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and super attentive. Cannot express how great the customer service is. We were already planning on when we would come back before we even left. Highly recommend it!

Fabulous! Staff were kind and always helpful - consistently sought to go above and beyond . Food was great as well and very secluded- if you’re looking for a beautiful tropical paradise without crowds this is just perfect

Enjoyed the experience. Background music around the pool would have been nice. Abit more traditional dances during the week would have been good. Massages were very very expensive we couldn’t justify spending that amount of money so we waited until we got back to Denarau.

Beautiful property. We stayed in deluxe burre and it was perfect! Fantastic snorkeling right off the beach in front of our room. Staff were very attentive and greeted you by name. Elenoa and Mere were two of our favorite staff members that went above and beyond to accommodate. Only con was the extra cost and time to get to the island. Ferry's run a few times per day and take several hours to get there. There are also helicopters, and speed boats which are quite expensive. Overall a great stay and if we ever went back to Fiji we would stay again!

A beautiful resort staffed by wonderful people!

The staff is great, especially Tery. The food is very good, especially the Friday buffet. Most of all the site and the activities were super -- kayaks, the village walk, the dolphons, and my wife loved the spa.

Everything about likuliku island is perfect, it is truly a beautiful paradise. The food is to die for! Some of the best meals I’ve ever had. And the service is amazing, the staff are all so kind and helpful. I am so lucky to have stayed at such a lovely place!

If you’re looking to party all night long, love the sound of thumping, reggae and the sight of empty plastic drinks floating in a slimy pool… then you definitely don’t want to come here! Likuliku is nothing short of exquisite; as a frequent traveler, visiting many countries, I have never encountered this level of hospitality, kindness, and true generosity! The resort is perfectly positioned on a glorious lagoon, private, quiet, and unobtrusive. The room was clean, cool, and so very comfortable, serviced twice a day, and with beautiful touches, such as fresh flowers and scented candles. The food was fantastic! Fresh, beautifully garnished, served with a smile and tons of variety for every palate! The kayaks and watercraft were plentiful and always available at no extra cost! The pool was beautifully maintained, the perfect temperature, and the deck kept neat and tidy. The smallness of this resort makes it an absolute mess for couples, looking for a private, romantic getaway. We chose one of the lagoon front bures with private plunge pool, and we would absolutely do that again! we were greeted with songs & the excursions rock! Is Likuliku affordable? Like most exclusive, luxury hotels it is not cheap by any means… and the airfare to fly from the United States is downright prohibitive…BUT, if you are looking for once in a lifetime experience that is unmatched anywhere else in the world and want to create memories to last a lifetime, Likuliku is absolutely a must!

My husband and I went to Likuliku for our honeymoon. We had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible for every meal. The views of the water were very pretty. I’d definitely recommend this resort to anybody thinking of going.

8 night honeymoon

We stayed in the deluxe beach bure for 8 nights on our honeymoon and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone considering. I have traveled all over the world and this was one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. The accommodations, the FOOD, friendly staff, tons of excursions were all incredible. It has a very secluded feel perfect for a couple’s getaway and is a very well oiled machine in terms of the way everything is run. Super professional staff that were very genuine. Many couples at the resort did a few days at Tokoriki and other larger hotels on the main island but all agreed that likuliku was the best and they wish they had stayed longer! Plenty of boat trips to other islands daily so really the best of both worlds. I’m telling you you won’t regret staying here! I can’t wait to go back!!

We stayed for our honeymoon and enjoyed our dining experiences, cocktail hour, and snorkeling right off the beach. This magical place has so much to offer, we stayed busy and booked easy scuba dives that were so much fun! We even did a night dive and saw some sharks. This place has it all if you want to have a busy day the activities there has so much to do from kayaking, snorkeling, diving, to even sunset boat cruises or island hopping! You can also relax and enjoy the view from your beachfront bure. Cannot thank the wonderful staff here enough for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

Couples paradise

Very idyllic location...has its own private cove, which was perfect for snorkeling, standup paddle boarding and kayaking. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.

Friendly staff, great food, excellent services

This was the most amazing vacation spot I have ever experienced. The staff is amazing and so nice. The food was 5 star quality and very gourmet. The chef even took care of my food sensitivity and made sure my meals were prepared correctly. There wasn’t a thing to complain about. The grounds are immaculate and inviting. The water was clear and irresistible. There are plenty of activities for the adventurers and lots of quiet for the ones who just want a getaway. LOVE THIS RESORT.

