Most rooms are very small, staff was kind enough to upgrade us after I was ready to go to a different hotel, size is not well described in the booking process. Have in mind that due to the location all hotels are very small in size, location is walkable to all of old downtown. That was very nice. Breakfast was really good and staf was nice.

Loved the city

Although the property was nice and the staff was friendly - on arrival I was told the executive room I paid for was not available and I was downgraded without getting a refund. I was told by management I would be refunded the difference between the rooms ( the downgraded room was half the price). We were here for our honeymoon and it kind of left a bad taste. We spoke to expedia regarding this and they tried reaching out to Levni's staff and received no response.

Great location. Stayed in king suite which has an amazing view of the bosphourus. The staff were great and very friendly. The room had some issues and needs a bit of updating. There were knobs that didn't work on the jacuzzi, no knob on the shower door. They serve a decent breakfast, but try to upcharge for espresso. The hotel fitness center is lacking majorly for something of this level. Minimal equipment, no ventilation, no disinfectant/water station. The location is perfectly situated to the old town and many attractions. Overall with a little more attention to detail and some upgrades to the hotel they can really elevate the experience

We stayed at the Levni Hotel and Spa for a girls vacation for my sisters 50th. The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance and good metro and tram links to travel further out. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout out to Ahmad and Nurul who made our stay extra special with all the support they provided with getting to places around Istanbul. Levni hotel provided us with an IstanbulKart to use the public transport system and helped us navigate through the city. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful city and staying at the Levni Hotel and Spa.

Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere, loved the views from the rooftop. A great breakfast buffet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially Noorul and the lady in the spa. I was a little disappointed with the bathroom- slow water drain caused water to flow out of the shower, also the plug hole in the sink had no cover and it wasn’t pleasant looking into the plug hole every time I was using the sink. I did inform reception staff twice and a hotel technical representative came to check it, he removed a bottle top from within the sink hole but stated he couldn’t get a cover for it. So the plug hole remained open for the duration of the stay. Other than the above, the room was clean and well maintained. I booked a cruise through the hotel, again Norul was very helpful and informative. Not a bad hotel and definitely a great location!

Hotel looked like pictures. Upgraded to a wonderful room with a jacuzzi and a balcony. Staff was warm and highly responsive.

Wonderful property with amazing staff. Great breakfast every morning. Perfect view of the Bosphorus from our room. If you’re planning to work a bit, the business center is being used as storage, and WiFi can be spotty. Otherwise zero complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to important sights at Istanbul. Very safe, since it is right next to a police headquarters. Staff if very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They give the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. Rooms are very nice and great for families. Love it the breakfast buffet! Hotel have a rooftop restaurants which offers great views of the Bosphorus and old town. Will definitely stay here is I ever travel back to Istanbul.

I have visited istanbul every year for 5 years and stayed in hotels that state they are 4-5* but this has been the worst hotel in my experience. Had a Blackout 12:40-12:55 - called them and instead of apologising just states says all of Istanbul lights and it’s coming back. Though I can see outside there is light everywhere. Took ten minutes to come back and we were boiling. A&C controlled centrally btw - so you can’t control the temperature yourself. You need to call the reception to do it for you which is ridiculous. Even when calling you have to cal a few times before someone picks up. Shower overhead head doesn’t work The Sink tap only cold water came out - no hot water. Fridge stinks of alcohol couldn’t put any water or my soft drinks in there Loud construction work outside kept waking us up from midnight till 3am for 2 days straight. Cleanliness was 2/10. Found marks on the sink where it was not cleaned when we first moved in. Bina were not cleaned the following day. Marks on the wall, wallpaper ripped, sticky table. I deliberately left a crumbs on the floor to see if it is sweeped- still there. There is Construction work on the side of the building of the hotel so doesn’t look like the pictures. We opted for standard room as only came to visit a few days - they shoved us in the second part of the building that looked like a small attic room - fortunately they changed us to the standard room in the main building which was better.

Centrally located property with walking distance to attractions. Metro station < 100 meters. Short walk to tram station. Polite, efficient & helpful staff Great breakfast. Throughly enjoyed holiday stay with family.

Hotel stay

Room was not what we expected but it was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was exceptional best we ever had at any hotel. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. I complained and I was ready to leave the hotel, but the hotel staff worked it out and upgraded us to a much nicer room on the other side of the building where I was not able to hear the construction. Also, they saw on my ID that was my B-day and treated me with a delicious small cake. That was a very nice gesture from them. The hotel is in a very convenient area, at walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The staff was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. In general, we had a nice stay, and I would recommend Levni Hotel and Spa.

Staff lovely, breakfast was good, only thing didn’t really like was the design of the bedrooms the bath and toilet in the room so very limited privacy/ventilation and issues with the hot water/shower. I would say more of a 4 star hotel but good location to get transport and visit main landmarks, largely overpriced restaurants in the area aimed at tourists, but overall a pleasant stay.

