A wonderful small hotel in Madrid. Staff work 24/7 and doors are locked till admitted. Great neighborhood for dining. Walk to most venues. Taxis are readily available. Quiet and safe. We will stay here again.

Very small smelly room with a strong odor of sewer. I don't know how they managed to get a license for a 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Must be a 3 star at its best. I had paid for 9 nights. Had to leave after 2 nights. Ended up costing me more than $600 a night, while much better 4 star hotels like Hotel Riu,. and Hotel Princesa in the same area cost only about $200 a night.

Great location!

The hotel’s in a great location, perfect to get around the city! Room has everything you need! My only wish would have been if they offered breakfast. Not sure if the restaurant was even functioning, but regardless they have a cute cafe with various pastries. Also lots of cafes around the area to go for breakfast. Also very conveniently connected via the Metro. Overall it was a nice stay for an extended weekend trip.

Good neighborhood. Hotel is walkable to many sties and there are many dining options. Only downside is the room was small.

Was marketed as a hotel room but it sonewhat felt like a hostel while staying there. Tiny room and strange position of sink next to bed. Bed was comfy tho. No facial tissues, just toilet paper. The little cafe in the lobby sold a very decent choc cookie. Location was ok.

The hotel is cute Nd convenient however the room was very very small! But everything else Excellent

I like that I had to use my keycard to enter the hotel at night which made it safe.

Very pleasant place to stay

Super cool interior, feels very luxurious and fancy. Amazing view if you book the room with terrace. Arrived before checkout and they kindly held my bag and let me use the facilities in the lobby.

It was an ok hotel. Well located, but it felt unsafe and the shower dripped all night.

It actually is for hostel, not a real 4-star hotel. The only thing good is the location. The room is too small to stay, very frustrating to move your body in the room, you even have to break your back in order to reach the toilet paper. No one would like to stay more than one minute. Th girl at front desk was not professional in computer, and press the keyboard over the passport which left a heavy mark in our new passports. It is completely not acceptable. It is definitely not worth the price. With the same price, you can find a much better place than this one.

Likes - near the places we want to visit. There are many available eating places. The room is very tiny. No small refrigerator or to heat water for tea.

The room was not like anything advertised. It was very tiny, no room to walk freely. The toilet and shower were few feet away. Very uncomfortable. I could the person in another room snooting which kept me awake all night. Very disappointed. I will not stay here or recommend to anyone

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. The rooms are tiny. However, it is very clean organized in a way that I had all necessities available to make my stay pleasant. Great location!

Room 208 smelled like a toilet, and I then got moved to room 315, which didn't have hot water in the morning. - awful

It's a well located hotel. Staff is helpful and quick to solve issues.

The property provide us a room with people inside, the hotel do not have any type of communication with the room, we request water some night and the hotel when out of water.

Nicely located

The hotel is very nicely located, very close to Plaza Espana. The hotel is nice, comfy and clean. The rooms are small but yet fine for a few nights' trip. The only issue is the tap, which was very awkwardly placed and makes it very difficult to even wash your hands.

Excellent location. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only niggling issue was that the bathroom partition wall was almost see-through which isn't very dignifying. But don't let that put you off.

Compare to the price the services not worth it

Loved the place. Feom my early arrival after a ling nights trip Mariella accomdated us so we could rest and all of the staff was very friendly. Great location, great for the price, I would definitely consider staying here again

First room was not accurate to images listed for a standard double. So we requested a change of room which they did give us. a great location but run rundown building.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the comfortable room, which was well-appointed and clean. However, I must mention the bathroom—it had a quirky design that took me by surprise! While it was a bit unconventional, it added a unique character to my stay. Despite the unusual bathroom, everything else was fantastic. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid. I would highly recommend Letoh letoh for anyone looking for a delightful stay with a bit of personality!

Great stay at this hotel. First room was tiny and uncomfortable for 2 but they were helpful to move us to a bigger room after asking. Being so close to Gran via it’s not the nicest area in Madrid but it’s on a “quieter” side street within walking distance to everything you might need.

Great stay, thank you. Staff accommodate and are friendly. The single rooms are very small not much room at all to manoeuvre. The water from the shower leaks into the room. The noise from the street is very apparent. Depends how much time you’ll spend in the room. The coffee shop was nice to have on hand although larger cup sizes would be nice and would stop me wanting to venture to Starbucks up the road for a decent size cuppa. Great central location. A bigger sign to the property would’ve been handy as I walked past it a couple of times.

I would have liked a coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room, rather than having to get dressed to go to the lobby to get coffee, which was very good, and reasonably priced.

Location is perfect in walking distance to restaurants and many of main tourist attraction, close to metro, but parking is lacking in the area which is normal for this part of town

Ideal location in the centre of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room too small for a couple, and no tea/coffee-making facilities. Apart from a coffee shop in the main foyer which was only open from 8am to 8pm there was no place within the hotel to obtain a drink of any description.

Loved my stay at Letoh Letoh, I would recommend to anyone and when I return I will be staying here. Easy access to everything you want and you’re right in the middle of all the shopping with access to metro or walkable places.

Very good location, close walking distance to so many things! Staff where lovely and helpful. So many food/drink options right at your doorstep. Only neg is small room but if it's just a base you'll be fine!

Best place to stay in Madrid! Literally 2 minutes from the metro and the staff were so nice and welcoming!

Great location

This boutique hotel is perfect for solo traveler. It’s close to the main shopping streets and the palace. The staff is beyond helpful. They go out of there way to help. The room was small but I didn’t spend much time there so it was not a problem. I would stay again not in August tho. Too hot in Madrid.

For my first stay in Madrid, I chose Letoh Letoh over all the other properties listed on Expedia. The main reasons were the price, the ambience of the room based on the photos, the good customer service mentioned in the reviews, and the central location, which was close to Gran Via, the Madrid Metro, and tourist attractions such as the Royal Palace. Simply put, my stay at Letoh Letoh met all of these expectations, and in some cases, exceeded them. I would definitely book there again if I decide to go back to Madrid.

We stayed in Madrid for a couple of days as a technical stop to save on airfare to our final destination. We decided to stay in Letoh Letoh and don’t regret doing it. While in the city we went to a few places and the hotel was perfectly located. If you enjoy shopping you’ll like the location as well as it is close to a ton of stores. The room was small just with; a queen bed, sink, an open wardrobe, a bathroom and toilet divided by glass all laid out in a very tasteful manner. You don’t feel cramped for it being a small room. The staff was helpful and friendly. They don’t have breakfast but there is a coffee shop on the premises which we didn’t try but it looked appetizing. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Location is a plus! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nicely renovated. It was just what we needed for the time spent. Easy access to transportation. Only downsize, if you choose not to clean your room during your stay, you won't have clean towels either. We will stay again when we visit Madrid
