Nice and Quaint Hotel in the Le Marais District.

Nice hotel located in the Le Marais district which was unique. Rooms were smallish but so are most hotel rooms in downtown Paris. Breakfast was nice and served with warmth and hospitality. However, the same items are served every morning. Unfortunately the room temperature cannot be regulated so be aware of this when you travel during winter season.

Its a great cozy place right in the middle of dining and shopping options. Great staff!

Beautiful little hotel in an excellent location. The staff were lovely. The rooms are tiny but the lounge and bar available all day definitely make up for that. Breakfast beautiful and in a gorgeous room. The television was listed as having English channels but they were not available in our room. With all the day’s activities we did not need the tv but just to note. Definitely come back if I get the chance.

Rooms are small, but very clean and tastefully appointed. All staff members were helpful and pleasant. Area is quiet and residential (lots of strollers) but offers many good local restaurants and interesting shops. Two-minute walk from historic park, Place des Vognes, and short walks to two subway lines. We'd stay here again.

Great location with lots of stores and cafes. Clean and modern hotel with a cozy lounge where hot and cold drinks and cake are available for free. The rooms on the fifth floor are not accessible with the elevator. There are a few steps from the fouth floor leading to the fifth floor. The breakfast is 14€ and is plentiful. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Paris again!

Renovated and updated property. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The location is in a great area of the Marais! We hope to return son.

Everything was perfect

Great location, close to very nice cafe for breakfast, good restaurants and bars selling good local beer. The road can be quite noisy at night, but we quite enjoyed that feel of being in a busy city neighbourhood. We felt safe at all times in the area.

Perfect hotel in a great area!

A great hotel, beautifully decorated, spotless, welcoming and very comfortable. I stayed in a single room on the 5th floor which had a tiny balcony (just room to stand, not sit), with an amazing view of the rooftops of Paris! I didn't expect to have an actual balcony, so that was an amazing bonus. The bed was very comfortable and although the room was small, it's a good use of space and perfect for me. The reception and sitting area is a lovely area to sit when you first come in, and has coffee and drinks available. Breakfast was excellent. And most of all the staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. It's just near Place des Vosges, a great little park to hang out in, with art galleries around. Only 10 minutes walking to two metro stops, lots of shops and restaurants around. A perfect stay!

Very lovely little hotel in a great area of the city, very kind and friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but great for a quieter stay in the city.

While the area is safe and quiet, this is not a hotel I would book again. After a long day of travel, we arrived to the hotel to find the entry door locked with a “be back soon” sign. This was not terribly reassuring. We stood outside for 30 minutes as we have never not been able to walk into a hotel lobby. Finally, we were let in but upon check in were informed that we would have to leave the room key with the front desk every time we left. This was not advertised and we found it very strange. Overall, the hotel is very small. The pictures do not accurately depict this. The halls are very narrow and we constantly had to step over house cleaning equipment. Inside, the room is very small and we noticed mold in the bathroom. We also noticed the scent of what we assumed to be a dirty mop and water throughout the stay. We were also told breakfast was at 7 but were turned away one morning and then told breakfast was actually at 7:30. Our main concern was that every time we left, we were not sure we would be able to get back into the hotel. For all of these reasons, would not recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel; however, there is only one staff member available and there were two times during our stay that the front door was locked as the manager had to take care of something else. Other than that, great location and pleasant stay.

Very nice boutique hotel in the Marais. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful w gracious staff. Great neighborhood for shopping, walking and easy vicinity for all tourist places. Highly recommended.

The only tiny problem with the location is the noise from outside so they provide ear plugs in the bedroom. But overall, the hotel is in an excellent location close to the Place de la Bastille and the Maison Victor Hugo as well as all the excellent dining options available in the neighbourhood.

This was a very quaint and cute hotel. Clean and centrally located-within walking distance to a plethora of attractions and restaurants. Would go back and have already recommended to close friends from Chicago who stayed their this past spring!!

We stayed for 9 nights at Les Tournelles and had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, as well as helpful when needed. The room was very cute and we appreciated the AC in the hot weather. The best however is the great location in Le Marais. Close to shopping, great restaurants, and sights. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location in Le Marais, fire alarm at 2 in the morning, comfortable bed and the sweets with the coffee in the afternoon was a nice touch.

I like this hotel but bring your earplugs because the noise from the street is loud. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Great location for the price.

Fabulous hotel for a few days in Paris. Location is superb with great bistrot and cafe within 3 minutes walk. The hotel is very welcoming, wonderfully decorated and clean.Beds are very comfortable. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and helpful with luggage and taking photos! The small lift is novel, but works well. Overall absolutely superb, would definitely return.

Great small hotel in the best area of Paris. Hotel room is super small and so is the bathroom but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants all around it. Check in could have been better, staff was a little snobbish.

I stayed at the single room on the top floor. Cute and has a tiny balcony. Could hear the next room clearly. Toilet not clean. On second and third night, I heard clicking noise therefore could not sleep. Front desk was friendly until I told them the noise. Then it’s all denial and no help. Had to leave one day early to go to another hotel to get sleep for the travel following day. No refund or apology. Will not return.

Nice hotel in the heart of the Marais with access to shopping, restaurants and metro. Although my room was tiny, it was expected in Paris. Staff were helpful and the area is very safe and centrally located.