I was lovely, the doors could have been painted and a better option for pillows...but it was all good.

Very loud on the street ; pictures are misleading. Beds are not comfortable. I would not recommend staying here. Construction on building next door which we were never notified about. The service people were nice but would not stay here again.

the worth hotel that a costumer can get

i was planning to stay 5 days i stayed one day ! because they are layers and cheaters! they made super photoshop for the hotel and for the rooms and the reviews all of them are fake .starting from the room the room size 8 meters they show in photos totally opposite like the room is luxury and big room ,the entrance of the hotel totally dirty with 5 dirty dogs sleeping in the entrance,the shower don’t work with cold water ,very very noisy we couldn’t sleep at all ,there is no pool ,the switch of the elevator don’t work and the elevators very small and 2 elevators both don’t work,very rude staff ,and breakfast zero very cheap food.i think any costumer who will book in the hotel he will throw his money in garbage even if 10$ don’t deserve better to pay this 10$ in macdonald’s .you cannot get to the entrance in the taxi u must to walk 10 min .so totally what can i say the worthless hotel what i saw in my life

The hotel is in walking distance of all the tourist places, metro, shopping and dining options. The area is safe. The room was very nice. Spacious, with very beautiful vieuw. Big bathroom. There is spa service. And the staff at the reception are explaning everthing to you at arrival. The only down point was the bed. This was making a lot of noise. The staff and personnel at the restaurant were excellent. They have a rooftop restaurant with nice food but not to much options. The breakfast was okay.

Small rooms with an unusual design, so that the sink inside the room and the bathroom and toilet are completely inside the room and do not have a separate door. At the time of our presence, a lot of noise was heard during the day due to construction operations

I didnt like anything about this property. It was so disappointing. I am not sure where to start. 1. The rooms are small and nothing similar to the pictures they post. 2. breakfast is not worth what they charge is really plain you cant even have a normal omelet with vegetables. I have been staying in different hotels highly rated with expedia this one was just a disappointment.

Excellent location

We stayed 3 nights and got 3 rooms. The location is excellent and close to most places a tourist wants to visit. The hotel staff is friendly and professional and very helpful in any matter addressed. The breakfast is great and very varied. The hotel has a number of very small rooms and in my opinion too small for a stay of more than one night. The spa and pool only open at 11 in the morning which is very late and does not allow to enjoy the facility in the morning. In general highly recommend the hotel 😋

Ok but not 5 star

It’s a reasonable but not special class and not 5 star hotel. It’s a clean and solid hotel in a good location and good value. However it doesn’t compare to the international 5 star hotels of which there are many in Istanbul. So if you book expect a 3 star hotel in comparison with international standards.

Exploring Istanbul

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Mr Inciler was such a good host. Great service and organized a guided walking tour of the old city with Mr Ozipek which was an unforgettable experience and a must do. People are so friendly. We will go back for sure

Run away!!!!

Absolutely terrible hotel. We booked a 3 single bed hotel and did not get that. We got a small sofa bed as a bed which we did not ask for and it was super uncomfortable. The pool is freezing water. The amenities are so old and don't work. The tv in the room doesn't work and they won't change the room for it. This is not a 5 star hotel, maximum 2.5. Not worth what we paid for. The reciptionist is extremely nice and tried his best. It's the managements fault. Would never come here again. Do not book here!!!!

Simply fantastic. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and polite! I don't I've seen such good service anywhere else. Turkish hammam is excellent, the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Hotel's location is within walking distance from the main attractions.

Comfortable stay

This was overall a nice stay. The concierge was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. The hotel itself is rather large, and the rooms are a nice size. The housekeepers were prompt in cleaning our room, many of them greeting us in the hallway. The only room for improvement would be the wifi signal (which didn’t work for us) as well as a fresher hot breakfast. Due to covid, the breakfast was continental (and not as appetizing as other hotel breakfasts).

My experience at Levni hotel and spa was really nice. The hotel is situated close to so many eating places, shops and beautiful sites. The staff were really friendly and the staff at the rooftop restaurant were awesome, the Chef was really good and the General Manager who I met on my first night at the rooftop was really hospitable. I promised him I will be back with my wife and I won’t fail on that promise. The hotel is really clean, neat and homely.

They knew I had a hurt shoulder and when it was time for me to leave and head over to my Airbnb portion of the trip they sent the bellmen with me on a 30 min taxi ride and he lugged up 7 large bagse up 3 flights of stairs. I came from America to stay for four nights to finish my work her in Istanbul. I like the customer service especially when you deal with a person like Mr Nurel. He is very helpful and will not leave without meeting your needs. He will make you happy in all cases. I recommend this hotel especially the location is very good and easy to access to Grand Bazaar or Egyptian Market.