Beautiful place. Lots of wildlife and they have an applaudable initiative of breeding critically endangered iguanas. 👏 Service: I love how they remember your name, although some interactions are more genuine than others. Sometimes, it feels like they are only doing it just because it's protocol. Food: we did the all inclusive (meals only). Option for breakfast does not change. It would have been nice to have more option. Meals are plated for lunch and dinner and the menu rotates. Sadly drinks are not included in the all inclusive package. Alcoholic drinks are limited and are often mixed with fruit juices not pop/carbonated drink. Room: we had the beach front villa with plunge pool. The interior decoration is wonderful! The only thing I can think about that I didn't like was the lack of option for two prongs power plug. Otherwise, this room was one of the highlights of the resort. Price: It is more on the expensive side, considering that drinks are not included in the all inclusive package.

Amazing resort with incredible staff!

Excellent staff that was friendly throughout the stay. Room cleaned daily and prepped for bedtime in the evening while you are at dinner. Food in the restaurant changed daily for lunch and dinner, was always good. Huge variety for breakfast. Decent reef right off the resort within 50 yards. Lots of activities, or lounging by the pool is great. Would highly recommend.

Likuliku is THE best holiday weve had. The setting, the staff, the food, the activity options, the water, even the weather - it was incredible to go and just be at peace there. It really does feel like 'home away from home'. Everyone is so focused on you having a great time, in your own way at your own speed. As an adults only retreat, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I think the best way to describe LikuLiku is a tale of 2 cities. The property is beautiful, the bure is breathtaking, the service and people are simply amazing, and the views and overall area are pure paradise. The amazing staff remember every guest's name and are the nicest and most hospitable people we have ever met. One the flip side, we strongly believe that the owners/management are incredibly cheap and the offering is not a 5 star experience especially in light of what they charge. The food is good, but not at a 5 star level. The breakfast buffet is very limited, the a la carte breakfast options do not change. The portions are absurdly small - we have stayed at 5 star properties all over the world, and the overall portions and offering at LikuLiku fall way short - a rolled up cucumber shaving is NOT a side. The "private dining" experience is basically sitting 5 feet away from the main dining area - while the views are stunning, it's not private in any manner with the same menu as the regular dining. There is no room service option which is bizarre especially for an adults only place that is focused on couples/romanticism. The fact that drinks are not included is absurd, and furthermore, "regular" coffee is included but if you get a capuccino (same coffee), there is a charge. The property is beautiful and people are amazing! But mgmt should look into these matters and determine if they really want to be a 5 star property or not. But the staff - you are amazing!

We cannot stop talking about our wonderful stay at Liku Liku Lagoon Resort since we left. The beautiful staff welcomed us ‘home’ and indeed, we felt very much at home in this piece of paradise. We enjoyed snorkelling off the jetty, the water sports options, and relaxing by the pool. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had an amazing time celebrating our engagement, and will recommend this resort to our family and friends. Can’t wait to be back, maybe for the honeymoon :)

This place deserves all the starts in the universe! Likuliku Resort, I’ve been all over the world, but there is no place like you! Besides the location, food, and entire property it’s self..the staff is what makes this place unreal. Think Four Seasons has good service????? Hahahahha this place blew them out the Pacific Ocean!!! Thank you would never be enough to say. BOOK IT NOW!!!!

Very nice staff.

Just returned from an amazing stay! Everything was great!The staff does everything you want! Best part was everyday, anyone I saw called me out by name even if they didn't meet us yet. (which is crazy- Was hard for us to remember their names all the time without cheating and looking at their tag) . They are all humble & love their island. So many close islands to explore, hike, chill out at or what ever. Tavarua the heart shaped island is close for diving or surfers will know of it. Our resort & island is such an eye opener of "It is the journey not the destination" Just enjoy your self. The weather app showed rain everyday for 2 weeks. We were ready to have fun in paradise in the rain- who cares. We must have brought the sun from SD she said because it was sunny when we arrived & we have sun every day. They do get rain in the afternoon and at night sometimes but who cares. Umbrellas everywhere. It is rainy season. The water was warm and we had tans regardless. We met so many amazing people and had fun everyday as a huge group doing activities or at the pool or bar etc. Aussies, LA, Arizona,& DC peeps & all of the workers on the island. Our beach bure was always perfect and clean! you see fish and sharks right off your room, They give you equip if you have none. A fav was visiting a village on the flip side of the island & our friend Mere who worked in the restaurant lived there & her mom and kids. We met them all when we went there & it was so awesome! BEST TRIP =out of room

Beautiful hotel, the nicest people! The food was delicious, the breakfasts absolutely amazing!! The beachfront villa was spacious and clean. Everything about the helicopter transfers was great and on time. The islands are beautiful, definitely take a boat to explore the Mamanuca islands. The bar area is nice and beautiful place to be at sunset. The performance from the staff at night was also great and very nice way for the guests to interact with each other. Definitely 5/5.

