Overall room quality is not very good. Parking is hard and confusing. Service was average; not as good as online reviews.

Great place to stay if visiting Vancouver

The location of this hotel is the big attraction, an easy walk to Rogers Place, Queen Elizabeth Theatre, BC Place, Vancouver Art Gallery, etc. We have stayed here several times. This time our room was a little noisy with a really loud air conditioning unit and a toilet that runs constantly, and much more expensive that in the past, but still worth it to be so close to everything!

We really loved the boutique style of the hotel and close proximity to everything, would go back for sure

Our stay was lovely. The infused water in the lobby was very refreshing. The staff was very helpful. We checked in around 6pm and had no idea where to eat. The front desk offered some ideas and even made a last minute reservation for us down the street. Parking was easy. The room was clean and the balcony was nice, except it was raining. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Was wonderful. Underground parking was a little too tight

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are very nice. Great bathrooms. Good people who understand service. The bonus is secure underground parking.

My stay at L-Hermitage was exceptional. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet a safe area. It is walkable to everywhere. Close to Robson street for shopping, a great brunch place called Cafe Medina for brunch right beside it. The rooms are immaculate and spacious. The service in both the dining area and front desk were exceptional. The staff is warm and friendly and go out of their way for you. Julian was especially helpful. They made my first visit to Vancouver memorable and enjoyable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The hotel and room are beautiful. Had a lovely patio with a garden view. Amenities were great, with a beautiful hot tub. Wonderful bathroom and shower and tub. Very safe and secure. Parking was affordable for downtown and very secure. Staff were very attentive and always offered to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future! Thank you!

This hotel is great - situated in a great, walkable neighbourhood, beautiful rooms with ample space, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was truly a great experience and we WILL be going back.

Fabulous Stay!

Excellent location, extremely friendly and attentive staff! I read the reviews and many have commented on the staff so expectations were high, but they did not disappoint! Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Heated pool and hot tub were nice as well!

Very nice hotel in a great location to walk anywhere you need to go downtown. We had a small suite and it was very nice. Be nice if they had valet parking but they have on site parking at a reasonably good rate

Just luxury!

The service at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.

The staff were so helpful, accommodating, and kind. The rooms were lovely and very clean. It was easy for us to get around as all of our events were within a KM of this hotel. Lots of quick dining, liquor, convenience options in the immediate area. Also very close to transit.

L'Hermitage is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and the bathroom were both spotless. The hotel is small, but conveniently located, and the price was reasonable. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff, beautiful property. We love the nice touches like the strawberry mint water in the lobby. Will stay here again!

Beautiful property, lobby looks and smells amazing. Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. We didn’t have to take our car anywhere, proximity to the skytrain and all the walkable options for dining, shopping and entertainment are fantastic.

A classic hotel

Wonderful boutique hotel centrally located in downtown Vancouver. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, BC Place, public transit, etc. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has good amenities. We’ve been coming here for years on our Vancouver trips and highly recommend it.

Awesome experience!

I loved everything about this stay. The location was centrally located to everything I wanted to do. And the hotel was exquisite!!! For the check-in, in rooming dining, housekeeping and every other amenity. I’ll definitely come back and encourage anyone looking for a lovely boutique stay to do the same.

Great Stay

Our guest room, as well as the entire facility was very clean- especially the fitness room. The staff were professional and very helpful. The site was quite secure and underground parking was separated by two locking gates. WIFI was a bit touch and go. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious room, modern updates, large patio, large bathroom with bathtub and shower. The outdoor spa was divine on a cold evening. The hot chocolate bar at the restaurant was a special touch. Great service our whole trip!

Overnight stay

One overnight - very nice hotel!

We loved our stay. It was exceptionally clean, updated and we were thrilled to receive a room upgrade. The location is perfect as it is walkable to all areas of the downtown core. We will be back!

Pleasantly surprised

Service was very friendly. Room was very clean. Full kitchen in the one bedroom suite was impressive. Bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were not. Quite impressed with pool but hot tub needs maintenance. Would stay here again.

i doubt you can improve this, but I wish you had wider parking stalls given that the car sizes continue increasing. Finding a parking spot that will make it possible for passengers to get out of the car without rubbing against other cars is almost impossible, and this is even after the front desk staff offered us an “SUV” parking spot (I can’t thank her enough for that - I can only imagine how much narrower the “normal” parking spots are. I don’t think this is specific to your hotel though, but is rather a downtown problem.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the hotel. The room was clean, we had easy access to shopping and dining in the area, and the staff were great.

Excellent property right in the center of everything in downtown. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Suite was unique, very comfortable and had a nice view. We stayed for a few days and truly enjoyed ourselves. We will stay at this property again next time we are in Vancouver.

Really beautiful spot in Vancouver. Right on Robson Street, which is a great walk if you’re a tourist and want to explore the shops and local cuisine. Hotel staff were exceptional and the rooms were lovely and comfortable.

Love this hotel. They always treat you so well and it is within easy walking distance of everything (great food, shopping, entertainment, skytrain). Truly a little gem.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The price was very reasonable, yet the room and overall experience were amazing. The staff were incredibly professional and kind. When I mentioned it was our anniversary, they even left chocolates in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every single person we interacted with, even the staff at the hotel restaurant, was so friendly and welcoming. I was truly impressed. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know!

Excellent find

We stayed here for 3 nights 4 days for a short get away trip. We’ve been staying here for past few trips. The hotel stuffs are all friendly and helpful. We feel like coming home. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, clean and great setting. The bathroom is also roomy and clean. We have Tesla and they offer for charging ports which is very convenient for us and it was a main reason to chose the hotel in begin with, but we ended up falling in love with what they offer.

Very clean and quiet. I like boutique hotels for the size and peace. Small quiet hotel.

The pool area had a wall fallen over with rusty nails protruding.