Well,I’m disappointed

All was ok until yesterday!I had problem with taxi driver,he didn’t arrive on time I did email to the company I booked.The driver went to hotel and hotel staff said to him that I was problematic Person!Hah!If you request your rights mean you are problematic?My right was to safe my kid from cold room,I asked them to put heater on but heater was broken,1night we slept in cold room.

I booked four rooms for my family reunion for seven days and I am very happy with the hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was nice talking with them. The location is great and located near the grand bazar and metro station. The amenities are great, specially that you can use the Turkish hamam for free. The pool looked clean too. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from. My two main concerns were 1) one of our rooms had sewer smell. The staff tried to fix it but they couldn't. I learned that it is more Istanbul sewer system problem not the hotel. 2) one of our other rooms had AC problems and it wasn't fixed.

I stayed in room 1506. It was an unusually stuffy room and we had to leave the window open to cool the room down. We informed the front desk but they did not help turn on the AC. The rain shower feature didn’t work in the shower and we had to take a bath instead, which was very inconvenient. We informed the front desk but they did not fix this. Lastly the WiFi did not work, it only directed us to the login page but we could not advance the registration page further to actually connect. It was an overall disappointing hotel.

The spa was really good and the staff was very friendly also nice spot where you could go places easily.

This property is in a good location and easy walking to the port area for ferries etc. Local trams are also only a short walk. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any requests asked. The front of the hotel looks over a local mosque and so a call to prayer is heard several times a day including an early morning call !!. Breakfast is substantial with a cooked egg offer as well as plenty of cold meats and cheese

Great boutique hotel

The Levni Hotel was well located, very close to the major tourist destinations and to numerous restaurants, bank machines, etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Nural who was extremely hospitable and provided lots of great suggestions.

I booked standard room, but it was very small actually there is no place for suitcase. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite, clean and hotel location is very good, close to every thing. Not too much options in breakfast buffet.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who were always willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay and will return to this hotel. It’s on a bank but so are most places in Istanbul and directly opposite the underground station with the tram stations and Blue mosque within 10 mins walk as well as the waterside.

Nice hotel in good location. Service was generally excellent. Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Water pressure completely went out on my last day. No shower that dsy. Nice terrace, but needs a shade cover and more refined services for guests. Cheesy radio station was blasting.on the boombox on the terrace. Asked for a taxi, and was told to walk with my luggage down the street.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located for many of the main sites. There were excellent options for dinner outside of the hotel. Levni has a restaurant and bar on the rooftop with an outstanding view of Istanbul. We would definitely return.

Room 1505 from 22nd June to 2nd July 2019. My cousin and I decided to visit Istanbul for the first time, and we wanted a small and clean hotel near the historical attractions and museums. After a quick research, we decided to stay at Levni Hotel and Spa, and we're glad that we did. We even decided to extend our stay in Istanbul, and we didn't hesitate to extend our stay in the same hotel. Locatiin: A great location with walkable distance to all the main attractions in the old city. As well as being close to bars, restaurants, and caffees. It's also door to door to a metro station. The staff: Staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming. They enjoy guiding you and giving you advice. They're always available to answer your questions and help however they can. The Rooms: Very well equipped and maintained. You'll feel comfortable and enjoy your rest for your next day of walking and wandering around. Breakfast: Not so many options, but all the essentials are there, freshly made. It'll be better if they can extend it to 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am for lazy people like us :D The Roof in the Fifth Floor: Very nice idea, and a lovely view. I suggest they increase the food options on their menu. Also, it'll be much better if they can keep serving hot drinks at night. The facilities: Clean and comfortable facilities, such as the pool and spa. I don't think you'll use it that often, as you'll be busy with the city itself, but it's a great value to add. Recommended.

Hotel stay

The staff at the Hotel were very welcoming and personal. The guest relations manager, Nural, was very helpful and arranged flowers for me to give to my wife. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and lots of choice and the staff in the restaurant were very nice. The hotel is located very close to Sultanahmet Square which is great for sight-seeing.

The location was perfect for us. The Blue mosque, The Topkapi Palace Museum and other amenities were very close. All walking distance.

The location is great, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms could do with a little modern refresh but I had a very nice stay altogether.

This Hotel was very good for its location, food and all services. Breakfast was really good with lots of option to choose. Hotel roof top terrace also very nice as well as swimming pool and spa service. Staffs were very helpful specially Nurul, who gave us all directions we need to explore Istanbul. Thank you!

Very nice and comfortable

Staff was friendly and multilingual. 5-6 min walk to Sultanahmet and 6 min walking distance to Galata bridge. Comfortable and nice hotel. The only problem with my room was the TV was not working properly at the beginning, but the reception handled it superbly.