My husband and I just returned home from our amazing vacation at Liku Liku and cannot thank the Liku Liku staff enough for helping make our vow renewal and stay like no other. We had an absolutely lovely time. We could not have asked for a more perfect Dream vacation get away. Everyone there treated us like family and we really appreciated how everyone took the time to learn our names. I’d like to especially recognize Agela, who made our stay from the moment we arrived and particularly on the day of our vow renewal, till the time we left, so special! Thank you also to Amelia, Taito, John, Alena, Sam, Joseph, the wonderful spa Ladies, and everyone who made our stay a trip of a lifetime. From the exquisite food, drinks, and service; our room always so clean, inviting, and decorated special; beautiful singing upon arrival and departure, and relaxing music during our meals; our smooth transition from the over water bure to our beachfront bure; our private chartered boat and special lunch picnic (with lobster); snorkeling at some of the best spots I’ve ever been to (and taking us to an awesome sandbar); and making our vow renewal so very special and memorable, my husband and I are eternally grateful and feel so blessed to have had this wonderful and once in a lifetime opportunity and experience. Liku Liku and all the beautiful people who make it feel like home will always have a special place in our hearts. We hope to visit again one day in the future. Vinaka vakalevu!!!

This is truly a five star caliber resort. I stayed in one of their beachfront bures for two nights, before flying to Yasawa Island for three days. The food was delicious, and the proximity to the beach is unparalleled. The entire staff has an uncanny ability to remember your name. My only regret is that I didn't spend my entire vacation at Likuliku Lagoon Resort.

It's beautiful everywhere you look. The lagoon offer calm water great for kayaking, you can snorkel right in front of the resort. The staff and service was excellent, beyond 5 stars. We had a great time, will be back.

I can't say enough! Our hotel canceled a week before our trip because their remodel was not complete. We booked Likuliku last minute and so happy we did. The property is beautiful and quiet. Everything about our 4 night honeymoon stay was incredible and surreal. We loved our room with the plunge pool overlooking the ocean. The guest service staff was friendly and created such positive energy upon every interaction. The complimentary kayaks, snorkel equipment, and ping pong were very nice amenities to enjoy. However the quality of the food and variation in the menu was remarkable. We tried all new dishes and they were of such amazing quality

The service and the food were excellent - way above our expectations, even though we have been to a number of other Fiji resorts over the years. Also, the lagoon and reef directly in front of the resort was excellent (lots of fish).

Best place I have ever stayed! Food included was extremely high quality! We stayed in a deluxe beach bure and one of the best parts was the outdoor shower! We went there for our honeymoon and it was incredibly romantic.

Need to know likuliku

Firstly, it’s worth arriving on helicopter, worth every penny. The bures are really big and a blend of tradition and modern. Worth going for the deluxe or overwater bures. The staff are the best, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The beaches are a bit disappointing. Not very clean as the tide comes in quite high and leaves debris. Snorkelling close to the resort is just as good as going out into the sea. The food is the best we have had in any hotel around the world and I have been to some really good hotels. The portion sizes are huge and you can order more if you are still hungry. WiFi connection is good in rooms. Spa is disappointing. The actual massage is good but the facilities are average and definitely requires a touch of luxury considering what you are paying here. We travelled from the UK and ideally wanted golden beaches. This is not the case here. The weather as with any tropical country is temperamental.

Beautiful island surrounded by coral reefs and crystal clear water. Staff was very attentive, warm and friendly. Everything up to the tiniest detail was perfect and we absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Best anniversary celebration trip.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing this resort and staff is. It was life changing. You feel like you are on another world. The staff was the icing on the cake. I have never experienced a staff who cared so much about customer service and their property. Almost the entire staff memorized our names withing a couple of days. If you are going to Fiji and you can afford this resort, look no further. Also take the helicopter, it was scary and fun at the same time. And don't forget to go to honeymoon island which is only a five minute boat ride away!

We stayed at Likuliku to celebrate our 10-year Wedding Anniversary and we wanted to return after having our honeymoon here. The experience was nothing short of perfect! Beautiful kept room and facilities, warm and welcoming staff, sensational food and a plethora of activities and tours to keep you occupied. The setting and surrounds were kept looking immaculate throughout our stay. We will definitely be back, it’s the best place we have ever stayed at! 10 years on and it’s just as good as we remember it.