Perfect location, excellent value / quality. Comfortable and clean rooms, even if small.

Check in was slow. I can in a bit early but room wasn’t ready so I told them I’d wait in the lobby. I waited a few hours and noticed he was checking other people in early, so I approached him and miraculously my room was ready! Wished I had been notified when my room was ready so that I wouldn’t have to have waited for so long That being said, overall the staff were really friendly! I enjoyed the tea time and the nice location

A really good hotel - I'm suprised that it is only rated 3 star by the French authorities. Clean warm room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk is manned 'round the clock'. Excellent continental breakfast for 14 Euros. The local 'Line 1' Metro station (St Pauls) is about 5 minutes walk - and the hotel is convenient for most of the sights in Central Paris. Plenty of dining options near by. I will stay here again and strongly recommend.

This small hotel is in a fantastic location, and is masterfully managed by a fabulous staff. I felt so taken care of, really loved it, cant wait to go back. Kindness abounds here!

On arrival, requested a bucket of ice.. was told there was none because the ice maker was under repair. Had to go out to buy ice. Room service did not replace the water in the room. Had to go out to buy water.

This place is so perfect for my solo gateway to Paris in summer, located in La Marais neighbourhood, very trendy, chic, and artsy. 7 mins walk to Metro station, great amazing restaurant and cafe surrounding and great shopping too. I stayed on twin room (located at 5th floor), have the best view for sunset, very clean and well equipped. Quiet and very comfortable considering little space on twin room. Great front desk always helpful on everything I need during my stay. Highly recommend.

We wound up in this fabulous little hotel in 2022 when other accommodations fell through and it was so nice, we made it our base for a trip this year. Lovely, clean room, helpful staff, A+ location.

The staff is very helpful. They all speak English and are very accommodating. They gifted us a small canvas bag and a small bottle of perfume. The room is small. The bed fills up the room. There is little space for suitcases or hanging clothes. There is no shower door, the shower floods the bathroom floor. Very few amenities are provided, including no wash cloths. There is a small desk and chair, no refrigerator. The complimentary coffee is only offered after 4 pm. There is a very nice lounge for guests to have a drink or a snack.

This is an exceptional property. The construction, upkeep and cleanliness are exceptional. Not to mention one of the very best petite dej's for all hotels we have stayed at.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. It was very clean. The neighborhood was great. Whenever I come to Paris I will be staying here. This was my first time in Paris.

Comfort at Le Marais

Great little hotel on Le Marais neighborhood. Super friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. The room was on the small side but was enough for us with a very comfortable bed and nice view of the street below, plus the room was very clean and serviced daily. I loved their honest bar, a self-service bar well stocked with wines and liquors available all day on the honor system. They offered breakfast and tea but we didn’t try these options. The hotels is in a great location, close to so many great cafe, restaurants, shops and the great nightlife of Le Marais. The closest train station is just a couple minutes walk which is super convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel and recommend it to anyone that is heading to Paris.

Lovely small hotel. Typically Parisian, tall and narrow building, tiny lift, small rooms, with classy decor.

The staff at Les Tournelles is kind, friendly, and helpful. English is my first language and each staff member I encountered could communicate with me in English and gracefully accepted my French. The rooms are clean with more space than I expected, and a bathroom with room to move around. Hot water and shower pressure are excellent. The neighborhood is just off the hustle and bustle of Rue de Rivoli/Rue Saint-Antoine but located conveniently close to the Saint-Paul Métro station as well as restaurants and shopping. My stay at Les Tournelles was a very pleasant experience. I would stay again.

Les Tournelles is a nice, affordable hotel in a great location steps away from the Place de Vosges. Our room was small, but clean and nicely decorated. The lobby is eclectic and comfortable, and there is tea every day at 4pm. The staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant, and very patient! A good value in a wonderful part of Paris!

The hotel has lots of charm. The only downside is the size of the rooms which do not leave much room for suitcase placement or walking around the bed. That’s true for most hotel rooms in Paris.

Great hotel - 40 min walk from Gard du Nord. Friendly and helpful staff. Room a little small but fine. Air-conditioning excellent which was a incredibly welcome during recent 40 degree heatwave. Very generous breakfast. Excellent location, not far from the river and also shops and museums. Various restaurant/cafe options close by too.

I have only amazing things to say about this hotel, with the only drawback being the tiny room size. Too small for suitcases and 2 adults, to the point I lost some items that got buried beneath the curtains. It was spotlessly clean, aesthetically pleasing and stuff was top notch. We LOVED the location too! So much to Do right outside the door. Breakfast was great too

This hotel felt exactly as I would envision Paris; the room was tiny but perfectly clean and well-designed, with welcome little touches. The salon with coffee, teas, water and "honesty bar" was such a welcoming space. The staff was super-helpful and kind; I did not give full rating because the check-in and check-out process felt somewhat protracted. Maybe this is normal in Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal. The staff, particularly Anwar were so helpful with restaurant suggestions, reservations and general information. Carlos worked hard to fine us a cab for departure when very little was available. Looking forward to returning there on our next trip.

The room is vibrant, clean and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful. They hv a cosy resting area where u can enjoy free flow of tea and coffee. I also like the fact that the shower tap in the bathroom is easy to use & water flow is great. In term of location, it's abt 5-10mins walk fm St.Paul station which link to many places of interest. Price of the hotel is reasonable too.
